The track structure of Gyungbu High Speed Railway line from Daegu to Busan is concrete track. It has a very strict specification for residual settlement because of its rigid type structural characteristics. The residual settlement of it comes from the residual settlement of the subgrade and the ground. The residual settlement of railway subgrade composed of crushed rock and soil might be major parts of total residual settlement depending on the field compaction qualities. Therefore, it is a key to minimize the residual settlement of the subgrade for a successful concrete track construction. In this paper, total 31 large scale compaction tests were performed to understand the compaction behaviors of the crushed rock-soil mixture. The test specimens were constituted with soil, crushed shale and mudstone taken from two sites under construction. The compaction tests were performed with the variations of rock types, #4 sieve passing contents, maximum particle size, and moisture contents. The influence of those factors on maximum dry unit weights of crushed rock-soil mixture was evaluated.
The separation of valuable metals from IC chip scrap generated by domestic electronic company was carried out using the mechanical beneficiation such as shredding, crushing, screening and magnetic separation. The distribution of metals in various sizes of crushed IC chip scrap was investigated and metals present in crushed products was separated with the magnetic separator. The particle size distribution of crushed IC chip scrap was 7.5% for +3mm, 17.0% for 3~1mm and 75.5% for -1mm. The weight loss of crushed IC chip scrap was 18% when roasted at $700^{\circ}C$. The content of metals was 96% for +3~1mm, 13% for 1~0.595mm, 3.7% for 0.95~0.5. Au of 99% was present in -1mm crushed IC chip scrap. Ni, Fe, Cu, Sn and Pb were separated from crushed IC chip scrap by the magnetic separator under 700 and 2, 500 Gauss.

Self-compacting concretes (SCC) are highly fluid concrete which can flow without any vibration. Their composition requires a large quantity of fines to limit the risk of bleeding and segregation. The use of crushed sand rich in limestone fines could be an adequate solution for both economic and environmental reasons. This paper investigates the influence of quarry limestone fines from manufactured crushed sand on rheological, mechanical and durability properties of SCC. For this purpose, five mixtures of SCC with different limestone fines content as substitution of crushed sand (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20%) were prepared at constant water-to-cement ratio of 0.40 and $490kg/m^3$ of cement content. Fresh SCC mixtures were tested by slump flow test, V-funnel flow time test, L-box height ratio, segregation resistance and rheological test using a rheometer. Compressive and flexural strengths of SCC mixtures were evaluated at 28 days. Regarding durability properties, total porosity, capillary water absorption and chloride-ion migration were studied at 180 days. For the two test modes in fresh state, the results indicated compatibility between slump flow/yield stress (${\tau}_0$) and V-funnel flow time/plastic viscosity (${\mu}$). Increasing the substitution level of limestone fines in SCC mixtures, contributes to the decrease of the slump flow and the yield stress. All SCC mixtures investigated achieved adequate filling, adequate passing ability and exhibit no segregation. Moreover, the inclusion of limestone fines as crushed sand substitution reduces the capillary water absorption, chloride-ion migration and consequently enhances the durability performance.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical properties of experimental composite resins made with the spherical and crushed fillers. The 14 experimental composite resins containing 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25%(w/w) in spherical filler group and 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70%(w/w) in crushed filler group, incorporated in a Bis-GMA matrix (Aldrich Co., USA), were made with 1% ${\gamma}$-methoxy silane treated fillers. The polymer matrix was made by dissolving 0.7%(w/w) of benzoyl peroxide(Janssen Chemical Co. Japan) in methacrylate monomer, whereupon 0.7%(v/v) N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine(Tokyo Kasei Co. Japan) was added to the monomer. The weight percentage of each specific particle size distribution could be determined from a knowledge of the specific gravity, the weight(w/w), and corresponding volume %(v/v) of the filler sample in resin monomer. In crushed silica group and spherical silica group, the diametral tensile strengths and compressive strengths were measured with Instron Testing Machine(No.4467), and analyzed in 14 experimental composite resins made by filler fractions. The shear bond strength of 14 experimental composite resins to bovine enamel was measured with universal testing machine(Instron No.4467). The fracture surfaces were sputter-coated with a gold film and investigated by SEM. The results were as follows; 1. The diametral tensile strength was tendency to increase in crushed silica group, but not in spherical silica group. The highest diametral tensile strength was found in 20% filler fractions of two groups. 2. The compressive strength was higher in 15%(w/w) and 20%(w/w) in spherical silica group than in crushed silica group, but not in spherical silica group. 3. The significant correlation was noticed in increase in shear bond strength in crushed silica group, but not in spherical silica group. 4. The significantly highest shear bond strength was noticed in 50% filler concentration in crushed silica group, and in 15% filler concentration in spherical silica group, it was not significant in relation. 5. In crushed silica group, cut surface of resin matrix and the interface between resin and filler is obvious. In spherical silica group, fractures that occurred through the filler particles were round in shape.
