소비자 옴니채널 성향과 소비자-브랜드 관계에 관한 연구: 브랜드 경험 조절효과 (Effect of Omni-Channel Use and Customer-Brand Relationship)

  • Purpose - The ICT(information and communications technologies) development is affecting consumer behaviors on selecting channel or distribution system. This study aims to advance our knowledge about the factors influencing omni-channel behaviors. This study considers the positive brand experience as the moderating variable into the relationship between omini-channel use intention and consumer brand relation. Also, the effect of positive brand experience on consumer-brand relation is researched. Research design, data, and methodology - This study conducted an empirical test with the subject as customers who purchase goods or service through on-off cross channel simultaneously. The research model is developed from prior literatures about influencing variables on channel selection. The structure of this study is designed to identify causal relationships between the variables. 268 survey data from the questionnaire survey which is conducted to target customers who use online and offline channels, is used for empirical analysis. This study validates generality with descriptive statistics and data reliability with Cronbach's alpha value. The exploratory factor analysis is used for value purification. Then, the confirmatory factor analysis is conducted for structural equation modeling. Finally, the execute structural equation modeling is analyzed to confirm the hypotheses Results - First, the two causal influences between perceived performance risk and the propensity of omni-channel and between price consciousness and the propensity of omni-channel are verified through the empirical test. Second, the result identifies that the propensity of omni-channel is influenced on consumer-brand relationship. Third, the AMOS analysis proves that the moderating variable, positive brand experience, has significant positive impact on consumer-brand relationship. This significant relationship is highly supported by the regression analysis between brand experience and propensity of omni-channel because it results that positive brand experience has positive impact on the propensity of omni-channel. All hypotheses are verified to be true. Conclusions - Based on the empirical result, this study confirms that perceived performance risk and price consciousness are the important factors influencing propensity of omni-channel. According to the additional analysis, the moderating variable and positive brand experience plays important role between the propensity of omni-channel and consumer-brand relationship. Furthermore, positive brand experience influences more on consumer-brand relationship than non-positive brand experience.

BPO 제도의 유용성에 관한 연구 -L/C 제도와의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Usefulness of the BPO System - Focusing on Comparison with L/C System -)

  • A BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an Obligor Bank acting on behalf of the buyer to a Recipient Bank acting on behalf of the seller to pay on satisfaction of certain specified conditions. There have been a Trade Service Utility(TSU), a Transaction Matching Application(TMA) and ISO 20022 TSMT messages that core electronic technical systems linked to the BPO. As a key usefulness of the BPO, it brings to market an alternative means of satisfying the risk mitigation, financing and information management needs of banks and businesses engaged in trade. That is, corporates can spread the risk among multiple Obligor Banks by requesting multiple BPOs for the same trade transaction not to exceed the value of the initial transaction. Since the BPO replaces the manual document checking process with the electronic matching of data, buyers and sellers will benefit from significantly increased accuracy and objectivity. By using BPO, buyers and sellers can become trusted counterparties by demonstrating reliability and giving sellers the assurance of being paid on time as per the payment terms and conditions agreed. When compared to L/C, the BPO requires submission of data only. This requires a change of practice of those accustomed to dealing with physical documentation. The beneficiary of a BPO is the Recipient Bank which is always the Seller's Bank. In the meantime, banks will need to agree between themselves that the URBPO 750 will be applied, modified or excluded. However, customers of banks will face low transactional costs due to a fully automated process and standardized data formats used in international trade documentation. There is no amendment and cancellation rules in the URBPO 750s, but only have Assignment of Proceeds rules. As a result, the BPO is likely to enable new business opportunities, lower costs, fast transaction process and strengthen key customer relationships.

일본 기업의 사회공헌 경영의 실태분석과 시사점 (Analysis and Implication of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Management of Japanese Firms)

  • 본 연구에서는, 기업 문화측면에서 비슷한 동양적 사고를 지니고 있으며, 세계적으로 기업 신뢰도가 높은 일본 기업의 CSR 현황 및 실태를 분석함으로써, 향후 국내 기업의 CSR이 나아가야할 방향에 대한 시사점 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저, 일본 기업의 CSR 현황 및 실태를 살펴본 결과, 일본 기업의 경우 CSR 활동이 기업의 브랜드 및 이미지 향상으로 이어질 수 있도록 CSR 활동에 관련한 정보제공 및 의견수렴에 적극적으로 참여하고 있다는 특성이 나타났다. 이러한 일본 기업의 CSR 현황 및 실태분석을 바탕으로, 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, CSR 전담부서 및 전담 시스템의 구축이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 윤리적 경영에 대한 정비가 필요할 것이다. 셋째, CSR 활동에 대한 정보제공 및 인식개선이 필요할 것이다. 넷째, 소비자와의 대화 및 소비자 대응에 적극적으로 노력해야 할 것이다.

