  • This study attempts to investigate a general service sector model which aims to describe the extent to which customer repurchase intention is influenced by customer satisfaction, Customer loyalty, switching cost. This study attempts to investigate different group. Brand group 1 is higher Brand loyalty than Brand group 2. Brand Group 1 is 276 and Brand Group 2 is 271 consumers in service sector that they were used into data analysis. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and Structural Equation Model using SPSS and AMOS program. The results show that nearly all of the hypothesized relationships construct are supported. First, the direct effects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and switching cost were confirmed. The service company not only strengthens customer loyalty, but also strategically makes the most use of switching cost to satisfy customer satisfaction and create sustainable company advantages. Second, the interactive relationships among switching cost and customer loyalty were very significant. The proper management of these mediating variables plays key roles in connecting customer satisfaction with repurchase intention. Third, the effects of customer loyalty and brand preference on repurchase intention were supported but switching cost rejected in the path analysis. Implications of the results for path analysis are discussed and future research directions are offered.

Customer Delight hypothesis model was proposed by Catering Service Industry of Starbucks and validate the final questionnaire; 7 point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) are used to analyze the reliability. And path analysis was used to evaluating the final hypothesis model. The results of this research was that the customer Self-involvement can lead to high awakening level and it also bring positive emotion to the customer. Awakening Level and positive emotion were the key factors for the Customer Delight. Instead of customer expectation, Customer Delight is based on customer awakening level and positive emotion which is different from Customer Satisfaction model. • With the strong growth of social networking sites such as Facebook in recent years, the potential of exploiting customers on Facebook is increasing. Presently, trading activities on Facebook is rapidly developing. Therefore, businesses have become increasingly competitive when selling products on Facebook, so as to retain customers as well as to satisfy customer, which is of paramount importance. This study was conducted to assess the factors affecting the satisfaction of individual customers in Vietnam when buying goods on Facebook. This study uses multivariate analysis techniques (Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling) to determine the factors affecting customer satisfaction when buying goods on Facebook. Research results from 268 individual customers in Vietnam indicated trust and convenience are the two important factors related to customer satisfaction when buying goods on Facebook. Customer satisfaction is the result of consumer experience throughout the different stages of purchase. The more the shopping experience, the more the customers are satisfied when buying products. The price and products do not affect customer satisfaction (prices are easy to compare and products are easily understood on the Internet; hence, these two factors are not considered as determinants of customer satisfaction). Furthermore, this study provides recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine overall customer satisfaction associated with medical service quality in Taiwan by integrated Kano's model and customer satisfaction index model. Another purpose was to confirmed nonlinear and asymmetric relationship of Customer Satisfaction and Quality Performance by the research outcome. By analyzing 1,100 patients or their family members, this study used the structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS software for data analysis. The results show that must-be attributes, one-dimensional attributes and attractive attributes had a direct effect on overall customer satisfaction, Surprisingly, overall customer satisfaction had positively influenced customer loyalty customer satisfaction had negatively influenced customer complaints. The study also found that customer complaints have direct effect on customer loyalty. Importantly, the study found out the must-be attributes, the attractive attributes and one-dimensional attributes increased, the level of overall customer satisfaction also increased. The customer satisfaction positively influences customer loyalty in medical service quality in Taiwan. The findings might reveal new insights for researchers dealing with quality of medical service and for hospital managers who devote resources exclusively to achieving highest possible levels of patient satisfaction.

Specifically, this study aims to investigate the effect of the degree of customer's awareness of pleasure on the relationship commitment through the medium of customer satisfaction and switching cost. For this purpose, the structural equation model was constructed based on the previous studies, and the exogenous variables were pleasure, and the endogenous variables were customer satisfaction, switching costs and relationship commitment. The subjects of this study were customers who used fitness centers in the metropolitan area. The sampling method for the sample survey was a total of 277 people using convenience sampling. 257 copies were used as final data except for 20 samples that were not appropriate for the study. The statistical program for data analysis was IBM SPSS Ver. 26.0 and Amos 21.0. The specific data processing method is as follows: First, frequency analysis was conducted to understand the general characteristics of the subjects. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the research tools, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. In order to understand the theoretical relationship between each variable, structural equation model was conducted. The results of data processing on the research model are as follows: First, the pleasure of the fitness center customers had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on the switching costs. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on the customer commitment. Fourth, switching costs had a positive effect on customer commitment.

  • Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. To find the way to increase customer satisfaction, we must understand customer requirements. Kano distinguishes between three types of product requirements(must-be, one-dimensional, attractive requirement) which influence customer satisfaction in different ways when met. Timko has developed customer satisfaction(CS) coefficient based on Kano model. The CS coefficient is indicative of how strongly a product feature may influence satisfaction. In this paper, potential customer satisfaction improvement(PCSI) index was developed using Kano model and CS coefficient. The PCSI index represents how much a product feature can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the product feature is fully fulfilled. In order to explain the meaning of PCSI index, a case study for cellular phones is done. It is also discussed how to use the index strategically.
