Recombination and Expression of VP1 Gene of Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis Virus DRT Strain in a Baculovirus, Hyphantria cunea Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (전염성 췌장괴저바이러스 DRT Strain VP1유전자의 Baculovirus Hyphantria cunea Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus에 재조합과 발현)

  • Expression of the cDNA of the VP1 gene on the genome RNA B segment of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV) DRT strain in E. coli and a recombinant baculovirus were carried out. The VP1 gene in the pMal-pol clone (Lee et al. 1995) was cleaved with XbaI and transferred into baculovirus transfer vector, pBacPAK9 and it was named pBacVP1 clone. The VP1 gene in the pBacVP1 clone was double-digested with SacI and PstI and then inserted just behind T5 phage promoter and the $6{\times}His$ region of the pQE-3D expression vector, and it was called pQEVPl. Again, the $6{\times}$His-tagged VP1 DNA fragment in the pQEVP1 was cleaved with EcoRI and transferred into the VP1 site of the pBacVP1, resulting pBacHis-VP1 recombinant. The pBacHis-VP1 DNA was cotransfected with LacZ-Hyphantria cunea nuclear polyhedrosis virus (LacZ-HcNPV) DNA digested with Bsu361 onto S. frugiperda cells to make a recombinant virus. One VP1-gene inserted recombinant virus was selected by plaque assay. The recombinant virus was named VP1-HcNPV-1. The $6{\times}$His-tagged VP1 protein produced by the pQEVP1 was purified with Ni-NTA resin chromatography and analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis. The molecular weight of the VP1 protein was 94 kDa. The recombinant virus, VP1-HcNPV-1 did not form polyhedral inclusion bodies and expressed VP1 protein with 95 kDa in the infected S. frugiperda cells, which was detected by Western blot. The titer of the VP1-HcNPV-1 in the first infected cells was $2.0{\times}10^5\;pfu/ml$ at 7 days postinfection.

Trend and future prospect on the development of technology for electronic security system (기계경비시스템의 기술 변화추세와 개발전망)

  • Electronic security system is composed mainly of electronic-information-communication device, so system technology, configuration and management of the electronic security system could be affected by the change of information-communication environment. This study is to propose the future prospect on the development of technique for electronic security system through the analysis of the trend and the actual condition on the development of technique. This study is based on literature study and interview with user and provider of electronic security system, also survey was carried out by system provider and members of security integration company to come up with more practical result. Hybrid DVR technology that has multi-function such as motion detection, target tracking and image identification is expected to be developed. And 'Embedded IP camera' technology that internet server and image identification software are built in. Those technologies could change the configuration and management of CCTV system. Fingerprint identification technology and face identification technology are continually developed to get more reliability, but continual development of surveillance and three-dimension identification technology for more efficient face identification system is needed. As radio identification and tracking function of RFID is appreciated as very useful for access control system, hardware and software of RFID technology is expected to be developed, but government's support for market revitalization is necessary. Behavior pattern identification sensor technology is expected to be developed and could replace passive infrared sensor that cause system error, giving security guard firm confidence for response. The principle of behavior pattern identification is similar to image identification, so those two technology could be integrated with tracking technology and radio identification technology of RFID for total monitoring system. For more efficient electronic security system, middle-ware's role is very important to integrate the technology of electronic security system, this could make possible of installing the integrated security system.

Genetic Expression of Color Approved by Color Qualities of Munsell System on the Cocoon of Silkworm, Bombyx mori (누에 고치색 유전자 발현의 다양성 검정 및 색채과학적 해석)

