Dans les arts modernes, nous ressentons souvent un $probl\`{e}me$ $disloqu\'{e}par$ rapport aux humains. Ceci ne viendrait-il pas $peut-\^{e}tre$ do notre $pens\'{e}e$ dans l' $\'{e}change$ culturelle entre le monde et nous qui s' appuie trop une $temporalit\'{e}$ et logique? Cette $the\`{s}e$ approche ce $probl\`{e}me$ $\`{a}$ travers one perception anthropologique do monde, en $\'{e}tudiant$ les arts tridimensionnels avec ses $\'{e}schelles$ qui deviennes plus on plus agrandis. Maurice Merleau-Ponty, dans son livre 'la $ph\'{e}nom\'{e}nologie$ de la perception', bien $r\'{e}sumait$ une $intersubjectivit\'{e}$ entre l' espace et nous. Selon lui, l' homme prend conscience do la forme des objets avec son environnement parce quil est un corps on interaction avec eux. Donc nous $r\'{e}f\'{e}rons$ ce livre pour notre set. Et on essayera ici d' $\'{e}tudier$ le travail do Constantin Brancusi, de Alberto Giacometti, do Richard Serra et do quelques d' autres travaux d' artistes L' oeuvre do Brancusi 'la Colonne sans fin', la taille plus de 29 m, produit one impression sur le spectateur relativement $\grave{a}$ la forme continue et $r\'{e}p\'{e}t\'{e}e$ $\`{a}$ linfini de $mani\'{e}re$ unifome. La pratique de Giacometti qui tenait compte do son envergure et de la longueur do son corps ainsi que do distance et de la mesure do sos bras, Il $d\'{e}formait$ aussi les silhouettes et transformait les objects en les $\'{e}tirant$ dans la perspective. Cette $transitivit\'{e}$ abstraite $r\'{e}ciproque$ entre le regardeur et le $regard\'{e}$, qui est comme le sujet de nombreuses oeuvres do Serra. Cependant le Maximalisme est $\`{a}$ l' origine Minimalisme qui s' $\'{e}tend$ dans ses efforts $th\'{e}oriques$ jusqu' au l' espace architecturale. Ces sculptures do grandes dimensions so situent autour de $b\^{a}timent$ ou dans lespace environnementale, comme ils sent l' architecture et le paysage. On suppose ici, leurs concepts de l' espace $\'{e}largit$ $\`{a}$ celui d' architecture. La sculpture et l' architecture $r\'{e}ciproque$ l' espace tridimensionnel entre eux, mais selon l' argument do Herbert Read pour la distinction de ces deux arts originaux sont, deux saisies de l' espace, ici englobant, $l\`{a}$ $englob\'{e}$. On $\'{e}tudie$ dans co set de concept de l' espace et de l' $\'{e}chelle$ d' objet par rapport au corps humain.

Direction of arrival (DoA) estimation is a scheme of estimating the directions of targets by analyzing signals generated or reflected from the targets and is used in various fields. Artificial neural networks (ANN) is a field of machine learning that mimics the neural network of living organisms. They show good performance in pattern recognition. Although researches has been using ANNs to estimate the DoAs, there are limitationsin dealing with variations of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the target signals. In this paper, we propose a three-stage ANN algorithm for DoA estimation. The proposed algorithm can minimize the performance reduction by applying the model trained in a single SNR environment to various environments through a 'noise reduction process'. Furthermore, the scheme reduces the difficulty in learning and maintains efficiency in estimation, by employing a process of DoA shift. We compare the performance of the proposed algorithm with Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) and the performances of existing subspace-based algorithms and show that the proposed scheme exhibits better performance than other schemes in some severe environments such as low SNR environments or situations in which targets are located very close to each other.

1. Objectives There are many studies on the ordinary symptoms based on Sasang constitution. But there. are not quite satisfactory between the types of Sasang constitution. So This study is for learning the characteristics of ordinary symptoms depending on Soyangin Soeumin and Taeyangin Taeumin of the Sasang constitution. 2. Methods One thousand and two hundred twenty nine subjects were included in Bundang Oriental Hospital of Dongguk University. We classified them into the each type of Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) by the well-trained SCM specialist, and assessed their ordinary features by the questionnaire. Binary logistic regression analysis was applied to evaluate the influence of ordinary features to the diagnosis of SCM. 3. Results (1) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin do not sweat a lot. Even if Soyangin Soeumifl do sweat, one does not feel refreshed. Soyangin Soeumin do not sweat while sleeping at night nor eating meals, but discharges cold sweat if one does not feel well. (2) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin go to stool less frequently and have diarrhea when one does not feel well. Soyangin Soeumin do not feel irritated even though one is not able to go to stool for one day. (3) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin do not have foams in urine. (4) Compared to Taeyangin Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin tend to eat slow, do not eat a lot normally, do not have a great appetite, have problems for digestion, and especially have difficulties in digestion when one is stressed. 4. Conclusions We found that Taeyangin Taeumin and Soyangin Soeumin have characteristics of ordinary symptoms, but partly there are not in accoradance with ones what Lee ]e-Ma said in his book. So in future we hope clinical studies are required steadily.

