Lens 성형시 UV경화 반응에 따른 수축 및 변형 대한 해석적 접근 (Analysis of the shrinkage and warpage of Wafer lens during UV curing)

  • 웨이퍼 단위의 렌즈를 성형 시 일반적으로 UV경화 방식을 사용한다. 이 경우 발생될 수 있는 문제점은 크게. 경화후 이형과정에서 성형 렌즈의 금형 고착문제, 경화 공정 중 발생하는 소재의 수축 현상으로 렌즈간의 형상 오차 발생 및 웨이퍼 단위의 변형, 위치별 렌즈 형상 편차 발생, 웨이퍼 양면의 렌즈 형상 및 센터 정렬 오차 등이다. 이중 UV경화 과정에 직접적인 영향을 받는 것은 형상 오차 및 변형으로 그 요인은 UV 조사 균일성, UV 강도에 대한 경화도, UV 경화 소재의 수축 특성이다. 따라서 소재에 대한 경화 모델링 수립 및 경화 반응에 따른 수축율과 물성 변화에 대한 이론정립이 필요하다. 또한 이러한 모델링을 해석에 구현할 수 있는 해석 툴 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 Comsol을 이용하여 수립된 모델링을 반영하고 이를 통하여 웨이퍼 단위 렌즈의 성형 공정에 대한 해석 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 7.2mm에 대한 누적 공차값을 실제 성형 공정 후 결과($0.149{\mu}m$)과 비교하여 제안한 해석 방법에 의한 결과($0.215{\mu}m$)을 비교, 검증을 수행하였으며 이를 통하여 UV경화 공정 후 변형에 대한 해석 가능성을 확인하였다.

Curing efficiency of various resin-based materials polymerized through different ceramic thicknesses and curing time

  • PURPOSE. The aim of this in vitro study was to examine the curing efficiency of various resin-based materials polymerized through ceramic restorations with 3 different thicknesses. Curing efficiency was evaluated by determining the surface microhardness (VHN) of the resin specimens. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Four kinds of resin materials were used. Z350 (3M ESPE $Filtek^{TM}$ Z350: A2 Shade), Z250 (3M ESPE $Filtek^{TM}$ Z250: A2 Shade) and $Variolink^{(R)}$ II (VL: Ivoclar vivadent, base: transparent) either with or without a self-curing catalyst (VLC: Ivoclar vivadent, catalyst: low viscosity/transparent) were filled into the silicone mold (10 mm diameter, 1 mm thick). They were cured through ceramic discs (IPS e.max Press MO-0 ingot ivoclar vivadent, 10 mm diameter, 0.5, 1 and 2 mm thicknesses) by LED light-curing units for 20 and 40 seconds. Vicker's microhardness numbers (VHNs) were measured on the bottom surfaces by a microhardness tester. Data were analyzed using a 3-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a significance level of 0.05. RESULTS. The thickness of ceramic disc increased, the VHNs of all four resin types were decreased (P<.05). The mean VHN values of the resins light cured for 40 seconds were significantly higher than that of LED for 20 seconds in all four resin materials (P<.05). VLC showed significantly higher VHN values than VL regardless of other conditions (P<.05). Z350 and Z250 showed higher values than VL or VLC (P<.01). CONCLUSION. Thinner ceramic disc with increased curing time resulted higher VHN values of all resin materials. The use of a catalyst produced a greater hardness with all polymerization methods. Restorative resin materials (Z350, Z250) showed higher VHN values than resin cement materials (VL, VLC).

황색종 NC82와 KFl14의 건조단계별 정유성분의 변화 (Change of Essential Oil Constituents during Flue-curing Process in Flue-cured Tobacco, NC82 & KF114)

  • Essential oil in tobacco leaves influences the taste and aroma of cigarette smoke and is important to tobacco quality. This study was conducted to investigate the change in the level of essential oil components during flue-curing process of two flue-cured tobaccos, NC82 and KEl14. Flue-curing process was divided by six steps; harvest stage, the end of yellowing stage, the middle of color fixing stage, the end of color fixing stage, the middle of midrib drying stage, full-cured stage. NC82 in each stage contained 0.28%, 0.30%, 0.35%, 0.36%, 0.40% and 0.42% essential oil, respectively, and KF114 were 0.29%, 0.31%, 0.34%, 0.36%, 0.39% and 0.41%, respectively. Almost all hydrocarbons on the basis of relative peak area were gradually increased in two varieties with curing, neophytadiene content in them was highest at the full-cured stage. Most of alcohols and esters with curing showed a declining trend, but benzyl alcohol was increased in two tobaccos. Ketones were largely increased at the midrib drying stage during the curing process, especially, the most largely increasing constituent was $\beta$-damascenone among them. The content of 2-butylterahydrofuran, heterocyclic compounds, was largely increased at tile color fixing stage. There was no considerable difference between NC82 and KFl14 at the GC profile of essential oil and the pattern of each components during flue-curing process.

