유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 자동 퍼지규칙 추출 방식 (An Auto Fuzzy Rule-base Extraction Method using Genetic Algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 자동 퍼지규칙 추출 방식을 제안한다. 제안한 방식은 전문가의 조언에 의한 퍼지규칙 기반이나 시행착오법에 의한 퍼지규칙에 의존하지 않고 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 자동 퍼지규칙 방식이다. 제안한 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위해 dc모터제어에 적용하였으며 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • Electronic throttle control(ETC) is critical to drive ability, fuel economy and emission performance of present day passenger vehicles. Until now, many automobile engineer and company have been development electronic throttle controller and control algorism, such as adaptive control, sliding control, nonlinear and so on. But there are almost electronic throttle control using DC motor or stepping motor. This paper is the design of an electronic throttle controller and electronic throttle valve control using BLDC motor instead of DC motor.

  • This paper proposes the design of PI controller using real-coding genetic algorithm showing a good performance on convergence velocity and diversity of population among evolutionary computations. To evaluate the proposed method's effectiveness, we apply the proposed GA-PI controller to the speed control of an actual DC servomotor system. The experimental results show that GA-PI controller has the better control performance than PI controller in terms of settling time rising time and overshoot.

  • This study documents the 3-phase BLDC(Brushless DC) motor to improve conventional exhaust fan motor. Energy efficiency, noise, and air pollution reduction for the high-performance vibration of the BLDC motor has been used in many fields. It is necessary to achieve the information of rotor position for driving 3-phase type brushless DC motor. It is also necessary that the PWM control algorithm design for a MOSFET driver to control the motor speed control for each of three phases. BLDC motors for exhaust fan, we studied the controller and software. The control circuit and motor control program through which Exhaust fan up close and person can be used safely and protect the environment.

  • 공학교육에 있어 창의성과 독창성 그리고 타 분야와의 융합이 지속적으로 강조되고 있으며 이를 위한 새로운 교육이 제안되고 현장에 적극적으로 적용되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 기술이 하나로 결합된 스마트 건축물을 제작한다. 목재를 활용하여 제작되는 건축물에는 거리센서(distance sensor), 소리센서(sound sensor), LED 센서(LED sensor) 및 DC 모터(DC motor) 그리고 이를 동작시키는 그래픽 기반의 스크래치 프로그램이 하나로 통합되며 최종적인 융합 결과를 도출한다.

  • Almost all of control schemes proposed so far have been designed in the continuous-time domain theoretically. Actual systems, however, have been implemented in the discrete-time domain since Micro Control Unit(MCU) and/or microprocessors have been used for the controllers. Thus, the overall system turned to be a sampled-data system, and generally speaking, the ultimate error cannot converge to zero in the actual system even though the proposed control algorithm showed the asymptotic stability in the continuous-time domain. In this paper, therefore, the ultimate error bound of a sampled data system with a short sampling period has been investigated. The ultimate error is shown to be related in the sampling period.

BLDC 모터의 토크리플을 줄이기 위한 외란 관측기 기반 제어기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Torque Ripple Reduction in Brushless DC Motors using Disturbance-Observer Controller)

  • In this paper, we study the problem of torque ripple minimization in Brushless DC Motors (BLDC) and proposes a disturbance observer (DOB) based controller in order to efficiently reduce the torque ripple. In the DOB based control system, an equivalent disturbance (plant disturbance and effect of modelling error) is cancelled by its estimate. When the DOB controller is applied to BLDC motors, the effect of inverter switching is considered as an equivalent disturbance and to be cancelled by the DOB controller. Through computer simulations, it is shown that the performance of the proposed DOB controller is superior to that of the conventional PI controller. In the case where the numerical values of resistance and inductance are not known exactly, it is shown that the proposed DOB controller achieves better performance than the PI controller.

  • Recently, the 2-phase brushless DC motor has been used in electric home appliance for low price and low energy consumption. In this paper, we analyzed a 2-phase BLDC motor using time-step finite element method. And the validity of analysis is confirmed by measuring the flux distribution on the surface of permanent magnet and back-EMF. As well, we have calculated the dynamic characteristics of target motor considering the Hall sensor position. So, we have found the optimum switching position, and improved performance of 2-phase BLDC motor.

  • In this paper, the robust position tracking cotroller for a brushless DC motor driving a one-link robot manipulator is proposed. By using the backstepping approach, the adaptive and robust controller is appropriately designed to ensure global stability. The proposed robust backstepping controller can compensate for estimation errors in system parameters in the system with no structural changes in the controller and without destruction of the stability. The closed-loop stability of the system is shown using Lyapunov techniques. The tracking errors are shown to be globally uniformly bounded.

  • We propose a new method for detecting Backemf of a motor and estimating parameters of a motor using Recursive Least Square Estimator. The motor speed is obtained from the estimated parameters. We experiment the PID speed controller with the estimated speed.
