The purpose of this paper is to make sure of identity as a paradigm of new fsahion to introduce the concept of Sumulacres by J. Baudrillard, For converting to new aesthetic value. To do this, we started observing the general concept of Simulacres, and examined Cyberpunk within thinking of Simulacres and Cyberpunk fashion at virtual space, and then divided aesthetic consciousness appeared at Cyberpunk fashion centering on the concept of Simulacres into inwards sense and outwards sense. Cyberpunk is understood to be one of tendency in the cyber cultures controlled by computer and electronic technology. It is not yet defined clearly and therefore ambiguous and still being elaborated. However, the form started changing our sense sinking into overall cultures in the World, including even movie, literature, music and fashion, and giving complex, deep cultural and artistic possibilities. Also, as a subculture, Cyberpunk is building its own cultural territory in cyber space and is experiencing more real Simulacres than that of it in the ordinary life.

Korea has relied on top down development method, in which companies, research and education institutions move into the industrial complexes established by the government. However, to improve local competitiveness, the paradigm is shifting from the government initiated industrial complex to the clusters based on the cooperative network of the region. Representative case is 'Samcheok-si Fire & Emergency industry cluster construction project' that begun in 2007. AHP technique analysis results on first-stage showed that priority was on policy and network elements, and the results of second-stage analysis show that priority was on Policy incentives to internationalize the cluster and strengthen link,. Cluster branding, Sharing of organizational culture to cope with changes in environment, Creation of group learning culture. The subject of this research is limited to Samcheok-si's the Fire and Emergency Industry cluster formation project. Therefore, the research area and standard should be expanded to increase generality in further researches.

The objectives of this study are to observe the theoretical background of brand extension, to compare & analyze the cases of brand extension in Domestic and abroad based on the existing studies to present the characteristics of brand extension strategies, and to contribute to the establishment of marketing strategies of brand portfolio for the globalization of national brands. As for the methods of research, literature review and case study were combined. As a result of the case analysis, fashion business possessing a lot of brands have powerful competitiveness when they consider the brands as one unit and manage them with definition and insight to produce mutual synergy. Given that brand environment is being complicated and diversified with market segmentation, brand extension, various product groups, numbers of competitors, and complex distribution structure, the hierarchical structure of brand may have even more significance as a strategy.

In the Sakha(Yakutia) Republic, culture and politics continue to be interwined. Shamanism recently has come out of hiding after Soviet repression, and into fashion. Images of the shaman are changing in villages, where traditional healers have maintained their practices in difficult conditions, and in cities, where a resurgence of spirit belief and healing has led to the revitalization of their nationalism. Shamans and folk healers manipulate their own images, and in turn are changed by the upheavals of politicized cultural revitalization. In this complex and interactive context, folklore about traditional shamans has become especially rich and accessible. I argue here that religion has become an idiom through which competing definitions of homeland and national pride are being shaped. Until September 2002, Yakutsk had never had a 'temple' devoted to the practice of traditional shamanic beliefs. Indeed the whole concept that a building 'Archie Jiete' could contain or represent the beliefs, values and rituals of the Sakha people was new, and highly controversial.

Recently, new media such as YouTube and AR/VR have emerged, and media content has become more complex and diversified. To respond to the new media environment, the Korean government wanted to increase people's access to media and to enhance their ability to utilize it through the establishment of viewer-media center. In this paper, based on the score of media literacy, education programs of the viewer-media center were verified to provide their effectiveness. This paper also suggests and comments on the programs that the viewer-media center should focus on by comparing and analyzing the efficacy among educational programs.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the development of effective online Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL). The collaborative PBL/PjBL become one of the hot issues with the rapid growth of online learning in the era of COVID-19. Educators try to get innovative to continue instruction without sacrificing student engagement, thus adopting an instructional model of PBL/PjBL. The PBL process involves clarifying terms, defining complex problems, brainstorming, structuring and hypothesis while PjBL includes project-planning, implementation, communicating the results of a project in a presentation and evaluations with immediate individually tailored feedback within a predetermined period. Despite the differences between online and offline learning, the benefits of learning online or offline are practically the same if enough bidirectional interactions between instructors and students are possible. We argue that online qualifications are just the same as those of offline ones in PBL/PjBL models, therefore, the standards of online/offline learning are identical since education is a two-way communication.

When carrying out computer programming, the process of checking and correcting errors in the source code is essential work for the completion of the program. Non-computer majors who are learning programming for the first time receive feedback from instructors to correct errors that occur when writing the source code. However, in a learning environment where the time for the learner to practice alone is long, such as an online learning environment, the learner starts to feel many difficulties in solving program errors by himself/herself. Therefore, training on how to check and correct errors after writing the program source code is necessary. In this paper, various types of errors that can occur in a Python program were described, the errors were classified into simple errors and complex errors according to the characteristics of the errors, and the distributions of errors by Python grammar category were analyzed. In addition, a coding learning process to refer error lists was designed to present a coding learning method that enables learners to solve program errors by themselves.

The incidence of infertility among individuals of reproductive age has been growing due to genetic and environmental factors, and considerable research efforts are focused on solving this issue. Ovarian development is an overly complex process in the body, involving the interaction between primordial germ cells and gonad somatic cells. However, follicles located in the center of the in vitro ovary are poorly formed owing to ovarian complexity, nutrient deficiency, and signaling deficiency. In the present study, we optimized methods for dissociating gonads and culture conditions for the in vitro generation of miniaturized ovaries. The gonads from embryos were dissociated into cell masses and cultured on a Transwell-COL membrane for 3-5 weeks. Approximately 12 follicles were present per in vitro ovary. We observed that miniaturized ovaries successfully matured to MII oocytes in vitro from 150 to 100 ㎛ gonad masses. This method will be useful for investigating follicle development and oocyte production.

This study is for manned-unmanned teaming battles for future ground combat victories. The composition of the study is as follows. The introduction to Chapter 1 presents the necessity of this study from a macro perspective, Chapter 2, the review of the complex combat system for both manned and unmanned introduced the paradigm shift of the future battlefield and the cyber area that is superconnected to the network in future wars. Chapter 3 analyzed the combined combat system of manned-unmanned teaming in advanced military countries through the cases of the United States and Israel. In Chapter 4, after discussing the direction of the development of combat performance of the Korean Army, was concluded in Chapter 5. In other words, the purpose of this study is that as the concept of fighting artificial intelligence robots and military innovation changes, the method of performing battles must be changed in order for our military to win the battle.

David Salle, born in Norman, Oklahoma in 1952, is the most important and controversial artist of the new-expressionist painting in the United States. His paintings are featured by unique artistic language, and extremely diverse and very ground-breaking expression, which reflect the American society at that time. Besides, he often uses complex image combination with striking colors and forms to attract and touch viewers. In this paper, based on the American new-expressionism, the painting language of David Salle's works was analysed, in which I found that it can be more intuitively and more profoundly feel the development of new-expressionist painting context and David Salle's particularity, and more clearly realize under what the characteristics of the era David Salle created the unique artistic language. The study on David Salle's unique painting language is of important research value and reference significance for our current artistic creation.