  • Color qualities investigated on the basis of Munsell code and Korean standard color code for the cocoons from various strain of mulberry silkworm, Bombyx mori. 16 of different color qualities were identified from 21 of original silworm strains, and determinated international name with the revision of Korean color name for cocoon. The various cocoon color confirmed on the sphere from 567 to 593 nm wavelength, 78% of those located at the region about 580 nm (575~584) of sensitive "color difference limen". Y gene engaged broad ranges of wavelength (575~593 nm) in the color expression, by contrast with other genes of Pk (593 nm), F (584~593), Grc and relative G group (567~570 nm), on the transmission of carotenoid or flavonoid color substance. YC gene expression by original silk worm strain was also distinguished by those variation of specific yellow than other colors from Grc, GaGb, Gc, and YPkF. Appearance of chrome yellow cocoon was dominant than other yellow in the cross among vivid yellow group. F1 of pin${\times}$green produced the cocoon of yellow such as "additive mixture" as color light, however, most of the hybrid between yellow cocoon showed the color similar to "subtractive mixture" as a mixture of dyestuff. Hybrid cocoons among yellow or green colors were decreased their hue, value, and chroma, than those of parent. Diallel cross among the strain of various green cocoon suggest the existence of Grc, Ga, Gb, Gc genes. Cream colored cocoon of B. mandarina was differed from other yellow cocoon of Bobyx mori B. mori. Y$^A$ with Ymc showed the similar role of Y with C, therefore, segregated yellow cocoon from the B. mori${\times}$B. mandarina (+$^YC/Y^AYmc$). YC expression of $Y^AY$mc genes might be suppressed by deficiency of outer layer sericin on the middle division of silk giand in the B. mandarina.

  • Background: Hyperoxemic cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) has been recognized as a safe technique and is widely used in cardiac surgery. However, hyperoxemic CPB may produce higher toxic oxygen species and cause more severe oxidative stress and ischemia/reperfusion injury than normoxemic CPB. This study was undertaken to compare inflammatory responses and myocardial injury between normoxemic and hyperoxemic CPB and to examine the beneficial effect of normoxemic CPB. Material and method: Thirty adult patients scheduled for elective cardiac surgery were randomly divided into normoxic group (n=15), who received normoxemic CPB (about Pa $O_{2}$ 120 mmHg), and hyperoxic group (n=15), who received hyperoxemic CPB (about Pa $O_{2}$ 400 mmHg). Myeloperoxidase (MPO), malondialdehyde (MDA), adenosine monophosphate (AMP), and troponin-T (TnT) concentrations in coronary sinus blood were determined at pre- and post-CPB. Safety Assessments between Commercial Milk and DHA Fortified Milk of Dairy Cows Fed Feeds Containing Protected Fish Oil Treated with Formaldehyde (시중 일반우유와 포름알데히드로 보호 처리된 어유 첨가 사료를 먹인 DHA 강화우유의 안전성 연구)

  • Our objective in this study is to assess the safety of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) fortified milk of dairy cows fed feeds containing protected fish oil treated with formaldehyde by analyzing formaldehyde concentration in commercial milk and DHA fortified milk of dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feed. There are 3 milk samples in this study: Commercial milk (CM), DHA fortified milk for Kid (DHA-K) and DHA fortified milk for Baby (DHA-B). We confirm the fresh quality of these three samples by physicochemical tests. In fat content result, three groups are significantly different at the p < 0.05 by Duncan's multiple range test, but fat content of group DHA-K is about half the level of the other two groups. Protein content of group DHA-K is 1 % higher than other two groups. According to the analysis result of DHA content of DHA fortified milk, DHA content of DHA-B is two-fold higher than DHA-K. Similar pattern was seen in the intake based on age. According to HPLC analysis result of formaldehyde concentration in milk, commercial milk and DHA fortified milk are between 0.013 ppm and 0.057 ppm which is formaldehyde standard level in fresh milk settled in WHO (World Health Organization). Three groups have no significantly differences at the p < 0.05 by Duncan's multiple range test. For this reason, it can be concluded that there is no transition of formaldehyde from dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feeds to its produced milk. Safety about formaldehyde of DHA fortified milk of dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feeds is considered similar to commercial milk.

