12% Cr강의 고온 확산계수의 응력의존성과 조직의 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the stress dependence of diffusion coefficient at the elevated tenperature and the structural characterictics of 12% Cr rotor steel.)

  • Creep rate the elevated temperature is known to be controller by the softening process of microstructure especially in the solid solution alloys such as 125 Cr rotor steel. The change of structure is a decreasing process of the free energy of the state including stress, diffusivity of the material, and tmeperature. This study shows that diffusion coefficient, D of 12% Cr rotor steel at 953K with 74.8 MPa is 1.084~3.140*$10^{15}mm^2sec^1$ compared to $1.658*10^{24}mm^2sec^1$at 963K without stress. During creep, the growth of martensite laths accelerates the diffusion coefficient under stress due to incoherency of interface between carbides and matrix.

  • When plate anchors are embedded in soft clay, they may undergo a deformation under the pressure of sustained load. The critical depth at which the transition from a shallow to a deep anchor takes place depends on the properties of soil. Laboratory model tests were performed for the short-term net ultimate uplift capacity of a circular anchors with respect to various embedment depths and moisture content in saturated kaolinite. The tests have been conducted with the anchor at two different moisture contents. Based on the model test results, empirical relationships between the net load, rate of strain, and time have been developed. In creep tests of kaolinite for load versus ultimate uplift capacity, the displacement of plate anchors rapidly increases during the primary stage but thereafter becomes constant over a period of time.

  • The time dependence of irreversible magnetization of grain aligned infinite layer superconductor Sr$_{0.9}$La$_{0.1}$CuO$_2$ was measured in temperature range of 2 K < T < 30 K for H= 0.5 T, 1.0 T and 1.5 T parallel to c-axis. From this, we calculated normalized flux creep rate S(T) ${\equiv}$ dlnM/dlnt and found that the temperature independent region in S(T) is significantly wide in comparision with other cuprate superconductors. Using the method of Maley et al., we also deduce the current density dependence of pinning potential and glassy exponent ${\mu}$.

  • The typical MCFC (molten carbonate fuel cell) anode is made of Ni-10%Cr alloy. The work of this paper is focused concerning long life of anode because Ni-10% Cr anode is suffering from sintering and creep behavior during cell operation. Therefore, Ni-coated Alumina powder($20{\mu}m$) was developed by electroless nickel plating. Optimum condition of electroless nickel coation on $20{\mu}m$ alumina is as follows: pH 11.7, temperature $65{\sim}80^{\circ}C$, powder amount $100cm^2/l$. The deposition rate for Ni-electroless plating was as a function of temperature and activation energy was evaluated by Arrhenius Equation thereby activation energy calculated slope of experimental data as 117.6 kJ/mol, frequency factor(A) was $6.28{\times}10^{18}hr^{-1}$, respectively.

  • Alternating current (AC) losses of two Bi-2223 ([Bi, Pb]: Sr: Ca: Cu: O = 2:2:2:3) tapes [(Tape I, un-twist-pitch) and the other with a twist-pitch of 10 mm (Tape II)] were measured and compared. These samples, produced by the powder-in-(Ag) tube (PIT) method, are multi-filamentary. Also, it's produced by non-twist and different twist pitch (8, 10, 13, 30, 50 and 70 mm). The critical current measurement was carried out under the environment in liquid Nitrogen and in zero-field by 4-probe method. Susceptibility measurements were conducted while cooling in a magnetic field. Flux loss measurements were conducted as a function of ramping rate, frequency and field direction. The AC flux loss increases as the twist-pitch of the tapes decreased, in agreement with the Norris Equation. Neutron-diffraction measurements have been carried out investigate the crystal structure, magnetic structures, and magnetic phase transitions in Bi-2223([Bi, Pb]:Sr:Ca:Cu:O)

  • The viscoplasticity theory based on overstress, one of the unified state variable theories, is generalized to model zero (no influence of loading rate) and negative (flow stress decreases with loading rate) as well as positive (flow stress increases with loading rate) rate sensitivity in a consistent way. On the basis of the long-time asymptotic solution the different types of rate sensitivity are classified with respect to an augmentation function that is introduced in the evolution law fur a state variable equilibrium stress. The theory predicts normal relaxation and creep behaviors even if unusual rate sensitivity is modeled. The constitutive model fir the behavior of a modified 9Cr-1 Mo steel at various temperatures is then compared with experimental data found in the literature.

