CHARACTERIZING FUNCTIONS FIXED BY A WEIGHTED BEREZIN TRANSFORM IN THE BIDISC

  • For c > -1, let ${\nu}_c$ denote a weighted radial measure on ${\mathbb{C}}$ normalized so that ${\nu}_c(D)=1$. For $c_1,c_2>-1$ and $f{\in}L^1(D^2,\;{\nu}_{c_1}{\times}{\nu}_{c_2})$, we define the weighted Berezin transform $B_{c_1,c_2}f$ on $D^2$ by $$(B_{c_1,c_2})f(z,w)={\displaystyle{\smashmargin2{\int\nolimits_D}{\int\nolimits_D}}}f({\varphi}_z(x),\;{\varphi}_w(y))\;d{\nu}_{c_1}(x)d{\upsilon}_{c_2}(y)$$. This paper is about the space $M^p_{c_1,c_2}$ of function $f{\in}L^p(D^2,\;{\nu}_{c_1}{\times}{\nu}_{c_2})$ ) satisfying $B_{c_1,c_2}f=f$ for $1{\leq}p<{\infty}$. We find the identity operator on $M^p_{c_1,c_2}$ by using invariant Laplacians and we characterize some special type of functions in $M^p_{c_1,c_2}$.

Overexpressed Drosophila DNA Methyltransferase 2 Isoform C Interacts with Hsp70 in Vivo

  • Shen and colleagues (Lin et al., 2004) have recently shown that overexpression of the Drosophila DNA methyltransferase 2 isoform C, dDnmt2c, extended life span of fruit flies, probably due to increased expression of small heat shock proteins such as Hsp22 or Hsp26. Here, I demonstrate with immunoprecipitations that overexpressed dDnmt2c interacts with endogenous Hsp70 protein in vivo in S2 cells. However, its C-terminal half, dDnmt2c(178-345) forms approximately 10-fold more Hsp70-containing protein complexe than wild-type dDnmt2c. Overexpressed dDnmt2c(178-345) but not the full length dDnmt2c is able to increase endogenous mRNA levels of the small heat shock proteins, Hsp26 and Hsp22. I provide evidence that dDnmt2c(178-345) increases Hsp26 promoter activity via two heat shock elements, HSE6 and HSE7. Simultaneously overexpressed Hsp40 or a dominant negative form of heat shock factor abrogates the dDnmt2c(178-345)-dependent increase in Hsp26 transcription. The data support a model in which the activation of heat shock factor normally found as an inactive monomer bound to chaperones is linked to the overexpressed C-terminus of dDnmt2c. Despite the differences observed in flies and S2 cells, these findings provide a possible explanation for the extended lifespan in dDnmt2c-overexpressing flies with increased levels of small heat shock proteins.

$Cd^{2+}$에 의한 닭의장풀의 생리적 독성에 salicyclic acid가 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Salicylic Acid on $Cd^{2+}$-induced Physiological Toxicity in Commelina communis L.)

