사석구조물의 안정성에 관한 많은 연구성과가 보고되어 왔지만 안정성 변화의 주요 원인에 대한 정량적인 평가는 아직도 미흡한 실정이다. 특히 불규칙 해파의 통계적 특성과 파군 및 고파의 지속시간 등의 외력특성에 대한 영향은 Ryu and Sawaragi (1986)나 Van der meer(1986) 등에 의해 검토된바 있지만 종합적으로 평가한 예는 찾아보기 힘들다. 또한 구조물의 건설장소, 구조물의 제원 및 시공방법 등에 따라 안정성은 크게 변화하므로 이들의 영향을 보다 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 설계algorithm이 요구되고 있다. Die Rechtsschutzversicherung ist als eine echte Schadenversicherung eine neue Versicherung, die $Spezialit{\ddot{a}}t$ des versichertes Risikos hat. Das bedeutet, dass der Rechtschutzversicherer nur bestimmte vertraglich vereinbarte Risiken $tr{\ddot{a}}gt$. Diese Risiken sind in den Allgemeinen Bedingungen $f{\ddot{u}}r$ die Rechtsschutzversicheurng (ARB) im Zusammenhang mit Versicherungsvertragsgesetz (VVG) ${\S}$ 125 exact beschrieben. VVG ${\S}$ 125 spricht allegemein von Leistung des Versicherers im vereinbarten versicherten Umfang. Entscheidend ist also die Vereinbarung in den ARB, welche in ${\S}$ 1 die Kostentragung $f{\ddot{u}}r$ den Versicherten als Hauptleistung des Versicherers beschrieben ist. Also in den VVG ${\S}{\S}$ 125 bis 129 gibt es keine Definition ${\ddot{u}}ber$ die Sparte der Rechtsschutzversicherung, jedoch mindestens es $w{\ddot{a}}re$ $m{\ddot{o}}glich$, diese Sparte zu definieren. Um die $k{\ddot{u}}nftige$ Produktentwicklung nicht zu hindern, $enth{\ddot{a}}lt$ die Vorschrift keine gesetzliche Definition der Rechtsschutzversicherung nach Angabe der amtlichen $Begr{\ddot{u}}ndung$. Weil in Korea die Rechtsschutzversicherung relativ neu in Versicherungsmarket ist, sind daher VVG ${\S}{\S}$ 125 ein gutes gesetzgeberisches Vorbild, um pragmatisch und auch dazu rechtswissenschaftlich zu diskutieren und diese fsetzustellen. Im Schritt von Ausdehnungen der juristischen Dienstleistung $w{\ddot{a}}re$ es $n{\ddot{o}}tig$, zu betrachten, wie Leistungsumfang des Versicherers in der Rechtsschutzversicherung erweitert werden kann. And noch dazu ist die Informationspflicht des Versicherers in Hinsicht auf Versicherungsunfall und Leistungsumfang noch weitert zu ${\ddot{u}}berlegen$, weil diese Sparte der Rechtsschutzversicherung noch professioneller als die anderen Versicherungsbereiche ist.

The fine structure on the compound eye surface of 2 species(Choerades isshikii (Matsumura), Laphria rufa R$\ddot{o}$der) belong to 2 genera of Laphriinae in Korea was morphologically studied with a scanning electron microscope and image analyser. The compound eye was divided into 3 parts(medial, middle, and lateral) according to a difference in the diameter of a facet. The fine structure of a facet in the medial and middle part was characteristic in Korean Laphriinae. And this morphological character was valuable in taxonomy because of the fine structure was differ from each genus.

