The purpose of this study is to explore the process of inquiry problem finding in high school students' small group free-inquiry. For this purpose, 91 second grade high school students took part in small group free-inquiry. We conducted interviews with students (48 students in 15 groups) who were relatively successful in the inquiry performed for one semester (about 4 months). Based on the results of the interviews, we analyzed the characteristics of the inquiry problem finding through the steps and strategies in the inquiry problem finding process. The main results are as follows: First, in the inquiry problem finding process, steps such as selecting keyword, presenting an inconvenience, presenting a question, and finding an inquiry problem were found, and in particular, the process of selecting the keyword that correspond to the subject of inquiry, such as the material and situation of inquiry, is very important step in inquiry problem finding. Second, the strategies that students used in the process of finding inquiry problem included searching information, review of prior research, sharing of knowledge and experience, linking and extension of knowledge and experience, environmental awareness, expert consultation, discussion of suitability, elaboration, etc. Third, finding an inquiry problem was relatively easy in the inquiry for finding out problems (i.e. inconvenience) in everyday life and investigating ways to solve them. Fourth, the review of prior researches through the internet was useful in the process of selecting keyword and elaboration. Fifth, the factors that students consider when selecting one of several candidate inquiry problems are feasibility, real-life applicability, and economic condition. Sixth, the current affairs had a positive impact on the inquiry problem finding. Based on the above results, we discussed some ways to increase students' inquiry problem finding ability.
Unlike conventional online shopping malls that handle simple product sales, customization services have to be provided with a user-centered and smooth customizable work environment because of differences that buyers have to customize themselves. To study the ease of use of T-shirt customization web GUI, three websites that provide T-shirt customization services were selected to analyze the current status of T-shirt customization websites. Through prior research, we establish the evaluation principle as consistency and clarity, operability, feedback, coping with errors, sharing and ease of search. Based on this, the T-shirt customization web GUI design guidelines were drafted and three delphi surveys were conducted on GUI-related experts to prove the validity of the web GUI guidelines evaluation items that are effective in customizing T-shirts. This study is expected to contribute to increasing the production and usability of the T-shirt customization web and to be used as an effective reference for customization web GUI design.

In recent years, cyber crimes were intended to get financial benefits through malicious attempts such as DDoS attacks, stealing financial information and spamming. Botnets, a network composed of large pool of infected hosts, lead such malicious attacks. The botnets have adopted several evasion techniques and variations. Therefore, it is difficult to detect and eliminate them. Current botnet solutions use a signature based detection mechanism. Furthermore, the solutions cannot cover broad areas enough to detect world-wide botnets. In this study, we suggest an architecture to detect and regulate botnets using cooperative design which includes modules of gathering network traffics and sharing botnet information between ISPs or nations. Proposed architecture is effective to reveal evasive and world-wide botnets, because it does not depend on specific systems or hardwares, and has broadband cooperative framework.
Environmental impact assessment (EIA) practitioners play a very pivotal role in establishing EIA policies, and when implementing EIA environmental conflicts can be prevented and resolved by sharing information with stakeholders and coordinating opinions. For this reason, grasping the perceptions of stakeholders including practitioners about the overall system, such as EIA policies and implementation, can be helpful in setting improvement directions and policy directions for EIA. However, there is an insufficient information on the perception and understanding of stakeholders about the EIA system and operation currently in effect in Korea. Therefore, this study diagnoses operational and procedural problems for the EIA system, which is a decision-making tool and a precautionary technique that can minimize adverse effects through the environmental information analysis method, and improvement points and systems of the EIA system in the future. We tried to find a complement of an online survey of 37 questions,responses from 95 responses from stakeholders of EIA were summarized. Stakeholders were aware of the problems of the operation of the current system and the preparation of the evaluation form, and this was reflected. Period and cost of preparation of EIS (49%), the introduction of a new method (26%) and the items of collecting opinions and conflict management (41%), which showed high negative response rates (dissatisfied and very dissatisfied), are considered to be areas that we need to supplement further in the future. As society develops rapidly, the system needs to be supplemented accordingly, and policy improvement efforts are needed for items with high negative responses as a result of the survey.

This study diagnoses the maturity level of local government's spatial information policy in the face of the digital transformation period. To this end, by using the stratification (AHP) analysis technique, for the spatial information expert group, the importance evaluation is performed along with the selection of measurement indicators of the level of spatial informatization. First, the current status and indicators in terms of spatial information policies of local governments are studied through theoretical considerations. In addition, by examining previous studies, differentiation from this study is presented. In this study, 3 indicators and 18 detailed items of spatial informatization level evaluation indicators could be selected. As a result of the evaluation, the overall importance ranking for the measurement index was 0.125 (12.5%) for the establishment and utilizations of GIS Systems provided by local governments, 0.109 (10.9%) for the quality management of basic spatial information, 0.107 (10.7%) for the establishment and utilization of its own spatial information. 0.073 (7.3%) for the collaboration and sharing within the institution, 0.071 (7.1%) for the operation of education and support system on spatial information, 0.065 (6.5%) for the securing a dedicated organization and professional human resources, and interest at the institutional level were derived in the order of 0.053 (5.3%). The results of this study are expected to be usefully utilized as basic data to evaluate the level of spatial information policies promoted by local governments. In addition, if the local government's spatial information policy is pursued centering on the major indicators derived from the study, it is expected that efficient policy operation will be possible.
Currently, disasters occurring in Korea are characterized by unpredictability and complexity. Due to these features, property damage and human casualties are increasing. Since the initial response process of these disasters is directly related to the scale and the spread of damage, optimal decision-making is essential, and information of the site must be obtained through timely applicable sensors. However, it is difficult to make appropriate decisions because indiscriminate information is collected rather than necessary information in the currently operated Disaster and Safety Situation Office. In order to improve the current situation, this study proposed a framework that quickly collects various disaster image information, extracts information required to support decision-making, and utilizes it. To this end, a web-based display system and a smartphone application were proposed. Data were collected close to real time, and various analysis results were shared. Moreover, the capability of supporting decision-making was reviewed based on images of actual disaster sites acquired through CCTV, smartphones, and UAVs. In addition to the reviewed capability, it is expected that effective disaster management can be contributed if institutional mitigation of the acquisition and sharing of disaster-related data can be achieved together.