  • 3주간 생장한 닭의장풀을 Hoagland용액에서 3주 동안 수경배양하면서, 100$\mu$M C$d^{2+}$과 100$\mu$M salicylic acid(SA)를 처리한 후 성장, 엽록소 함유량, 수분퍼텐셜, 엽록소 형광, 광합성능 및 기공전도도를 조사하였다. Hoagland용액에 C$d^{2+}$ 처리시 3주 동안 2.1cm생장했으나, 대조구는 7.2cm생장했다. 반면에 C$d^{2+}$ + SA 처리구는 1주 동안 0.7cm자랐으며, 2주 후에는 생장이 멈추거나 고사되었다. 엽록소 함량은 C$d^{2+}$ 처리구는 대조구에 비해 3주 때 7% 그리고 C$d^{2+}$ + SA처리구는 86% 억제되었다. 대조구와 C$d^{2+}$ 처리구는 1주와 2주 때를 제외하고는 정상적인 엽록소 a/b 비율을 보여주었으나, C$d^{2+}$ + SA 처리구는 1.6 이하를 보여주었다. Fv/Fm 측정 결과 C$d^{2+}$처리는 Fv/Fm값에 큰 영향을 주지 않았으나, C$d^{2+}$ + SA처리구는 대조구에 비해 2주간 처리한 경우 27%억제하였다. 수분퍼텐셜을 살펴보면 C$d^{2+}$ 처리구는 대조구에 비해 1주, 2주, 3주에서 16-39% 증가되었다. C$d^{2+}$ + SA 처리구에서는 수분퍼텐셜이 40-78% 억제되었다. $CO_2$농도의 차이에 따른 광합성능은 대조구에 비해 모든 광 조건에서 C$d^{2+}$ 처리구는 12-15%내에서 억제되었으나, C$d^{2+}$ + SA처리구는 37-58% 억제되었다. 기공전도도는 대조구에 비해 500과 1,000$\mu$mo1 $m^{-2}$ $s^{-1}$광도에서 C$d^{2+}$ 처리구는 21%와 31% 각각 기공전도도가 억제되었으며, C$d^{2+}$ + SA 처리구는 모든 광조건에서 14-46% 기공전도도가 억제되었다. 이들 결과로부터 C$d^{2+}$에 대한 내성 시스템은 미미하게나마 작동되나, C$d^{2+}$ + SA처리구는 두 화합물의 이중 효과에 의해 전반적인 생리 활성을 억제하여, 결국에는 식물의 고사를 유도하는 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 폴디드 하이퍼큐브와 HFH 네트워크 사이의 임베딩을 분석한다. 폴디드 하이퍼큐브 $FQ_{2n}$는 HFH($C_n,C_n$)에 연장율 4, 확장율 $\frac{(C_n)^2}{2^{2n}}$에 임베딩 가능함을 보이고, HFH($C_d,C_d$)를 폴디드 하이퍼큐브 $FQ_{4d-2}$에 임베딩하는 비용은 O(d)임을 보인다.

  • Let X, Y be vector spaces. It is shown that if an even mapping $f:X{\rightarrow}Y$ satisfies f(0) = 0, and $$2(_{2d-2}C_{d-1}-_{2d-2}C_d)f\({\sum_{j=1}^{2d}}x_j\)+{\sum_{{\iota}(j)=0,1,{{\small\sum}_{j=1}^{2d}}{\iota}(j)=d}}\;f\({\sum_{j=1}^{2d}}(-1)^{{\iota}(j)}x_j\)=2(_{2d-1}C_d+_{2d-2}C_{d-1}-_{2d-2}C_d){\sum_{j=1}^{2d}}f(x_j)$$ for all $x_1$, ${\cdots}$, $x_{2d}{\in}X$, then the even mapping $f:X{\rightarrow}Y$ is quadratic. Furthermore, we prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of the above functional equation in Banach spaces.

