A Study on Application Methods of Knit Design for Manufacturers using CAD System (캐드를 이용한 니트디자인의 생산업체 활용 방안)

  • Knitwears it was only for the innerwear, but which has become more available for sportswear and highly valuable formal-dresses for women's apparel and is set a trend toward high value-added products worldwide. Also the industry connected knitwears is more widely applicative than woven industry and is running on the well founded basement for the small enterprises. This study notes that what problems are caused and which utilities can be expected when we design knitwears by Primavision and Texpia CAD system considered the programs for development of domestic knitwears industry. There are much various benefits for designing knitwears from CAD system as shortening working hours, convenience, accuracy, quality control and productivity. It doesn't depend on designer's technique, sense and experiences, but provides, through building the design accuracy, chance to have a precise communication with buyers to be satisfied with the multiplicity, uniqueness and high-quality resulting from reducing the mistake on the operation. But there are some problems for using CAD design system those are no selections for the form, type and thickness of the yarn. Even though it is knitted by the same gauge, the texture conditions show complete difference if the form and thickness is different with. The gauge control without regarding those ought to be improved and the yarn designing function should be appended like in a tektite design. And the CAD design system can not reflect the variables of operating knitting machine and needle. The CAD design system provides the manufacturers with merits those they can change the colors easily to select which one appeals to the customer and check the effects of producing and modeling on monitor. But, in the each producing progress, there are still problems to reduce the practical steps, so intensive care is required of each part.

  • The major thrust of this research focuses on the development of phased big data distribution model based on the big data ecosystem. This model consists of 3 phases. In phase 1, data intermediaries are participated in this model and transaction functions are provided. This system consists of general control systems, registrations, and transaction management systems. In phase 2, trading support systems with data storage, analysis, supply, and customer relation management functions are designed. In phase 3, transaction support systems and linked big data distribution portal systems are developed. Recently, emerging new data distribution models and systems are evolving and substituting for past data management system using new technology and the processes in data science. The proposed model may be referred as criteria for industrial standard establishment for big data distribution and transaction models in the future.

  • E-commerce is a kind of trade type between buyers and sellers rely on computer networks. Carried out according to certain standards of various business activities. e-commerce is based on modern information technology and network technology, financial electronic collection, management, information technology, business and trade information networks into one, aimed at logistics, capital flow and information flow of harmony and unity of the new trade, trade activities of the entire process, electronic, networking and digital. E-commerce has brought to the traditional ways of trading a huge impact, led to changes in economic structures, is a business revolution in the way and is recognized internationally as the 21st century is an important driver of economic development compared to current traditional companies. In this material, we first consider the current problem, analyze particular characteristics of clothing shopping mall to increase the purchasing power of customer. For these reasons, we describe the process for building the clothing site.

  • In recent years, SNS (Social Network Service) has spread globally and general corporate' utilization of SNS is gradually increasing. Accordingly, the scope of utilizing SNS is expanding not only as a simple publicity of products and services but also as a communication tool among the company members, the customer service and the product development, etc. This study is examining the related cases classified by the premier activities and the supportive activities of the private companies' viewpoints of utilizing the SNS. Based on this study results, we are proposing the strategic considerations for the private companies' SNS adoption by synthesizing the results of the analytical researches of the SNS cases that support the companies' value chain and the considerations of companies' utilization of the SNS that are proposed by the various private companies' research laboratories.

  • This research provides the point of view by operating SPSS(14.0) about effective management and marketing focusing on customer by comparing and analyzing the effect which affects loyalty for the dental clinic and the rapport occurring when the dental worker communicates affirmatively with customers. The data was gathered from 300 customers visiting to a private dental clinic through the self-administered questionnaire in Jinju, Gyeng-nam. The communication(.017) and value property(.006) of service provider affects the rapport significantly. Last, the trust(.000), value property(.023) and the rapport(.000) affect the loyalty-a result variable-significantly.

  • The thermal image system was widely used in the defence-related industry because of detect infrared light from the object without light. but, as the demand in the security system and automobile market increases, the civilian industry are expanding to the private sector. There are difficult to apply various requirement because of previous systems are based by FPGA, so it need new system that apply to various requirement. The proposed paper is thermal image processing system using common image processor. It has various requirement and scalable to support image input/output interface and device driver. If it is used to proposed system, it reduce development cost and period than previous system based FPGA. Because there has very high accessibility. In addition, it expect to have satisfaction of customer requirements, development cost, development period, release date of product.

  • 3D printers have been growing mainly in industrial use, but the recent growth of the personal 3D printer market advanced through economic effects and cost reduction due to technological development. However, current 3D personal printers are very low in customer satisfaction on the limitations of molding speed, size, and precision. In this paper, we propose SLA 3D printer using LSU to overcome the technical limitation of personal 3D printer. In order to verify the operation of the scanning mechanism which is responsible for core functions, the movement of molding board using stepping motor and laser output test was conducted. These tests ensure that the laser was operating and control well was confirmed that a certain point is output to the X-axis by means of a laser module and a polygon mirror. 3D printers which are proposed to improve the accuracy and manufacturing speed is expected to replace the traditional low-budget 3D printer.

  • This study was performed in order to contributing the influence factors in the real estate marketing strategy which largely affects the success of a real estate sale and development projects. Articles have to be concluded with the Influence factors of Satisfaction based on the type of Real Estate through PLS Regression Analysis. Building data was conducted by the target population specializing in the real estate sale and development business. Classification of real estate business classified by the way of the residential and non-residential parted. In the case of Housing type in the analysis result, the main factors were made by calculating the each factor such as brand trust, Strengthening the alliance and partnership, Traffic environment, Relaxing the requirements for a Real estate sales, Business presentation, Unsold benefits and Relaxing the requirements for payment. Otherwise, In the case of non-residential in the analysis result, the factors such as Relaxing the requirements for payment, Customer Orientation, living environment, Unsold benefits, Strengthening the alliance and partnership and communication terms made an influence to satisfaction.

  • This paper addresses the implementation of FTTH system based on Ethernet PON technololy. This system consists of OLT and ONT. OLT supports the maximum 24 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, and then has the flexibility and the scalability for supplying digital communication and broadcasting convergence service in the near future. OLT system consists of switch module, subscriber module, processor module, and E-PON link module, and has the operating system based on Linux. ONT is installed in customer premise to supply both IP-TV and Internet service. Also ONT has the dedicated interface for IP-TV to improve the transmission characteristics of IP-TV signal. We measure the performance of E-PON MAC through this system and then QoS control characteristics per franc in ONT by separating the virtual link for IP-TV from that for data.

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze environmental changes in market, customer and information technology of Internet fashion industry, to present fashion company's current situation and strategy for confronting business environmental changes, and to propose the direction of the future research in this fashion field. First, the importance of Internet has been increased due to the rapid growth in number of Internet user and the size of the e-commerce. Second, to satisfy the customers requiring reasonable price and differentiated product and service, e-Branding strategy implementation, customized service development and enhancement on Web-site credibility and loyalty are demanding in the market. Third, development on the mobile technology and the increase in the Internet user using mobile communication device requires preparing mobile consuming environment, new business platform. Fashion industry's current situation and competitive strategy developed by the environmental change analysis were used for developing future research direction, that is, the m-business, CRM, and e-Branding. Through the understanding of environmental changes in Internet fashion industry and proposed research direction, research on Internet fashion marketing is hoped to be vitalized. Results of this study were expected to be utilized the strategy development.
