In addition, a total of 328 valid samples were obtained through an online survey and empirical analysis was conducted. The analysis results of the study are as follows. First, except for creativity, which are characteristics of digital cultural contexts, entertainment and interactivity also have a significantly positive effect on both customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Second, perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, whereas perceived risk does not have this significant effect. Third, customer satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between the three factors(entertainment, interactivity, perceived value) and purchase intention. Therefore, to promote the development of digital cultural contents, we could promote consumers' purchase behavior by improving satisfaction through content entertainment, communication between content producers and service providers, and unity and value that customers actually feel during the consumption process.

  • This paper examines the change and its meaning of marketing strategy in business administration, which is changing along with the development of digital technology. Unlike conventional marketing, digital marketing is creating new relationships and making changes through a two-way approach rather than a one-way approach between producers and consumers. And these changes are creating new approaches not only in the problems between businesses and consumers, but also in the relationship between public institutions and citizens. In particular, the potential of platforms, which are emerging as important in digital management, is applied to public policies, and efforts are being made to establish marketing strategies for public institutions. One case of this was applied to the cultural contents industry and policy to examine specific measures and visions. The cultural big data platform is in line with digital management and continuously utilizes digital marketing strategies in the public domain, and aims to promote creative work as well as publicize it to citizens and workers in the cultural content industry. The synergy effect that will emerge from the combination of the cultural big data platform and digital management is expected to continue.

  • This paper proposes a mobile augmented reality mashup for cultural heritage sites such as natural monuments. Several benefits of mobile augmented reality solutions are ideal for preserving and protecting cultural heritage sites. By presenting mobile augmented reality mashup scenarios and mobile mashup framework, we introduce how user-generated multimedia contents can be added. We present two scenarios of Mashup Viewer and Mashup Maker. In Mashup Viewer mode, visitors can create new AR contents using mashup tools for memo, Twitter, images and statistical graphs. In Mashup Maker mode, other visitors also can view the user-generated multimedia AR contents using QR codes as access points. To show feasibility of our approach in mobile platforms, we compare several detection algorithms on PC and mobile platform and report on deployment of our approach in a natural monument museum. With our proposed mashup tools, visitors to the cultural heritage sites can enjoy default AR contents provided by the site administrators and also participate as active content producers and consumers.