p-Phenylenediamine dihydroperchlorate, $C_6H_4N_2H_4{\cdot}2HC1O_4$, crystallizes in space group $P\={1}$ with $a=4.79{\pm}0.02,\;b=9.03{\pm}0.02,\;c=7.12{\pm}0.03{\AA},\;{\alpha}=109.4{\pm}0.2,\;{\beta}=79.6{\pm}0.2,\;r=104.6{\pm}0.2^{\circ},\;Z=1$. The structure has been solved by the Patterson and Fourier methods. The refinement by block-diagonal least-squares cycles gives R = 0.13 for 387 observed reflexions collected on equi-inclination Weissenberg photographs with CuK${\alpha}$ radiation. There are two different types of five hydrogen bonds. The first type consists of one trifurcated N${\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$O hydrogen bond and the second of two normal N${\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$O hydrogen bonds, both of which exist between the amino group and the perchlorate, groups. A p-phenylenediamine group is approximately planar within an experimental error and bonded to twelve perchlorates: ten perchlorates forming hydrogen bonds and two being contacted with the van der Waals forces. A perchlorate group is surrounded by six p-phenylenediamines and four perchlorates; among the six p-phenylenediamines, five of them are hydrogen-bonded, and the rest contacted with the van der Waals force.ce anaysis of our samples and investigated the variarions in the values of parameters obtained through fitting the theoretical impedance to the experimental impedance. The characters of the dielectric constant and the impedance showed abnormal variations for the 0.2 at K-doped NSBN ceramics, which we were able to interpret in terms of the variations in the number A-site vacancies with the K doping ratio. From these results, A-site vacancies are thought to be space charges that influence the ferroelectric properties of NSBN ceramics.

이 논문의 목적은 수없이 많은 독일어 동사들 가운데 사람의 심리-감정을 표현하는 동사, 소위 감정동사(Emotionsverben: Verben der Gefuhlsbewegung)를 하나의 어휘-의미장(lexikalisch-semantisches Feld)으로 보고 이들의 통사구조 및 의미구조를 파악하여 결합가 모형화 하는 것이다. 우리는 감정동사의 통사 구조 및 의미구조를 기술하기 위해 동사 중심의 결합가 이론과 격이론을 이론적$\cdot$방법론적 토대로 삼았다. 또한 우리는 감정동사를 보충어의 수와 형태에 따라 크게 세 가지 그룹, 즉 2개의 보충어를 갖는 그룹 I(이 그룹에 속하는 동사들은 무생물(사물)을 주어로 갖는다)과 그룹 II(이 그룹에 속하는 동사들은 유생물(사람)을 주어로 갖는다) 그리고 3개의 보충어를 갖는 그룹 III(사람과 사람간의 관계를 나타낸다)으로 구분하였다. 예증을 위해 개별 동사에 대해 용례를 제시했다. 2개의 보충어를 갖는 그룹 II를 보충어의 수의성 여부에 따라 하위 분류했다. 보충어의 형태는 명사구(Sn, Sd, Sa, Sa)와 전치사구(pS)에 한정했으며 - 지면관계상 개별 동사의 예문으로 제시하진 않았지만 - 문장형태의 보충어, 예를 들어 dass-문장(Nsdass)과 부정사문(Inf)도 고려하여 통사적 문형(syntaktisches Satzmodell)과 의미적문형(semantisches Satzmodell)에서 제시하였다. 결국 이 논문은 독일어를 배우는 이들에게 독일어 동사의 통사구조 및 의미구조를 보다 쉽게 설명할 수 있는 하나의 방법론을 제시함은 물론, 나아가서는 결합가 사전에서 동사 내항 기술을 위한 기본적인 토대를 제공할 것이다