It was attempted to find a method to prevent greening of crushed garlic. The storage conditions and heat treatments before crushing were tested for the prevention of greening in crushed garlic. 'Namhae' garlic (sub-tropical type), 'Seosan' and 'Danyang' garlic (traditional) type for cool area) were stored in room temperature(20${\pm}5^{\circ}C$, low temperature(0$^{\circ}C$), and CA(O$_2\;3%,\;CO_2$ 5%) storage for five months, and their samples were crushed. The crushed garlic had no significant differences in greening according to the cultivars. Greening did not occur for the crushed garlic from bulbs stored either in room temperature or CA storage. Greening was the unique symptom observed in crushed garlic from bulbs stored in low temperature. For the prevention of greening, heat treatment was conducted at 40, 35 and 30$^{\circ}C$ prior to make the crushed garlic from bulbs which were stored in low temperature. The effective duration of heat treatment before crushing was 7 days at 30$^{\circ}C$, 3 days at 35$^{\circ}C$, and 1 days at 40$^{\circ}C$ Greening was most effectively prevented in 1 day at 40$^{\circ}C$ treatment. During the heat treatments, changes in enzymatic pyruvic acid content and sprouting rate were slightly observed in garlic bulbs treated at 40$^{\circ}C$ for 1 day.
An investigation for long-term strength characteristics of crushed sand concrete using crushed sands produced in Yang-san, Kim-hae and Jin-hae that can be assumed to respectively represent eastern, middle and western suburbs of Busan has been carried out. Concrete is composed of 70~80% of aggregates in whole volume so the effect of aggregates quality to the characteristics of concrete is very important. Since 1980s, aggregates used in concrete have already been substituted crushed stone because of the exhaustion of natural gravel and sand. Crushed sand tends to increase in using quantity because of the prohibition of sea sand picking and deterioration of river sand. Crushed sand is blended with river sand in order to investigate the quality changes and characteristics of concrete as variation of blend ratio of crushed sand (n, 50, 70, 80, 90, 100%). Slump and air content were measured to investigate the properties of fresh concrete. Unit weight, compressive strength and modulus of elasticity in age of 7, 28, 60, n, 180 days were measured to investigate properties of hardened concrete. Compressive strength, unit weight and modulus of elasticity were increased with a passage of time and they are expected to keep on increasing in long-term age as well. The experimental results of the qualifies of crushed aggregates in each producing area, were all satisfied with Korea Standard. The results of the measurement of slump exposed that slump preferably decreased as mixing rate increased till 70~80% but it increased to mixing rate 70~80%. The air content was exposed that it decreased by micro filler phenomenon according to that crushed sand b)ended ratio increased. According to the result of measuring unit weight in age of 7, 28, 60, 90, 180days, it increased in accordance with that blended ratio of crushed aggregates increases. As a result of measuring compressive strength and modulus of elasticity in age of 7, 28, 50, 90, 180days, compressive strength was highest when it is 70% of blended ratio.
초유동콘크리트는 유동성 증진 및 충전성 향상을 위해 단위분체량을 크게하기 때문에 콘크리트의 고강도화와 수화발열량을 증가시키는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 초유동콘크리트의 강도조절과 수화열 저감을 위해 쇄석분을 이용하여 초유동콘크리트의 강도, 유동성, 내구성능 및 건조수축 특성을 검토하였다. 실험결과 쇄석분은 치환율 10% 증가시마다 무치환시의 압축강도를 약 10~15%씩 감소시키며, 변형계수와 물구속비를 감소시켜 초유동콘크리트의 유동성 향상에 효과적이다. 또한 초유동콘크리트에서 쇄석분 10%치환시 마다 단위시멘트량 감소에 따른 최고 단열온도상승량을 약 4$^{\circ}C$씩 감소시켰다. 반면 건조수축량은 10%치환시 마다 약 5%증가시켰다. 한편 초유동콘크리트의 내구성능은 단위분체량과 유동성향상에 따른 조직의 치밀화로 쇄석분 치환에 관계없이 상대동탄성계수 90%이상으로 우수하게 나타났다. 이와 같이 분체로서 쇄석분 사용은 치환량에 따른 초유동콘크리트의 강도조절이 가능하며 수화발열량을 저감시킬 수 있다. ^ x Super flowing concrete causes high strength and the increase of heat of hydration because of the big unit powder content of concrete to increase flowability and to improve compact of concrete. Therefore, this study investigates the characteristic properties of strength, flowability, durability and drying shrinkage to control strength and to reduce heat of hydration of super flowing concrete using crushed stone fines. According to the experimental results, when crushed stone fines are increased every 10%, 10~15% of compressive strength is decreased and flowability of super flowing concrete is effectively improved due to the decrease of modulus of deformation and confined water ratio. When crushed stone fines are replaced every 10%, 4$^{\circ}C$ of the highest adiabatic temperature rise is decreased by reducing the unit cement. However, 5% of drying shrinkage is increased in the same condition. In the meantime, durability of super flowing concrete is excellent, having over 90 % of good relative dynamic modulus of elasticity due to fineness of formation caused by the increase of the unit powder content and the improvement of flowability, without regard to the replacement of crushed stone fines. Therefore, it can be said that the usage of crushed stone fines can control the strength of super flowing concrete by replacement and reduce heat of hydration.

