Polyester사를 이용한 충전용 솜사의 물성 (The Physical Properties of Filling Batt Using Polyester Yarn)

  • To analyse basic properties for making packing batt according to doubling condition, packing batt yarn, of $300^D$, $900^D$, $3600^D$ made from DTY yarn $150^D$/48 were produced from KTDI. The results are as follows: The birefringence of the sample yarn increased with increasing the annealing temperature and denier. The initial modulus of the sample yarn decreased with increasing the annealing temperature and denier. The higher than annealing temperature of $160^{\circ}C$, initial modulus of the sample are equilibrated. The strain recovery ratio of samples decreased with increasing the annealing temperature and denier. The lower than annealing temperature of $140^{\circ}C$, strain recovery ratio of the sample are decreased Where the $900^D$, $3600^D$ yarns are at $100^{\circ}C$ the specific bending rigidity value obtained is 0.65kgf/d but the twisted yarn (3,600) obtained 0.006 ($gfcm^2/tex^2$). However, where the heat temperature is $160^{\circ}C$, specific bending rigidity value obtained 0.003($gfcm^2/tex^2$).

Absorption of d-Limonene in Orange Juice into a Laminated Food Package Studied with a Solid Phase Micro-extraction Method

  • The methods for determining the diffusion parameters for the diffusion of d-limonene, a major volatile compound of orange juice, through a multi-layered food packaging material and predicting its absorption into the packaging material have been investigated. The packaging material used was the 1.5-mm thick multi-layered packaging material composed of high impact polystyrene (HIPS), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), and low density polyethylene (LDPE). Orange juice was placed in a cell where volatiles were absorbed in the sample package and kept at $23{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ for 72 hr. The d-limonene absorbed in a 1.5-mm thick multi-layered food packaging material was analyzed by a solid phase micro-extraction (SPME). The absorption parameters for the absorption of d-limonene in the packaging material were determined and absorption of d-limonene into the packaging material was predicted using absorption storage data. The SPME desorption at $60^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr resulted in the most sensitive and reproducible results. The diffusion coefficients of d-limonene in the packaging material and the partition coefficient at $23{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ were approximately $1-2{\times}10^{12}m^2$/s and 0.03, respectively. The absorption profile no earlier than 30 hr was fit well by a model derived from the Fick's law.

변형 근치적 유방절제술 시행 환자의 방사선 치료 시 3D-bolus와 step-bolus의 비교 평가 (Comparison and evaluation between 3D-bolus and step-bolus, the assistive radiotherapy devices for the patients who had undergone modified radical mastectomy surgery)

  • 목 적 : 변형 근치적 유방절제술(modified radical mastectomy, MRM)후 흉벽에 전자선 치료를 받는 환자에게 3D-bolus와 step-bolus를 각각 적용하여 유용성을 비교 평가하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구는 광자선과 전자선을 이용한 역하키스틱법 방식으로 치료계획이 수립된 총 6명의 유방암 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 전방흉벽에 대한 전자선 처방선량은 회당 180 cGy로 3D 프린터(CubeX, 3D systems, USA)로 제작된 3D-bolus와 본원에서 자체 제작한 기존의 stepbolus를 적용하였다. 3D-bolus와 step-bolus에 대한 표면선량은 GAFCHROMIC EBT3 film (International specialty products, USA)을 이용하여, bolus의 다섯 측정지점(iso-center, lateral, medial, superior, and inferior)에 대한 선량 값을 통해 비교 분석하였다. 또한 3D-bolus와 step-bolus 적용에 따른 치료계획을 각각 수립하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 결 과 : 표면선량은 3D-bolus 적용 시 평균 179.17 cGy이고 step-bolus는 172.02 cGy였다. 처방선량 180 cGy에 대한 평균 값의 오차율은 3D-bolus 적용 시 -0.47%이고 step-bolus는 -4.43%였다. 측정지점 iso-center에서의 오차율은 3D-bolus 적용 시 최대 2.69%의 차이를 보였고, step-bolus는 5.54%였다. 치료의 오차범위는 step-bolus에서 약 6%이고, 3D-bolus는 약 3%였다. 치료계획을 통해 비교한 흉벽의 평균 표적선량은 0.3%로 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 폐와 심장의 평균 표적선량은 step-bolus에 비해 3D-bolus에서 -11%와 -8%로 감소하였다. 결 론 : 본 연구 결과로 볼 때 흉벽에 대한 피부표면의 접촉면이 고려된 3D-bolus는 step-bolus에 비하여 환자 피부에 잘 밀착되고, 정밀한 흉벽두께 보상이 가능하기 때문에 선량 균일성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한 흉벽에 대한 선량은 동일하지만 인접장기의 선량을 감소시켜 정상조직을 더 많이 보호함으로써 3D-bolus가 임상적으로 유용한 보상체로 사용될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 일반적인 승압 컨버터와 H-bridge 인버터로 구성되는 비절연 계통연계형 태양광 인버터 시스템의 효율을 높이기 위해 H-bridge의 스위칭에 적합한 Unipolar 스위칭 방식을 선정하고, 또 SiC 다이오드를 사용함으로써 전체 효율을 향상시켰으며 이를 시뮬레이션과 실험으로 보여준다.

