D.I.T.I.를 이용한 척추측만증 진단의 임상적 고찰 (A Clinical Study on Diagnosis of the patients with Scoliosis by D.I.T.I.)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to report that D.I.T.I. can be used for diagnosis of scoliosis. Methods: We measured the posterior trunk surface of the patients with shoulder pain or low back pain. They were ruled out as scoliosis by D.I.T.I. and compared with X-ray finding of T L-spine Ap views and calculated scoliosis angle. Results: In according to the spinoprocess curve in D.I.T.I. we could rule out as scoliosis. Thermal difference of left and right segmental areas of the patients was showed. Scoliosis angle of the patients ranged from $4^{\circ}$ to $11^{\circ}$ in X-ray finding. Conclusions: The results suggest that D.I.T.I. can explain physiologic and functional abnormalities than X-ray, in diagnosis of scoliosis. But further studies are required to for the diagnosis of scoliosis by analysing D.I.T.I..

Research on the Influence of Curiosity on MMORPG Grinding Player Experience

  • In MMORPGs, there are many problems with the Grinding player experience. This research divides the Grinding player experience into four dimensions: Grinding in-Autonomy, Competence, Relatedness and Positive affect through theoretical investigation of game experience. Through the study of Litman (2008), Curiosity is divided into two dimensions, I-Type Curiosity and D-Type Curiosity, and the relationship between Curiosity and Grinding player experience is studied. By distributing questionnaires, collecting data, and using SPSS software to conduct reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on the data, it is verified that in MMORPG, I-Type Curiosity can positively affect Grinding in-Autonomy, Competence, Relatedness and Positive affect. D-Type Curiosity can positively affect Grinding in-Autonomy, Competence and Positive affect, but D-Type Curiosity has no statistical relationship with Grinding in-Relatedness. And through the standardized coefficient (Beta) value, between the Curiosity factors, I-Type Curiosity has a greater impact on Grinding in-Autonomy and Positive affect, and D-Type Curiosity has a greater impact on Grinding in-Competence. Finally, from the perspective of I-Type Curiosity and D-Type Curiosity, combined with the drawbacks of the MMORPG Gringding mechanism, some concrete and feasible suggestions and optimization schemes are put forward to improve the Grinding player experience. This research result can provide some feasible suggestions for MMORPG developers and designers, optimize the MMORPG Grinding mechanism from the perspective of I-Type Curiosity and D-Type Curiosity, and improve the Grinding player experience. It can provide appropriate assistance for the improved development of MMORPG games.

  • The object of this study is to develop a reliable FEM simulation technique for the analysis of can making process using PAM-STAMP software. The processes consist of doming and necking in addition to drawing, redrawing. After body making process, this study analyzed the stability for internal pressure by simulating buckling test. Through these technique, we estimated the dome reversal pressure of steel D&I Can for various can profile and process conditions. From this study, we found the cause and mechanism of wrinkling during necking process. This mechanism is largely affected by can wall thickness and the clearance between knock out punch and necking die. The dome reversal pressure improves with increasing dome depth. These results validate the usefulness of the developed simulation technique for the analysis of body making process and optimization of the dome profile.

  • The main object of this study is to develop a reliable FEM simulation technique for stability test using ABAQUS software and to clarify the effect of base profile of a steel D&I(drawn and ironed) can on the dome reversal pressure. For the can after body making simulation, two kind of stability test, dome buckle test and axial crush test are performed. The factors studied in the base profile on the dome reversal pressure are the base diameter, the rim radius, the dome shoulder radius, the dome radius and the dome depth. Within the limits before the occurrence of normal snap-through buckling of dome, the dome reversal pressure is improved by decreasing the base diameter, increasing the dome depth or increasing the dome shoulder depth.