콘크리트 강도, 발현 속도 및 양생조건에 따른 자기수축 특성 비교 (Comparison on Characteristics of Concrete Autogenous Shrinkage according to Strength Level, Development Rate and Curing Condition)

  • 이 연구에서는 강도수준 및 강도발현 속도에 따른 콘크리트의 자기수축과 예측모델의 적용성을 비교하였고, 다양한 양생조건을 적용시켜 자기수축을 검토하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 콘크리트가 강도가 증가할수록 자기수축이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 동일한 콘크리트 강도의 경우라도 강도발현 속도가 빠른 OPC의 경우 초기 자기수축은 크지만 최종 자기수축은 BFS의 경우가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 초기 습윤양생은 자기수축 저감에 영향을 미치며 특히 24시간 이상 습윤양생을 실시하면 최종 자기수축은 크게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 EC2모델은 콘크리트 특성을 적절히 반영하지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며 자기수축을 보다 효과적으로 예측할 수 있는 수정 모델식을 제안하였다.

황색종 연초 황변기 cyclic건조가 건조엽의 물리성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cyclic Change of Wet Bulb Temperature During Yellowing Stage on Physical Properties of Flue-Cured Tobacco)

  • In the flue curing process, the wet bulb temperature is usually controlled at a constant level. To improve the quality of flue cured leaves, we studied the effect of the cyclic change of wet bulb temperature at the yellowing stage of flue curing on physical properties of cured leaves. The wet bulb temperature was automatically controlled between preset high (38℃) and low point (35℃) every one hour cyclically. As a result, the acceleration of the increase in the physical properties of cured leaves were observed. The leaves cured by this method were more or less orange in color, better bodied, and less brittle compared with the leaves produced by conventional curing. However, the leaves cured by this method had a little sharpness and harshness. As to the physical properties, there was decreased in occurrence of flat leaves than that of conventional ones. On the other hand, in case of cyclic curing method, increase of price per kg reached to 2-3% compared with those of conventional ones.

Curing Behavior of Phenolic Resin with Humid Atmosphere on The Porous $ZrO_2$ ceramics

  • The effects of relative humidity on the properties of the porous $ZrO_2$ ceramics were investigated in terms of the curing behavior of phenolic resin as a binder. The $ZrO_2$ powders containing 5wt% of phenolic resin were conditioned in a consistent chamber condition at a temperature of $50^{\circ}C$ and different humidity levels (25, 50, 75, and 95%) for 1 h. The exposure of humid atmosphere caused changes of density and microstructure in the green bodies. The higher level the powders were exposed to the humid atmosphere, the lower green density was obtained and the more irregular microstructure was observed due to aggregation by the curing of phenolic resin. After firing, the porosity of specimens has risen from 35.7% to 38.1% and Young's modulus has declined in response to the variation of green density. These results could be explained by the degree of resin cure which was associated with the area under the exothermic peak enclosed by a baseline of DSC thermogram curve. Also, the curing behavior of phenolic resin according to relative humidity has been confirmed by decrease of ether groups which have interacted with the phenolic-OH group and the hexamine as a curing agent. Consequently, it could be demonstrated that increase the relative humidity during fabrication of porous $ZrO_2$ diminished the compaction and properties of specimens after firing owing to curing of phenolic resin.

큐어링 후 저장에 따른 고구마 저장뿌리 단백질체의 비교분석 (Comparative proteome profiling in the storage root of sweet potato during curing-mediated wound healing)

