창업자의 성별이 투자에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창업자의 성별에 따라 투자에 미치는 영향이 달라지는지를 확인하고, 또한 이 과정에서 창업자의 사회적 자본이 조절효과로 작용하는지를 분석하기 위해 시도하였다. 본 연구의 가설은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업자의 성별은 창업투자에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 창업자의 성별과 창업투자의 관계는 창업자의 사회적 자본에 의해 조절될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 ICT 분야의 동일한 사업계획서에 창업자의 성별 및 사회적 자본만을 다르게 표기하여 창업전문가 집단인 4개의 국책 창업대학원생 및 스타트업 지원경험이 있는 창업유관기관 직원을 대상으로 실험형식의 설문조사를 실시하여 160명의 설문결과를 취합하고, 위계적 회귀분석 연구방법을 이용하여 연구결과를 분석하려고 한다.

Application of radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in current clinical practice guidelines

  • In oncologic practice, treatment guidelines provide appropriate treatment strategies based on evidence. Currently, many guidelines are used, including those of the European Association for the Study of the Liver and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EASL-EORTC), National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), Asia-Pacific Primary Liver Cancer Expert (APPLE), and Korean Liver Cancer Study Group and National Cancer Centre (KLCSG-NCC). Although radiotherapy is commonly used in clinical practice, some guidelines do not accept it as a standard treatment modality. In this review, we will investigate the clinical practice guidelines currently used, and discuss the application of radiotherapy.

  • Based on six specimens collected from eastern coast of Jeju Island, Korea, Istiblennius dussumieri is described as a new Korean record representing the northernmost occurrence of the species in the Indo-Pacific Ocean. The species is characterized by having a dark spot between first and third dorsal spines, branched orbital cirrus, and lacking nape cirri. A new Korean name, "Geom-eun-jeom-be-do-ra-chi" is proposed for the species.

  • 본 논문에서 대전력, 고전압에 적합한 three-level 의사공진형 PWM 컨버터를 제안한다. 의사공진형으로 동작함으로써 넓은 ZVS 영역을 가지며, 고정 주파수를 사용하므로 자기 소자의 설계가 쉬워지는 장점을 가진다. 그리고, 변압기에 인가되는 전압 파형의 주파수가 스위칭 주파수의 2배가 되므로 변압기의 크기를 줄 일 수 있고, 변압기 2차측에 출력 인덕터가 없는 전압배가기를 적용하여 정류기 양단에 전압리깅이 발생하지 않아 정류단의 전압 스트레스가 감소되는 장점 또한 가진다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 컨버터을 분석하고, 프로토타입을 통해 그 동작을 검증한다.

  • The present study is concerned with the application of dynamic relaxation method in the investigation of the large deflection behavior of spatial structures. The dynamic relaxation do not require the computation or formulation of any tangent stiffness matrix. The convergence to the solution is achieved by using only vectorial quantities and no stiffness matrix is required in its overall assembled form. In an effort to evaluate the merits of the methods, extensive numerical studies were carried out on a number of selected structural systems. The advantages of using dynamic relaxation methods, in tracing the post-buckling behavior of spatial structures, are demonstrated.

  • The proposed system measures business performance by considering both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. To do so, we suggest a business performance scheme which utilizes VA per Capita (Value- Added/Workers) and EVA to Invested Capital(Economic Value-Added /Invested Capital). For effective measurement of business performance, we consider simultaneously not only quantitative financial factors such as VA, EVA and cash flow but also qualitative value drivers such as defect ratio, inventory level, customer satisfaction, enterprise culture and so on. However, we don't consider the qualitative factors due to the limited data. To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data of Korean automobile industry over 16 years from 1981 to 1996, which is taken from database of KISFAS (Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

  • We design a new actuator of 3-axis motion for high performance optical devices. The actuator makes it possible to control the tilting motion by using moving magnet and PCB-coil, which have benefits in price and manufacturing. To predict the characteristics of the actuator, especially the effect of moving magnet, finite element method and electro-magnetic analysis were used. By comparing simulation data with experimental results, we verified the accuracy of the simulation and the superiority of the present.

  • Terrestrial LiDAR data contains outliers which do not need in processing purpose. That is inefficient in the aspect of productivity. These noise requires manual process to be removed, which causes inefficiency in aspect of productivity. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate a possibility of automatic outlier removal of LiDAR data using 3D Tensor Voting method. For this, we presented in this article about the procedure to perform the application of Tensor Voting algorithm to the real data from terrestrial LiDAR.

  • Recent News patrons of incidents can be called sinkhole that occurred one after another (Sink Hole). Due to this anytime, anywhere I do not know how the land is turned off worry and anxiety is the reason why you can never be dismissed as exaggerated. As we have seen today through the video, the vehicle was traveling on a road or pedestrian who was walking down the street they look out of the basement of a sudden they still come to mind vividly. Here, examples and corresponding measures to prevent the sinkhole off the ground, including the causes and impact on society because of this that occurred, and policy measures and abroad are evaluated with respect to what it is.

  • In this paper, an attempt has been made to build and test self-configuring weather sensor networks and internet based observation system to gather atmospheric data. The aim is to provide integrated or real-time weather information in standard form using network data access protocol. This system was successfully developed to record weather information both digital as well as visual using sensor network and web-enabled surveillance cameras. These data were transformed by network based data access protocol to access and utilize for public domain. The competed system has been successfully utilized to monitor different types of weather. The results show that this is one of the most useful weather monitoring system.
