OpenStack는 오픈소스 클라우드 플랫폼이다. OpenStack의 기능을 테스트하기 위해서는 Tempest라는 테스팅 도구를 사용하고 있으며, Python으로 작성된 테스트 시나리오를 매개변수로써, 테스트에 사용하고 있다. 우리의 논문에서는 크라우드소싱 방법을 활용하여, 웹을 통해 쉽게 Tempest의 테스트 시나리오를 작성하고, 웹상에서 Tempest를 실행 및 결과를 확인할 수 있으며, 각각의 사용자에게 테스트 시나리오를 공유 및 개발할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

Crowd Sourcing-based Social App Manufacturing environment, a small app development project by a team of anonymous virtual performed without the constraints of time and space, and manage it for the app development process need to be automated method. Virtual teams with anonymity is a feature of the Social App Manufacturing, is an important factor that increases the uncertainty of whether the completion of the project or reduction in visibility of the progress of the project. In this study, as one of how to manage the project of Social App Manufacturing environment, the impact of risk that can be used to quantitatively measure the impact of the risk of delay in development has on the project also proposes a measurement model. Effects of risk and type of the impact of risks associated with delays in the work schedule also define the characteristic function, measurement model that has been proposed, suggest the degree of influence measurement equation of risk of the project in accordance with the progressive. The advantage of this model, the project manager is able to ensure the visibility of the progress of the project. In addition, identify the project risk of work delays, and to take precautions.

Livestock epidemics, such as foot and mouth disease, are causing enormous economic losses due to their strong infectious power. Early detection of infectious diseases in livestock is very important, but it is difficult to diagnose early in individual farms, and there are frequent cases of transmission through inter-farm movement such as veterinarians and feeding vehicles. In this study, we studied the technology that enables rapid diagnosis without veterinarian farm visits and prevents further spread by automatically monitoring the body temperature of livestock using ubiquitous-based information and communication technology in the early stage of onset and sending it in real time. We have presented a technique for systematically managing livestock epidemics at the farm level, regional level, and national level by using the community mapping technique by using the remote medical treatment system linked to the automatically collected information. In this process, community mapping items for each step and stakeholders were derived for crowd sourcing based spatial information technology.

Ideation is a process of generating new ideas or solutions using online crowd-sourcing technologies. This process has the potential to change the ways by which government agencies innovate and solve problems. Although increasingly more government agencies are implementing online ideation programs to tap into their employees' ideas and creativity, little is known about the unique challenges and effective practices of such programs. Thus, many government agencies are undergoing trial and error and often reinventing the wheel. This research aims to address this problem. By analyzing a focus group session and four cases of U.S. federal government ideation programs designed for their employees, this research identifies important organizational and technological challenges and effective practices. Furthermore, effective practices are grouped into different phases of ideation process and strategic vs. tactical levels to provide more meaningful and actionable insights. This research is an important step towards building a theoretical foundation for government ideation programs. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

With the development of deep learning technology, various research and development are underway to estimate preference rankings through learning, and it is used in various fields such as web search, gene classification, recommendation system, and image search. Approximation algorithms are used to estimate deep learning-based preference ranking, which builds more than k comparison sets on all comparison targets to ensure proper accuracy, and how to build comparison sets affects learning. In this paper, we propose a k-disjoint comparison set generation algorithm and a k-chain comparison set generation algorithm, a novel algorithm for generating paired comparison sets for crowd-sourcing-based deep learning affinity measurements. In particular, the experiment confirmed that the k-chaining algorithm, like the conventional circular generation algorithm, also has a random nature that can support stable preference evaluation while ensuring connectivity between data.

