In mathematics a prime number is the natural number that has no positive factors other than 1 and itself. As natural numbers greater than 1 can be factored characterized by prime numbers, identities of a culture could be understood if its cultural phenomena are analyzed through cultural prime numbers(CPN). It is not easy to resolve cultural phenomena into CPN and analyze them through CPN due to complexities of culture. Though it is difficult, however, it is not impossible. For CPN keeps relative independence in the context of history and thought. We call 2, 3 and 5 as CPN: 2 is representative of Yin and Yang theory, 3 of Three Principles theory, and 5 of Five Elements theory. We argue that the Ten Celestial Stems and the Twelve Earthly Branches, the core principles in the oriental tradition, could be factored by the CPN. Analyzing Sil-Hah Woo's arguments, we discuss that the CNP 3 achieved more qualitative valuation than the others in Korean culture.

In this thesis, the emphasis is laid especially on the culture & structure of Huizhou Province, China as the prime mover of the specifically-regional Huizhou $X{\bar{i}}n^{\prime}{\bar{a}}n$ medicine. Huizhou was the home town & stronghold of Neo-coufucian masters Cheng-Zhu (Cheng brothers and Zhu-hsi)". The tradition of the region as "The arts province" resulted in the flourishing trend of nurturing prominent Confucian-doctors. The remarkable all round activities of Huizhou Merchants (新安商人 $X{\bar{i}}n^{\prime}{\bar{a}}nsh{\bar{a}}ngr{\acute{e}}n$), as the reigning power merchant at the period were the second mover of the Zeitgeist. Their nation-wide network all over China made it possible to gain valuable inlormation and access to news including the field of medicine in time. Some merchants actually have "abandoned their own jobs to become doctors of medicine". This Confucian-Merchant culture was one of intrinsic characteristics of Huizhou region, inducing "Pragmatic Scholarship". With the enlargement of the population of Confucian-tumed doctors and improvement of the societal status of doctors, the resultant occupational triad of local Confucian govemment officials, local $X{\bar{i}}n^{\prime}{\bar{a}}nsh{\bar{a}}ngr{\acute{e}}n$ merchants, and local doctors was established after the Middle-Ming Dynasty. Ultimately, the two prime movers of the concomitant development of medicine in the Province Huizhou in this study are concluded to be the synergy effects of the Neo-Confucian tradition and economic power of the prevalent Huizhou Merchants ($X{\bar{i}}n^{\prime}{\bar{a}}nsh{\bar{a}}ngr{\acute{e}}n$).

미국 항공우주국(NASA)은 저고도의 공중을 새롭게 구축하고자 도시의 단거리 항공 운송 생태계를 새로운 개념의 도심항공모빌리티(Urban Air Mobility, UAM)을 제시하여 현재 UAM이라는 용어가 전 세계적으로 통용되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임은 우리나라 정부에서도 2025년까지 도심항공교통 서비스 상용화를 목표로 추진하고 있는 실정이며 더 나아가 급변하는 미래 작전환경 및 전장 공간의 확장으로 공중기동·수송능력 확보 필요성이 대두되고 있어 우리나라 군 조직에서도 필요성이 제기되는 부분이다. 즉, 본 연구는 미 공군의 'Agility Prime' 프로그램을 소개하여 군사적 필요성과 군사적 운용방안에 대해 제시하고자 출발한 연구이며 연구의 체계는 도심항공 모빌리티 배경 및 개념, 한국형 도심항공 모빌리티 발전 추세, 미 공군의 'Agility Prime' 프로그램 분석 순으로 구성하였으며 본 연구에 이어서 후속연구로 진행되길 기대한다.

The ideology of space development can be classified into three types: national security, scientific inquiry, and commercialism. Korea and Japan have influenced the space development innovation system by different proportions. In the rhetoric analysis of Kim Young Sam, Kim Dae Jung, Roh Moo Hyun, and President Lee Myung Bak, the periods when Korea's space development began in earnest, the pragmatism (commercialism) of strengthening industrial competitiveness through space development has been consistently emphasized. But it also maintains national security and scientific inquiry as ancillary.