  • tragacanth gum의 화학구조(化學構造)를 구명(究明)하기 위(爲)하여 미국(美國) 약전(藥典)의 tragacanth gum 분말(粉末)을 가지고 다음의 실험(實驗)을 통(通)하여 이의 성분(成分)의 하나인 polysaccharide C를 분리(分離)하여 이의 화학구조(化學構造)를 밝혔다. (1) tragacanth gum을 85% 주정(酒精)으로 처리(處理)해서 중성다당류(中性多糖類)로 polysaccharide C를 분리(分離)하였으며 구성당(構成糖)으로 L-rhamnose, D-xylose, L-arabinose 및 D-galactose를 paper chromatography와 Cellulose column chromatography로 분리(分離), 동정(同定)하였다. 이의 molar ratio는 2:1:17:9이며 비선광도(比旋光度)는 $[{\alpha}]^{30}_D-72.2이다. (2) 구성당(構成糖)의 결합위치(結合位置)를 구명(究明)하기 위(爲)해 Hawarth 법(法)과 Purdietldir(試藥)을 가지고 methyl화(化)시켜 methyl화(化) polysaccharide C를 얻었으며 비선광도(比旋光度) $[{\alpha}]^{22}_D-102를 보였다. 이것을 가수분해(加水分解)시켜 paper chromatography와 column chromatography를 통(通)해 methyl화단당(化單糖)으로 1,3,5-tri-O-methyl-L-arabofuranose, 3,4-di-O-methyl-L-rhamnose, 2,3-di-O-methyl-D-xylose, 2,3,4-tri-O-methyl-D-galactopyranose, 2,4-di-O-methyl-L-arabopyronose, 2,4-di-O-methyl-D-galactose, 2-O-methyl-L-arabinose 및 L-arabinose를 분리(分離), 동정(同定)하였다. (3) 산(酸)의 각종농도(各種濃度)에 따른 부분적(部分的) 가수분해(加水分解)를 시켜 polysaccharide C의 end group, 측지(側枝) 또는 주쇄(主鎖)를 이루는 구성당(構成糖)을 밝히기 위(爲)하여 0.05 N-HCl로 제1차(第一次) 가수분해(加水分解). 0.1N-HCl로 제2차(第二次) 가수분해(加水分解), 0.3N-HCl로 제3차(第三次) 가수분해(加水分解)를 하여 가수분해물(加水分解物)과 비가수분해물(非加水分解物)에서 각각(各各) 다음과 같은 구성단당(構成單糖)을 검출(檢出)하고 이들의 molar ratio를 측정(測定)하였다. 제1차(第一次) 가수분해물(加水分解物)(A)에서 L-arbinose, 비가수분해물(非加水分解物)(A')에서 L-rhamnose, D-xylose, L-arabinose 및 D-galactose; 제2차(第二次) 가수분해물(加水分解物)(B)에서 L-arabinose와 D-galactose, 비가수분해물(非加水分解物)(B')에서 L-rhamnose, D-xylose, L-arabinose, 및 D-galactose; 제3차(第三次) 가수분해물(加水分解物)(C)에서 L-rhamnose, D-xylose, L-arabinose 및 D-galactose, 비가수분해물(非加水分解物)(C')에서 D-xylose와 D-galactose를 검출(檢出)하였다. (4) 구성당(構成糖)의 형태(形態)와 구조(構造)를 밝히기 위(爲)해 polysaccharide C에 대한 periodate산화(酸化) 실험(實驗)을 하여 $C_5H_8O_4$당(當) periodate의 소비(消費)와 formic acid의 생성량(生成量)을 측정(測定)하였는데 periodate의 소비량(消費量)은 1.23 mole, formic acid의 생성량(生成量)은 0.78 mole이다.

COUNTING FORMULA FOR SOLUTIONS OF DIAGONAL EQUATIONS

  • Let N($d_1,...,{\;}d_n;c_1,...,{\;}c_n$) be the number of solutions $(x_1,...,{\;}x_n){\in}F^{n}_p$ of the diagonal equation $c_lx_1^{d_1}+c_2x_2^{d_2}+{\cdots}+c_nx_n^{d_n}{\;}={\;}0{\;}n{\geq},{\;}c_j{\;}{\in}{\;}F^{*}_q,{\;}j=1,2,...,{\;}n$ where $d_j{\;}>{\;}1{\;}and{\;}d_j{\;}$\mid${\;}q{\;}-{\;}1$ for all j = 1,2,..., n. In this paper, we find all n-tuples ($d_1,...,{\;}d_n$) such that the reduced form of ($d_1,...,{\;}d_n$) and N($d_1,...,{\;}d_n;c_1,...,{\;}c_n$) are the same as in the theorem obtained by Sun Qi [3]. Improving this, we also get an explicit formula for the number of solutions of the diagonal equation, unver a certain natural restriction on the exponents.

절연보호막 처리된 Al-1 % Si박막배선에서 D.C.와 Pulsed D.C. 조건하에서의 electromigration현상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electromigratin Phenomena in Dielectric Passivated Al-1Si Thin Film Interconnections under D.C. and Pulsed D.C.Conditions.)

  • The electromigration phenomena and the characterizations of the conductor lifetime (Time-To-Failure, TTF) in Al-1%Si thin film interconnections under D.C. and Pulsed D.C. conditions were investigated . Meander type test patterns were fabricated with the dimensions of 21080$mu \textrm{m}$ length, 3$\mu\textrm{m}$ width, 0.7$\mu\textrm{m}$ thickness and the 0.1$\mu\textrm{m}$/0.8$\mu\textrm{m}$($SiO_2$/PSG)dielectric overlayer. The current densities of $2 \times10^6 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ and $1 \times10^7 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ were stressed in Al-1%Si thin film interconnection s under a D.C. condition. The peak current densities of $2 \times10^6 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ and $1 \times10^7 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ were also applied under a Pulsed D.C. condition at frequencies of 200KHz, 800KHz, 1MHz, and 4MHz with the duty factor of 0.5. THe time-to-failure under a Pulsed D.C.($TTF_{pulsed D.C}$) was appeared to be larger than that under a D.C. condition. It was found that the TTF under both a D.C. and a Pulsed D.C. condition. It was found that the TTF under both a D.C. and a Pulsed D.C. condition largely depends upon the appiled current densities respectively . This can be explained by a relaxation mechanism view due to a duty cycle under a Pulsed D.C. related to the wave on off. The relaxation phenomena during the pulsed off period result in the decayof excess vacancies generated in the Al-1%Si thin film interconnections because of the electrical and mechanical stress gradient . Hillocks and voids formed by an electromigration were observed by using a SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy).

