한국인 제2형 당뇨병 환자를 위한 칼로리별 표준식단 적용효과 (Application Effect in Standard Diet by Calorie for Korean Type 2 Diabetic Patients)

  • To develop the diet for Korean type 2 diabetic patients, a consumer survey was conducted (N=35) and was analyzed statistically. The survey compared the results of a questionnaire, somatometry, and blood parameters before and 8 weeks after the experiment. It was divided into Diabetic diet enforcement group (DDE) vs. Non diabetic diet enforcement group (NDDE). There was no significant difference in body weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat, triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of the subjects before and 8 weeks after the experiment. DDE's average fasting glucose (FBG) and post prandial 2 hours blood glucose (PP2) were significantly decreased before and after the experiment (p<0.05). NDDE's average FBG and PP2 showed no significant difference. In terms of Hemoglobin $A_lC\;(HbA_1C)$ content, DDE's had significantly decreased level both before and after the experiment (p<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the NDDE group. Cholesterol and High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were significantly different in DDE (p<0.05) both before and after the experiment. Whereas in the case of NDDE, there was no significant difference on the cholesterol and HDL-C, while DDE's showed a significant difference before and after the experiment. In terms of patients distribution depending on their treatment (p<0.05), NDDE had no significant difference before and after the experiment. For an item asking blood glucose control, DDE had significant difference before and after the experiment (p<0.01), while NDDE had no significant difference. For program satisfaction (p<0.05) and health (p<0.001), both the groups changed significantly after the experiment. But there was no significant difference in applying it to their real life after the experiment. Based on these results, DDE had the decreased blood glucose levels, $HbA_1C$, and cholesterol and increased HDL-C, with decreased rate of the patients taking oral hypoglycemic agents. In addition, many of the patients who participated in the experiment were found to be satisfied with the program, in terms of having less trouble in glucose control and exhibited improvement in health. Hence, based on the above results it was concluded that program was a very successful one for the treatment of diabetes.

  • This paper introduces that the machine tools's feed system optimizes by modeling for simulation and adjusting drive control parameter. The first method is frequency response of speed loop with design parameter by use of MATLAB application, in order that other axis can do equal to bandwidth. The second meted uses various sensor for analyzing machine tools's structure and adjustes jirk limitter.

  • This paper introduces that the lathe optimize for main and sub spindle's synchronous in Opening-CNC. In view of optimal design, the mathematical modelling and the frequency domain analysis of spindle's system are performed. For the compensation of synchronous error in compounded manufacture process, the optimization method of motor drive's control parameter and the related parameter is proposed. By the experiment in prototype machines using the server/client program, the validity of the proposed method is verified.

  • This paper introduces that the turning center optimizes main and sub spindle's synchronized controller in Open-CNC. In view of optimal design, the mathematical modeling and the frequency domain analysis of spindle's system are simulated. For the minimizing of synchronized error in each spindle's speed, the study of control method and the related control parameter is proposed. By the experiment in prototype machines using the server/client program, the validity of the proposed synchronous error's compensation method is verified.

  • 본 연구는 PhotoModeler Pro를 이용하여 공간 정보를 자동적으로 추출하기 위한 기법에 관한 것이다. PhotoModeler Pro는 Windows시스템에서 개인용 컴퓨터 상에서 3차원 공간 정보를 취득할 수 있는 우수한 도구이나 스테레오 이미지를 자동적으로 병행하여 처리하는 데는 충분하지 않은 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 PhotoModeler Pro상에서 자동생성 프로그램과 DDE인터페이스를 이용한 스테레오 매칭 연구에 관한 것으로, 적용 지역은 사면과 계단이 많은 타테야마 지역(일본 나가사키 시)을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 대상 지역에 대한 자동 스테레오 매칭 결과 $100\%$의 적중률을 보였다.

  • MMI system for strip caster 2 is described. It has been developed as a PC-based MMI system whose data is collected from the VME-based control system by ETHERNET. MMI elements that mimic the caster and its utilities are designed by using commercial program. In order to implement the UDP/IP communication in MMI, UDP/IP manager program with DDE that is a intercommunication protocol in MS-window is developed and connected with MMI mimics. Operator commands in MMI system are carried out immediately in VME system and the responses are displayed on MMI system. The developed MMI system has been proven to be convenient and stable through the operation of the past 5 years.

  • 최근 급속한 산업발전으로 환경오염에 대한 인식이 고조되고 있으며 오염방지에 대한 방법 및 기술 또한 다각적으로 연구되고 있다. 과거에는 환경오염에 대한 대응방향이 오염물질의 농도저감과 처리기술 개발등에 국한되어 왔으나 현재는 오염물질의 관리 및 평가와 같은 좀더 고차원적인 연구로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경정보 시스템구축에 대한 개념을 수립하고 그 기법을 제시하였으며 오염원과 오염부하량에 따른 환경정보의 데이터베이스 설계, 질의, 분석 그리고 출력기법을 개발하였다. 또한, LANDSAT TM 영상을 이용하여 토지이용도를 작성하였으며, PC상에서 Excel과 PC ArcView 프로그램간에 동적데이터교환을 이용하여 폐수배출시설허가관리대장 관리를 가능하게 하여 기존 GSIS용 프로그램의 문서관리에 대한 취약성을 극복할 수 있었다.
