이 글에서는 마을기록물의 중요성과 유형 및 소장처, 수집과 보존, 활용 방안에 대해서 살펴보았다. 마을기록물은 주민의 일상 활동을 실증하며 마을의 역사와 문화를 규명하는 데 기여하며 구술의 불완전성을 보완하는 마을문화의 자원이다. 마을기록물을 수집하기 위해서는 그것의 유형과 소장처, 존재방식에 대한 이해가 있어야 한다. 마을기록물은 자치조직의 활동에서 생산된 기록물, 주민의 개인기록물, 마을 안팎에 존재하며 마을사를 증거해 줄 수 있는 기록물을 전체적으로 고려해야 한다. 마을기록물의 수집방법은 정기적 수집과 비정기적 수집 그리고 일반적 수집과 적극적 수집으로 분류할 수 있다. 마을기록물은 마을기록관에 보존하는 것을 지향해야 한다. 마을기록물은 주민의 삶의 질과 정서함양에 도움을 주며 책 자, 포스터, 달력, 홍보물, 상징물, 학술 및 교육, 전시, 디지털콘텐츠, 마을사의 사료 및 히스토리마케팅의 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

많은 도서관에서 다른 곳에서 구할 수 없는 독특한 정보원으로 구축해놓은 특수장서를 운영하고 있다. 도서관에서 구축해놓은 특수장서는 귀중한 연구자료로 사용되며 또 이용자들을 위한 특화서비스에 활용되고 있다. 디지털시대를 맞아 독특하고 유일한 자료로 구축된 특수장서는 질적인 웹콘텐츠로 활용되고 있어서 도서관의 귀중한 자산으로 각광 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 공공도서관에서 구축운영되는 특수장서 현황을 웹사이트 방문방법으로 조사하여 그 내용을 소개함으로써 국내 공공도서관에서 특수장서의 문화를 이해하고 특수장서 개발 구축에 참고하도록 하였다.

The purpose of this research is to examine changes in Japanese fashion design through analysis of the background and characteristics of 'Japanesque Modern'. With the advent of globalization and pressures to enhance international competitiveness, key players in both Japanese government and industry feel an urgent need to establish a distinctive brand for its products. 'Japanesque Modern' was launched in January 2006 as a nationwide campaign through the support of the Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). 'Japanesque Modern' strives to be a national movement, enhancing Japan's brand image while promoting continuous industrial innovation. 'Japanesque Modern' unites Japanese culture, design, and aesthetics with advanced technology, bringing traditional concepts to enrich contemporary life styles. In order to exemplify the 'Japanesque Modern' ideal, existing market products and content that reflect the concept were selected for the 'Japanesque Modern Collection' by the Japanesque Modern Council. In making these selections, the Council emphasized criteria based on three Japanese spiritual values: Craftsmanship; Manner; and Hospitality. As a result, three designs concepts have emerged in the 'Japanesque Modern Collection': the 'convergent method'; the 'conversion method'; and the 'emphasis method'. This research will explore these design concepts and their relationship to 'Japanesque Modern'.

Beauty Art is an act which makes a face beautiful using various methods such as permanent, manicure and make-up. Recently, Beauty Art is recognized as the personal culture expressing the value of beauty and spirit. Therefore, there are growing interests in the comprehensive study of Beauty Art nor only from the beauty industries but also from academia, because Beauty Art is the high value-added field and Is recognized as a style of the dress. The purpose of this study is to open a new view to understand the Nail Art as a fold of experimental plastic art. The arctic expression is added to Beauty Art to develop it from the routine technique of the make-up and hairstyling to creative art. Assemblage is adopted to provide Beauty Art with fine harmonious expression which develop Nail Art into interesting and unique art area. Assemblage meaning compounding or collection is a technique through which three-dimension is added to two-dimension paintings, and which is an expression of an art work by recollection of miscellaneous articles or waste materials. Assemblage is a term which Jean Dubuffet coioned first in order to differentiate collage used by Picaso or Braque. Here, I present Nail Art Designs which applied Jean Dubuffet's works focusing on Automaticity and Happenstantial phenomena of materials, Materialization, and Directness. These features are characteristics of Assemblage which basic frameworks are fantastic collection, accumulation, constructive collection, and object collection.

In the course of completing a National Research Foundation project, I recently found that a handwritten Korean manuscript of The Tale of Mei Fei is kept in the Adan Collection, which is a significant scholarly discovery given that no relevant research is available. The editions of the Tale of Mei Fei available in Korea include ${\ll}$藝苑?華${\gg}$ edition, ${\ll}$說?${\gg}$ edition, and the handwritten manuscript in Korean collected in the Adan Collection. Being the only handwritten Korean translation of the work, the Tale of Mei Fei in the Adan Collection was appended by the translations of ${\ll}$한셩뎨됴비연합덕젼${\gg}$ and ${\ll}$당고종무후뎐${\gg}$. As for the practice of translation of the work, literal "word to word" translation was done for the most part of the text; some sentences were occasionally translated liberally. Also, as for the poems in the text, pronunciation of each Chinese character was provided along with the translated text.

