지형을 중심으로 한 대전 지역의 이해 (Geomorphological Environment of Daejeon Basin and Its Influence Urbanization)

  • 대전은 중 저산성 산지로 둘러싸인 사각형 모양의 분지에 입지한 도시이다. 분지 내에는 갑천과 그 주요 지류인 유등천 대전천이 흐른다. 분지 내 하천들 주위에는 비교적 넓은 저습지가 발달해 있으며, 이러한 저습지를 포함한 하곡들 사이에는 낮은 구릉들이 펼쳐져 있다. 이와 같이 대전 분지는 여러 개의 작은 분지 및 곡저 평야가 복합된 모습을 보인다. 한편, 대전 분지와 관련된 거주 공간 및 시가지 확산은 분지 언저리에서 시작하여 분지 내부의 갑천 지류 주변의 저습지로 확산되었다. 그리고, 시가지화가 이곳에 이루어진 후에는 대전 분지 북부 대덕 지역의 구릉 및 갑천 하곡으로 확산되었다. 그 후 대전의 시가지는 다시 분지 내 갑천의 저습지와 이에 인근한 분지 서남부에서 서북부에 이르는 산록대 소규모 분지들이 시가지화 하거나 또는 고밀도 거주단지로 바뀌고 있다. 이와 같이 대전 분지와 관련된 거주 공간 및 시가지 확산은 지형 환경을 밑그림으로 하여 살펴볼 때 더욱 잘 파악할 수 있다.

대전지역 일부 초등학생의 비만수준과 관련 요인 (Prevalence and Correlates of Obesity in Elementary School Students of Daejeon City)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate the relation between the obesity prevalence of elementary school students and some factors such as socio-demographic factors, parent's obesity, diet habit and physical activity. Methods: The students of the fourth(443), fifth(405) and sixth grade(417) at six elementary schools in the school district of Daejeon metropolitan city were sample-surveyed and classified into a normal group, a non-intensive obesity group, and a highly intensive obesity group. Results: 1. The obesity rate of the elementary school students in the school district of Daejeon metropolitan city was total 14.2%. 2. The obesity rate of students with parents who had high BMI was notably higher than the other groups. 3. Diet factors such as eating fast, always eating one more, liking fatty food and the frequency of snacks were more critical than physical activity factors in relation to school children's obesity. Conclusions: From the above evidences, it is apparent that the obesity of elementary school students have strong relations with eating habits. It is needed that obesity prevention program such as effective meal guidance in addition to intense physical activities is included in the curriculums of health education for elementary school students.

대전광역시 대전천과 갑천 및 유등천의 물과 주변 토양들로부터 야생효모들의 분리 및 분포 특성 (Isolation and Diversity of Wild Yeasts from the Waters and Bank Soils of Daejeoncheon, Gapcheon, and Yudeungcheon in Daejeon Metropolitan City, Korea)

  • 대전광역시 하천들의 효모 종 다양성을 조사하기 위하여 먼저 대전광역시 동남부와 시내를 흐르는 대전천과 서남부의 갑천에 있는 물과 주변 토양들을 2016년 8월과 2017년 2월에 각각 148점을 동일 장소에서 채취하여 야생효모들을 분리, 동정하였다. 여름 채취 물과 주변 토양 74점에서 23종 37균주의 야생효모들이 분리된 반면에 겨울 채취 시료들에서는 약 2배 이상 많은 34종 83균주가 분리되었다. 이들 3대 하천에서 가장 많이 분리된 야생효모는 Candida속 균으로 전체 42%이었고 Cryptococcus속 균과 식품에서 주로 분리되는 Saccharomyces속 균들이 각각 7%와 6%로 많이 분리되었다. 종 수준에서는 Candida tropicalis가 25균주로 가장 많았으며 여름 시료와 겨울 시료에서 공통으로 분리된 효모들은 Aureobasidium pullulans 등 13종이었다.

대전광역시 종합소매업의 공간구조 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Spatial Structure Changes of General Merchandise Retail in Daejeon Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구에서는 유통시장 개방 시기를 전후하여 일어난 소매환경 변화에 따른 대전광역시(이하, 대전시)의 소매업 변화와 그 결과 달라진 종합소매점들의 공간구조를 고찰하였다. 유통시장 완전개방이후 본격화된 국내 대형할인점 성장으로 소매업 구조와 소매공간구조가 달라졌으며, 1996년과 2001년을 비교해 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대형할인점의 성장에 따라 소매업 내 종합소매점의 비중이 증가하였다. 둘째, 종합소매업 각 업태들은 차별적인 성장 패턴을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 종합소매업의 업체수는 뚜렷한 집중지역은 나타나지 않지만 대부분 지역에서 감소하였고. 매출액은 원도심에서 신도심으로 그 중심이 바뀌었을 뿐 아니라 그 규모도 증가하였다. 차후소매공간구조 연구에서는 지역성에 따른 상품구색과 같은 보다 다양한 변수를 고려해야 할 것이다.