  • 고구마(Ipomoea batatas L. Lam)는 영양소, 가공 식품, 동물 사료 및 색소 재료의 유용한 공급원으로 이용 가능한 경제적으로 중요한 대표적인 뿌리 작물이다. 일반적으로 고구마의 저장 뿌리는 수확 후 저장 기간 동안 다양한 미생물과 질병에 의한 부패에 노출되기 쉽다. 수확 후 큐어링은 저장기간 동안 상처를 치유하고 미생물에 의한 부패를 방지하기 위한 가장 적합한 수단으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 큐어링과 연관된 분자적 기작에 관여하는 단백질들을 확인하기 위해, 큐어링 처리 후 저장기간 동안 단백질체의 변화를 분석하였다. 33℃ (큐어링) 및 15℃ (대조군)에서 3일 동안 처리하고 8주의 저장 기간이 지난 후 2D 전기영동 분석을 통해 단백질 spot의 변화를 확인한 결과, 31개 단백질 spot의 발현량이 차이 나는 것을 확인하였으며, 이들 중 15개의 단백질 spot을 동정하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. 동정된 단백질 중 alphaamylase (spot 1)는 큐어링 처리구에서만 발현량이 증가하였으며, probable aldo-keto reductase 2-like (spot 3) 및 hypothetical protein CHGG_01724 (spot 4)는 큐어링 및 대조구에서 동시에 발현량이 증가하였으나, sporamin A (spot 10)는 큐어링 및 대조구에서 발현량이 감소하였다. 한편, 대조구에서 enolase (spot 14)는 발현량이 증가하였으나, chain A of actinidin-E-64 complex+ (spot 19), ascorbate peroxidase (spot 22) 및 여러 sporamin 단백질들(spot 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, 29, 30 및 31)은 발현량이 감소하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 고구마 저장 뿌리에서 큐어링 처리와 관련된 단백질의 동정 및 수확 후 저장 기간동안 병 저항성과 관련된 기작에 대한 이해를 높이며, 향후 저온 저장 능력이 향상된 신품종 개발을 위한 후보 유전자의 도출에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The objective of this study was to understand the effect of hwangtoh and slag on various properties of concrete. Main variables were replacement level of admixtures, hwangtoh and slag, and curing temperature. Test results indicated that the compressive strength of concrete replaced by either hwangtoh and slag was significantly influenced by curing temperature. The elasticity modulus and compressive peak strain of concrete showed a small increase with increasing hwangtoh replacement.

다양한 ECA 소재를 활용한 shingled 구조의 태양전지 효율 비교 분석 (A Comparison Analysis on the Efficiency of Solar Cells of Shingled Structure with Various ECA Materials)

  • Modules using 6 inch cells have problems with loss due to empty space between cells. To solve this problem made by shingled structure which can generate more power by utilizing empty space by increasing the voltage level than modules made in 6inch cell. Thus, in this paper, the c-Si cutting cells were produced using nanosecond green laser, and then the ECA was sprayed and cured to perform cutting cell bonding. Three types of ECA materials (B1, B2, B3) with Ag as the main component were used, and experimental conditions varied from 5 to 120 seconds of curing time, 130 to $210^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature, and 1 to 3 of curing numbers. As a results of experiments varying curing time, B1 showed efficiency 19.88% in condition of 60 seconds, B2 showed efficiency 20.15% in 90 seconds, and B3 showed efficiency 20.27% in 60 seconds. In addition, experiments with varying curing temperature, It was confirmed highest efficiency that 20.04% in condition of $170^{\circ}C$ with B1, 20.15% in condition of $150^{\circ}C$ with B2, 20.27% in condition of $150^{\circ}C$ with B3. These are because the Ag particles are densely formed on the surface to make the conduction path. After optimizing the conditions of temperature and curing time, the secondary-tertiary curing experiments were carried out. as the structural analysis, conditions of secondary-tertiary curing showed cracks that due to damp heat aging. As a result, it was found that the ECA B3 had the highest efficiency of 20.27% in condition of 60 seconds of curing time, $150^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature, and single number of curing, and that it was suitable for the manufacture of Solar cell of shingled structure rather than ECA B1 and B2 materials.

컴팩트한 Spot형 UV 경화기 광학계를 구현하기 위한 TIR 렌즈 설계 및 응용에 관한 연구 (A study on the Design and Application of a TIR Lens for Realizing A Compact Spot-Type UV Curing Machine Optical System)

  • 종래의 spot형 UV경화기는 복수의 렌즈를 이용한 collimator 광학계를 구성하여 광속을 광케이블로 입사하도록 하고 있다. 전달 광 효율을 높이기 위해 3매 이상의 렌즈로 구성된 collimator 광학계가 필요하며 이에 따라 광학계 정렬에 어려움이 있고, 시스템을 컴팩트하게 구현하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 3매 렌즈로 구성된 collimator 광학계와 동등한 수준의 스폿 직경 및 광 효율을 구현할 수 있는 단일 TIR 렌즈 collimator 설계하였다. 이를 통해 최소 조도 편차를 갖는 경화 위치에서의 광 효율이 33.2 % 수준으로 참조 collimator 광학계의 성능과 유사한 수준을 확보하였고, 경화면에서의 조도 편차는 18.8 % 수준으로 양호한 성능을 확보하였다. 또한, 이미지 면에서의 조도 평탄화 기능을 갖는 fly-eye lens를 condensing 렌즈 앞단에 배치함으로써, TIR 렌즈만 적용한 경화 광학계와 비교할 때, 유효 경화영역 직경이 5.0 mm에서 3.0 mm 로 줄어 보다 높은 경화 에너지 밀도를 구현할 수 있었으며, 조도 편차는 14.4 % 수준으로 현격히 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
