본 연구는 최근 급부상하고 있는 가상 인플루언서의 특성이 소비자에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 가상 인플루언서에 대한 소비자의 지각된 매력과 사회적 거리를 독립변인으로하여 정보수용의도의 변화를 살펴보았다. 실제 소비자들이 가상 인플루언서에 대해 매력적이라고 느낄수록, 사회적 거리를 가깝게 지각할수록 정보수용의도가 높아지는 것을 발견하였다. 그러나 가상 인플루언서를 매력적이라고 지각하는 경우에는 사회적 거리에 따른 정보수용의도의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 반면 가상 인플루언서가 덜 매력적이라고 인식하더라도, 사회적 거리를 가깝게 인식하는 경우에는 그렇지 않을 때보다 정보수용의도가 높았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 가상 인플루언서의 마케팅 전략에 시사점을 제공하였다.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of the application of modern technologies for the development of distance education. The global process of transition to the information society, as well as the economic, political and social changes that accompany it, are accelerating the reform of the higher education system, in which distance education occupies a special place. Based on the results of the study, the main features of the use of modern technologies for the development of distance education are characterized. Future research should be devoted to investigating the impact of Industry 4.0 on the education system.

선원 직업에 대한 매력도와 선원 복지를 향상시키기 위한 방안 중 하나로 선내 인터넷 서비스 제공이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 승선 중 인터넷을 이용한 선원의 여가 활동이 선박 내 문화에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 Hofstede 문화차원론을 기반으로 선박 내 문화를 조사하고, 선원의 인터넷 여가 활동과 선박 내 문화에 관하여 선원을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과승선 중 인터넷을 통한 사회적 교류 활동이 권력거리, 불확실성 회피, 장기지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 선박 내 문화를 조사한 결과 불확실성 회피 문화, 남성성 문화, 장기지향성 추구 문화, 낮은 권력거리 문화, 그리고 개인주의 문화가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 선원의 특성에 따른 선박 내 문화를 분석한 결과 선원의 특성에 따라 일부 선박 내 문화에도 유의한 차이가 발견되었다.

Although many adherents openly praise the importance of quality management practices (QMP) in organisations, others have identified significant costs and implementation obstacles. Some recent studies showed that QMP have failed due to the ignorance of quality cultures. How to improve the success rate of QMP in organisations has become a critical issue both in the academy and in practice. This paper discusses the common enablers of and cultural impacts on QMP. It explores the dimensions of national versus organisational culture, and identifies the main features of four quality culture models as advocated in the literature in relation to facilitating QMP in organisations. It was found that flat structures, decentralised functions, empowerment, flexibility, innovation, limited rules and regulations and teamwork favor the QMP implementation. For facilitating culture changes for QMP, values associated with low power distance, low uncertainty avoidance and collectivism would have to be nurtured. Further research is needed to incorporate the findings and develop a practical quality culture approach for real applications in industry.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the comfort of sports bras by style and bra cup size. The comfort of wear was measured with compression level. The displacement of breast points (BP) after wearing a sports bra was measured. Study subjects evaluated the comfort level of the compression type and encapsulation type sports bras after walking and running. The results showed that all types of experimental sports bras provided more coverage than everyday bras. The compression type bra placed more pressure on the breast, chest, and under-bust than the encapsulation type bra. The BP distance decreased for all types. The C cup subjects' breasts were raised after wearing the sports bras. The B cup subjects had less comfort with the compression style bra than C cup subjects. The racer back style bra with high neckline and small band girth placed more pressure than others. They were difficult to don and doff and the least comfortable. These results imply that the racer back compression style sports bra was uncomfortable for women with large breast, while the encapsulation style bra with the compressing panel at upper chest was the most comfortable. The bras that shortened BP distance placed more pressure on the breast. But the bra that raised and shorted the distance of BP provided better comfort for large-breasted subjects.

The purpose of this study was to develop the Functional golf inner-wear by preventing the injuries and enhancing the performance of the Golf swing by checking the influence of the wearing of the functional golf inner-wear considering golf characteristics on the Swing trajectory and Shot distance. Functional inner-wear effective for golf swing was manufactured using the sports taping method. Changes in driver and iron swing before and after wearing the functional golf inner-wear manufactured in this way were measured using trackman equipment. Measurement variables were limited to Club Speed, Attack Angle, Club Path, Ball Speed, Smash Factor, and Priority. Before and after wearing functional golf inner-wear, there were statistically significant differences in driver club speed, iron club speed, driver etch angle, iron club pass, driver ball speed, driver smash factor, iron smash factor, driver carry, iron carry, and right shoulder joint proprioceptive sensory ability. As a result, functional golf inner-wear is effective for ball speed, impact, and carry by increasing club speed and efficient swing. Future research will focus on the development of functional golf that can improve the swing ability in a short game that plays an important role in the golf game through various sports taping grafting technique, textile, special material, film, Research on functional golf inner-wear.

In this paper, we propose an efficient method for AR toolkit Vuforia. In order to increase the scan rate when using the 3D object scanner, the scan rate parameters need to be analyzed in terms of the angle and distance. In addition, in order to increase the tracking rate when tracking an object, the tracking rate has to be evaluated according to the position, complexity, and contrast of the object. To this end, we have defined the difference of scan rate according to angle and distance between camera and object when using object scanner and the recognition time according to object's position, complexity and contrast when tracking object.

Through the analysis of Gerhard Richter's works of art in the period of "fuzzy image", this paper expounds the special internal quality of fuzzy image in Richter's works and reveals an important direction of the development of contemporary easel painting, The special essence of Richter's vague image is that he uses photos to reflect the power and authenticity of the existence of the objective things. He was not satisfied with the radical way of modern painting and tried to return to the traditional way of painting, but in fact Richter kept a special distance between classical painting and modern art. Richter not only blurs the image in his creation, but also shows that he wants to show the objectivity of things, keep the distance, authenticity and give up painting. Richter used fuzzy images to capture the concept of "visual unconsciousness", and finally separated from the concept. When we read how Richter showed the reality of things in the way of painting, we also saw a kind of contradictory psychology when he faced the complicated objective.

We analyze and compare the structure of the networks of Netflix, Disney+, and OCN, which are forerunners in OTT market, on Twitter. This study employs NodeXL pro as a visualization software package for social network analysis. As a result of the comparison with values of Vertices, Connected Components, Average Geodesic Distance, Average Betweenness Centrality, and Average Closeness Centrality. Netflix has comparative advantages at Vertices, Connected Components, and Average Closeness Centrality, OCN at Average Geodesic Distance, and Disney+ at Average Betweenness Centrality. Netflix has a more appropriate social network for influencer marketing than Disney+ and OCN. Based on the analysis results, the purpose of this study is to explain the structural differences in the social networks of Netflix, Disney+, and OCN in terms of influencer marketing.