중수소화(重水素化), Pentafluorobenzyl화(化)와 GLC-Mass Spectrometry에 의한 Conjugate Trienoic Acid함유(含有) Triacylglycerol 분자종(分子種)의 입체특이적 분석(分析) (Stereospecific Analysis of the Molecular Species of the Triacylglycerols Containing Conjugate Trienoic Acids by GLC-Mass Spectrometry in Combination with Deuteration and Pentafluorobenzyl Derivatization Techniques)

  • CTA ester bonds in TG molecules were not attacked by pancreatic lipase and lipases produced by microbes such as Candida cylindracea, Chromobacterium viscosum, Geotricum candidium, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Rhizophus delemar, R. arrhizus and Mucor miehei. An aliquot of total TG of all the seed oils and each TG fraction of the oils collected from HPLC runs were deuterated prior to partial hydrolysis with Grignard reagent, because CTA molecule was destroyed with treatment of Grignard reagent. Deuterated TG (dTG) was hydrolyzed partially to a mixture of deuterated diacylglycerols (dDG), which were subsequently reacted with (S)-(+)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethyl isocyanate to derivatize into dDG-NEUs. Purified dDG-NEUs were resolved into 1, 3-, 1, 2- and 2, 3-dDG-NEU on silica columns in tandem of HPLC using a solvent of 0.4% propan-1-o1 (containing 2% water)-hexane. An aliquot of each dDG-NEU fraction was hydrolyzed and (fatty acid-PFB ester). These derivatives showed a diagnostic carboxylate ion, $(M-1)^{-}$, as parent peak and a minor peak at m/z 196 $(PFB-CH_{3})^{-}$ on NICI mass spectra. In the mass spectra of the fatty acid-PFB esters of dTGs derived from the seed oils of T. kilirowii and M. charantia, peaks at m/z 285, 287, 289 and 317 were observed, which corresponded to $(M-1)^{-}$ of deuterized oleic acid ($d_{2}-C_{18:0}$), linoleic acid ($d_{4}-C_{18:0}$), punicic acid ($d_{6}-C_{18:0}$) and eicosamonoenoic acid ($d_{2}-C_{20:0}$), respectively. Fatty acid compositions of deuterized total TG of each oil measured by relative intensities of $(M-1)^-$ ion peaks were similar with those of intact TG of the oils by GLC. The composition of fatty acid-PFB esters of total dTG derived from the seed oils of T. kilirowii are as follows; $C_{16:0}$, 4.6 mole % (4.8 mole %, intact TG by GLC), $C_{18:0}$, 3.0 mole % (3.1 mole %), $d_{2}C_{18:0}$, 11.9 mole % (12.5 mole %, sum of $C_{18:1{\omega}9}$ and $C_{18:1{\omega}7}$), $d_{4}-C_{18:0}$, 39.3 mole % (38.9 mole %, sum of $C_{18:2{\omega}6}$ and its isomer), $d_{6}-C_{18:0}$, 41.1 mole % (40.5 mole %, sum of $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$, $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13r}$ and $C_{18:3\;9t,11t,13c}$), $d_{2}-C_{20:0}$, 0.1 mole % (0.2 mole % of $C_{20:1{\omega}9}$). In total dTG derived from the seed oils of M. charantia, the fatty acid components are $C_{16:0}$, 1.5 mole % (1.8 mole %, intact TG by GLC), $C_{18:0}$, 12.0 mole % (12.3 mole %), $d_{2}-C_{18:0}$, 16.9 mole % (17.4 mole %, sum of $C_{18:1{\omega}9}$), $d_{4}-C_{18:0}$, 11.0 mole % (10.6 mole %, sum of $C_{18:2{\omega}6}$), $d_{6}-C_{18:0}$, 58.6 mole % (57.5 mole %, sum of $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$ and $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$). In the case of Aleurites fordii, $C_{16:0}$; 2.2 mole % (2.4 mole %, intact TG by GLC), $C_{18:0}$; 1.7 mole % (1.7 mole %), $d_{2}-C_{18:0}$; 5.5 mole % (5.4 mole %, sum of $C_{18:1{\omega}9}$), $d_{4}-C_{18:0}$ ; 8.3 mole % (8.5 mole %, sum of $C_{18:2{\omega}6}$), $d_{6}-C_{18:0}$; 82.0 mole % (81.2 mole %, sum of $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$ and $C_{18:3 9c,11t,13c})$. In the stereospecific analysis of fatty acid distribution in the TG