The purpose of this study is the analysis of 'perpendicular crossing Dori' with a structural character of Ddeulzip in Andong cultural area. There are many structural methods to solve the problems of Ddeuljip which is connected space in the rectangular type. There are 'Slope Base', 'Woosangak' roof, 'Seosangak' roof, and '4 beam roof framing' Moreover, they have been used 'perpendicular crossing Dori'. Its characters are as follows ; 1. The 'perpendicular crossing Dori' structure is occurred in different depth of width and length space of 'ㄱ' typed plan. At that time the beam of width is crossed in the middle of the beam of length without the order under them. 2. The 'perpendicular crossing Dori' structure is the method of free depth of width in regular distance of column which is different from general usage of balcony order. 3. The 'perpendicular crossing Dori' structure is founded north-western area of Andong Cultural Area(Bonghwa, Andong, Youngju, and Yeacheun). The best old sample was in Andong(16C) and the next is Yeacheun(17C) and the last is Bonghwa(18C). 4. The frequency in use of roof type of 'perpendicular crossing Dori' structure is 64% of 'Seosangak' and 36% of 'Woosangak'. The sample of 'Woosangak' house of 'perpendicular crossing Dori' structure is concentrated in Bonghwa. 5. The best merit of the 'perpendicular crossing Dori' structure is usage of double swing window in front of Anbang, It is the spacial success which overcomes the structural limits. And it is the structural rationality.

Indeterminancy is one of the thought systems which explains all things with not 'either-or' but 'both-and' the conditions and qualities of human identities and inner state. A view of the world of Dionisos of Nietzsche's and the character of Manneristic trend which has resolved the sense of alienation of men by paradoxic expression has succeeded to romanticism surrealism and postmodernism. 1. Cross-dressing has increased under contemporary conditions. There also have been various cross-dressing phenomena in the past but it appears strongly now that it would destroy the cultural stereotypes and give rise to the cultural insecurities in contemporary conditions. 2. The indeterminancy of status that is wealth versus poverty impacts on variations of contemporary dress. This has been represented by neglecting traditional code which is related to wealth in costume by conversion of the symbols of wealth and poverty as disguise with moderation simplicity and additionally poverty image instead of ostentation. 3. In the cultural aspect that is mother culture/ subculture the author has investigated black street fashion which has newly become visible. The black street fashion is wide spread in black popular music such as jazz Rhythm & Blues Reggae and Rap which is subculture against white. The external values of indeterminancy in fashion are n대-manneristic tendencies as deformation eclectic friction and irrational structure and graffiti method. The inner values by indeterminant expression in fashion are irony and paradox grotesque satire and amusement.

Many problems in naming natural monuments have been repeatedly argued by many researchers, and four different types of naming problems were identified: 1) name of unknown nationality (natural monument no. 82 and 108), 2) morphological name rather than scientific name (natural monument no. 180, 295, and 409), 3) name of fable character (local cultural property of Changnyeonggun), and 4) scientifically wrong name (natural monument no. 413). Among them, two cases (case 3 and 4) using wrong names are found in natural monument of geologic heritages, which should be ascribable to a hasty designation without an accurate and thorough scientific research. In order to solve these problems and to establish an ideal policy in designating natural monument, National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage has been carrying out a research project of "Pre-study and Post-designation (PSPD)", especially targeting the rod-shaped stromatolite. It is likely that this new strategy of PSPD is a unique and the first step to solve many problems in designating and naming geologic heritages as natural monuments. As a consequence, we strongly suggest that PSPD system must be applied to natural monument designation as an institutional arrangement.

The gold textile is Korean traditional weaving technique using the gold thread since 5th century. The making technique of gold thread was written in various references, but it is severed because the gold thread weaving equipment and sumptuous moods were forbidden in the early 18th century. There are some studies of traditional gold thread which are mainly about conservation treatment of cleaning and strength. To restore traditional gold thread, investigation of material and manufacturing technique is vitally required. The gold threads are composed of gold leaf, adhesive and base sheet. Gold leaf and base sheet are available for investigation because they are exposed to the surface, whereas adhesive is not easy to investigate because it is not exposed to the surface. In this study, samples are made of pure and impure gold, animal glue and lacquer, and various types of Hanji based on domestic and foreign references to compare materials for gold threads. As a result of morphological character and stability evaluation, the optimum materials for the restoration of gold threads are pure gold, animal glue and Dochimji(smoothing paper by beating). This study is expected to be basic data for manufacturing gold threads techniques and modernization of traditional gold threads hereafter research.