중소기업 제품이 글로벌 시장을 선도하려면 기술혁신과 시장 경쟁력을 갖는 혁신 제품개발 지원을 위한 인프라 구축은 필수적이다. 다시 말해서 기술 및 제품개발에 일련의 신제품 개발 프로세스를 기업들이 잘 시행하고, 기술혁신 및 제품개발의 성공률 제고를 위해서는 기존 기업지원 프로그램을 보강할 필요성이 있다. 또한 개발된 원천기술과 상용화 간의 간극(gap)을 줄이고 기술개발의 연쇄적인 문제점을 해소할 R&BD(Research & Business Development)인프라를 구축하여 기술/제품에 대한 지식을 폭넓은 분야의 전문가 또는 사용자들과 공유하고 완성도가 높은 시제품 제작으로 기업의 한정된 내부자원과 상품성을 보완할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발환경과 자원이 열악한 중소기업의 기술개발-사업개발-시장개발이 통합적으로 고려되어 활용될 수 있는 신개념의 시스템 도입 필요성과 위의 제반 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 소셜기반 manufacturing platform과 제품 제작 인프라 및 기업지원, marketing 등을 지원하는 신 에코시스템인 CSP(Crowd Sourcing Platform) 구축 및 서비스 디자인에 대해 논한다.

The popularity of the social media has enabled growth of the social network, which has a big impact on culture and arts sector. The impact is based on the fact that news and evaluation of performances are communicated actively through the use of on-line community, and that the advent of social commerce makes more people see better performance at a lower price. Besides, collaboration programs called Social Sourcing are springing up in the arts sector, and there is Crowd Funding for culture & arts which is a desirable form of social funding. In this way social media and social network service (SNS) have huge social influence not only on the performing arts sector but also on the whole culture and arts sector, and are expected to have growing dominance. With SNS - which opened new marketing, publicity and donation system not only for the whole society but also for the culture and arts sector - in mind, this paper handles the topics on understanding of close relationship between SNS and performing arts, and on its current usage, value and endless possibilities. By presenting the practical value and the possibilities, this paper will help in making smooth the communication between stakeholders and audience of performing arts, in making effective the means of performance delivery, and in making enlarged the mutual understanding between performers and audience. This paper will also be the basis of an alternative means, which presents the performing arts sector with possibilities to get out of the chronic deficit.

This study examines the digital era's fashion system and defines fashion leaders in the system. The study was based on a theoretical review and a research survey to verify the theoretical findings. The results are follows. The critical changes in the fashion system are expansion, cyclical direction and closer distance between producer and consumer. By inflow of media to a new channel, a layer of consumers was extended and the range of celebrities participating in the fashion industry has expanded dramatically. Simultaneously with the change from vertical communication to cyclical and interactive, the direction of communication was re-routed through diverse media. Crowd sourcing activated through two-way communication service has increased consumer opportunities to participate in production and consumption. Fashion leaders have changed significantly under this new system. The range of celebrities participating in the fashion system has increased and different fashion leaders have appeared. An interactive and cyclical fashion system has been established through media innovation; consequently, the influential power of celebrities and individuals for direct participation in the fashion system directly has increased significantly.

In this study, a GIS-based park safety assessment index was developed to enable objective park vulnerability assessment through data-based GIS analysis, a safety assessment was conducted by selecting a target site where various parks are operated and applying the park safety assessment index. In addition, a facility management system was developed for efficient management of the park safety assessment to update the park safety and provide a foothold for indirect PPGIS. In the case of the assessment index of the safety rating of the park, it was possible to conclude that the accurate quantitative performance was given to the calculation of the safety grade of the park based on the fact that the facilities are different depending on the environment and the size of the park. In addition, the marking the safety grade of parks, as well as the function to show the safety facilities of parks, a common living area for citizens, the management system is expected to have an impact on promoting the use of parks. In the future, in functions such as reporting of facility failures and verifying civil information are implemented by applying civic group participation programs and crowd-sourcing technologies, it is believed that all facilities as well as parks managed by the local government can be managed more efficiently.

Due to the recent accident caused by the automated vehicle, discussions on the ethical aspects of AI have been actively underway. This paper confirms that AI is inevitably connected to ethical components through the concepts and techniques related to robots-AI, and argues that ethical aspects are built-in, not post facto. Furthermore, this devises a solution to the trolley dilemma that can serve as a clue to ethical problems associated with automated vehicles. Preferentially, that process contains writing Bayesian networks. Next, only important and influential data are left after the pre-processing stage, and crowd-sourcing & extrapolation is used to calculate the exact figures of the networks. Through this process, this argues that humans' subjects are certainly included in implementing algorithms and models and discusses the necessity and direction of engineering liberal arts, especially education of ethics that distinguished from major education to prevent distortions and biases abouts AI systems.
