Study for Improvement of Tracking Accuracy of the Feeding System with Iron Core Type Linear DC Motor by Neural Network Control (신경망 제어에 의한 철심형 리니어모터의 추종성 향상 연구)

  • The requirements for higher productivity call for high speed of the machine tool axes. Iron core type linear DC motor is growly accepted far a viable candidate of the high speed machine tool feed unit. LDM, however, has inherent disturbance force components: cogging and force ripple. These disturbance force directly affects tracking accuracy of the carrage and must be eliminated or reduced. Reducing motor ripple, this paper adapted the feed forward compensation method and neural network control. Experiments carried 7ut on the linear motor test setup show that this control methods is usable in order to reduce the motor ripple.

  • We design and analyze two type stators for brushless DC linear motors by the experiment and the computational analysis. For a U-shape stator, the maximum manetic flux density by the finite element method(FEM) is large than that by the experiment by 1.0~2.2%. The result by the FEM is so accurate that it can be applied to the geometric design for the optimization. To increase the maximum magnetic flux density, we suggest an improved stator and analyze it by the 3-D and 2-D models. The maximum magnetic flux density of the improved stator is large than that of the U-Shape stator by 2.7%. Considering the size of the improved stator and maximum magnetic flux density, we determine that the optimized thickness is 5mm for a given specification.

  • IoT(Internet of Things) is no longer just a concept, and It has become common as individual users have tried to implement it directly through small boards and components. This research implemented a system to control a general toy car using Raspberry pi and motor driver. This research will help develop ordinary toy cars to RC cars or learn on their own and drive on their own through further development.

  • The merits of linear motor are high speed, high acceleration and goad positioning accuracy. In addition, Linear motor for high quality machme tool call for high thrust, high stiffness. In using linear motor we also consider thrust ripple, detent force and thermal behavior. In this research, Iron core type single sided linear DC motor(LDM) is designed which thrust is 6,000 N. To accomplish this design, Various research is hlfilled l~ke the relation of thrust and permanent magnet position angle, the variation of detent force and thrust ripple, dynamic characteristics, and so on.

  • 다기능 휠체어 시스템의 제어부인 80C196KC를 사용했으나, fuzzy 알고리즘을 적용하는데 있어서 여러 가지 문제점(속도, 연산, 외부장치 등) 때문에 구현1차는데 상당한 어려움이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 20MIPS의 속도인 TMS320F240의 프로세서를 사용하였으며 이로 인해 발생하는 문제점을 거의 해소시켰고, 퍼지 알고리즘을 효율적으로 적용할 수 있었다. 본 시스템의 구성은 주제어기로 퍼지 제어 알고리즘을 사용하여 조이스틱을 제어시켰고, 2개 encoder를 입력을 받아 휠체어 회전수를 이용하여 제어시켰다. 휠체어 모터로는 BLDC(Brushless DC) 모터를 사용했으면, BLDC전용 드라이브단을 이용하여 모터를 구현시켰다. 그리고 3개의 초음파 센서를 부착하여 장애물 회피를 시도하였다. 초음파센서의 효율적인 사용을 위해 스텝 모터(Stepping Motor)와 마이크로 컨트롤러로 PIC을 사용하였다. 본 논문의 실험 결과에서는 이전의 제어기(80C196KC)보다 현저히 성능 면에서 향상되었고, 부수적인 외부장치 처리면에서도 상당한 차이를 볼 수 있었다

  • Recently, Applications of BLDC motor have grown gradually in energy savings and controls of speed and torque. But most of BLDC motors need controller and driving circuits aside from motor, according to various situations. In this paper, it was designed for a embedded controller and motor including microprocessor that programmable intelligent control as various circumstances. And in order that the user conveniently use better than to use web browser using TCP/IP module in controller.

  • 본 논문은 시변 파라미터를 갖는 직류 모터의 적응 제어를 위한 온라인 상태궤환 제어시스템을 구성한다. 모터의 전기자 저항은 공칭값에 대하여 가우시안 랜덤변수로 가정하고 온라인 최소자승 추정법을 이용하여 실시간으로 추정한다. 모터의 부하 토크 또한 시변 특성을 가지며 이런 시스템 환경의 변화에 대해서도 설정치를 잘 추종하는 특성을 갖도록 한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제어기법의 타당성을 검증하며 기존의 상태궤환 제어기법과 비교분석하여 성능의 우수성을 입증한다.

  • This paper presents a current feedback learning controller for dynamic control of DC motors. The proposed controller uses the full third-order dynamics model of DC motor system to drive stable learning rules for virtual current learning input, voltage learning input, and the coefficient of electromotive force. It is shown that the proposed learning controller drives the state of uncertain DC motor system with unknown system parameters and external load torque to the desired one globally asymptotically. Computer simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive learning controller.
