  • The purpose of this study is empirically analyzing the effects of external factors(user knowledge, service characteristics, security), perceived risk, trust, ease of use, and usefulness on continuous customer acceptance in Internet banking. To achieve the goal, we develop the extended Technology Acceptance Model(Ex-TAM) based in the theoretical backgrounds of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). To test the new model(Ex-TAM), path analysis is performed by AMOS 4.0 package as a statistical tool. The finding indicate that 4 factors(service characteristics, ease of use, usefulness, trust) are significant. However, 2 factors(security, perceived risk) are not significant, user knowledge is partly significant.

  • With the development of the 4th industrial revolution, companies are trying to introduce new AI technologies and improve their performance. In particular, chatbot technology has developed and can not only communicate smoothly with humans, but also perform many complex tasks, so it has high market potential. However, there is still little research on chatbots in the field of e-commerce. Accordingly, this study aims to suggest ways to improve corporate performance through chatbot user satisfaction analysis. With the rapid development of China's e-commerce platform, In this study, through previous studies, the characteristics of chatbots were classified into accessibility, accuracy, empathy, reliability, and intimacy as factors influencing perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived enjoyment of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Five were selected and used as independent variables, and a model that affects customer satisfaction was set up. This paper sets user satisfaction as an important indicator of chatbot service and analyzes the path that affects user satisfaction, thereby improving chatbot service technology. It is important in that it provides a way to improve the smart chatbot service by understanding the degree of user acceptance in depth.

  • The exponential growth of the on-line shopping mall has been the advent of buying and selling products and services over the internet. In these circumstances, this paper presents the importance of understanding and managing the purchasing behavior of on-line shopping mall customers. The main purpose of this research is to find out the antecedents of customer trust and to conceptualize and investigate the relationship between endogenous mediating variables(such as customer trust, attitude, loyalty, relationship involvement) and purchasing and/or repurchasing intention in internet shopping mall. The empirical findings are as follows : First, the three antecedents of customer trust( EC system characteristics, psychological propensity, and trustworthiness) had the positive effects on the formation of site trust. Second, we found out that there were direct or indirect relationships between the mediating variables and on-line purchasing and/or repurchasing intention. In Particular, the direct effects of customer attitude on customer loyalty and buying intention were rejected, but the indirect effects through relationship involvement were accepted. This means that the relationship marketing is probably more important for the success of internet shopping mall Third, there were no direct relationship between the mediating variables and the repurchasing intention, but most researches in the brick and mortar, the proposition are supported. This implies that repurchasing intention was intensified by the indirect path, such as site trust $\longrightarroe$ attitude $\longrightarroe$ involvement $\longrightarroe$ loyalty $\longrightarroe$ purchasing intention $\longrightarroe$ repurchasing intention. So, the internet marketers must make an effort not only to strengthen the direct casual linkage between them but also to consolidate the indirect connections leading to boost purchasing and repurchasing intention.

  • This study aims to identify of customer features control the effect on revisit intention and switching intention. The statistical techniques used for this empirical analysis are frequency analysis, technology analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis along with path analysis and moderate regression analysis, which are based on structural model From the effect that customer features control the effect on switching barrier by switching intention, travel agencies has a control effect on 'financial switching costs' and 'relational switching costs', and airlines show they have control effect on 'relational switching costs.' In diversity pursuit factors, 'financial switching costs' and 'attractiveness of alternatives' have a meaningful control effect for travel agencies customers, while 'procedural switching costs' for airlines customers. In the analysis result of the effect that customer features control the effect on revisit intention by switching intention, 'percept' and 'diversity pursuit' have a meaningful control effect in travel agencies customers and airlines one, respectively.

Data collection was done through conducting a survey of inpatients in three mental hospitals located in Chungnam, Korea using self administered questionnaire. The questionnaire included the modified version of 'service satisfaction scale for psychiatric patients' invented by Chul Kwon Kim and other members, which consists of five dimension of service quality: staff attitude, treatment quality, ward environment, access/cost and ward rule. Total 236 questionnaires were gathered and 219 were used for analysis. The data was analyzed by using version SAS9.2 and path analysis model was applied to test our hypothesis. As a result, the four factors of service (staff attitude, treatment quality, ward environment and ward rule) were extracted, which counted for 62.89% of the common variance. Moreover, Cronbach Alpha showed relatively high internal consistency of answer, all exceeding 0.6. According to the study, ward environment and treatment quality turned out to have direct influence on the patient's satisfaction. In addition, staff attitude and overall satisfaction directly influenced the customer loyalty while ward environment and ward rule indirectly had influence using overall satisfaction as a medium.