This study examines the policies currently announced in the "3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan" in relation to the discovery of individuals' potential in libraries and analyzes the current status of the tasks promoted and executed by central administrative agencies and municipal and provincial libraries based on these policies. Based on the analysis results, this study presents the methods for libraries to play their role in discovering the potential of individuals in the future. According to the results of this study, due to the poor performance of libraries resulting from reduced in-person events because of library closures and the promotion of non-contact services such as humanities classes and cultural programs in response to COVID-19, it is necessary to establish systems to support emergency management and non-contact programs in response to COVID-19, as well as increase the budget for extending reading culture projects for underprivileged regions and people. In addition, it is necessary to discover quality long-term, non-contact programs, provide infrastructure for non-contact program operation, and develop guidelines. Second, it is observed that communication- and discussion-type social reading programs need to be promptly converted into and operated as online classes. Third, the study results confirm that it is necessary to prepare measures to reinforce external cooperation, such as improving the convenience of and accessibility to information use for users, conducting seminars between domestic and foreign councils, promoting one-stop data sharing systems, executing data digitalization, expanding library infrastructure in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era, and promoting public relations activities.

Barrage is an interactive method based on video, and the video itself is visualized from the viewer's point of view to play people's emotions, and it already has an advantage in communication by attracting people's attention using stories and plays. Advances in digital and mobile technology have enabled video viewing anytime, anywhere. Due to the nature of the barrage site that relies on the same video content or playback to participate in video sharing through computers or mobile clients, a barrage that can express users' feelings and thoughts will be added, breaking down the limit of content acceptance by a single user. Barrage satisfy users' entertainment needs, and their influence is growing. Gradually, they are heading to offline movie theaters and TV from barrage videos on the Internet. Attempts to function as offline ammunition facilitated technological innovation for media convergence by converging mobile media with PCs and screens. At the same time, the trend of media convergence shown by coal screens is also a trend of overall technological development. A barrage is an extension of human communication skills. The properties of the barrage fit well with the need for experiential marketing (via video). It can provide a visual experience and create an atmosphere of "surrounding and watching" and eliminate loneliness. Barrage itself provides a function to comment on videos, which is a trigger point for the reason, and donation adds to the amount of information in the video, adding to the fun of the video. Through the barrage, sarcastic, teasing, and expressing emotions can bring entertainment experiences, and users can produce and communicate their shooting text while consuming the satisfaction brought by the shooting. At the same time, Barrage attaches great importance to the needs of the masses, is more individual and diversified, and has commercial significance in line with the current development trend of the Internet. As a new interactive method, barrage contains huge potential value. However, the impact of the interactive way of barrage should also be viewed from a dialectical point of view, how to solve the difficulties in the development of barrage. The way to solve the difficulties in the development of barrage is worth studying. This research will analyze the reasons for the development of barrage and the analysis of Chinese barrage websites, the case analysis of barrage videos, the exploration of the characteristics and values of barrage, and the problems in the process of barrage communication. In this study, we investigated and the following conclusions are presented by identifying the current status and problems in order to expand the future's value of the community care project introduced and implemented to improve the quality and care for the elderly's life. First, the needs analysis of the elderly receiving services is composed of patient-centered rather than investigator-centered, and in particular, medical management through medical staff visits should be strengthened, and specialized service items according to gender, age, disability type, and personal preference should be strengthened. This will have to be gradually strengthened. Second, by analyzing the satisfaction, redundancy, and effectiveness of service items, we save money, and consider the consumer-oriented service item composition and application of items necessary for new services. Third, through the introduction of an integrated schedule management system, it is necessary to specialize in pre-booking and visit schedule management between the elderly and the direct service organizations that provide services. Fourth, as an effort to solve the financial problem, it is necessary to prepare a rational resource sharing system with health and medical finance, long-term care insurance system, and social welfare financial project. and it may consider that putting the medical personnel who are from local public medical college input. Through these proposals, the community care business will be able to complete and have future value as a universal aged care system.
Currently, the domestic early warning system is issued differently for each disaster, and is operated independently by relevant organizations from central government to local governments. Representative domestic disaster warning systems include disaster broadcasting using CBS(Cell Broadcasting Service) and DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) Automatic Emergency Alert Service, DITS(Disaster Information Transform System) transmitted and displayed on TV screens, automatic response system, automated rainfall warning system, and disaster message board. However, due to the difference in the method of issuing each emergency alert at the site of an emergency disaster, the alerts are issued at different times for each media, and the delivered content is also not integrated. If these systems are integrated, it is expected that damage to people's property and lives will be minimized by sharing and integrated management of disaster information such as voice, video, and data to comprehensively judge and make decisions about disaster situations. Therefore, in this study, we present a plan for the integration of the disaster warning system along with the analysis of the operation status of the domestic early warning system.