  • 본 논문은 HAPS와 이동위성 시스템과의 간섭영향 분석을 HAPS 고도가 20Km와 50Km 일 때의 C/I 값을 구해 간섭 보호비를 초과하는 시간율 및 초과지속시간에 대한 평가에 대한 평가를 행하였다. 그 결과 HAPS가 Iridium 시스템에 미치는 간섭의 경우 최저 C/I 값은 HAPS 고도가 50Km일 때 20.42dB, 20Km일 때는 12.73dB로 낮아지고, 이와 반대로 Iridum 시스템이 HAPS에 미치는 간섭의 경우도 각각 13.94dB에서 10.42dB로 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. HAPS 고도에 따른 간섭영향을 보면, 고도가 낮아질수록 강한 간섭을 주거나 받게 되며, C/I 최저값 또한 HAPS 고도에 따라 다른 시점에서 나타난다.

  • Mistletoe lectin I(ML I)에 대한 간단하고 빠른 용액상 효소결합 분석법을 렉틴의 당 특이성을 이용하여 개발하였다. ML I에 특이성을 가지고 있는 D-galactose를 사용하였으며, 용액상 분석법의 효소로는 malate dehydrogenase(MDH)를 사용하였다. 분석신호물질로 사용되는 MDH-galactose 접합체는 isothiocyanate 방법을 통해 합성하였으며, 이 접합제는 thiourea 결합을 하고 있다. ML I의 존재하에, ML I은 D-galactole와의 특이 인식결합을 통해 MDH-galartose 접합체의 활동도를 억제한다. 그러므로, 존재하는 ML I의 농도는 MDH-galactose 접합제의 촉매활동도의 억제도에 비례하게 된다. 따라서, 본 용액상 효소결합 분석법을 통하여 ${\mu}g/mL$ 수준의 ML I의 측정이 분석 시간 10분 이내에 가능하였다.

프로 비타민 D 의 피부색 조절 및 면역 효능 (Effects of Provitamin D on Skin Pigmentation and Immunity)

  • 비타민 D는 주로 자외선에 의해 피부에서 만들어지는 지용성 비타민이다. 멜라토닌과 함께 대표적인 '크로노바이오틱(chronobiotic)' 물질로써 피부가 낮과 밤을 구분하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 비타민 D는 조효소 역할을 하는 비타민이자 여러 종류의 유전자 발현을 조절하는 호르몬적 역할을 하기 때문에 화장품에 직접적으로 사용할 수 없다. 따라서 화장품에 사용할 수 있는 비타민 D 전구체인 프로 비타민 D (7-dehydrocholesterol)의 피부 효능에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 프로 비타민 D는 멜라닌 생성 효소인 타이로시네이즈(tyrosinase)의 단백질 발현을 억제하여 멜라닌 생성을 억제할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 피부톤 케어 효과는 인공 피부에서도 검증되었다. 또한 프로 비타민 D는 피부 염증을 일으키는 TNFa의 발현을 억제하고, 자외선에 의해 비타민 D로 전환되면 항균 펩타이드인 CAMP (LL-37)의 발현을 증가시킨다는 것이 확인되었다. 프로 비타민 D가 멜라닌 생성을 억제하는 것은 멜라닌이 자외선을 흡수하여 프로 비타민 D가 비타민 D로 전환되는 것을 억제하기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 따라서 화장품 제형에 프로 비타민 D를 활용한다면 피부톤을 조절하고 피부 면역을 증진시킴과 동시에 일상 생활 속에서 자외선에 의해 비타민 D 전환되면 다른 피부 효능, 즉 피부 항노화, 장벽 기능 향상 등도 기대할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

흰쥐 말초 혈액 림프구의 분자량 44 kD 단백의 인산화 (Phosphorylation of 44-kilodalton Proteins in Peripheral T-lymphocyte of Rat)

