The methodology for maintenance system development should overall be considered with all of task characteristic, schedule, and the technical condition of investment sources. This research applies Waterfall model to methodology for the development and construction of maintenance system through customizing the CD (Custom Development) procedure of "HSDM (Hyundai System Development Methodology)" based on information engineering. The waterfall model called as classic life cycle paradigm is defined for the sequent development procedure, which make progress a next step after that a previous step is admitted with thorough review. This model which is popular and the oldest paradigm is used for system development by four steps; demands analysis, design, construction, and maintenance. This methodology advances higher abstract step from higher lower step using top-down approach from concept definition to construction, which notices the end of a step whenever a step is over. Therefore, each step is exactly divided, and consequently the output is clearly yielded.

Purpose - This study aimed to explore and examine the government policies and supporting systems of the traditional market in Korea. Research design / data / methodology - Recognizing these problems, the Korean government enacted three special legislations and adopted six support policies in support of the traditional markets. Results - Those markets with modernized stores, parking lots, and arcades have certainly increased sales and the number of customers. However, this uniform modernization support policy was short of supporting strategies that could have developed characteristics and advantages of each market, so many markets and merchants lost self-sustainable ability and ended up with relying on government support. Conclusions - The study indicates that Small & Medium Business Administration's role in implementing government policies including selection of the markets that needed to be modernized, developing commercial areas in connection with traditional market and neighboring shopping streets, customizing and improving distribution system, developing specialty stores, merchant college, merchants' self-sustainable ability, and creating convenient and safe shopping environment is vital to traditional markets' future success.

Extensible processors provide an efficient mechanism to boost the performance of the whole system without losing much flexibility. However, due to the intense demand of low cost and power consumption, customizing an embedded system has been more difficult than ever. In this paper, we present a framework for custom instruction generation considering both area constraints and resource sharing. We also present how we can speed up the process through pruning and library-based design space exploration.

최근 인터넷 및 이동 통신이 발달하면서 많은 사용자를 동시에 서비스할 수 있는 고성능 메인 메모리 데이타베이스 관리 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 특정 응용에 한정되도록 개발됨으로써(ad-hoc designed system) 시스템의 범용성이 떨어질 뿐만 아니라, 고객 지향적 요구 사항을 적시에 반영할 수 있는 유연한 구조 및 다른 응용 분야로의 적용(customizing)이 어렵다. 특히, 정보 보안에 대한 문제를 해결하지 못하기 때문에 적용 영역의 확대에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 접근제어에 초점을 두고 저장된 데이타에 대한 권한 없는 접근, 고의적인 파괴 및 변경으로부터 데이타베이스를 보호하여 고신뢰성을 추구하고, 다중 사용자들의 이질성을 해결하며 다양한 보안 정책을 유연하게 지원하는 고성능 메인 메모리 데이타베이스 관리 시스템을 위한 접근제어 미들웨어 시스템에 대한 프로토타입을 제시한다.

The purpose of this research is to develop a method for cutting non-circular holes on a bent thick plate. Generally in order to cut the holes on the large plates, a special-purpose 5-axis machine is needed. However, such a machine is unavailable in most of the machine shops. This paper provides a description of such a method that utilizes a general-purpose 5-axis water-jet machine in place of the special-purpose machine: First, the bent piece is transformed into a flat plate, where the shape of the holes is reconstructed by considering deformation during bending. Then, after a 5-axis NC data is generated, the holes on the flat plate are cut using the 5-axis water-jet machine. The final step is to return to its, original shape by bending the plate with its newly-cut holes. The proposed methodology is implemented as a dedicated system by customizing a commercial CAD/CAM system. Some illustrations are provided throughout the paper in order to show the validity of the proposed methods and the developed system.

웹 매핑 환경에서 사용자가 요구하는 공간 데이터가 다수의 데이터 서버에 저장되어 있는 경우에, 하나 이상의 맵서버로 접근하여 데이터를 획득하고 그 결과를 통합해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 웹 매핑을 위해 융합 맵서버를 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 융합 맵서버는 다음과 같은 세 가지의 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 다양한 사용자의 요구를 반영하기 위해 메타데이터를 개별화한다. 이를 이용하여 사용자는 자신이 원하는 형태의 통합 데이터를 획득할 수 있다. 둘째, 공간 데이터와 비공간 데이터의 통합을 지원하기 위하여 융합 서비스 개념을 도입한다. 마지막으로 이러한 융합 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 동적 링킹 방법을 사용하여 실체화한다. 제안된 맵서버의 구현을 위하여 Publisher 클라이언트 맵서버 융합 맵서버를 각각 설계하고 구현하였으며 그 결과를 보인다.

