This study purposed to restructure representative traditional patterns formatively, manufacture actual cultural products with traditional dyeing technique using persimmon, and commercialize the results of the research. Traditionally in Korea, the dying of natural fiber such as cotton, flax and silk with persimmon was called Galmul dyeing, and clothes made through Galmul dyeing were called Galot. Galot was very useful because it is strong, does not pick up dirt easily, dries easily, and is cool in summer. In addition, cloth dyed with persimmon becomes stiff, so it does not need to be starched or ironed after washing. Moreover, it does not transmit heat under direct rays and is highly air-permeable, so it is cool and useful for standing the heat. In this study, we used traditional persimmon dyeing technique, printing traditional patterns fit for contemporary people's aesthetic sense not through dip-dying but through printing. When persimmon dyeing is used in expressing patterns, it produces not only visual effect but also embossing effect due to the characteristic of persimmon that makes printed patterns stiff, so we can obtain unique texture distinguished from other printing methods. We chose seven motive patterns, which were lotus pattern symbolizing eternal life, peony pattern symbolizing wealth and rank and prosperity, character Su(壽) pattern widely used as a symbol of health, bird and cloud pattern in the Goryeo Dynasty, Sahapyeoeuisohwa(四合如意小花) pattern printed on brocade in the Goryeo Dynasty, lattice pattern, cloth pattern on wall paintings from the Period of the Three Kingdoms. From each pattern chosen as a motive was extracted unit patterns and the original pattern was restored using Adobe Illustrator. Restored patterns were restructured to be applied to cultural products fit for contemporary formative sense. Fabrics used in dyeing were cotton, linen, ramie, silk, and polyester. Although the same persimmon dyeing was applied, we produced different feelings of patterns using various fabrics and in some cases gold and silver powder was added for the effect of gloss in addition to the embossing of patterns. Using printed fabrics we manufactured tea pads, place mats, cushions, wrapping cloth for gifts, wallet, lampshades.

본 연구 목적은 한국과 일본의 문화적 특성이 자국민의 해외여행 행태 및 여행사의 기업전략에 끼친 영향을 밝히는데 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 한국과 일본 관광객의 해외여행 행태, 여행의 진행과정, 여행업의 구조변화, 관광분야 해외직접투자 등에 대해 조사하였다. 한국과 일본의 국제관광에 있어서 뚜렷이 구분되는 특징은 높은 패키지여행 비중, 강한 민족적 연계, 대형 도매여행사 중심의 여행업 구조개편, 해외 현지지사의 설립과 리조트 및 호텔에 대한 해외직접투자 둥으로 요약된다. 호주여행에 있어서 한국과 일본의 이러한 두드러진 특징은 강한 집단의식과 언어 및 음식과 같은 문화적 특성에 의해 영향 받은 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문은 한국, 미국, 일본 세 문화권의 애니메이션에 나타난 여성 캐릭터의 재현 서사를 비교 분석하고, 이를 통해서 각 문화권이 대중에게 제시하고자 하는 여성 캐릭터의 젠더 정체성을 도출했다. 이를 위해 먼저 2장에서는 문화권별 애니메이션 속 여성 캐릭터들의 표면적 이미지를 분석하고, 특히 이것이 어떠한 현실 인식을 반영하는지 살펴봤다. 애니메이션 속 여성 캐릭터들은, 대표적 문화 기호로 작용하면서 해당 문화권의 패러다임과 질서를 체현하고 있었다. 3장에서는 애니메이션 전체의 서사 구조 내에서 여성 캐릭터들이 극적 사건을 해결하는 방식을 비교 분석하고, 이를 통해서 여성 캐릭터의 행동과 사건 층위에서 나타난 문화적 함의를 도출했다. 한국의 경우 현실세계의 아이돌을 현실 연장적 맥락 안에서 모방했으며, 미국의 경우 비현실적 슈퍼 히어로를 실제 세계의 질서를 강화하는데 활용했다. 한편 일본의 경우에는 마법소녀로 하여금 매직 서클을 만들고 초현실적 여신으로 강림하도록 유도한다. 이처럼 본 논문은 애니메이션 속의 여성 캐릭터가 현실에 대한 인식과 문화적 패러다임에 따라서 해당 문화권의 남성 중심적 이데올로기를 각각 차별적으로 반영하고 있음을 밝혀냈다.

In Seoul city, The maul-gut(마을굿) called bugundang-gut(부군당굿) have been transmitted by people lived on the banks of han-river. The purpose of this document is to make a study the present meaning of bugundang-gut that have been transmitted in metropolitan city. The bugundang-gut was the official ritual in a government office during the Chosun dynasty. However, the bugundang-gut had been spread along kyunggang(경강, Han-river in Seoul) in the late Chosun period. At that times, the population kyunggang area was increased with the inflow of outside population and the commercial destrict was extended to many district along kyunggang. The main points of this study are as follows. Firstly, I investigate that bugundang-gut have been transmitted by a Seoulite to the backbone. They are the main body of bugundang-gut transmitting from generation to generation. Secondly, I study about nami-janggun-sadangje(남이장군사당제) appointed to seoul city immaterial cutural properties. It is a kind of bugundang-gut. So namijanggun-sadangje was appointed to seoul city immaterial cutural properties, as it was supported by a local autonomous entity. Thirdly, I investigate a plan that can be handed down an offspring in seoul city. We must revise the cultural properties system like that of Japan. Even though many bugundang-gut isn't appointed to cutural propertie except nami-janggun-sadangje, we must recognize their importance and keep a record character of bugundang-gut by investigation in detail. Fourthly, I think that bugundang-gut must be developed a regional public holiday. If it is developed a regional public holiday, many young person can be take part in bugundang-gut.