뷰티 소셜커머스 구매이용에 대한 소비자 인식과 구매행동 연구 (A Study on Consumer Perception and Purchasing Conditions of Using Beauty Social Commerce)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the consumer perception and purchasing behaviors of beauty service products based on recent consumer purchasing patterns utilizing social commerce. The research method looked at general characteristics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability T-test, correlation analysis, one way ANOVA, regression analysis of the consumer awareness and purchasing status in the use of beauty social commerce of 228 research subjects in their 20s and 30s residing in Seoul and Gyeonggido. SPSS v. 21.0 was used. The results found the following. First, service quality, interaction, user convenience, and price were set as factors for the validity verification of consumer perception in beauty social commerce. Second, as a result of studying consumer perception regarding beauty social commerce, interaction had the largest correlation while price, service quality, and user convenience followed. As a result of studying the differences according to the general characteristic of gender, user convenience had a larger correlation for female consumers than male consumers. Third, the following was the result of studying purchasing behaviors in beauty social commerce. Among diverse social commerce businesses, Pokemon was the most popular, while among the various coupons available, hair salons were most commonly purchased. The modal value for the number of times consumers used beauty service products was two times a month, and the most popular price ranges were 100,000 KRW or less and 100,000~200,000 KRW. Accordingly, it was observed that social commerce is receiving attention and being considered as the next generation for shopping in the beauty industry. This channel should be well utilized by related industries through the improvement of customer satisfaction, which will lead to repurchases, and consequently result in becoming an actual means for sales in the beauty industry.

메뉴관리에 따른 조리 표준량 목표가 업무 효율성에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study that Target Amount of Standardization by Menu Management Effect on the Job Efficiency)

  • 호텔 레스토랑의 효율적인 메뉴 관리를 위하여 조리 표준량 목표를 설정하여 일정한 메뉴 품질 관리를 제공하므로 종업원들 간의 정보 교환, 원활한 업무 수행, 고객 유지 및 창출 방법을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구의 실증적 분석은 호텔 레스토랑에 근무하는 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 통계자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 빈도 분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인 분석, 상관 관계 분석, 선형회귀 분석을 실시하였고, 구성간의 표준량 목표의 조절 효과를 보기 위하여 곱 모형을 사용하는 조절회귀 분석을 실시하여 가설을 검증하였다. 업무효율성을 높이기 위해서는 표준량 목표를 사용하여 메뉴 관리를 해야 하고, 메뉴 계획 단계에서는 직원들과 충분한 협의에 의해서 메뉴를 구성하며, 그 과정에서 표준량 목표를 도구로 사용하여 메뉴 계획을 진행함으로써 업무효율을 높일 수 있다. 고객 서비스 업무의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 메뉴 운영 시 고객의 취향과 트렌드에 맞는 메뉴들로 표준량 목표를 설정하여 지속적으로 변화에 맞춰서 수정 보완하는 운영 관리에 따라 업무효율에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다.

컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Consultant Capability on Consulting Satisfaction)

  • 연구의 목적은 컨설턴트의 능력이 컨설팅 만족도, 컨설팅 서비스 품질 및 고객 회사 컨설팅에 대한 이해에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구결과를 요약해보면 컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 서비스 품질을 매개하여 컨설팅 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에 대해 대응성, 공감성, 유형성, 확신성, 신뢰성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 수진기업이 컨설팅에 대한 이해가 높을수록 컨설팅의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 컨설팅의 만족도를 향상하기 위해서는 컨설턴트 역량뿐만 아니라 고객의 컨설팅 이해를 향상하기 위한 노력이 기울여야 의도하는 만족도를 달성할 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 향후 수진기업 측면에서 컨설팅 만족도를 향상할 수 있는 이해도 높일 수 있는 방안에 대한 추가 후속 연구가 필요하다.

계층분석기법을 이용한 정보시스템 평가영역 및 평가항목별 가중치 설정 방안: 공공부문을 중심으로 (The Way of Establishing Weights for IS Evaluation Areas and Items by means of AHP : Focusing on Public Sector)

  • It is tried that evaluation areas and items of information system in public sector are derived ration-ally and its weight value call be applied differently to type of information system to enhance validity and objectiveness of measurement in evaluating IS in this research. To obtain the goal of this research, firstly, five sectors - system sector, user sector, organization and management sector, the degree of strategic contribution to IS, and the degree of optimizing re-source in IS - are categorized based on broadly reviewing previous theoretical and practical research. Secondly, IS type in public sector is divided into internal operation one and customer oriented one that is object of the IS, and divided into application oriented and IT infrastructure oriented which are influence by IS. Thirdly, evaluation areas and its items are measured by 5 point scales (Likert summated scales) in addition to analysis of validity and reliability to improve objectiveness of establishing evaluation areas and its items. Fourthly, the weight values in the evaluation areas and its items are derived by using analytic hierarchy process. According to the results of analysis of weight value through AHP, it were found to be 30.4% to organization and management sector. 25.5% to degree of strategic contribution, 21.0% to user sector, 13.5% to degree of optimization of resource management, and 9.6% to system sector. and. different weight values each of the four IS type are proposed which establishing in this research. The main implications of this study is that the criteria by which IS in public sector can be categorized 4 ones is suggested and The weighted evaluation for four types of IS based on the AHP analysis enables proposing an objective evaluation method of IS in public sector for considering individual IS characterics.

