IT의 기업 내 수용과 확산의 과정에서 나타나는 추진동기(motivation)와 IT저항 그리고 변화관리의 관계를 Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)를 적용하는 9개 자동차기업의 15개 의 다중사례를 기반으로 다루었다. 이를 통해서 추진동기가 IT의 조직 내 확산에 미치는 영향과 IT저항과의 역학적 관계, 그리고 이 과정에서의 변화관리의 역할과 그 중요성을 고찰하기 위한 탐색적 모델이 제안되었다. 또 추진동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 (1)경쟁, 불확실성, 경향, 상호연결성과 같은 환경적요인, (2)중앙집중성, 규모, 리더, 혁신후원가 및 복잡성과 같은 조직적요인, (3)인지된용의성, 인지된유익성과 같은 기술적 요인들을 살펴보았고, 이와 관련된 주요 명제 6가지를 제안하였다. 여기서 추진동기가 IT저항을 충분히 극복할 경우에 수용 및 확산이 지속되고, 변화관리가 이 과정에서 추진동기에 정(+)의 작용을 하고, IT저항을 줄이는 방향으로 전개되는 것이 중요함이 논의되었으며, 환경요인, 조직요인 및 기술요인이 추진동기에 미치는 영향이 있음이 구체적으로 관찰되었다. 이를 통해서 IT의 조직 내 수용과 확산을 위한 요소들에 대한 정의와 그 시사점을 제시하였고, 특별히 PLM과 관련된 향후의 연구기반을 제공할 수 있었다.

A Global Positioning System(GPS) in an automobile can provide navigational information for identifying the current location of the automobile and helping the drive determine a desirable route to the destination. Usefulness of such a system depends on many design factors. This study examined two critical design factors from a human factors standpoint. The rotation methods and updating schemes of a map were manipulated in a simulated driving environment. Design guidelines are suggested based on the experimental results.

The inspection policy and inspection error are very critical factors which influence the outgoing quality. In other words, such factors influence the acceptance rate of the incoming matarials. Hence, the outgoing lot size is varied. This paper presents a method to compute the break-even point(pb1, pb2) under these two factors, which canbe used to determine the economic acceptance inspection type.

The recent dramatic growth of ERP has changed the way organizations conduct their businesses, and resulted in significant tangible and intangible benefits being realized by participating firms. Despite these various benefits, firms still have problems in implementing and diffusing ERP due to some reasons, such as resistance to the change. This study primarily aims at identifying what factors are significantly affecting the diffusion of ERP system and finding out how these identified factors can be effectively managed.

국내 외식산업 프랜차이즈는 경제성장의 추세에 맞추어 발전을 거듭해 오면서, 국내뿐 아니라 해외에도 진출을 하여 각 지역의 입맛, 습성 등을 고려한 다양한 마케팅을 통해 성공전략을 펼치고 있다. 본 연구는 성공적인 외식산업 프랜차이즈 업체로 꼽히고 있는 (주)놀부와 미스터피자를 비교 분석하여 국내 외식산업 프랜차이즈 시장의 성공요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 특색있는 마케팅, 기업의 성과를 환원하기 위한 노력, 체계적이고 과학적인 가맹점 관리, 원활한 유통시스템과 물류센터, 타 브랜드로부터의 차별화 등의 성공요인이 도출되었다.

고도 성장기를 지난 한국경제와 힌국기업은 더 큰 도약을 이끌 새로운 패러다임을 고민해야 하는 시점에 서 었다. 최근 일반건설업과 전문건설업의 상생협력이 중요한 화두로 떠오르는 시점에서 상생협력의 특징을 이해하는 것은 중요한 과제이다. 본 논문의 목적은 주요 상생협력요소를 중심으로 일반건설업과 전문건설업의 상생협력에 대한 인식의 주요 특징을 각 주체별 분석과 상호 비교 분석을 통해 도출하는데 있다. 이를 통해 각 주제가 상생협력에 대한 어떠한 공감대 또는 비공감대를 형성하고 있는지 파악할 수 있고 이는 상생협력을 위한 기업의 전략수립이나 정부의 정책 수립을 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