PVAP (Pressure Vessel Analysis Program V1.0) was developed by adopting the finite element analysis program ANSYS V6.0, and Microsoft Visual Basic V6.0 was also utilized for the interfacing and handling of input and output data during the analysis. PVAP offers the end user the ability to design and analyze vessels in strict accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 2. More importantly, the user is not required to make any design decisions during the input of the vessel. PVAP consists of three analysis modules for the finite element analysis of the primary components of pressure vessel such as head, shell, nozzle, and skirt. In each module, finite element analysis can be performed automatically only if the end user gives the dimension of the vessel. Furthermore, the calculated results are compared and evaluated in accordance with the criteria given in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 2. In particular, heat transfer analysis and consecutive thermal stress analysis for the junction between skirt and head can be carried out automatically in the skirt-tohead module. Finally, report including the above results is created automatically in Microsoft Word format.

This study reviews the concept of Integrated Logistic Support(ILS), ILS standards, ILS elements, and the processes of developing ILS elements and Logistics Support Analysis(LSA). It also examines the potentials of applying ILS development process to building CALS systems in commercial sectors in order to accomplish business process innovation and achieve life-cycle cost savings in product and equipment management. In order to utilize the ILS approach for commercial industries, we need customizing the process of Logistics Support Analysis defined in MIL-STD-1388-lA. The success of ILS implementation depends on the determination of the range of ILS elements in relation with the application environment, and the appropriate development of those elements. During the development process, in order to analyze and design logistics flow processes and supporting activities, we suggest the object-oriented logistics process modeling approach with basic concepts and constructs embedded in objects. Several diagrams including Class Diagram, Class-Instance Diagram, and Integrated Instance Diagram, are provided. Simple Steps to follow are suggested for the analysis and design of inter-organizational logistics flow and support processes. The outcomes of the study are expected to contribute to stimulating the utilization of ILS concepts and development process during building commercial CALS systems.

미디어의 발달과 함께 다양해진 유저의 플랫폼 및 기술적 환경을 동시에 충족시키는 게임 콘텐츠를 디자인하는 것은 매우 어려운 문제이다. 온라인 플랫폼과 네트워킹을 기반으로 성장한 인디게임 분야는 자본의 개입으로부터 자유로운 만큼 다양하고 창의적인 게임 콘텐츠 개발의 시도가 활발하게 이루어졌고, 행동 자율성이 높으며 커스터마이징이 가능한 샌드박스형 게임이 큰 성공을 거두면서 더욱 성장해 나갔다. 본 논문에서는 인디게임을 주도하는 샌드박스형 게임의 성장에 있어 큰 특징적 요소로 사료되는 행동 자율성과 커스터마이징 시스템에 주목하였다. 표현기법으로써 3D 복셀 그래픽이 자주 채택되고 있다는 점에서 복셀 기반 그래픽의 유용성 및 특히 게임 캐릭터 구현에 대한 현황과, 효율적인 게임 그래픽 기법으로 활용될 수 있는 가능성을 연구해 보기로 한다.

최근에는 온라인을 통해 교육을 제공받고자 하는 사용자들이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이며 이와 함께 UCC(User Created Contents)라는 새로운 패러다임의 도래로 자신의 전문지식이나 개성을 표현하려는 욕구 또한 함께 증가하고 있다. 사용자들은 개인 홈페이지나 동영상, 게임 등을 통해 자신만의 개성을 다양한 방법으로 표출하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 교육 사이트는 대부분 흥미로운 요소들이 배제 된 채 획일화된 인터페이스를 통해 지루하고 딱딱하다는 인상을 많이 받게 되는 아쉬움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객맞춤형 디자인 방법을 통해 심미성과 기능성을 지닌 다양한 디자인 요소들을 본인의 취향에 맞게 디자인함으로써 학습효율을 고취시킬 수 있는 쾌적한 환경을 만들 수 있으며 이러한 교육 공간은 사용자의 개성을 창출할 수 있게 된다. 그러므로 본 논문은 사용자 중심의 다양한 인터페이스를 지닌 온라인 교육사이트의 모델을 디자인 측면에 포커스를 두어 그 방법을 제안하고자 한다.