  • Effects of Chlorella powder on the growth of lactic acid bacteria, ripening velocity and organoleptic properties in Appenzeller cheese were investigated. Added levels of Chlorella powder were 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0%. The lactic acid bacteria count was higher in cheese added with Chlorella than those in the control cheese. The pH of cheese increased gradually after 3 weeks, reaching pH $5.4{\sim}6.2$ at 15 weeks of maturation, and the pH was slightly lower in Chlorella added cheese than in control cheese. The soluble nitrogen compounds, non casein nitrogen (NCN) and non protein nitrogen (NPN), in Appenzeller cheese increased during 15 weeks of ripening, and they were higher in Chlorella added cheese than in control cheese. Electrophoresis of cheese proteins revealed that caseins were degraded more rapidly in Chlorella cheese as the level of Chlorella increased so that the cheese with 2% Chlorella could have developed a bitter taste and a stench by an excessive degradation of proteins. Sensory scores of the cheese ripened for 15 weeks were diminished as the level of Chlorella increased especially the cheese added with 2% Chlorella obtained significantly lower values of sensory scores than control cheese. Among the Chlorella cheeses, 0.5% Chlorella added cheese showed the highest score in overall sensory preference. From the results, the adequate level of Chlorella powder being added to produce an Appenzeller cheese product with acceptable quality was suggested to be 0.5%.

