This paper assessed the weights of attributes in creating transit malls. The aim of the creation was classified as travel demand management and urban revitalization. The attributes were grouped into four aspects, or 4As: attraction, amenity, accessibility, and activity. These dimensions represented land-use, urban design, transport, and socio-cultural characteristics, respectively. The analytical hierarchy process was applied to explore the weights. Accessibility(52.7%), attraction(25.6%), amenity(13.7%), and activity(8.0%) were the order of magnitude in weights for the purpose of travel demand management, while attraction(36.1%), accessibility(30.6%), amenity(17.7%), and activity(15.6%) were that of urban revitalization. The multi criteria analysis also showed different size of weights in the sub planning attributes. These results indicate that the aimin implementingtransit malls should be differentiated and highlight that the combined land-use and transport plan is essential for the successful development. Car accessibility and socio-cultural characteristics are also understood as the important factors.

It is expected to contribute to the expansion of the supply of advanced ceramic products along with the foundation of various contents production as it becomes the foundation to establish the developed business base through the differentiation strategy of the character product development based on the storytelling. In addition, due to the manual production, only a small amount of production can be produced and the production period is lengthened. On the other hand, the production period of gypsum mold is shortened by making mock-up through 3D program and 3D printing, It was effective in developing a wide variety of pottery products.

This challenge we shall describe as the problem of synchronization of multiple enterprise collaborative e-business opportunities (production related), value (finance related), business (operations related) in new business opportunity and infrastructure integrated all together over the off-line and online basis. It brings a new e-commerce opportunities infrastructure into this profitable challenge: by extracting and tracking new business information, new trends in the events of e-business processes. The transformation of the traditional commerce into this type of electronic based commerce can be interpreted as new Cultural Revolution. The revolution will be a new paradigm crossing over the geographical, and organizational zone, restructuring enterprise business process infrastructure.
This study is a qualitative study conducted to identify environmental factors that impede emerging artists' ongoing creative activities, focusing on the local cultural ecosystem that they are part of. By doing so, we tried to understand the dynamics between key stake holders in the ecosystem that these young artists interact with and how they build and perceive their own, local cultural environment. The central research question of this study is: what factors impede the continuous creative activities of young artists and what causes them to leave local art scenes? The research was conducted thoroughly on the basis of emerging artists' experience and perspectives and applied to Creative Sector Holistic Model for analysis. The data of this research were collected based on two national-funding projects to support young artists from 2016 to 2018. The main research method of this study was interviews: official and casual interviews were executed with 29 young artists aged 20-34 who work in the fields of painting, literature, sculpture, video, korean traditional music, visual design and crafts. For the analysis of the data, the Creative Sector Holistic Model(Wyszomirski, 2008), which had applied the ecological logic to the creative industries, was applied. The result of this study shows that economic difficulties were not the only hindering factor in their sustainable art-making process. Various impeding factors derived from the local cultural ecosystem have been identified within the Holistic Model, demonstrating that these factors are all intertwined and connected. Thus, analyzing and understanding one's local cultural ecosystem can provide keys to long-term and lasting impacts when a local authorities wish to support young artists for the future of local cultural environment.