스마트 차량 관리 시스템을 위한 HSV 색상모델 기반의 키 프레임 추출 기법 (A Key-Frame Extraction Method based on HSV Color Model for Smart Vehicle Management System)

  • 현재 수입차 차량의 등록대수가 해를 거듭할수록 증가하는 추세이다. 그에 맞춰 수입차와 같은 고급 차량을 정비하기 위한 차량 정비 업체의 환경 개선이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정비 차량의 고객 신뢰도를 제공하기 위한 스마트 차량 관리 시스템을 구현하기 위해 HSV 색상모델 기반의 키 프레임 추출 기법을 제안한다. 수리 차량의 입고 시 차량 번호판 인식 프로세스를 통해 차량의 번호판을 자동으로 인식 후, 이를 기준으로 차량의 수리 이력 확인 및 수리 요청을 처리한다. 차량 수리 동영상을 토대로 차량 수리 키 프레임을 추출하여 사용자의 스마트폰으로 제공하는 서비스를 구현한다. 아울러 제안하는 기법을 스마트 차량 관리 시스템에 적용함으로써 서비스의 우수성을 검증한다. 마지막으로 키 프레임 추출 기법의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 RGB 색상을 HSV 색상으로 변환하여 처리한다. 그 결과 제안된 방법의 키 프레임 추출을 위한 성능 평가에서 기존의 RGB 색상모델보다 HSV 색상모델이 재현율 측면에서 약 30% 더 우수함을 확인하였다.

일식 레스토랑의 서비스 품질평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Customer Evaluation of Service Quality at Japanese Restaurants)

  • To achieve these goals constituent dimensions and structural elements of the Japanese restaurants service quality are being investigated through the review of the food service industry and service. The survey about the importance and the Japanese restaurants was also conducted with a questionnaire to identify the tendency of customers who visited restaurants. These results and satisfactions hypotheses are being tested in the restaurant and the empirical research aye both conducted to achieve time research purposes. Japanese restaurants, located in the metropolitan area, are being selected as the object limits of the survey. Eighty-seven questionnaires are being distributed three kinds restaurants which means total 250 for all, and from which 230 are being analyzed. Frequency and $\chi$$^2$test were applied for the general matters and the conditions of object while Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and factor analysis were applied for reliability and validity. t-test was attempted to fine the importance and the satisfaction of the service quality. Also ANOVA was utilized. After examining the results of this survey, few facts were apparent. First the number of male ana female customers in the Japanese restaurants are divided evenly in about 55% of male customers and 45% of female customers. However, these people have a wide variety of jos. Another evident fact present on this survey shows that customers eating at a less expensive restaurants have a income of 1,000,000 won where as the expensive or high-end restaurants have customers with higher income than average. The price sensitive customers studied in this survey shows that they spend on average 30,000 to 70,000 won per person in the less expensive establishments. Therefore, with some service quality restructuring, application of new systems and ideas these restaurants could efficiently maximize their profit margin. Customers also showed that lower prices in lunch time would be an appealing incentive to deviate from standard lunch time 〈12:00~13:00〉and menu specials would be of interest to deviate from busy dinner time. In conclusion, since restaurants in the middle range category are not so many restaurants in lower range have a chance to maximize their profit. This study clearly shows that even the lower-end restaurants could raise their profit margin by incorporating new marketing techniques and by improving the service level of their restaurants.

인위적 데이터를 이용한 군집분석 프로그램간의 비교에 대한 연구

  • 인터넷 비즈니스나 전자상거래와 연관되어 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship management :CRM)에 대한 관심이 널리 확산됨으로 해서 군집분석에 대한 관심이 한층 높아졌고, 다양한 군집분석 프로그램이 시장에 소개되어 지고 있다. 그런, 군집분석 프로그램들은 다른 데이터 분석 기법과는 달리 그들의 성능을 측정하기가 매우 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 이미 알려져 있는 군집구조를 지닌 인위적 데이터를 사용하여 다양한 군집분석 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 하나의 방법론을 제시하고, 그 방법론의 유용성을 보여 주기 위해 현재 많이 사용하고 있는 네 가지의 군집분석 프로그램을 본 논문에서 제시한 방법론을 사용하여 평가하는데 그 주요 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서 두 가지의 반복적 군집분석 프로그램(Convergent Cluster Analysis:CCA, SPSS의 Clementine), 전통적인 단순군집 프로그램(One-Shot Clustering Program: Howard-Harris 프로그램), 그리고 IBM의 데이터 마이닝 기법 중 하나인 데모그래픽 군집분석 프로그램의 성능을 비교한 결과, 군집분석을 위하여 다른 군집분석 방법 보다 좀 더 지능적으로 초기치를 생성한 CCA방법이 가장 우월한 성능을 보여 주었다.
