  • 현재 압전재료로써 사용되고 있는 PZT계 세라믹스는 우수한 압전 및 유전특성으로 초음파 센서, 압전변압기, 액츄에이터, 필터, 레조네이터와 같은 여러 응용분야에 널리 사용되어지고 있다. 그러나 납을 60%이상 포함하므로 환경오염에 의하여 그 사용에 대한 규제가 강화되고 있어 최근에는 납을 함유하지 않은 무연 환경친화형 압전세라믹스가 주목받고 있다. 현재 무연 조성 세라믹스에는 텅스텐-브론즈 형, 비스머스 레이어형, 페로브스카이트 형 등이 이으며, 그 중 페로보스카이트 혈을 제외하고는 보통 소성법 조제시 낮은 압전특성을 갖는다. 그러므로 압전특성을 증가시키기 위하여 Hot pressing, Hot forging, RTGG(Reactive Template Grain Growth), SPS(Spark Plasma Sintering), 그러나 이는 무연 세라믹스의 대량생산 과정에서 어려운 문제를 가지고 있고, 저가격 관점에서 볼 때 보통소성법이 보다 바람직하다. 그래서 보통소성법으로 NKN세라믹스의 소결성을 향상 시키고 비교적 높은 압전특성을 얻기 위해서 $LiSbO_3$, $LiNbO_3$, $LiTaO_3$, alkaline-earth(Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) 등을 첨가한 논문들이 보고되고 있으며, 이러한 재료들의 kp는 대략 0.3-0.4를 나타내고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소결온도를 낮추고자 $Ag_2O$를 소결조제로 사용하였고 유전 및 압전특성을 높이고자 소결시간 변화시켜 시편을 제작하여 NKN 세라믹스의 유전 및 압전특성을 조사하였다.

  • Currently, the world of data communication is not simply communication between server and user in a wired way, but using wireless environment, various devices communicate with each other in a wider and diverse environment to generate a large amount of data. In this environment, IoT is now located deep in our lives, and IoT technologies are used in many tasks, but the data used in IoT is exposed without sufficient protection from malicious behavior. Most of these devices do not have enough computing power to cope with malicious attacks. In this paper, we aim to make all devices that have sufficient computing power and safety from simple sensors to be able to have security according to the situation. The proposed technology is based on the importance of the device and computing power, and it is possible to select the encryption technology selectively and to improve security.

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome, carpal tunnel becomes part of a narrower median nerve pain occurs pressed. Data using Bluetooth 4.0 communication has been to meet the runaway. In order to evaluate the mounted system, targeting four subjects, the time and the touch frequency of usage of the 3-day smartphone measured, as a result of the questionnaire, it reduces the frequency of use of smartphones, a positive it was possible to prove the effect.

  • This system configures a position Sensor as installing on the ship and a guidance system docking of ship what distinguish of the ship about the use and size. The maintain system is received the result of distinction via UWB reader. This system send a information of ship of docking position to user. Thus it suggests the safety to prevent from crash among ships and saves energy and stop waste. The proposed system periodically updates the information of docking position of the ship and monitors in real-time according to the user's request from personal mobile devices. In this paper, we implement of a guidance system Testbed for docking of the ship using position UWB sensor. And user is provided convenience to find easily user's ship in docking area through user interface with Java. Addedly it is possible to prevent ship theft.

  • We provide a method to infer finger flexing motions using a 4-channel surface electromyogram (sEMG). Surface EMGs are harmless to the human body and easily acquired. However, they do not reflect the activity of specific nerves or muscles, unlike invasive EMGs. On the other hand, the non-invasive type is difficult to use for discriminating various motions while using only a small number of electrodes. Surface EMG data in this study were obtained from four electrodes placed around the forearm. The motions were the flexion of the thumb, index, middle, ring, and little linger. One subject was trained with these motions and another left was untrained. The maximum likelihood estimation was used to infer the finger motion. Experimental results have showed that this method could be useful for recognizing finger motions. The average accuracy was as high as 95%.

  • According to a survey, more than 50% of the elders fall which is the most frequent daily safety accident of the elders takes place at home. Furthermore, the elders fall is anticipated to increase as more elderly people are expected to live alone since, 67.1% of the elders of 65 or more do not hope to live with their children. This research aims to verify the fall by measuring and analyzing the floor vibration, and the hardware system was also designed was Piezo Film Sensor, Op-Amp, and DAQ. The system is consists of signal processing part for measuring floor vibration and alarm part for identifying the consciousness of the user when the fall occurs. The fall detection by vibration signals verified by k-Nearest Neighbor verification, and the results showed the error rate of 3.8%.

  • In general, many instrumentations of slope rely on theory or experience because on-site accessibility and long term instrumentation are difficult to conduct the instrumentation of slopes. Also the prediction of disaster is very difficult. Therefore experimental research was conducted about an effective method to predict collapse of slope and on-site applicability in this study. The collapse of slope was able to be predicted by applying AE sensor which we call WEAD to the failure criteria. The parameters of AE generated during the collapse of slope were secured through bending shear test. Test construction was applied to the slope with a history and a possibility of collapse. As a result, it is shown that AE parameters do not exceed the failure criterion and is found to be stable slopes. As the real symptoms of collapse did not appear, AE was found to have excellent applicability.