이 연구는 공공도서관 지역특성화장서 구축의 필요성과 구축 방법론에 대하여 논하고 있다. 지역과 지역 문화의 정체성을 제고하고 지역사회의 기억을 유지·보존하기 위해서 지역특성화자료(향토자료)를 수집, 보존, 제공하는 것은 공공도서관의 중요한 책무 중 하나이다. 그러나 지역특성화자료는 주제와 유형이 다양하고 지역사회 내 다양한 주체들에 의해 소유되고 산재되어 있어서, 자료의 수집과 장서 구축에 어려움이 많으며, 도서관 현장의 혼선도 적지 않다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 지역특성화장서를 구축하고 있는 공공도서관 몇 곳의 사례를 중심으로 지역의 역사와 로컬리티를 담은 지역특성화장서를 구축하고 관련 서비스를 활성화하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다.

본 연구에서는 공공도서관을 중심으로 한 향토문화콘텐츠 수집, 분류, 보관 등에 대해서 조사하였으며, 정부정책 수행 시 도서관이 어떤 방법으로 향토문화콘텐츠를 확보하고 전국 공공도서관과 협력하여 대국민서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것인가에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행연구, 설문조사, 사례조사 등을 통해 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공도서관은 향토문화콘텐츠를 제공하는 타 기관 등과 달리 지역주민들의 접근성이 높다. 따라서 도서관은 지역주민의 지식 및 관심 강화, 지역의 역사성 보존 등의 공공적 역할을 위해 지역의 향토문화콘텐츠를 수집 보존 활용하는 역할을 담당하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 도서관의 공공성을 기반으로 지자체 및 중앙정부의 적극적 관심과 지원 유도 그리고 타 기관과의 협력네트워크 구축 등에 의한 향토문화콘텐츠 관리여건 개선방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 지역 고유 향토문화콘텐츠 수집, 콘텐츠화 강화 및 다양한 요구를 포괄하는 이용자 중심 도서관 서비스를 확대해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 향토문화콘텐츠에 대한 정기적이고 체계적인 조사 및 구축을 통해 지역문화를 중심으로 한 도서관에서의 향토문화콘텐츠 수집, 창조, 활용의 서비스 확대를 제공해야 한다. 이를 통해 공공도서관의 위상 및 존재감 향상뿐만 아니라 장기적으로 지역 공공도서관의 새로운 역할 확대를 통한 인류문화 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Based on a concept of Nietzschean nihilism, this study aimed at interpreting the nihilism in arts and its expressions, also analyzing the modern fashion collection from the same angle. The research was centered on arts after 1980, when post-modern formal destruction expanded in earnest and on the fashion collection after the 20th century, easily accessible to data. Particularly, it set 1994 nihilism collection by Alexander McQueen, a representative nihilist fashion designer as a starting point. Nietzsche mentioned that true arts may be achieved when Apollonian characteristics including a bodily sensory system and an idealization process and Dionysian characteristics including every human feeling are integrated. Besides, he emphasized the importance of an artist being represented as an image of ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$. The ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ image, reflected in arts and artistic nihilism, represents themes of violence/death, realistic/unrealistic expressions, human body/inhuman aversion materials and the transmutation of a form. Fashion collection expressions, owing to the special characteristic of the show form unlike other arts, were segmented as a realistic ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ image using a model in a theme, expression, material and form. The theme of violence/death was divided into the death of human and a society. Human life/death was expressed as destruction of human weakness and self-identity, sexual objectification and violence, and social death as destruction and conflict of a class, nation, culture and nature. As for the expression, it was divided into the realistic expression of the primitive/natural and directing of an unrealistic atmosphere using a show.

Recently, hats have been used more frequently as an accessory, contributing to the general image of clothes in men's collections. This study compared and analyzed the frequency and styles of hat usage in men's brand collections according to the collections' images. Types of hats and their frequency of usage in men's clothes were analyzed among 857 collections from 74 brands between S/S 2006 and F/W 2012. This study also examined the relationship between clothes image and type of hats used. Hats were used in 622 out of 857 collections, and 24 different types of hats were used. In 67 collections, hats were used in at least 71% of clothes. The most frequently used hat was the fedora, followed in frequency by the beanie, cap, bowler, and high hat. The styles of hats in collections varied depending on seasons. In S/S season collections, fedoras were often used, while beanies were more common during the F/W season. This study analyzed styles of hats used in formal, casual, uniformed, and deformed images. Beanies and fedoras were frequently used for the formal image; fedoras, beanies, and plat caps were often used for the casual image; more than 3 types of hats were used together for the uniformed image; and design hats and hats in various styles were used for the deformed image. The results show that hats of various styles were used in collections to express the image of clothes.