species of the seed oils of T. kilirowii, $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13r}$ and $C_{18:2{\omega}6}$ were mainly located at sn-2 and sn-3 position, while saturated acids were usually present at sn-1 position. And the major molecular species of $(C_{18:2{\omega}6})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c})_{2}$ and $(C_{18:1{\omega}9})(C_{18:2{\omega}6})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c})$ were predominantly composed of the stereoisomer of $sn-1-C_{18:2{\omega}6}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$, and $sn-1-C_{18:1{\omega}9}$, $sn-2-C_{18:2{\omega}6}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$, respectively, and the minor TG species of $(C_{18:2{\omega}6})_{2}(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c})$ and $ (C_{16:0})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c})_{2}$ mainly comprised the stereoisomer of $sn-1-C_{18:2{\omega}6}$, $sn-2-C_{18:2{\omega}6}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$ and $sn-1-C_{16:0}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c}$. The TG of the seed oils of Momordica charantia showed that most of CTA, $C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13r}$, occurred at sn-3 position, and $C_{18:2{\omega}6}$ was concentrated at sn-1 and sn-2 compared to sn-3. Main TG species of $(C_{18:1{\omega}9})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_{2}$ and $(C_{18:0})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_{2}$ were consisted of the stereoisomer of $sn-1-C_{18:1{\omega}9}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$ and $sn-1-C_{18:0}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, respectively, and minor TG species of $(C_{18:2{\omega}6})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c})_{2}$ and $(C_{18:1{\omega}9})(C_{18:2{\omega}6})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13c})$ contained mostly $sn-1-C_{18:2{\omega6}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$ and $sn-1-C_{18:1{\omega}9}$, $sn-2-C_{18:2{\omega}6}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$. The TG fraction of the seed oils of Aleurites fordii was mostly occupied with simple TG species of $(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_{3}$, along with minor species of $(C_{18:2{\omega}6})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_{2}$, $(C_{18:1{\omega}9})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_{2}$ and $(C_{16:0})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})$. The sterospecific species of $sn-1-C_{18:2{\omega}6}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, $sn-1-C_{18:1{\omega}9}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$ and $sn-1-C_{16;0}$, $sn-2-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$, $sn-3-C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t}$ are the main stereoisomers for the species of $(C_{18:2{\omega}6})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_2$, $(C_{18:1{\omega}9})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})_{2}$ and $(C_{16:0})(C_{18:3\;9c,11t,13t})$, respectively.

  • 본 연구는 인위적으로 오염시킨 사질토와 미세토를 대상으로 미생물, 영양제 및 계면활성제를 이용하여 성능실험을 수행하여 시간에 따른 TPH와 BTEX의 제거 특성 등에 대해 알아보았다. 수분 함량을 10${\sim}$20%로 유지하면서 실험한 결과, 사질토를 이용한 TPH 제거율은 C군의 경우 C-1 (미생물+ 영양제), C-2 (미생물 + 영양제 + 계면활성제), C-0 (미생물) 순으로 높았고 경과시간 81 일에서는 각각 51%, 83%, 63%를 나타내었다. 미세토를 이용한 D군의 경우도 마찬가지의 양상을 보이고 있으나 C군 보다 더 낮은 TPH 제거율을 나타내었으며 미생물과 영양제를 투입한 경우가 가장 높았다. 미세토의 pH는 사질토의 pH 보다 다수 낮거나 유사한 수치를 나타내고 있고, C-0, C-1, C-2의 BTEX 제거율은 14일이 경과한 후 각각 99.8%, 99.4%, 96.0%이며 D-0, D-1, D-2의 제거율은 각각 99.5%, 99.2%, 96.3%로 미생물만 투입한 경우가 가장 높았다.