대전지역 아파트 단위주호 계획에 대한 거주자의 주거의식에 관한 조사연구 (Survey on Condominium Apartment Dwellers' Consciousness of Unit Plan in Daejeon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the residents' consciousness of the unit plan on condominium apartment and to contribute to develop a condominium apartment unit plan in Daejeon City. This research was performed by a questionnaire survey method, 464 data was collected from apartment residents lived in about $85\;m^2$ unit with 3 rooms and the apartments was limited to the complexes within 1-4 years of the length of building at Yuseong-gu and Seo-gu. By analyzing those data, findings are as follows: 1) Residents thought living room, kitchen and bathroom were importment space in a unit plan. They needed a storage function in an entrance and a intermediate room, and Anbang(mater bedroom) so did. 2) L-DK plan type was very popular and the type of front DK with L on the floor plan was preferred. This was unique results. 3) Sub-kitchen was needed for a refrigerator of Kimchi, the location of it was related to a main kitchen and a utility. the third room was needed for library, home office and storage space. 3) Bath-tub in An-bang and showe-booth in public bathroom was preferred. This was same to the popular trend of Korean condominium apartment. 4) The enlargment remodeling of balcony was showed livingroom balcony or personal bedrooms at the time of occupancy. They needed the balcony near a kitchen or an utility to equip a storage facility. Additionally, residents were preferred to their taste rather than a choice of interior concept package services.

대전지역 공동주택의 분양 팜플렛에 나타난 계획 특성 (Content Analysis of the Planning Characteristics of Apartment Houses in Daejeon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out tendencies in the planning characteristics focused on the community, single building, shared spaces and interior concept of apartment houses in Daejeon City, and to analyze these characteristics according to apartment unit floor plan based upon the arrangement of room, the type of main entrance, the type of LDK, anbang, kitchen, bathroom and the 3rd space. This study used the content analysis method and analysis was made on drawings and descriptions showing planning characteristics of apartment houses. Above all, 34 cases of apartment houses and 159 unit plans were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The most important characteristics of the direction of housing development was the "well-being" concept including greenzone and natural environment. The most mentioned community spaces were children's playgrounds and parks. The emphasized interior concepts were noble, well-being and natural concepts. 2) The most prominent front arrangement type was the 3-bay unit plan, front space arrangement was focused on rooms and, livingroom. The most prominent front space arrangement types were R/L/R, R/L/R/R and there is a new tendency towards KD/L/R/R. 3) The most prominent LDK floor plans were of the LDK type. The type of "Anbang" arrangement consisted mainly of room-bathroom-dressing room. The type of public bathroom arrangement consisted mainly of bathtub-toilet-washbasin and the "Anbang" bathroom arrangement was shower-booth-toilet-washbasin.

주변환경 변화에 따른 어린이공원 이용 활성화방안 - 대전시 서구 어린이공원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Revitalization of Children's Parks by the Transition of the Surrounding Environment in Seogu, Daejeon)

  • This study is targeted on children's parks in Seogu, Daejeon with the goal of maximizing the usage and versatility of existing parks in the area by the survey and analysis of the general status of children's parks, land use near the parks, population, users, and traits of usage. For the purposes of this thesis this study has selected 65 of the children's parks in the Seogu District to monitor. It also focused on a number of these parks located in areas which underwent a lot of changes and needed an increase in usage and versatility. Based on the selection criteria, the four target parks, Wojeong, Meongwhack, Dosan and Wicdunjimi children's park were selected. The Survey shows that 55.9% of park visitors visited a park to 'rest and take a walk' and used 'main facilities' meaning resting facilities like pergola and benches. In the nighttime, the number of park visitors is so few because of safety problems. 50% of users were satisfied with parks. It shows that there are many respondents who want to recompose these parks as places for light exercise, resting, meeting, and as community symbols. Generally, these target parks don't reach their full potential and they also do not play their proper roles because they are hampered by the constriction of the law. These stick to an outdated idea of what a park should be like without considering the actual and practical needs of city dwellers. When it comes to the remodeling and refurbishing of these parks we have to rethink the planning process so that these parks may be more versatile and practical in order to accommodate the radical changes of users and patterns of usage.