Der neue strukturelle Ansatz der Kommbination eines Rahmen$\ddot{u}$bereinkommens und eines ausr$\ddot{u}$stungsspezifischen Sonderprotokolls bedingt einen neuen organisatorischen Anstz f$\ddot{u}$r die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internationalen Organisationen bei der Schaffung von internationalem Einheitsprivatrecht. So haben hier zwei internationale Organisationen gemeinsam die Verantwortung f$\ddot{u}$r einmultilaterales $\ddot{U}$bereinkommen $\ddot{u}$bernommen: auf der einen Seite UNIDROIT als die internationale Organisation, die generell f$\ddot{u}$r die Vereinheitlichung des Privatrechts kompetent ist; auf der anderen Seite ICAO als die f$\ddot{u}$r die private Luftfahrt zust$\ddot{a}$ndige internationale Organisation. Dieses neue, f$\ddot{u}$r die Luftfahrzeugausr$\ddot{u}$stung praktizierte organisatorische Modell eines joint venture zweier internationaler Organisation bei der Einheitsrechtsetzung, namlich die Betreuung eines allgemeinen privatrechtsvereinheitlichenden Rahmens$\ddot{u}$bereinkommens durch UNIDROIT und die Wahrnehmung der sektorspezifischen Belange in einem ausr$\ddot{u}$stungsspesifischen Sonderprotokoll durch die jeweils zust$\ddot{a}$ndige internationale Spezialorganisation, hat bereits f$\ddot{u}$r die Sektoren der Eisenbahn- und Weltraumausrustung Schule gemacht. Das in Kapstadt beschlossene v$\ddot{o}$lkervertragliche Regelungswerk hat erstmals ein einheitsrechtliches - grunds$\ddot{a}$atzlich weltweite Geltung anstrebendes - Sicherungsrecht geschafen. Dies kann f$\ddot{u}$r die Sachenrechtsintergration einen $\ddot{a}$hnlichen Durchbruch bedeuten, wis das Wiener UN-kaufrechts$\ddot{u}$bereinkommen von 1980 f$\ddot{u}$r das Schuldvertragsrecht. Voraussetzung daf$\ddot{u}$r ist allerdings die juristische Qualit$\ddot{a}$t und Praxisgerechtigkeit des Regelungswerkes und - insbesondere - das Funktionieren des Registersystems. Von wesentlicher Bedeutung f$\ddot{u}$r den Erfolg des $\ddot{U}$bereinkkommens wird auchsein, ob es Rechtssicherheit zu gew$\ddot{a}$hrleisten vermag.

The equations of motion of the structure, which is a small scale cantilever beam considering electrostatic force, squeeze film damping and van der Waals force are obtained employing Galerkin's method based on Euler beam theory. The influence of each force is investigated fur changing the size of a small scale cantilever beam which assumed uniform shape. Also the forces which are affected by the required size of a small scale cantilever beam for manufacturing are forecasted.

The crystal and molecular structure of 2-methyl-3-(N-trimethyl ammonium)phenol iodide, $C_{10}H_{16}NOI, was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group $P_{na2}_{1}$ with a=13.327(3), b=12.496(3), C=7.227(2)A and Z=4. A total of 489 independent observed reflections were collected by the automated Four-circle diffractometer and was solved by heavy atom method and refined by anisotropic block-diagonal least-squares method to the R value of 0.04. The benzene ring is slightly distorted from regular hexagon. The I atom and 2-methyl-3-(N-trimethyl ammonium)phenol group is held together by van der Waals forces in the crystal. Intermolecular hydrogen bond is of the type O-H....I with the length 3.35.angs.. Apart from the hydrogen bonding system the molecules are held together by van der Waals forces in the crystal.

Zusammenfassung : Seit den 1990er Jahren hat Muenchen sich zu einem der fuehrenden europaeischen Biotechnologie Clustern entwickelt. Cluster, d.h. raeumliche Konzentrationen von miteinander vernetzten Unternehmen und Institutionen entlang einer Wertschoepfungskette, stellt fuer Unternehmen und Regionen einen erheblichen Wettbewerbsvorteil dar. Ziel dieser Beitrag ist es, die Herausbildung und Entwicklung des Innovationsclusters in Deutschland, am Beispiel von Biotech Cluster Muenchen zu analysieren. Im Folgenden wird zunaechst der Versuch unternommen, eine uebergreifende Kozeption regionaler Unternehmensclustern theoretisch zu eroerten. Darauf aufbauend wird anhand des Biotech Clusters Muenchen die Struktur und Entwicklung des Innovationsclusters empirisch aufgezeigt.