In an attempt to improve the substrate condition for Manila clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) culture, crushed oyster (Crassostrea gigas) shells were spread on the muddy tidal flat of Namseong-ri, Podu-myeon, Goheung-gun, Jeollannam-do in April 2008. To test the suitability of the crushed oyster shell added substrate, seed clams were transplanted from Taehwa river estuary in Ulsan city in June 2008. Over 23 months of sampling, the mean grain size and the sorting in the experimental site containing the crushed oyster shell were significantly higher than the control site. The ignition loss, water content, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and acid-volatile sulfide (AVS) level were also significantly higher in the crushed oyste shell added substratum. Survival of the clams transplanted to the crushed oyster shell added substratum was significantly higher and all the clams transplanted to the normal muddy substratum died in August 2009, 13 months after the transplantation. At the end of the experiment in April 2010, the transplanted clams reached 36.10 mm in shell length and 8.92 g in total weight with survival of 43.5%. Our study suggested than crushed oyster shell added in the mud dominant substratum greatly improved living condition and survivability of clams.
An experimental work was conducted to develop an optimum operating system of various hay drying systems ; sun-drying with long hay, sun-drying after chopping, sun-drying after crushing, heated air drying after chopping using batch-type dryer and heated air drying after crushing using tunnel-type dryer. Seombody having 60 cm long and initial moisture content of approximately 79 % in wet basis was used for the experiment. The criteria selected for determining the optimum operating condition were the drying performance rate, the production cost and quality of dried matter of each drying systems. The result of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Drying characteristics of leaves of long stem hay, chopped seombody and crushed one were obtained by maintaining the oven temperature at 70 degrees centigrade. The required drying times for various samples to approximately 15% moisture content in wet basis were about 50 min .for leaves ; 160 min. for crushed hay ; 250 min. for chopped hay ; 340min. for ling hay and more than 360 min .for stems. The drying time of crushed hay was required about 50 % of that for the uncrushed long hay. Such a significant difference of drying of time between the leaf and long stem may indicate that an effective drying of seombody may not be achieved unless any kind of special process treatment for the whole hay is undertaken. 2. In each individual drying system, the following conclusions were drawn: a. After 8 days sun-drying on concrete floor under good days with average tempe?rature at $256{\circ}C$ and relative humidity at 55% at 2 P.M., the moisture content of long hay was still above 25 5'~ and the leaf loss during drying caused by wind and rough handling was more than 50 ~G. b. It was possible to dry the chopped seombody by sun-drying down to about 10 % moisture content within 5 days, however, a stock of heat and discolouration phenomena were observed during the drying, which may be due to the increased deposit-density by chopping, resulting in lowering the quality of the dried product. c. Sun-drying for the crushed material by hay-conditioner was required about 4 days to reduce the moisture content to about 10 %, keeping the quality of dried product at good grade. o. The optimum deposit-depth of the chopped seombody in the batch-type dryer used was about 28cm with about 42kg/hr of drying performance rate. However, it was necessary to overturn the materials between the upper and lower layers in order to obtain a good quality of dried product. d. The drying performance rate by the tunnel-type drier was highest among those of drying systems tested, giving the rate of approximately 400kg/day. 3. On reviewing the individual drying system for seombody, it was possible to draw conclusion that the best system was tunnel drying with the crushed seombody as far as the performance rate was concerned. However, the methods gives the highest operational cost. The system for the lowest operational cost with good quality of dried product was the sun-drying with the crushed material. Accordingly, it may be recommended that the system of sun-drying for the crushed seombody may be the most feasible system presently applicable to farm-level operation.

- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
