The Park's government that the creative economy is a top priority national issues denies Careers centered on educational background or spec. Therefore, public authorities and companies worth pursuing talent selection to support the creative economy. For this purpose, a introduced method is National Competency Standards(NCS). Especially public institutions requires the information technology personnel. Thus, this paper is to study the IT talent division of NCS, and analysis for IT talent selection applied the NCS. This paper will be an important research on IT Talent needed in companies that demonstrate the creative economy as well as Public institutions.

This paper uses MPI (Malmquist Production Index) method to provide basic information and policy direction derived to improve the productivity. This can identify whether or not the railroad service have excellent services, if there are structural problem, in which sector is experiencing a degree of productivity, in which sector should be set targets to some degree. According to the result, the productivity of Korea railway lines is measured 1.1 both publicity and profitability aspects. Changes in production technology were the most important causes. Strategic planning should consider to increase the productivity such as modernization of facilities and equipment, cost savings, and increase in productivity of employee and rail cars.

As well as crop cultivation, they could not avoid automatizing and using more environmental friendly process in cultivation of fruit. And also, the consumer ask more safe fruit which is produced with more clean method. This is why the usage of aid materials for fruit cultivation like as fruiting bags are increasing. Practical utilization of wax emulsion treated water repelling fruiting bags are developed continuously and it's properties is compared properties of nomal fruiting bags. The water repelling process was developed with wax emulsion coating. After the experiment of wax emulsion preparation from paraffin and DEA and/or OA in Lab. scale, the wax emulsion was manufactured on pilot scale. The wax emulsion coated paper was prepared in mill scale coater. The water repellency and properties of emulsion coated fruiting bags were evaluated and compared with that of current fruiting bags.

In this paper, We suggest the method of attack VPS, and also point out the vulnerability of VPS though simulation.

This research presents a three-dimensional modeling technique for a flexible sheet. A relative coordinate formulation is used to represent the kinematics of the sheet. The three-dimensional flexible sheet is modeled by multi-rigid bodies interconnected by out-of-plane joints and plate force elements. A parent node is designated as a master body and is connected to the ground by a floating joint to cover the rigid motion of the flexible sheet in space. Since the in-plane deformation of a sheet such as a paper and a film is relatively small, compared to out-of-plane deformation, only the out-of-plane deformation is accounted for in this research. The recursive formulation has been adopted to solve the equations of motion efficiently. An example is presented to show the validity of the proposed method.

Hacking damage is increasing year by year in the Internet payment service credit card applying the digital signature method of PKI-based first domestic, secure payment, was 180 million won in 2012. Revenues have soared for phishing that Smishing using smartphone after entering 2013. Hacking accident to the secure payment system using Smishing has occurred took over personal information and financial direct damage. In this paper, we analyzed for Smishing, to prevent the damage of secure payment using Smishing to study the hacking attack of secure payment. In addition, it would be studies to allow through the smartphone, online payment safer and more convenient.

In order to cultivate vegetables in plastic greenhouse or housing facilities it was investigated properties of radiation and functions of LED lamp and proposed application possibility. Against presently existing method of obtaining blue and red colored wave lights needed to plants growing, it was used white LED and red LED to investigate growing conditions as well as brightness and color sense with working condition. And also it was presented lighting system of selective wave functions to promote plant growth.

In this paper, we have presented the implementation plan for the Server interface and how to implement the Client GUI interface of a form you can use Android considerations and ERP Interface methods available in mobile devices, with iOS. It provides in the form of Web services using TCP / IP, how to handle the data, communication of Client and Server in mobile devices, coordination of ERP that can be used in mobile devices by presenting how to send in XML format it presented a new method which can be performed more efficiently.

Banks play a crucial role in bringing stability and economic development through their expected contribution in proper financial resource mobilisation across the economy. Despite the importance, there is little focus in recent literature which provided the empirical evidence how the global financial crisis affect the bank efficiency in Bangladesh. Thus, this paper aims to examine the effect of the global financial crisis and other factors on the efficiency of Bangladesh commercial banks. By employing the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, we computed the technical efficiency of individual banks operating in the Bangladesh banking sector during 2000 to 2013. The empirical findings indicate that the Bangladesh banking sector has exhibited the highest efficiency level during 2001, while efficiency seems to be at the lowest level during 2010. The study finds that crisis along with bank size, capital adequacy ratio, return on average equity and real interest rate have a significant effect on bank efficiency in Bangladesh. In order to keep the sound financial development of Bangladesh, banks operating in the Bangladesh banking sector have to consider all the potential technologies which could improve their profit efficiency levels, since the main motive of banks is to maximise shareholders' value or wealth through profit maximisation.
