포털기반 기업정보시스템의 통합 (Enterprise Portal and the Integration of Business Information System)

  • 웹기반 기업정보시스템은 다양한 애플리케이션, 콘텐츠 그리고 자료유형이 혼재되어 있어 시스템사용자의 정보처리효율과 정보해독성의 저해요인이 된다. 이러한 환경에서 보다 사용자친근성과 접근의 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 기술이 포털이며 이를 통하여 기업의 모든 정보시스템 그리고 외부시스템간의 원활한 연결을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 기업포털(EP)을 정보처리포털(IPP), 의사결정지원포털(DPP) 그리고 지식경영포털(EKP)로 분류하고 이를 통하여 효율적인 시스템환경을 위한 구축방법을 제시하였다. 또한 구축에 따른 기술적인 문제보다는 개념적이고 절차적인 문제에 역점을 두고 분석하였다.

  • 최근 들어 기업의 이해관계자 관리가 중요해지면서, 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 관점이 변화되고 있다. 기업들은 이전과 달리 보다 능동적이고 전략적인 관점에서 사회적 책임활동을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 사회적 책임활동의 효과에 관한 연구는 소비자 반응, 사회적 성과, 그리고 재무적 성과를 중심으로 이루어졌고, 기업내부의 비즈니스 프로세스나 구성원들에게 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하였다. 특히 지식경영활동을 통한 혁신역량이나 비재무적 성과에 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 매우 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 지식경영활동 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 구체적으로, 제조업을 포함한 다양한 업종의 256개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과 기업의 사회적 책임활동은 지식경영활동 및 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

공공교통 전동차 안전운행을 위한 RIMS 프로젝트 적용의 성공요인 연구 (A Study on the Successful Factors in the Application of RIMS Project for the Safe Operation of Rolling Stocks in the Public Transportation)

  • This study finds out and suggests success factors for the application of RIMS project through the case study of Seoul Metro and literature survey. The successful application of RIMS needs expert knowledge and concept of BOM, standardization of maintenance planning, check lists of heavy maintenance inspection, organization structure of rolling stock maintenance offices, material management system of warehousing and the process of parts repairing between offices, connection of material ordering system, problem solving of circular spare parts administration among inspection, maintenance, and material organizational units, systemic serial number management of parts with RFID, daily closing diary connected with work process chart, and sufficient period of RIMS's test run. RIMS contributes to real time management of rolling stock maintenance, transparency of management, reliability of train operation, customer satisfaction, and management innovation.

ISO 9001:2009 품질경영원리의 실행에 관한 연구 (A Study on ISO 9001:2009 Quality Management Principles Implementation)

  • In this era of globally competitive world market, many business firms have been using ISO 9000 quality management system, whose principles are leadership, customer focus, people involvement, etc., which are expected and desired to be attained for the various long/short term goals of the business firms. This paper studies whether and how those principles are implemented in the areas of service, manufacturing, etc., and researches the regression relations between business firm's performance and those principles. Using hypothesis testing, we found and showed results which can be referenced for the higher performance of business firms and those can be added to the pool of knowledge about the ISO principles implementation in service and manufacturing industries.

동시단어분석을 이용한 품질경영분야 지식구조 분석 (The Analysis of Knowledge Structure using Co-word Method in Quality Management Field)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to analyze the behavioral change of knowledge structures and the trends of research topics in the quality management field. Methods: The network structure and knowledge structure of the words were visualized in map form using co-word analysis, cluster analysis and strategic diagram. Results: Summarizing the research results obtained in this study are as follows. First, the word network derived from co-occurrence matrix had 106 nodes and 5,314 links and its density was analyzed to 0.95. Average betweenness centrality of word network was 2.37. In addition, average closeness centrality and average eigenvector centrality of word network were 0.01. Second, by applying optimal criteria of cluster decision and K-means algorithm to word co-occurrence matrix, 106 words were grouped into seven clusters such as standard & efficiency, product design, reliability, control chart, quality model, 6 sigma, and service quality. Conclusion: According to the results of strategic diagram analysis over time, the traditional research topics of quality management field related to reliability, 6 sigma, control chart topics in the third quadrant were revealed to be declined for their study importance. Research topics related to product design and customer satisfaction were found to be an important research topic over analysis periods. Research topic related to management innovation was emerging state and the scope of research topics related to process model was extended to research topics with system performance. Research topic related to service quality located in the first quadrant was analyzed as the key research topic.

전자상거래 서비스상품 분류에 대한 연구 (Classification Framework for Services and Service Products in Electronic Commerce)

  • In this study, we newly classify services and service products in EC into Mass Service, Interactive Service, Ordering Service, and Professional Service. For classification, five selected variables and two factorized dimensions such as 1) ease of on-line interaction and 2) needs of on-line interactions are used. On the result of classification, we investigate the relationships with customer purchase intentions in EC. For this purpose, customer surveys were conducted on the respondent groups who are known to be frequent purchasers in EC and have advanced knowledge on services and service products. The survey is analyzed by statistical methods such as factor score plot, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, etc.

Return on Leadership

  • It is generally accepted that leadership is the foundation for creation of a company's business results. However, empirical evidence is lacking. This paper examines the relationship between leadership and key performance results based on a Return on Leadership Model. The model links Denison's four leadership traits to people results, customer results, and ultimately key performance results. Further specified, the model is a structural equation model with nine latent variables, each measured by a set of indicators, observed by survey questions. To validate the model, an empirical study was conducted, and 379 managers from medium-sized and large companies in Denmark participated. The estimation of the model shows that the model structure explains return on leadership very well, and the findings support the developed model. We are able to quantify the relationships from leadership to people results, customer results and key performance results and, in this way, the data presented here provide evidence that leadership is linked to key performance results. Several results and applications of the model are shown. The findings provide new knowledge about how leadership can be linked to performance, and how excellent leadership creates key performance results.

  • Most recently, development and publication of the ordinance and the manual of policy quality management is spreading the recognition of quality control in the public sector. The purpose of this study is to introduce the system of quality control for local government's policy. So we suggested lessons drew from the case study(Daegu metropolitan city, Gumi city) on current introduction. To successfully introduce the system of quality control for local government, we have to gain agrement for the new system, of introduction, secondly prepare the new system, lastly manage PQM with flexibility.

국내대학 패션분야 교육의 특성화를 위한 교육과정 개발 - 패션비즈니스 교육을 중심으로 - (Curriculum Development for fashion business education in Korean Universities)

  • In order to develop a new fashion business curriculum, this study attempts to evaluate fashion business curriculum in both domestic and foreign schools and to analyze their existing training programs. The results of this study shows that the analysis of domestic fashion business curriculum shows that 'in the field' knowledge is in need for the new fashion education program where students can be more exposed to the industry environments especially in the area of markets, sales, distribution and management. Also, the analysis of fashion marketing curriculum of F.I.T and PARSONS school of design demonstrates their emphasis on practical as well as academic programs in marketing, distribution and merchandising. In addition, the research on sales person training program reflects that future sales persons will need stronger knowledge in customer analysis, product display and shop management. Based on these findings, this investigation proposes a revised second year fashion business undergraduate program. The academic program in this updated module will place heavier emphasis on such fields as marketing, distribution, product planning and sales management. Also recommended is that the second year students will be exposed to real-world experience by participating in various internships and workshops offered by major companies in the fashion field.
