Strains degrading and decolorizing reactive dyes, Procion blue HEGN and Procion red HE7B were isolated from water system, are named as RBK1 and RRK, the growth characteristics of which were investigated. Decolorization efficiencies after 42 hrs in batch culture were 95% and 77%, respectively. and the optimal culture condition of temperature and pH were $30^{\circ}C$, 7.0. Decolorization efficiencies in condition of aerobic shaking culture by strains RBK1 and RRK conspicuously increased, and culture by strain RBK1 was found as 95% after 42 hrs, while standing culture was 64%, Optimum nitrogen source was peptone, and It was found that decolorization efficiencies by strains RBK1 and RRK increased up to 4,000mg/l of peptone concentration as nitrogen source, but peptone concentration did' nt influence the decolorization efficiency in above 4,000mg/l. When the concentration of dyes were more than 800 mg/l and 400 mg/l respectively, the strains RBK1 and RRK, which degrade Procion bule HEGN and Procion red HE7B, showed a sharply decreased decolorization efficiencies; then the specific growth rate were $0.25hr^{-1}$ and $0.09hr^{-1}$.

Modern cities are weak in traditional culture with the lack of characteristics and the problem of environmental deterioration. As the important carrier of urban culture, landscape architecture should be responsible for solving these problems. The urban need is paid much attention in the design of South Bank Linear Park in Meizhou city. Following the principle of inheriting and developing urban traditional culture, the design of the whole park is integrated with Hakka culture in Meizhou, which forms the landscape with local features and modern landscape architecture culture, and promotes the urban culture construction.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate and explain the influence of personal characteristics on female immigrants' perception and attitude towards the Korean food culture. Methods: Exploratory research was performed by conducting a self-administered survey. A purposive sampling method was used to recruit 289 participants to determine their level of information awareness, perception and familiarity with Korean food culture. Results: Female immigrants' mean FNS score was 3.70. FNS score decreased in women from Northeast Asia, women who received higher education, and in urban women. The level of information awareness of Korean Food culture was 3.47, which was above average. Women from Southeast Asia had a higher level of awareness about cooking methods and table setting. Females living in the countryside and those who had lived for more than 7 years in Korea had higher levels of information awareness than other groups. Women from Southeast Asia perceived that Korean food is spicy; on the other hand, women from Northeast Asia discerned that Korean food is pungent and is prepared scientifically. The neophilic group more positively recognized Korean foods based on taste and nutritional value than did the neophobic group. Subjects living in the countryside were more likely to evaluate nutritional value, scientific aspects and artistry higher. The research also found that the neophilic group and immigrants who had lived for more than 7 years in Korea were significantly correlated with the familiarity with Korean food culture. Conclusion: The findings provide an initial step towards developing a customized education program for female marriage immigrants to adapt and to become familiar with Korean food culture with a comprehensive understanding of personal traits for accepting a new food culture.

Purpose: This study sought to compare the characteristics of patients with pathogen-positive and negative cultures, and to investigate factors predicting pathogen-positive culture results in patients of acute poisoning with suspected aspiration. Methods: Consecutive patients with acute poisoning admitted to an intensive care unit between January 2016 and December 2018 were retrospectively studied. Respiratory specimens were collected from the enrolled patients at the time of the suspected aspiration. We compared the characteristics of patients with pathogen-positive and negative culture results and analyzed the causative pathogens. Results: Among the 526 patients, 325 showed no clinical features that could be attributed to aspiration, and 201 patients had clinical features suggestive of aspiration. Of these, 113 patients had pathogen-positive culture, 61 were negative, and the specimens of 27 patients contained poor-quality sputum. In univariate analysis, patients with a positive culture showed a longer time to culture from ingestion (p=0.01), faster heart rate (p=0.01), and higher partial pressure of arterial oxygen to the fraction of inspired oxygen (PaO₂/FiO₂) (p=0.02) than patients with negative culture. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that PaO₂/FiO₂ (adjusted odd ratio, 1.005; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.002-1.008; p=0.005) was a significant risk factor for pathogen-positive culture. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of PaO₂/FiO₂ was 0.591 (95% CI, 0.510-0.669, p=0.05). Gram-negative pathogens (GNPs) were predominant and at least one GNP was observed in 84 (73.3%) patients among those with pathogen positive culture. Conclusion: We failed to find any clinical factors associated with positive culture results. Antibiotics that cover GNPs could be considered when deciding the initial antibiotic regimen at the time of suspected aspiration.

The purpose of the youth employment academy is to resolve the occurrence of job miss matches due to college curriculum, which are far from the demand of industrial field. Despite the government's efforts, college students' willingness to get a job has been on the decline recently, making it also important to improve their will to get a job or desire to achieve a job, in addition to delivering expertise to job seekers. Therefore, this study investigated to identify the learning environment characteristics of the youth employment academy and examine which of these factors could improve the performance of job seeking activities by encouraging learning motivation. Therefore, significant implications could be derived through combining the field factors with theory and hypothesis verification.