This study analysis effects of creativity character on the nation's urban areas and the competitiveness of the urban. The result is that talent of urban creativity effects on the competitiveness of the urban. However, technique and tolerance had not great effect on the competitiveness between cities. After departmentalizing the arrangement of urban creativity, Advanced services constantly appear to affect the competitiveness. Researchers of talent in 2000 and 2005, a culture artistes of tolerance in 2005 and 2009, appeared to affect the competitiveness of urban. In other words, this is changing that the indicators which is impacted on the competitiveness of the urban and each indicator's power with time. According to the result, the study suggests solutions. First, policy direction has to be setting by appropriate the character creativity in urban. Second, there needs the policy which is more focused on talent and tolerance for improving the creativity of urban. For the specific, there needs suggestion about cultural artist and researchers. Finally, considering about changing the urban creativity with time, policy direction has too be setting by reflecting this change.

This study examines the space composition and character of Elizabethan Theater base on the theory of drama and Shakespeares play in the english traditional theater. Contemporary multi purpose theater and public space is considered as a symbolic representation of the Elizabethan theaters organization and renaissance culture. In the historical theory, the Shakespeares theater was a common tool and best systeme in reflecting peoples lives. This role of theater as mass culture and new style of theater permanent design has get its value with the population increase and the urban centralization of the city and urban common sense. This study attempts to reevaluate the need of public space in modern society through a critical review of theater and its use as a open space design. Content analysis was used to discuss the topics of this study including the historical background of the theater, the relationship between Greek culture and modern design, and the role of scenery, auditorium and its impact on urban environment. The scope of the study is limited to the comparison of Elizabethan theater and space use program from the space critic and sociologist. Today the concept of theatrical space is altered with the advent of non-objects and multi media space. This study provides insights for the future implications of theatrical space in developing public space for its a new definition as cultural representation.

Reading education is very important in order to promote the refinement, cultivate the emotion and complete the character to the secondary school students. This thesis deals with the establishment of reading education as a formal course in secondary schools, responsibility of teaching and problems related to recommended reading lists. Reading education must separate from the national language education because of literature centered education in reading education. If reading education was separated from the national language education, students can a n.0, pproach to the other cultural boundary besides other own and exchange their information and ideas. So, reading education must be included to the elective subjects in a independent course or become a compulsory subject in secondary school curriculum. The teacher of reading education must become the teacher librarian who has a firm faith and an intellectual accomplishment. But, teacher-librarian has much disadvantages such as the problems of promotion, the division of qualification between elementary school and secondary school, and a short-term training courses for teacher-librarian. Hence, theses problems music be solved in national administrative level. Recommended reading lists must be provided to the student in order to prevent confusion of the sense of value, to estimate their own reading ability by themselves and to establish life long reading plan. Therefore, both Korean Library Association and the Ministry of Education should re-examine and develop recommended reading lists. Finally, problems of a juvenile delinquency in the post industrial society have to be solved through reading education. To solve the juvenile delinquency problems, adolescents should cultivate their moral character and possesses abundant knowledge through reading education. Then, young adults will grow as sound citizen in the society.

이 논문은 저자의 꿈에 나온 개의 상징적 의미를 좀 더 넓게 이해하기 위해 다양한 문화에서 나타나는 개의 상징적 의미를 살펴보고 그러한 과정을 통해 내면을 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 목적이 있다. 무의식의 의식화를 통해 인격의 성장이 이루어질 수 있듯이 상징적인 이미지로 구성되어 있는 꿈의 내용을 살펴보는 것은 인격의 성장이라는 측면에서 중요한 부분이다. 이 논문에서는 우선, 개의 생물학적인 배경에 대하여 살펴보고, 민담, 신화, 종교 그리고 민속에서 나타나는 개의 다양한 문화적 상징을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 융 심리학에서는 개의 상징을 어떻게 바라보고 있는지 조명해보고 저자의 꿈에 나온 개의 상징이 꿈 분석 과정에서 어떠한 의미를 담고 있는지에 대해 결론적으로 논하였다.

Baroque theater and early modern theater is considered as a symbolic representation of the renaissance theater's organization. In the historical theory, theater Teatro Olimpico and Teatro Farnese was a common tool and best systeme in reflecting renaissance type and perspective system. This role of type as life cycle and new style of theater permanent design has get its value with the population increase. This study attempts to revaluate the need of space typology in modern society through a critical review of theater and its use as a visual space. Content analysis was used to discuss the topics of this study including the historical background of the theater, the relationship between amphitheater and modern theater design, and the role of scenery, auditorium and its impact on Proscenium scenery. The scope of the study is limited to the comparison of 16th european theater and contemporary theater space use program from the space critic and sociologist. Today the concept of theatrical space is altered with the typology of classic and interpreter space. This study provides insights for the future implications of theatrical space in developing space for its a new definition as cultural representation.