  • 흰쥐 말초혈액에서 얻은 T 림프구를 아드레날린성 ${\beta}-$수용체 효현제 및 concanavalin A(Con-A)로 자극해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 자극이 없는 상태에서의 주 인산화 단백은 분자량 44kD, 등전점 6.8의 단백이었으며 효현제로 자극시키면 분자량 44kD, 등전점 6.3의 단백이 새로이 인산화되어 나타났다. 이 분자량 44kD, 등전점 6.3의 단백은 forskolin에 의해 역시 인산화되며 A-kinase 억제제인 H-8을 전처치하면 인산화의 억제가 나타났다. 또한 Con-A로 자극시키면 44 kD/pI 6.3 단백의 인산화가 증가되었으며 이 인산화의 증가는 CaM kinase 억제제인 W-7 전처치에 의해 억제되었다. H-7은 분자량 44 kD, 등전점 6.8 단백의 인산화를 감소 시켰다. 이상의 결과로 분자량 44 kD 등전점 6.3의 단백은 A-kinase와 CaM kinase 모두에 의해 인산화 되는 기질단백으로서 tryptic peptide map상에서 44 kD/pI 6.8 단백과 44 kD/pI 6.3 단백은 서로 다른 단백임을 알 수 있었다.

집단의사결정에 의한 정보통신 기술분야별 R&D 투자배분결정 모형개발 : 다목적선형계획법의 응용 (A R&D Investment Model for Information and Telecommunications Technology by Group Decision Makers : An Application of Multiple Objective Linear Programming)

  • This paper presents a R&D investment model for Information and telecommunications (I&T) technology, which can be used by group decision makers, using multiple objective linear programming (MOLP). The MOLP model involves the simultaneous maximization of three linear objective functions associated with three criteria, which are social, technological, and economic criterion. This model is different from the traditional one which only involves the maximization of economic criterion. The presented problem in this model can be formulated as a problem of optimizing a linear function over an efficient set of MOLP. Its application to the National R&D Project in I&T Industry is also presented. In this application, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed to estimate the weights, which are used as the coefficients in each objective function of the MOLP model and in a linear decision function. By solving this problem, it yields a suitable R&D investment ratio to each technology field. It is showed that the MOLP model can be useful decision aid in formulating R&D investment plan in I&T industry which needs to be decided by group decision makers, not by an individual. It is expected that the MOLP model works as the basis for planning R&D investment strategy in I&T industry.

DHEA의 투여 시기가 Dexamethasone 치료 쥐의 체중과 TypeI,II 근육무게에 미치는 영향 (Effect of DHEA Administration before, during and after Dexamethasone Treatment on Body Weight and Mass of TypeI,II Muscles in Rats)

  • This study was to determine the effect of DHEA administration before, during, and after dexamethasone treatment on body weight and TypeI,II muscle weight of rat receiving dexamethasone treatment. Method: Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups: control(C), dexamethasone(D), DHEA administration for 3days after dexamethasone treatment for 7days(7D+3DH), dexamethasone treatment for 7days after DHEA administration for 3days(3DH+7D), DHEA administration during dexamethasone treatment for 4days after dexamethasone treatment for 3days(3D+4DDH), DHEA administration during dexamethasone treatment for 7days(7DDH). Dexamethasone was injected by subcutaneously daily at a dose of 5mg/kg. DHEA was orally administered daily at a dose of 5mg/kg for 7 days. Soleus(TypeI) muscle, and both plantaris and gastro- cnemius(TypeII) muscles were dissected on the 7th day of experiment. Result: Body weight of both 3DH+7D group and 3D+4DDH group increased significantly compared with that of 7D group. Body weight of 7D+3DH group decreased significantly compared with that of 7D group, 7DDH group, 3DH+7D group and 3D+4DDH group. Muscle weight of both plantaris and gastro- cnemius tended to decrease compared with that of 7D group. Muscle weight of 7DDH group, 3D+4DDH group and 3DH+7D group increased significantly compared with that of 7D+3DH group. Muscle weight of gastrocnemius of both 3DH+7D group and 3D+4DDH group increased significantly compared with that of 7D group. Conclusion: Based on these results, it can be suggested that DHEA administration before and during dexamethasone treatment can increase both body weight and mass of atrophied TypeII muscle induced by dexa- methasone treatment.