A new rose cultivar was bred by crossing the red-yellow standard cultivar 'Konfetti' and pink standard cultivar 'Laser' at the Chungcheongbuk-do Agriculture Research and Extension Services. The cross was completed in 2003, after varietal characteristics was tested for 3 years from 2005 to 2007, 'Suryeo' was finally selected in 2007 and registered on the grant of plant variety rights in 2009. The cultivar was developed for a standard-type cut flower with white-pink petals. 'Suryeo' produced 149 stems/$m^2$ in a year and had 64 petals per flower. This new cultivar needed 48 days to flower and showed 12 days vase life. The length of cut stem was about 78 cm, and the fresh weight of stem was 50 g. This cultivar showed high resistance against powdery mildew.

Three hundred sixty-eight samples of domestic PVC food packaging were analyzed fir DEHP(di-(2-ethyhexyl) phthalate) used in plasticizer by GC/FID and GC/MSD. The number of samples collected were 47(2000), 143(2001), 88(2002) and 89(2004) from local markets in Gyeonggi-Do. In $2000\∼2001$, DEHP was highly detected in 86 out of 190 samples and the level of DEHP were ranged from 1.3 g/kg to 82.8 g/kg. In 2002, meanwhile, DEHP was detected in 8 out ot 88 samples and the level of DEHP were shown to from 1.3 g/kg to 51.5 g/kg. In 2004, DEHP was detected in only one out of 89 samples and the amount was 30.5 g/kg. As a result of this study, it was made clear that the detection rates of DEHP in PVC food packaging were rapidly decrease every year.

The synthesis of a DO3A conjugate of [(p-aniline benzothiazole)methyl]pyridine ($L^2H_3$) and its gadolinium complex of the type [$Gd(L^2)(H_2O)$] ($GdL^2$) is described. The $R_1$ relaxivity ($=4.50mM^{-1}sec^{-1}$) and kinetic inertness of $GdL^2$ compares well with those of structurally analogous Dotarem$^{(R)}$ ($R_1=3.70mM^{-1}sec^{-1}$), a typical extracellular (ECF) MRI contrast agent (CA). Yet, by comparison with Dotarem$^{(R)}$, $GdL^2$ exhibits non-covalent interactions with human serum albumin (HSA) as evidenced by the ${\varepsilon}^*$ titration curve along with in vivo MR signal enhancement in both aorta and heart. Liver-specific nature of $GdL^2$ is also observed as excretion is made through gallbladder. Most notably, $GdL^2$ further demonstrates specificity toward the MDA-MB-231 breast cancer.

'Hei-G' is a new tomato cultivar originating from the cross of two inbred lines, the maternal plant TKUI-3 separated from 'Kame' in 2007, and the paternal plant AL-1 developed by pedigree breeding. The new cultivar was registered as 'Hei-G' named 'JTB026 (Jeonnam-2)' based on characteristics and yield trials carried out in the spring of 3 years, from 2010 to 2012. 'Hei-G' is an indeterminate type with strong plant vigor. The fruit is round and the ripening fruit is blackish red. The average fruit weight of 'Hei-G' is about 43.4 g, and its marketable yield is $4,944kg{\cdot}10a^{-1}$. The lycopene content of 'Hei-G' ($11.8mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$) is higher than that of other tomatoes (e.g., cv. Rapido, 3.1 mg). In addition, 'Hei-G' is suitable for environment-friendly protected cultivation because of its resistance to powdery mildew.

The purpose of this study is to analyze an economic assessment of PV-ESS systems based on the power generation performance data of solar power (PV) operating in domestic area, and to calculate the optimal capacity of the energy storage system. In this study, PVs in Gyeonggi-do, Jeollabuk-do, and Gyeongsangbuk-do were targeted, and PVs in this area were assumed to be installed on a general site, and the research was conducted by applying weights based on the facility's capacity. All the analysis was conducted using the actual amount of KPX transactions of PVs in 2019. In order to calculate the optimal capacity of PCS and BESS according to GHI, PV with a minimum/maximum/central value was selected by comparing the solar radiation before the horizontal plane between three years (2017-2019) of the location where PV was installed. As a result of the analysis, in Gyeonggi-do, if the REC weight decreases to 3.4 when there is no change in the cost of installing BESS and PCS, it is more economical to link BESS than PV alone operation of PV. In Jeollabuk-do, it was analyzed that if the REC weight was reduced to 3.6, it was more likely to link BESS than PV operated alone. In Gyeongsangbuk-do, it was analyzed that if the REC weight was reduced to 3.4, it was more likely to link BESS than PV operated alone.

Bacillus cereus is food poisoning bacteria frequently occured in starch food. Most of the delivery foods for infant is classified as ready-to-cook food. But unlike food for infant and young children, there are no standards and specifications of Bacillus cereus in ready-to-cook food. The purpose of this study is to examine the presence of Bacillus cereus, aerobic bacteria and coliforms in the food for infant and young children sold through internet. B. cereus was detected in 9 samples (8.3%), total aerobic bacteria was detected over $10^6CFU/g$ in 4 samples and coliforms were not detected in any samples. This will provide basic data for standards and specifications of Bacillus cereus in ready-to-cook food.

A new standard red color gerbera (Gerbera hybrida Hort.) 'Red Auction' was developed from a cross of '01-120-195' and 'Misty red' followed by seedling and line selections at the Flower Research Institute, Gyeongsangnam-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services (ARES) in 2008. Characteristics trials were conducted three times from 2006 to 2008. 'Red Auction' has semi-double type in good harmony with red color (RHS 45-A) ray floret and a good stable flower shape and strong peduncle. Its vase life was 11.3 days. The average yield of 'Red Auction' was 48.8 flowers per plant a year in greenhouse yield trials carried out from 2006 to 2008. This cultivar registered for commercialization in 2010.
