  • Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary protein sources (soybean meal, SBM; low-gossypol cottonseed meal, LCSM; double-zero rapeseed meal, DRM) on laying performance, egg quality, and plasma parameters of laying hens. Methods: A total of 432 32-wk-old laying hens were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 6 replicates of 12 birds each. The birds were fed diets containing SBM, $LCSM_{100}$, or $DRM_{100}$ individually or in combination with an equal amount of crude protein (CP) ($LCSM_{50}$, $DRM_{50}$, and $LCSM_{50}-DRM_{50}$). The experimental diets, which were isocaloric (metabolizable energy, 11.11 MJ/kg) and isonitrogenous (CP, 16.5%), had similar digestible amino acid profile. The feeding trial lasted 12 weeks. Results: The daily egg mass was decreased in the $LCSM_{100}$ and $LCSM_{50}-DRM_{50}$ groups (p<0.05) in weeks 41 to 44. The $LCSM_{50}$ group did not affect egg production compared to the SBM group in weeks 41 to 44 (p>0.05) and showed increased yolk color at the end of the trial (p<0.05). Compared to the SBM group, the $LCSM_{100}$ and $LCSM_{50}-DRM_{50}$ groups showed decreased albumen weight (p<0.05), CP weight in the albumen (p<0.05) and CP weight in the whole egg (p<0.05) at 44 weeks. Plasma total protein (TP) levels were lower in the $LCSM_{100}$ group than in the SBM group at 44 weeks (p<0.05); however, TP, albumin, and globulin levels were not significantly different between the $LCSM_{50}$ group and the SBM group or between the $DRM_{50}$ group and the SBM group (p>0.05). Conclusion: Together, our results suggest that the $LCSM_{100}$ or $DRM_{100}$ diets may produce the adverse effects on laying performance and egg quality after feeding for 8 more weeks. The 100.0 g/kg LCSM diet or the 148.7 g/kg DRM diet has no adverse effects on laying performance and egg quality.

  • This paper tries to solve the problems which previous methods have such as the WCDRM(Watermark and Cryptography DRM) and the model using smart card for protecting digital contents. This study provides a contents distribution model to protect the rights of author, distributor, and user as well as user's information by using technologies such as cryptography, DRM(Digital Right Management), access control, etc. The proposed system is evaluated as the most safety model compared with previous methods because it not only solves the problems which the previous methods have, but also protects four type of risks such as use of contents which other mobile devices download, the attack on the key to decode the message, the attack on leaking the contents, and the internal attack such as an illegal reproduction.

  • The usage of DRM-applied digital contents reduces user's convenience, thus it leads the many users to avoid using DRM-applied digital contents. In this paper, therefore, we propose the new distribution model in which the users, who purchase the DRM-applied digital contents, can resale freely those contents to the other users. As a result, the proposed model induces the users to distribute contents soundly by including them in one of distribution objects. For the purpose of this, in this paper, we propose that a packaged content and usage rights are transferred to another user by using a method which based on some existing digital ticket or coupon. In addition, the security of the proposed system is discussed for the double transfer, the forgery and the modification of usage rights, and the reproduction of contents and usage rights.

  • Semi-partitioned scheduling is a new approach for allocating tasks on multiprocessor platforms. By splitting some tasks between processors, semi-partitioned scheduling is used to improve processor utilization. In this paper, a new semi-partitioned scheduling algorithm called SS-DRM is proposed for multiprocessor platforms. The scheduling policy used in SS-DRM is based on the delayed rate monotonic algorithm, which is a modified version of the rate monotonic algorithm that can achieve higher processor utilization. This algorithm can safely schedule any system composed of two tasks with total utilization less than or equal to that on a single processor. First, it is formally proven that any task which is feasible under the rate monotonic algorithm will be feasible under the delayed rate monotonic algorithm as well. Then, the existing allocation method is extended to the delayed rate monotonic algorithm. After that, two improvements are proposed to achieve more processor utilization with the SS-DRM algorithm than with the rate monotonic algorithm. According to the simulation results, SS-DRM improves the scheduling performance compared with previous work in terms of processor utilization, the number of required processors, and the number of created subtasks.

  • Home network is a network composed of devices in home and is being expanded by evolving devices. Also, The number of digital contents in home network has been increasing steadily. But it is difficult to continually protect the rights of digital contents due to lack of interoperability among contents devices. Besides, a license has to be re-issued by DRM sever for contents transfer between devices. Thus, this paper proposes framework which can freely transfer and contents to another device through mutual device authentication and a system that can decrease overload of license management of the DRM sever and that enable device outside home network to use contents through user authentication.

  • DRM system is a technology that protects and manages copyright holder's privilege by using a copyright protection technology. This paper contributes to improvement of the secret key transmission and encryption/decryption processing time base on DRM system. In this paper, we will suggest that as follow: First, we will propose the algorithm to transmit the encryption key which use Multidimensional Method more safe than the existing One-path XOR method. Second, we will provide the high quality algorithm of security than the existing system because the Multidimensional which generated from the algorithm does not saved to the server side. Third, we will support the client decryption system which can decrypt the Multidimensional with OPT in decryption with client side. Fourth, we will adopt the more safr method of transmission with the compound of Multidimensional Method and OPT.

  • According to the IT839 strategy which was announced by the Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) in 2004, the convergence trend of the broadcasting and the communication would be much more promoted. Thus, the methods for protecting the broadcasting contents will be indispensible elements for the successful IPTV service achievement. This paper describes the characteristics of IPTV and the related contents protection techniques. To evaluate several security issues, we suggest a security model for IPTV, and speculate the most widespread, two security technologies for IPTV such as CAS and DRM. Moreover, candidate models of IPTV protection system are suggested based on these technologies.

  • In recent years, advanced in digital technologies have created significant changes in the way we reproduce, distribute and market Intellectual Property (IP). DRM for multicast contents is complicated risk, the further technology development and human demand, this approaching is still being researched by the scientist and all by the company which is conducting in piracy management reduced, and every country has national policy to make this consortium to limit piracy properties, based on this paper research development, just only two approaching to reduce piracy in DRM they are Industrial Property (IP) and Copyright. In this paper, we are not only figuring and analyzing about the processes to reduce and limit the piracy and unprotected copy law but also describing about the encryption process, watermarking and digital signature process algorithms. The basic concepts of this encryption process for web-based multicast content in DRM are implemented in Java. We conduct this method is a computerized through web based application system approaching to reduce unprotected copy and piracy. Which is used in DRM for multicast content in every section, by providing a fundamental in information technology development, we believe this research is reliable to prove that is unprotected copy, and piracy can be reduced by protecting with this paradigm.