  • 콜레스테롤은 성호르몬, 스테로이드 호르몬, 비타민 D, 담즙산 및 다른 체내화합물에 존재하는 생명에 필수적인 물질이며, 특히 세포막에는 이의 안정적인 기능수행을 위해 일정량의 콜레스테롤이 반드시 존재해야 한다. 이러한 중요성 때문에 우리의 몸안에는 완전히 음식물의 섭취에 의한 공급에 의존하지 않고서도 필요에 따라 체조직의 온전한 기능수행을 위해 즉시 이용될 수 있는 충분한 양의 콜레스테롤이 존재한다. 따라서 체내에서 자체적으로 합성되는 콜레스테롤의 양은 음식물을 통해 흡수되는 양보다 일반적으로 훨씬 높다. 매일 우리의 체내에서는 약 1,500mg 정도의 콜레스테롤이 합성되는데, 주로 간세포에서 만들어지며, 소장세포에서도 일부 합성이 이루어진다. 식단(食單)의 구성에 따라 물론 차이는 있으나, 우리가 매일 음식물을 통해 섭취하는 콜레스테롤의 양은 평균 300~700mg 정도이다 .이중 소장을 통해 흡수될 수 있는 양은 50% 정도에 불과하여 대부분 식사를 통해 흡수되는 콜레스테롤의 양은 실제적인 의미에서 그리 큰 비중을 차지하지 않는다. 대부분의 건강한 사람은 혈액내 콜레스테롤의 수준이 항상 정상적인 범위내에서 유지될 수 있도록 기능적인 체내 Feed-back 기작을 유지하고 있다. 음식물을 통한 식이(食餌)콜레스테롤의 섭취량이 많을 경우에는 이 물질의 장관(腸管)내 흡수율이 낮아지고, 체내 콜레스테롤의 합성량 역시 저하된다. 이러한 방법으로 대부분의 건강한 사람은 음식물을 통한 많은 양의 식이 콜레스테롤 섭취에 대해 효율적으로 보상하는 체내기작을 갖게 되어 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준이 필요 이상 높아지는 것을 막게 된다. 물로 s이러한 보상작용(補償作用)은 사람에 따라 일정하지는 않다. 최근의 연구결과에 의하면, 건강한 사람들의 약 60%정도는 하루에 3개 정도의 달걀에 포함되어 있는 양 정도의 콜레스테롤을 추가적으로 보상시킬 수 있다고 하는데, 이는 달걀 이외의 음식물에서도 섭취되는 콜레스테롤 양을 감안할 때 하루 총 1,000~1,500mg에 해당하는 양이다. 뿐만 아니라 이중 일부 사람들은 일반적인 식단 하에서 6개의 달걀을 추가하여 섭취하여도 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준이 높아지지 않는다고 한다. 여러 나라에서 아직도 일률적으로 권장되는, 음식물을 통한 일당 콜레스테롤 섭취량을 최고 300mg으로 제한해야 한다는 것은 건강인에 있어서는 앞에서 언급한 바와 같은 생리적인 피이드-백 기작으로 말미암아 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준을 저하시키지 못하거나 미미한 정도에 불과하다. 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준이 정상적인 범위인 180~240 mg/dl에 해당하는 대부분의 건강인에게도 콜레스테롤이 많이 함유된 달걀이나 기타 축산물을 이용한 식품의 지속적인 섭취를 적극 피하도록 권장하는 것은 국민보건상 별로 큰 위미가 없다고 생각한다. 왜냐하면 이로 말미암아 국민 건강상 문제점이 크게 향상되었다는 연구보고는 아직 발견되지 않고 있기 때문이다. 더욱이 동물성 콜레스테롤 다량 함유식품인 달걀, 우유, 유제품 및 육류 등의 섭취를 꺼리게 되면 이들 식품들이 영양생리학상 매우 중요한 양질의 영양소를 많이 함유하고 있기 때문에 여러 중요한 필수 영양소의 공급상태를 뚜렷히 감소시키게 된다. 병적으로 혈중 콜레스테롤의 수준이 높은 사람은 관상성 심장병의 발병 내지는 심장경색에 의한 사망에 대한 통계학적 위험성이 증가된다. 고콜레스테롤 혈증(청, 중년층의 경우 260mg /dl 이상) 환자중 많은 사람들은 대부분 음식물을 통한 다량의 콜레스테롤 섭취에 의해 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준이 높아진 것이 아니고, 주로 유전적인 콜레스테롤 대사 결함에 그 원인이 있다고 한다. 이런 환자들의 경우에는 콜레스테롤 및 지방함량이 낮은 음식물만 계속적으로 섭취한다고해서 혈중 콜레스테롤의 수준을 만족할만한 정도까지 낮출 수 있는 것은 아니기 때문에 주로 의학적 약물투여에 의한 치료법을 적용한다. 식이성 고콜레스테롤 증상을 보이는 사람들에 있어서는 음식물의 섭취방법을 조절해 줄 필요가 있는데, 가장 효과적인 식이요법은 체중을 정상적인 수준으로 조절하는데 있다. 이러한 환자의 경우는 지방을 통한 열량 섭취량을 총열량의 30% 정도 수준까지 감소시키는 것이 좋으며, 팔미틴산의 함량이 높은 지방의 섭취는 가능하면 삼가는 것이 좋다. 단순 및 고도 불포화지방산의 함량이 높은 지방의 섭취는 혈중 콜레스테롤의 수준을 한 포인트 정도 낮추는데 추가적으로 기여할 수 있다. 최근의 연구에 의하면, 단순 불포화 지방산인 올레인산을 많이 함유하고 있는 올리브 기름이 특히 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준에 대한 유리한 효과를 나타낸다고 하는데, 이는 오로지 혈액내 LDL-Cholesterol을 감소시키는 작용에 기인한다. 이에 반해 고도 불포화지방산인 리놀산은 저밀도지단백질 부분 외에도 심장 보호성(心臟 保護性) HDL-부분까지도 저하시키게 된다. 따라서 특수하게 리놀산을 강화시켜 제조한 마아가린이나 이와 유사한 기름을 이용한 리놀산 강화식품의 섭취는 이러한 이유 외에도 일정한 부작용이 알려져 있어 더 이상 강하게 추천되지 않고 있다. 만일 이러한 식이조절에도 불구하고 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준이 원하는 정도까지 떨어지지 않을 경우, 물론 콜레스테롤의 섭취를 최저로 제한할 수 있는 방법을 꾸준히 시도해 봐야 하나 일반적으로 미미한 정도의 효과만을 가져온다. 유전 및 식이와 관계되는 사항 외에도 추가적으로 고려해야 할 점은, 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준은 나이, 성별, 스포츠, 흡연, 스트레스 및 음주 등과 같은 요인에도 결정적인 영향을 받는다는 사실이다. 물론 현재까지 과도하게 증가된 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준을 저하시킴으로써 전체 국민의 사망률을 현저하게 낮추고 평균수명을 연장시켰다는 증거는 발견되지 않고 있다. 왜냐하면 단독 식이 요법을 통한 해당 연구들이 현재까지 뚜렷한 긍정적인 결과를 제시하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 의약품의 투여로 심장경색 및 이로 인한 사망을 감소시킬 수 있었다는 보고는 여러 연구결과들에서 보여주고 있으나, 그대신 다른 질병 및 암에 의한 사망률 역시 동시에 증가되었다고 한다. 이러한 이유로 말미암아 콜레스테롤 저하요법에 있어서 본래의 치료목적 이외의 위험성에도 항상 주의해야할 필요성이 존재한다는 사실을 주지해야 한다.