Character business is generally synthetic business over the cultural barrier and it is highly estimated because it creates high added value as emotional business when emotional marketing is the hottest thing on the market lately. So, the long seller characters are regarded as important items much further. , the typical long seller character in Korea, succeeded in both the cartoon and animation with popularity and there are plenty of OSMU (One Source Multi Use) products spinning from it. Since 2000, however, the markets of comics, animation and characters have been departmentalized, and the characters which were analytically designed, have appeared. For these reasons, the characters market of is exceedingly stagnant than ever before. This paper intends to analyze the role expansion of characters, which was an important factor in setting the worldview in storytelling. With the development of media, the way of setting the worldview began to change. At the center of these changes are 'Transmedia' and 'Metaverse', which have recently been receiving attention. With the development of trans media, where the intersection and convergence of media is actively attempted, characters are breaking free from their innate limitations, crossing various media, and performing various activities in new stories. In addition, in the metaverse, an extended concept of the real world, avatars play a role in constructing and expanding the metaverse world as users and creators. By analyzing these changes, we would like to deal with the phenomenon in which character setting, which was used as an element in orthodox world view setting, replaces the world view.

Traditional cultural resources in the region have unique cultural characteristics and are highly likely to be differentiated content resources. Therefore, when local cultural resources are developed as content, they can be given a role as a brand symbolizing the region together with economic value creation. In this paper, we propose a method to utilize traditional cultural resources in Jeonnam region as content material and to strengthen the connection with 'Namdo Renaissance' project contents in Jeonnam province. We propose seven regions as a region with content relevance for inter-regional collaboration through resource elements and analysis of Jeonnam cities and counties. We suggest "Story SarangBang" so that we can uncover and systematize stories with symbolic character by region. The developed story resources are developed as experiential contents through realistic media production technology and virtual reality platform and expanded to tourism contents and expanded to the window effect of contents. Also, by expanding cooperation governance between regions, it is possible to enhance opportunities for development of joint contents and enhance utilization as tourist contents, thereby contributing to regional economic development and related industries development.

The Korea's automotive industry has been changed since 1990's for the global reform of the automotive industry even though the rapid growth of domestic market from the late 1980's to early 1990's The cultural understanding for an automobile in the Korea society has been relatively lacked by the political reason, which focused on the economic growth through the industrialization. This works as a limit which caused by the point of view which is concentrated into the automotive industry as an economy developing tool. As much as being observed in the advanced nations which have the long history and huge scale of the automotive industry, an automobile is not only a single product, but also a way of life which has a cultural background. It is possible to develop a competitive quality and design with an understanding the cultural background. And the most important thing to the Korean automotive industry is a uniqueness with the cultural character which is gained by the cultural understanding of automobile as in the public Therefore the contribution of infrastructure of Korean automotive industry and culture would become more important in the future.

The purpose of this study was to understand changes of the current young generation's lifestyle, aesthetic attitude for an appearance, and way of thinking by making a close investigation into metrosexual, the recent mode, and find out its cultural and social implications. As a method of the study, the literature and the Internet data were reviewed. Articles from newspapers, magazines and the Internet were chosen roughly from the year 2000 to now because metrosexual mode remarkably boomed before and after 2000. Books related to the theory on the mode in a costume culture were referred. Also, articles in daily newspapers which dealt with cultural and social issues were reviewed, fashion magazines for men such as Esquire and GQ showing the new trend in men's lifestyle and fashion were examined, and the Internet providing us the latest news from cultural and social topics to fashion trends were investigated. The backgrounds of the rise of metrosexual mode were a collapse of stereotypes in various fields, spread of lookism in a visual image period, extension of commercialism, and expansion of men's character casual trend. Metrosexual was defined as an urban male with a strong aesthetic sense who spends a great deal of time and money on his appearance and lifestyle. His fashion style was characterized by slim and flowing silhouette, feminine and luxurious materials such as transparent chiffon, silk and cotton with a light and soft touch, and a knitted wear with a flowing line, a wide variety of vivid and pastel colors, floral and geometric patterns, and the decorative details like lace, beads, embroidery, and fur. From spread of this mode, two cultural and social implications were extracted. Firstly, the current young generation's aesthetic standards for the perfect man changed from macho man to considerate man who had a good appearance and this suggested that a conventional sex role broke down. Secondly, men began to explore for their own identity escaping from traditionally standardized masculinity that they had been forced to follow.

Based on the characteristics of cultural expressions, this paper compares and analyzes the cases of representative commercial architectural spaces of six largest cities in China.In order to promoting the sustainable development of the indoor space culture of modern commercial buildings in China.Six cases were analyzed from the viewpoints of cultural tradition, locality, popularity, technology, and ecology. The results are as follows. First, the tradition of culture requires the emphasis on the traditional elements of specific areas in the interior space of commercial architecture.Second, the regional character of culture is closely related to the social and natural environment factors such as the economic development of the interior space of commercial architecture, historical intrinsic space, geographical environmental conditions, and climate.Fourth, the technicality of culture is to integrate construction method, structure form, and material with local culture into commercial architecture interior space.Fifth, cultural ecology places attention to placing plants in the interior space of commercial architecture and creating a healthy, pleasant and safe environment.
