We have to carry out systematic, definite requirements analysis for the successful development of software. The UML gives the ways to grasp user or customer requirements and decide the boundary of business systems from the use case modeling. This paper presents how to extract use case diagram from the requirements specification systematically by applying the standardized rules as a part of the study for use case modeling. We modify requirements specification by applying $R_{RS}$ (Rules for Requirements Specification) and extract actor, use case, relationship by applying $R_{A}$(Rules for Actors), $R_{U}$(Rules for Use Cases) and $R_{R}$(Rules for Relationships) to the modified requirements specification separately and then become to make out use case diagram in the end. By applying the rules presented in this paper to the requirements specification for personnel management, we can reduce the existing difficulties of extracting use case diagram based on the narrative descriptions without any standardized rules.rules.

Orthographic views ore traditionally used for engineering drawings. This paper presents a methodology for 3D parametric design using orthographic views. The parametric design technique, which is used to design 2D orthographic views, is based on production rules. In the production rule-base, several view interrelation rules and over 50 geometric rules are included. An efficient algorithm is also developed to expedite the reasoning process. For 3D object construction from orthographic views, the approach known as bottom-up geometrical approach is used. The approach consists of 4 steps : 1) generation of wire-frame, 2) construction of face from wire frame, 3) formation of 3D subobjects from faces, and 4) construction of final 3D objects. Curvilinear solids as well as planar solids can be constructed. A method of converting existing 2D CAD data to parametric 3D CAD data is also presented.
Many data are stored in database. For getting any information from many data, we use the query sentences. These information is basic and simple. Data mining method is various. In this paper, we manage clustering and association rules. We present a method for finding the better association rules, and we solve a problem of the existing association rules. We propose and apply a new clustering method to fit for association rules. It is not clustering of the existing distance basis or category basis. If we find association rules of each clusters, we can get not only existing rules found in all transaction but also rules that will be characteristics of clusters. Through this study, we can expect that we will reduce the number of many transaction access in large databases and find association of small group.

Government's R & D Subsidy system is difference to the agency of R & D performance. Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST), Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) have a similarity rules to grants programs by the President's order. Name is 'The Rules of the National R & D Program Management'. But this rules established for the national institute, university and big enterprise., Then, This Rules difference for the Snail and Medium Enterprise(SME's). Some article is not allowed for the SME's. So, Suggestion for this question should improvement.
The way to assign a splitting criterion for correct object classification is the main issue in all decisions trees. This paper describes new splitting rules for classification in order to find an optimal split point. Unlike the current splitting rules that are provided by searching all threshold values, this paper proposes the splitting rules that we based on the probabilities of pre assigned intervals. Our methodology provides that user can control the accuracy of tree by adjusting the number of intervals. In addition, we applied the proposed splitting rules to a set of image data that was retrieved by parameterized feature extraction to recognize image objects.

The IACS Common Structural Rules are to be applied for double hull tanker of more than 150m length with contracted after 1 April 2006. The objectives of the rules are to make more robust, safer ship and to ensure transparency of the technical background. In compliance of CSR, we had carried out prescriptive rules scantling determination and 3-D hold FE analysis of AFRAMAX TANKER. Prescriptive rules scantling determines the minimum required scantling, hull-girder longitudinal bending and shear strength, hull girder ultimate strength, local strength of plate and stiffener, strength of primary supporting member and fatigue assessment of the longitudinal stiffener end connections to the transverse bulkhead. 3-D hold FE analysis assesses the structural adequacy of the vessel's primary hull structure and major supporting members using yielding and buckling failure modes. So we could verify the strength assessment of AFRAMAX TANKER applied CSR.
A problem for mining association rules under the interactive environments is to mine repeatedly association rules with the different minimum support. This problem includes all subproblems except on the facts that mine repeatedly association rules with the s믇 database. This paper proposed the efficient algorithms to improve the performance by using the information of the candidate large itemsets which calculate the previous association rules. The proposed algorithms were compared with the conventional algorithm with respect to the execution time. The comparisons show that the proposed algorithms achieve 10∼30% more gain than the conventional algorithm.

Fuzzy controllers show good performance in case of the systems being nonlinear and difficult to solve. But these fuzzy controllers have problems which have to decide suitable rules and membership functions. In general, we decide those using the heuristic methods or the experience of experts. Recently, G.A. have been studied in this field. The number of rules increase exponentially when the number of input and output increase. It also makes hard to decide the rules and membership functions even though we use G.A. In this paper, we suggest parallel fuzzy controllers, and also the method to decrease the number of rules. The excellent performance of these methods is confirmed through simulations.
The Incoterms which is one of the most useful international instrument for sale of goods provides when a contract goods deliver, risk passes and how costs are allocated between seller and buyer on the contract as long as they agree to use a rule of the Incoterms rules. The Incoterms rules have come into effective to use for an international or domestic trade of goods since January 2011, which have been modified several times since these established by ICC in 1936. The origin of Incoterms rules may had been appeared from English traditional FOB terms that had been affected to American regulations for the sale of goods. The Incoterms rules which had been started from the traditional English FOB terms and American FOB terms have been expanded other trade terms, such as CIF. Although FOB is based on the COD(Cash on Delivery), it is possible replaced COD to CAD(Cash against Delivery) through the use of Bill of Lading and Letter of Credit in the international sale of goods between seller and buyer according to the development of infrastructures on the international commercial transactions. This article exercises the process of transition of the Incoterms rules, being based on the English and American traditional FOB contract form through review literatures, judical precedents and provisions. Then this article provides some feasible alternatives to attempting to resolve some regulation problems of FCA, CPT, CIP, and D-rules in the Incoterms$^{(R)}$ 2010.
The consistency of UML diagrams is a nature for checking whether diagrams are coherently designed with only one requirements and the correctness of UML Diagrams, especially it uses OCL(Object Constraint Language) which is standard constraint language in UML. Firstly we devise metamodels that are described with conponent and relationships, then we derive verification rules from each matamodels for verifying correctness and consistency, and then we formally specify the rules with OCL for automatic verification. Finally we verify the rules with USE TOOL.