Corporate Bond Rating Using Various Multiclass Support Vector Machines (다양한 다분류 SVM을 적용한 기업채권평가)

  • Corporate credit rating is a very important factor in the market for corporate debt. Information concerning corporate operations is often disseminated to market participants through the changes in credit ratings that are published by professional rating agencies, such as Standard and Poor's (S&P) and Moody's Investor Service. Since these agencies generally require a large fee for the service, and the periodically provided ratings sometimes do not reflect the default risk of the company at the time, it may be advantageous for bond-market participants to be able to classify credit ratings before the agencies actually publish them. As a result, it is very important for companies (especially, financial companies) to develop a proper model of credit rating. From a technical perspective, the credit rating constitutes a typical, multiclass, classification problem because rating agencies generally have ten or more categories of ratings. For example, S&P's ratings range from AAA for the highest-quality bonds to D for the lowest-quality bonds. The professional rating agencies emphasize the importance of analysts' subjective judgments in the determination of credit ratings. However, in practice, a mathematical model that uses the financial variables of companies plays an important role in determining credit ratings, since it is convenient to apply and cost efficient. These financial variables include the ratios that represent a company's leverage status, liquidity status, and profitability status. Several statistical and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques have been applied as tools for predicting credit ratings. Among them, artificial neural networks are most prevalent in the area of finance because of their broad applicability to many business problems and their preeminent ability to adapt. However, artificial neural networks also have many defects, including the difficulty in determining the values of the control parameters and the number of processing elements in the layer as well as the risk of over-fitting. Of late, because of their robustness and high accuracy, support vector machines (SVMs) have become popular as a solution for problems with generating accurate prediction. An SVM's solution may be globally optimal because SVMs seek to minimize structural risk. On the other hand, artificial neural network models may tend to find locally optimal solutions because they seek to minimize empirical risk. In addition, no parameters need to be tuned in SVMs, barring the upper bound for non-separable cases in linear SVMs. Since SVMs were originally devised for binary classification, however they are not intrinsically geared for multiclass classifications as in credit ratings. Thus, researchers have tried to extend the original SVM to multiclass classification. Hitherto, a variety of techniques to extend standard SVMs to multiclass SVMs (MSVMs) has been proposed in the literature Only a few types of MSVM are, however, tested using prior studies that apply MSVMs to credit ratings studies. In this study, we examined six different techniques of MSVMs: (1) One-Against-One, (2) One-Against-AIL (3) DAGSVM, (4) ECOC, (5) Method of Weston and Watkins, and (6) Method of Crammer and Singer. In addition, we examined the prediction accuracy of some modified version of conventional MSVM techniques. To find the most appropriate technique of MSVMs for corporate bond rating, we applied all the techniques of MSVMs to a real-world case of credit rating in Korea. The best application is in corporate bond rating, which is the most frequently studied area of credit rating for specific debt issues or other financial obligations. For our study the research data were collected from National Information and Credit Evaluation, Inc., a major bond-rating company in Korea. The data set is comprised of the bond-ratings for the year 2002 and various financial variables for 1,295 companies from the manufacturing industry in Korea. We compared the results of these techniques with one another, and with those of traditional methods for credit ratings, such as multiple discriminant analysis (MDA), multinomial logistic regression (MLOGIT), and artificial neural networks (ANNs). As a result, we found that DAGSVM with an ordered list was the best approach for the prediction of bond rating. In addition, we found that the modified version of ECOC approach can yield higher prediction accuracy for the cases showing clear patterns.