Public-private partnerships (PPP) projects are becoming popular in both developed and developing countries due to their ability to access new financing sources and transfer certain project risks to the private sector. PPP has been an active research area where the concept of Critical Success Factors (CSF) is often discussed by researchers. This study aims to identify the CSFs for various PPP infrastructure projects that have been explored in previous CSF studies. This article reviewed the literature about CSF in PPP projects from the years 2002 to 2021, compared the findings of studies regarding the identified CSFs, and consolidated the CSFs that can be applied to various PPP infrastructure projects. The results showed that dominant research focused on general infrastructure, where CSFs can be applied to all infrastructure sectors rather than any specific sector. The most identified CSFs from the study are favorable and efficient legal frameworks, appropriate risk allocation and sharing, a robust and reliable private consortium, a competitive and transparent procurement process, and political support and stability. The findings from the study can provide an overview of CSFs that are relevant to specific PPP infrastructure sectors like building infrastructure, transportation, water, etc. as well as for general infrastructure. In addition, the results can also be used for further empirical analysis.

고객관계관리(CRM)의 전략적 중요성이 증대함에 따라 CRM에 대한 성과평가가 최근 중요한 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CRM 성과평가를 위한 개념적인 모델을 제시하고, 모델 내에 포함된 평가 관점과 평가요소들간의 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 전략적 우선순위를 제시하였다. 성공적인 CRM 전략 수행을 위해 필요한 성공요인들을 광범위한 문헌연구와 각 계의 CRM 전문가들과의 인터뷰를 통해 도출하고, CRM 성과평가를 위한 네 가지 평가 관점으로 분류하였다. 그리고, 28명의 CRM 전문가들에게 평가 항목들에 대한 이원비교 설문을 실시하였고, AHP 기법을 이용하여 평가 항목들간의 가중치를 산출하였다. AHP 분석 결과, 평가 관점들간의 상대적 중요도는 고객 관점, 재무적 성과 관점, 프로세스 관점, 그리고 인프라 관점 순으로 나타났고, 평가 요소들 간의 상대적 중요도는 재무적 성과 관점에서 고객 순자산 가치 (customer equity)가, 고객 관점에서는 고객 충성도(loyalty)가, CRM 프로세스 관점에서는 고객 관계 강화(expansion)가, 그리고 인프라 관점에서는 최고경영자의 태도와 CRM 목표의 명확성이 비슷한 수준으로 가장 중요한 요소임이 확인되었다.

This study was conducted a comparative study to identify the differences in service quality between Incheon and Kimpo international Airport and critical factors influencing satisfaction of airport customers. According the results of this study, all service quality factors except the service factor of geographical location of Incheon international airport are better than those of Kimpo international airport. However, all of service quality factors of Incheon airport are evaluated as inferior to those of american, western european and japanese international airports by both the airport visitors and the employees of one korean airliner. In addition the service factors such as response, safety, airport facility and geographical location are found as critical factors influencing satisfaction of the airport visitors and the airliner's employees. Among them the service quality factor of geographical location of Incheon airport is much inferior to that of Kimpo airport comparing with other service quality factors. Thus, the results of this study suggest that the managing team implement TQM and six sigma to enhance the service quality level of the Incheon international airport up to that of the american and western european international airport. Especially, it is strongly required that the Korean governmen deliberate in deciding the geographical location in case of planning new international airport because geographical location is related to not only traffic to airport but also safety of landing, taking off and flying.

Delays are one of the biggest problems facing by the construction industry and they have significant financial and social impact in construction projects. The paper presents a framework of Delay Analysis System (DAS) with the aim of analysing the impact of delay factors in Libyan construction projects. The system has designed by integrating the possible delay factors, critical activities of a project using@risk simulator. A case study of building project was demonstrated to identify the impact of delays and the sensitivity of delay factor. The case study result showed that the project might be delayed by 97 to 103 days in comparison to the planned duration. The developed DAS is a tool for analysing and identify the impacts of delay factors and assist to construction manager to take necessary measure in reducing the delay impact. The paper provides a methodology for analysing the possible delay impact in a construction project and informing to construction manager in advance of the possible delay factors.