The purpose of this paper is to study the concept of public interest in broadcasting, which has been approached only from a policy or legislative perspective in Korea, through analysis of the program content itself. To this end, this study focuses on French broadcasting, which has a long history of public service, has learned the concept of 'public interest' during its long growth process, and has specifically put this concept into practice through program production. Analysis of French TV programs that have been broadcast over the past 10 years categorizes the concept of public interest that French broadcasting has embodied into the following three categories. The first is the characteristic of 'freedom of speech: 'participation' and 'generality' in the public sphere' shown by discussion programs or talk shows. The second is the characteristic of 'transmission of cultural identity', which is shown even in entertainment programs. The third is the characteristic of 'social capital: spreading the value of social solidarity' shown in documentary or discussion programs. In addition, we examine how French broadcasting is implementing public interest at a time when digital media such as YouTube or Instagram are becoming the center of the media environment, and a digital public social media called 'Culture Prime' created by public institutions.

Recently, food-induced allergies have emerged as major global concerns. In the past ten years, it has doubled in western nations, and it has also increased in Asia and Africa. In many cases of food allergy, peanut allergy is prevalent, typically permanent, and frequently life-threatening. Therefore, we utilized gene editing techniques on the three major allergen genes in peanuts, Ara h 1, Ara h 2, and Ara h 3. Using gibson assembly and golden gate assembly, we created two vectors, the gRNA-tRNA array CRISPR-Cas9 system and Prime-editing. Using LBA4404 strain and agrobacterium-mediated transformation, the vectors were transferred to two elite Korean peanut lines. After co-cultivation and tissue culture, we extracted the tissue cultured peanut DNA amplified the hygromycin resistance gene and Cas9 gene in the T-DNA region. The integration of the T-DNA region into the host genome was demonstrated by the presence of a specific band in some samples. There have only been a few reported peanut gene editing studies. So, this study will contribute to peanut allergy and gene editing research.

Comment faciliter l'apprentissage du français pour rendre notre enseignement plus efficace? Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the influencing factors of job stress, self-efficacy, and organizational culture to presenteeism in clinical nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlation research design was used for the this study. The subjects were 245 nurses working at the hospital in S, A and C City, from August $1^{st}$ to October $30^{th}$ 2014. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, stepwise multiple regression by SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Job impairment indicated a significant positive relationship to job stress (p=.009), health problem (p<.001), and indicated significant negative relationship to self-efficacy (p<.001), innovative-oriented (p<.001), affiliative-oriented (p=.002), task-oriented (p=.026) in organizational culture. Significant factors of influencing to presenteeism were self-efficacy (p<.001, ${\beta}=-.363$), culture of task-oriented (p<.001, ${\beta}=-.248$) in organizational culture, and health problem (p=.002, ${\beta}=.187$). Conclusion: Self-efficacy was defined as a variable to influence on presenteeism, and developing of strategies and program to strengthen self-efficacy and task-oriented of organizational culture in nursing is helpful to reduce the presenteeism of clinical nurses.

Perception of architectural experience is different in different culture. This paper aims to identify how the experience of architecture is understood to be different in Eastern and Western culture. The discussion is based on the idea that the Western architecture placed more emphasis on visual perception, while the Eastern, on mutual responsiveness between man and built environment. The fact that the Western culture is more visually oriented than other culture, and therefore visual aspect of architecture, too, is considered to be very important, is already widely agreed among scholars. But, then, what had been considered to be important in the architectural experience in the East? It is the degree and quality of mutual responsiveness between man and architectural environment. This fact influenced much on the making of architecture of course, and the same fact played the key role in making the Eastern architecture different from that of the West. We are so used to the way of architecture of the West, that the quality of responsiveness is unknown if not forgotten. However, it is not the quality that was useful only in traditional society of the East, but necessary in our modem period as well. The quality for responsiveness, therefore, should be rediscovered and restored as the prime value and quality of architecture in the future architecture.