A high seed yield '232' was evaluated for morphological characteristics and tissue culture re-sponse. The effect of mowing and urea application on coverage in '232' was also studied and the results were as follows ;1.'232' produced high seed yield than any other lines, but its other characteristics such as coverage, establishment rate, stolon length, stolon number and colour change were not good. 2.Callus induction of '232'(52.9%) was relatively high, and higher than that of Z. sinica(49.0%). However, embryogenic callus formation of '232' was not as good as that of Z. japonica and Z. sinica. 3.Coverage of '232' was very much enhanced by mowing on July 18, but not at all by mowing on May 29 and September 4. 4.Urea application did not increase the coverage in '232',Therefore, it can be used as a breeding material rather than direct use.

Epithelial-mesenchymal interaction plays a important role in cell growth and differentiation. This interaction is already well known to have an importance during the organ development as well as cell growth and differentiation. However, in vitro experimental model is not well developed to reproduce in vivo cellular microenvironment which provide a epithelial-mesenchymal interaction. Because conventional monolayer culture lacks epithelial-mensenchymal interaction, cultivated cells have an morphologic, biochemical, and functional characteristics differ from in vivo tissue. Moreover, it's condition is not able to induce cellular differention due to submerged culture condition. Therefore, the aims of this study were to develop and evaualte the in vitro experimental model that maintains epithelial-mesenchymal interaction by organotypic raft culture, and to characterize biologic properties of three-dimensionally reconstituted oral keratinocytes by histological and immunohistochemical analysis. The results were as follow; 1. Gingival keratinocytes reconstituted by three-dimensional organotypic culture revealed similar morphologic characteristics to biopsied patient specimen showing stratification, hyperkeratinosis, matutation of epithelial architecture. 2. Connective tissue structure was matured, and there is no difference during stratification period of epithelial 3-dimensional culture. 3. The longer of air-exposure culture on three-dimensionally reconstituted cells, the more epithelial maturation, increased epithelial thickness and surface keratinization 4. In reconstitued mucosa, the whole epidermis was positively stained by anti-involucrin antibody, and there is no difference according to air-exposured culture period. 5. The Hsp was expressed in the epithelial layer of three-dimensionally cultured cells, especially basal layer of epidermis. The change of Hsp expression was not significant by culture stratification. 6. Connexin 43, marker of cell-cell communication was revealed mild immunodeposition in reconstitued epithelium, and there is no significant expression change during stratification. These results suggest that three-dimensional oragnotypic co-culture of normal gingival keratinocytes with dermal equivalent consisting type I collagen and gingival fibroblasts results in similar morphologic and immunohistochemical characteristics to in vivo patient specimens. And this culture system seems to provide adequate micro-environment for in vitro tissue reconstitution. Therefore, further study will be focused to study of in vitro gingivitis model, development of novel perioodntal disease therapeutics and epithelial-mensenchymal interaction.

As life, once immersed in labor, changes with values and lifestyles, individuals consume or participate in culture and arts for learning, meeting of intellectual needs, pleasure, and exchange. As culture and art spaces have increased in recent times, these spaces have been transformed into places to create, view and exchange culture and art, and to consume cultural goods. Culture and art spaces have created and developed new genres and technologies that give viewers the opportunity to communicate and participate, allowing them to understand and accumulate works of media. A media façade thus gives a preference to places for visitors by giving an impression over a short period of time in culture and art spaces that are not areas for exhibitions and performances, and providing an opportunity to more easily approach and understand works and culture and art spaces. A media façade is a type of medium that imparts aesthetics and information by installing LED lighting on the exterior wall of a building for the realization of media functions. In order to analyze the effect of the media façade on preferences for culture and art spaces, a research model was established with media façade characteristics as independent variables and preferences for culture and art spaces as dependent variables. As a result, media façade design and media features influenced satisfaction, while the media characteristics of the media façade influenced recommendation and revisiting, suggesting that many changes will take place in culture and art spaces.

A large quantity of ethylene glycol(EG) is remained in the effluent after pretreating polyester weight-loss wastewater physicochemically in the fist stage and must be treated biologically in the second stage. Therefore, an excellent EG-utilizing bacteria strain was isolated from the natural system and the optimal culture conditions of the strain were investigated. The optimal culture conditions of temperature, pH, and nitrogen source were found to be 35$^{\circ}C$, 7.5 and ammonium chloride, respectively, when CODCr removal efficiency was more than 90%. The growth of stains and EG removal efficiency was slightly improved by adding elements such as niacin and biotin. With increasing inoculation size in a batch culture, the removal efficiency of EG was conspicuously increased. Growth rate was inhibited when the initial concentration of EG was more then 30g/L. The strain was identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on morphological and biological characteristics and named as Pseudomonas sp. EG1.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational culture, personality Traits, work addiction and workplace family conflict on the life satisfaction of Korean Air crew. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis The sample used for the empirical analysis is a total of 578 questionnaires. Results: Empirical analysis summarized next. Organizational culture and personality characteristics have some effects on work poisoning. However, the compulsion of work driven does not affect work-family conflict, Family-Work Conflict does not affect Life Satisfaction. Conclusion: This paper has a contribution in that it extends the range of the academic research concerning Workaholic. Also this paper provides implications on effective human resource management method suitable for airline industry.
