  • 본 논문은 철도부하의 이동을 고려한 전력조류계산 알고리즘에 기반하여, 에너지 저장장치를 설치하였을 때 철도계통의 영향 해석에 관한 논문이다. 철도부하는 위치적 변화 뿐 만 아니라 기동-타행-제동의 운전모드의 변화에 따라 전력소비 패턴이 달라지는데, 제동 시에 발생하는 회생에너지를 에너지 저장장치를 이용하여 활용함으로서 에너지 절감 효과 및 가선전압 안정화를 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서울지하철 2호선의 실계통에 대한 사례연구를 수행하여, 실계통에 에너지 저장장치를 적용함으로서 그 필요성을 증명하였다.

  • This paper presents a study on a small scale single-phase UPFC preliminary researches on power quality compensating schemes of electrical railway. As the UPFC is very complicated power-electronic system consisting of grid-connected transformers, four single phase inverters interconnected with dc-link capacitors and various electrical apparatuses, multiple controllers and control algorithms are needed, and entire UPFC has been modelled in the form of block diagrams and simulated by using Simulink. The main purpose of the compensating system is to manage reactive and active powers with the four single phase inverters, so, the control effort has been focused on the power flow control and has been realized through the hysteresis current control of the single phase inverters. And transport-delayed PLL with additional delay-time compensating term has been used to synchronize a grid voltage and the simulation results have shown that the compensating term could improve PLL performance under some frequency variation of the voltage.

  • At the railway feeding system, a role of dead section is very important. Because, dead section is essential installation that AC feeding system meets DC feeding system or phase is changed between AC feeding systems. But, in dead section it is possible that an electric train meets interruption. In Korea, a study on the dead section isn't yet accomplished in depth. Accordingly. In this paper, when electric train is in dead-section power quality problem on electric train was dealt. Modeling and simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC was accomplished to analyze.

  • Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) insulator has a higher performance than porcelain. It is only used in domestic AC 25 kV electric railway system. Seoul Metro has developed DC 1500 V polymer insulator since 2008. The test of moisture infiltration is carried out. The test results showed that all result values satisfy the test standard.

  • This paper describes the development of a clustering based fuzzy controller of an electromagnetic suspension vehicle using gain scheduling method and Kalman filter for a simplified single magnet system. Electromagnetic suspension vehicle systems are highly nonlinear and essentially unstable systems For achieving the levitation control of the DC electromagnetic suspension system, we considered a fuzzy system modeling method based on clustering algorithm which a set of input/output data is collected from the well defined Linear Quadratic Gaussian(LQG) controller. Simulation results show that the proposed clustering based fuzzy controller methodology robustly yields uniform performance with adequate gap response over the mass variation range.

  • This paper studied technical investigation of effective operation and methodology for technical combination in south and north korea. For harmonious transportation on railroad system, the system of trans-korea railroad investigated on each part(system, Rolling stock, Cartenary & Electricity, Signal and Track etc). Though it isn't show many difference on railroad system, we can show some difference on rolling stock, track and signaling system. For the effective and competitive operation on south and north korea, Many problem investigated and proposed alternative proposal for selecting of rolling stock(diesel or electric), track and signaling improving for speed-up and compatible system at AC and DC system.

  • 전기철도 급전계통은 차량 또한 이동 부하이고, 비정상적인 전기적 특성이 나타날 수 있으므로, 전기적으로 정확한 해석을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 PSCAD/EMTDC 과도해석 프로그램을 이용하여 직류 전기 철도 시스템을 모델링 함으로써 전기철도 급전계통의 정확한 특성을 연구하는 것이다. 한전 계통으로부터 전력을 급전 받아 전기철도차량 부하에 공급되는 급전계통을 실제와 가깝게 모델링 함으로써 정상상태 해석과 사고 시 과도특성 분석 및 계통에의 영향 해석을 목적으로 한다. 프로그램 특성상 각각의 소자를 모델링 한 후 4단자망 이론에 근거, 각 소자를 결합하여 전체 계통을 구성한다. 각각의 소자는 전차선로, 정류기 및 제어기를 포함한 차량부 (전동기, 제어소자), 정류 변전소 등으로 구성된다. 이 논문에서는 급전계통의 정상상태 및 고장전류를 분석함으로서 제안된 모델을 검증한다.

  • In the feeding system of electric railways it is necessary to divide the power lines for either ac or dc system. At this dead section, the system is damaged by the abrupt change of the coming-in power. This paper present the relationships. Between the feeding system and the trail-cars, and the counter plans to reduce the electrical arc and the breakdown at the dead section.

  • A subway in Seoul has had a major role of public transportation after the opening of Seoul Subway Line 1 on August 15, 1974 and it has reached 34.7% of the transportation of Seoul citizens. The extended length of the subway system suppled with DC power in Korea is about 500km. In this system, the devices which are proper for regenerative power system are being required because of changeover from old braking and ATS signal system to regenerative braking and ATO signal system. In this paper, we reviewed the safety standards for the insulated hangers in overhead contact line. These hangers which have depended on foreign imports are being developed in Korea considering ease of demand and supply and economic effects.

  • The DC high speed circuit breaker used in Seoul Metro for line no.1.2 is Japan HITACHI and FUJI breaker, and for line no.3.4 is Whipp & Bourne MM74 breaker from UK. The years that each breakers made are 1973(line no.1), 1984(line no.3.4), So that equipments are superannuated. Nowday the for equipment exchanging is executing, equipment for exchanging were used the Secheron breaker from Swiss. but now the Intec breaker made in Korea is used. The RTU of supervisory control and data acquisition system have the capabilities that can observe, control and work the installation efficiently. In this paper, as summarizing the solving process of problem that happened the SCADA system when old-equipment exchange and concerned point for logical supervision and control of reservation factors and equipment, I'll provide the direction that can do receiving-process of control-equipment, progressed with the exchange of old-electronic equipment.