Dietary corn resistant starch regulates intestinal morphology and barrier functions by activating the Notch signaling pathway of broilers

  • Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary corn resistant starch (RS) on the intestinal morphology and barrier functions of broilers. Methods: A total of 320 one-day-old broilers were randomly allocated to 5 dietary treatments: one normal corn-soybean (NC) diet, one corn-soybean-based diet supplementation with 20% corn starch (CS), and 3 corn-soybean-based diets supplementation with 4%, 8%, and 12% corn resistant starch (RS) (identified as 4% RS, 8% RS, and 12% RS, respectively). Each group had eight replicates with eight broilers per replicate. After 21 days feeding, one bird with a body weight (BW) close to the average BW of their replicate was selected and slaughtered. The samples of duodenum, jejunum, ileum, caecum digesta, and blood were collected. Results: Birds fed 4% RS, 8% RS and 12% RS diets showed lower feed intake, BW gain, jejunal villus height (VH), duodenal crypt depth (CD), jejunal VH/CD ratio, duodenal goblet cell density as well as mucin1 mRNA expressions compared to the NC group, but showed higher concentrations of cecal acetic acid and butyric acid, percentage of jejunal proliferating cell nuclear antigen-positive cells and delta like canonical Notch ligand 4 (Dll4), and hes family bHLH transcription factor 1 mRNA expressions. However, there were no differences on the plasma diamine oxidase activity and D-lactic acid concentration among all groups. Conclusion: These findings suggested that RS could suppress intestinal morphology and barrier functions by activating Notch pathway and inhibiting the development of goblet cells, resulting in decreased mucins and tight junction mRNA expression.

The Study on the Influence of Selection Characteristics of Franchise System, business possibility, Communication, Moral Hazard on Franchisee's Perceived Risk, and Recontracting Intention in the Food Service Franchise Industry (외식 프랜차이저의 사업성, 커뮤니케이션, 모럴해저드가 프랜차이지의 위험지각과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향)

  • I. Introduction: This study is to examine the structural relationships among exogenous variable (preliminary and post-support, franchisee's perceived business possibility, communication, moral hazard), the mediated variables(satisfaction, perceived risk, trust) and dependent variable(recontracting intention) in the food service franchise industry context. More specifically, this study has considered some realistic characteristics factors influencing satisfaction, perceived risk and trust between franchisors and franchisees and their further recontracting intention from the perspective of a practical approach. In this study, 437 data has been collected and used for the SPSS and AMOS analysis. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. II. Research Model: This study is to examine the structural relationships among preliminary and post-support by franchisor, franchisee's perceived business possibility, and communication, moral hazard, has on effect on franchisee's satisfaction, perceived risk, trust and recontracting intention in the food service franchise industry context. Hypotheses are as following (Stern & EL-Ansary 1988; Oliver, 1997;Kee & Knox, 1970; Moorman, Deshpande & Zaltman, 1993; Perron, 1998; Zaheer, McEvily, Perrone, 1998). III. Result and Implication: We examined franchisee who have food service stores for samples of this study. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling using path analysis. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as following: ${\chi}^2$ = 61.578 (d.f.=9, p<0.01), CFI =.990, GFI =.973, AGFI =.863, RMR =.019, RMSEA= .116, NFI = .988, TLI = .959. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, preliminary and post support of franchisor, perceived business possibility and communication positively influence to franchisee's satisfaction. Second, moral hazard of franchisor has negatively influence to franchisee's satisfaction and positively influence to perceived risk. Third, franchisee's satisfaction and trust has positively influence to recontracting intention. Fourth, franchisee's perceived risk has negatively influence to trust and recontracting intention. We can concluded that franchisor's preliminary and post support of franchisor, perceived business possibility and communication may be considered as the important factors influence to franchisee's satisfaction. Moral hazard has become a focused issue in franchise industry. Finally, the managerial implication has been stated as followings: First, in the process of building a systematic industry support franchise system and developing a creative business model, franchisee's stable profitability should be considered as the first important factor. The franchisee's trust to franchise may become a dominant factor that influence the business expansion of franchisor. Second, franchisor should communication with their franchisees and deal with the realistic difficulties faced by them with an effort. Third, the franchisor should achieve a synergy effect by utilizing the win-win strategy. The moral hazard strategy that achieving the profit through franchisee's damage will not be inadvisable to franchisor. Then the long-term oriented development and profitability can be maintained. To do so, the franchise industry may break away from the traditional business structure to improve management transparency and competitiveness on investment and organizational changing management. The conflict between franchisor and franchisee also can be reduced and big success can be achieved in the franchise industry.