A Low-Power 2.4 GHz CMOS RF Front-End with Temperature Compensation

  • In this paper, a low-power 2.4 GHz front-end for sensor network application (IEEE 802.15.4 LR-WPAN) is designed in a 0.18 um CMOS process. A power supply circuit with a novel temperature-compensation scheme is presented. The simulation and measurement results show that the front-end (LNA, Mixer) can achieve a voltage gain of 35.3 dB and a noise figure(NF) of 3.1 dB while consuming 5.04 mW (LNA: 2.16 mW, Mixer: 2.88 mW) of power at $27^{\circ}C$. The NF includes the loss of BALUN and BPF. The low-IF architecture is used. The voltage gain, noise figure and third-order intercept point (IIP3) variations over -45$^{\circ}C$ to 85$^{\circ}C$ are less than 0.2 dB, 0.25 dB and 1.5 dB, respectively.

  • High-quality a-Si TFTs were fabricated on 7 inch plastic PES substrates at $130^{\circ}C$ and $100^{\circ}C$. It had been shown that the key factor for successful TFT fabrication on the relatively large plastic substrates is thorough control of total active layer's stress by means of deposition temperature reduction and single layer's intrinsic stress optimization.

  • The relative retrogradation of Jeungpyun investigated with different millimg methods of rice flour. The relative retrogradation of Jeungpyun was reduced in order that of W-C, W-P, D-M, D-J in DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry) method while W-C, D-M, D-J, W-P in Diastase method. In wet milling method, the relative retrogradation of Jeungpyun by Pin mill(W-P) was lower than Jeungpyun by colloid mill(W-C). In dry milling method, the relative retrogration of Jeungpyun by jet mill(D-J) was lower than Jeungpyun by micro mill(D-M). The relative retrogradation of Jeungpyun by DSC method was similar to the Diastase method. The relative retrogradation of Jeungpyun was decreased with decreasing particle size and setback value for amylogram and increasing damaged starch.

PULSATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF $\delta$ SCUTI VARIABLE HR1170

  • New uvby photoelectric photometry was carried out for a $\delta$ Scuti variable, HR1170. By applying the Fourier method and the linear least square method, three frequencies were derived: $f_1=10.06134c/d$ ($P_1=0.^d0994$). $f_2=11.91754c/d$ ($P_2=0.^d0839$). $f_3=18.96776c/d$ ($P_3=0.^d0527$). From the observed pulsational constants and from the phase difference and amplitude ratios for color(b-y) and magnitude y. three different pulsation modes (n, l) of $f_1(0,0)$, $f_2(1,2)$, $f_3(3,2)$ are deduced, indicating the existence of nonradial mode in HR1170. Some physical parameters indicate that HR1170 is evolving at the stage of H-shell burning.

  • fThe kinetics and mechanism of the reactions of Y-O-aryl phenylphosphonochloridothioates with X-pyridines are investigated in acetonitrile at 35.0 ${^{\circ}C}$. The negative value of the cross-interaction constant, $\rho$XY = −0.46, indicates that the reaction proceeds by concerted $S_N2$ mechanism. The observed $k_H/k_D$ values involving d-5 pyridine ($C_5D_5N$) nucleophiles are greater than unity (1.05-1.11). The net primary deuterium kinetic isotope effects, $(k_H/k_D)_{net}$ = 1.28-1.35, excluding the increased $pK_a$ effect of d-5 pyridine are obtained. The transition state with a hydrogen bond between the leaving group Cl and the hydrogen (deuterium) atom in the C-H(D) is suggested for the studied reaction system.

국내 포도밭 토양에서 분리된 야생 효모 미기록종들의 균학적 특성과 탄소원 활성 (Mycological Characteristics and Carbon Source Activities of Unrecorded Wild Yeast Species from Vineyard Soil in Korea)

  • This study aimed to isolate and characterize wild yeast strains from the vineyard soil in Korea. Twenty yeast strains were isolated from vineyard soil in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, where Vitis labrusca cv. Campbell Early is grown. Eighteen strains were previously recorded in Korea. The remaining two, Cyberlindnera mrakii VG-21-10C and Starmerella bacillaris GR9 were not previously recorded in Korea. The mycological characteristics of VG-21-10C and GR9 were investigated. Both were oval-shaped, convex, and smooth. However, differences were evident in colony color and carbon assimilation activities. Strain VG-21-10C is white-colored and assimilates glucose, glycerol, D-xylose, D-cellobiose, D-saccharose, and D-raffinose as carbon sources. Strain GR9 is cream-colored and assimilates glucose, D-saccharose, and D-raffinose as carbon sources.
