City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.

Objectives : Dioscorea batas Decaisne (DB) has been known to be good for the digestive system on Eastern Asia. However, the protective effect of DB on acute pancreatitis (AP) has not been studied. In this study, we tried to investigate the protective effect of DB water extract on caerulein-induced AP. Methods : To measure the protective effect of DB on AP, Mice were injected with cholecystokinin analogue caerulein (50 ㎍/kg) hourly for 6 times. DB water extract (200 or 400 mg/kg) or saline (control group) was administered orally 1 h before the first injection of caerulein. The mice were sacrificed at 6 h after the last injection of caerulein. The pancreas tissues and serum samples were immediately taken for further analysis. Results : Administration of DB water extract showed the inhibitory effect on the increase of pancreas weight/body weight ratio, pancreatic histological damage. And the rise of serum lipase level was significantly reduced in DB water extract treatment group during AP in mice. However administration of DB water extract did not show significant reduction in serum amylase level. Also, mRNA levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines Interleukin (IL)-6 and Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-𝛼 but not IL-1𝛽 were inhibited by administration of DB water extract. Conclusions : Taken together, we found that administration of DB water extract ameliorates the severity of caerulein-induced AP, which suggests the potential to be an effective treatment on AP.

본 논문에서는 직접 대역 확산 통신 시스템에서 적응 알고리듬을 wavelet 변환 영역에 이용하여 협대역 간섭 성분을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는 wavelet 변환 기저 적응 간섭 제거 시스템을 소개한다. 두 종류의 Daubechies wavelets(dbl, db8)를 이용한 간섭 제거 시스템의 성능 비교를 위하여 비트 오율을 Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 구하고 그 결과로부터 wavelet 특성에 따라 성능이 달라지며 효율적인 개선 효과를 기대할 수 있음을 보였다.

Since standardization project is composed of complicate system, such as vehicle, signal, electric power and railway, how to build management system of the project has influence on the success of the project for the first stage of the project. The computer system design tool supports to carry out requirement analysis, DB construction, and history and follow-up management efficiently. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the method to optimize schema using computer system design tool.

Recently, amount of High-Rise Mixed-use Building is Increasing based on Preference of comfortable residence and good view. Government policies were turned to prefer about High-Rise Mixed-use Building because of decreased real estate Condition. But these changes have revealed that it has many maintenance problems for example- efficiency, economic, environmental problems. This paper suggests that the Database System based on various alternatives and real case. And it will be a tool in the scientific decision and value analysis from the facility management to make optimized decision.

This paper developed the computerizing assessment system modeling of the natural gas and district heating DSM programs. It constructed as each project in accordance with the business investment plans & assessment DB, related M&V data DB and cost-effectiveness analysis data DB. It is composed of total 58 tables which are 22 tables which are used in the plan and the assessment, 16 tables which are used in the cost-effectiveness analysis, 18 tables which are used in the M&V, table which is used in qualitative evaluation, as by each programs. This computer programs can contributed to DSM business investment system construction as implementing for algorithm development and an estimation by each programs.

본 논문은 RDB를 OWL 온톨로지로 번역할 수 있으며 번역된 OWL 온톨로지를 사용자가 GUI를 통해 탐색 가능케 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 이 시스템은 두 가지 문제를 극복한다. 첫째, 이 시스템은 DB와 온톨로지 사이의 요소간 매핑을 정의하는 새로운 매핑 알고리즘을 내장하고 있다. 이 알고리즘은 기존의 것들과 비교하여 더 다양한 DB 구조로부터 온톨로지를 생성할 수 있다. 둘째, 이 시스템은 DB로부터 생성한 온톨로지의 ABox를 추론기에 적재하지 않고도 추론기로부터 얻을 수 있는 데이터와 동일한 데이터를 사용자에게 제공한다. Tableau 알고리즘 기반의 추론기들은 큰 볼륨의 ABox 추론을 다차시간에 다루지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이것은 DB부터 번역된 큰 볼륨의 ABox를 갖는 온톨로지는 사실상 서비스 될 수 없음을 의미한다. 하지만 이 시스템은 ABox 요소가 요구될 때마다 추론기로부터 얻을 수 있는 데이터와 동일한 데이터를 획득할 수 있는 SQL 질의문을 내부적으로 실행한다.

폐자동차는 재활용 자원의 주요 원천이며 단계별로 해체 재활용업자, 파쇄 재활용업자 및 파쇄잔재물 재활용업자 등 여러 주체가 재활용을 분담하고 있다. 우리나라는 2015년부터 법적으로 95% 재활용률 달성을 목표로 하고 있는데, 여러 가지 이유로 재활용 모니터링이 원활하지 않은 형편이다. 본 연구는 전기전자제품 및 자동차 재활용 시스템(EcoAS)과 연계하여 국내 폐자동차의 실질 재활용률 산정을 위한 모니터링 체계를 제안한다. 국내 대표 재활용업체를 선정 조사하여 도출한 재활용 시나리오를 바탕으로 표준 재활용률 DB를 구축하고, 이를 활용하여 실질 재활용률을 산출하고자 한다. 또한 차종별 표준 분리품 DB를 활용하여 해체단계의 중량 정보 기록 및 해체 부품 DB 업데이트를 지원함으로써 분리품 재활용 추적을 용이하게 한다.