  • Inelastic deformation behavior of metals and alloys is considered rate dependent. Uniaxial ratcheting experiments performed by Ruggles and Krempl, and Hassan and Kyriakides exhibited that higher mean stress for a fixed stress amplitude resulted in higher ratchet strain within a rate independent framework and higher stress rate resulted in lower ratchet strain, respectively. These phenomena are qualitatively investigated by numerical experiments through unified viscoplasticity theory. The theory does not separate rate-independent plasticity and rate-dependent creep, and thus uses only one inelastic strain to describe inelastic deformation processes with the concept of the yield surface. The growth law for the kinematic stress, which is a tensor valued state variable of the constitutive equations, is modified to predict the linear evolution of long-term ratchet strain.

포유자돈에 있어서 포유자돈용 발효유의 급여가 생산성, 혈액특성, 및 설사지수에 미치는 영향 (Effects of fermented milk substituted for creep feed on growth performance, diarrhea score and blood profiles in lactating piglets)

  • 본 연구는 포유자돈용 발효유의 급여가 포유자돈의 생산성, 설사지수, 혈액특성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 시험을 실시하였다. 사양 시험은 3산차 모돈($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire$)은 14두를 공시하여, 2처리구 처리당 7두로 분만 후 부터 이유시까지 3주간 사양시험을 실시하였다. 시험설계는 1) CF (Creep feeding), 2) FM (fermented milk)로 실시하였다. 포유자돈용 발효유의 급여가 생산성에 있어서 유의적 차이는 보이지 않았으나, 생시체중이 입붙임 사료구와 비교하여 수치상 낮았으나, 이유체중에서는 포유자돈용 발효유를 급여한 구가 300 g 증가한 결과를 나타내었다. 포유자돈용 발효유의 급여시 설사지수에 있어서는 처리구간 유의적 차이가 없었다. 혈액 특성에 있어서는 혈액내 백혈구 함량에 있어서는 처리구간 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았지만(P>0.05), 혈액 내 면역 글로불린 함량에 있어서는 입붙임 사료를 급여한 처리구가 포유자돈용 발효유를 급여한 처리구보다 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 이와 같은 결과는 입붙임 사료는 탄수화물, 단백질, 지방 및 면역관련물질을 함유하고 있으나, 본 연구에서 사용된 포유자돈용 발효유는 장내 미생물균총에 유익한 영향을 미치는 유산균은 함유하고 있으나, 다른 면역물질 및 첨가제를 함유하고 있지 않아 혈액 면역세포에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 결론적으로 포유기간 동안 입붙임 사료를 대신하여 포유자돈용 발효유를 급여하여도 생산성에 부정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 판단되며, 입붙임 사료를 대체할 수 있는 물질로 급여 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

아스팔트 혼합물의 균열 저항성 평가 연구 (Laboratory Test and Evaluation to Characterize the Cracking Resistance of Asphalt Mixtures)

  • 아스팔트 혼합물의 균열 저항성은 일반적으로 인장 강도, 스티프니스와 같은 단일 물성치를 측정함으로써 평가된다. 그러나, 아스팔트 혼합물의 균열 성능을 평가함에 있어서 단일 물성치의 이용은 의문시되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 아스팔트 혼합물의 균열 저항성과 관련이 있는 주요 특성치를 좀 더 심도 있게 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 하중 조건 하에서 파괴 시험 크리프 시험, 강도 시험이 일반 아스팔트 혼합물과 개질 아스팔트 혼합물에 대해서 수행되었다. 시험 결과, 혼합물의 균열 저항성은 주로 미세 손상 축적 속도에 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었으며, 이 값은 파괴 에너지 한계에 영향을 주지 않으면서 m값에 반영됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 짧은 하중 재하 시간 (탄성거동) 동안 얻어지는 스티프니스는 혼합물의 균열 저항성의 차이를 규명하는데 한계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 아스팔트 혼합물의 균열 저항성을 보다 명확히 평가하기 위해서는 혼합물의 크리프 거동과 파괴 한계점을 동시에 고려하는 것이 필수적임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 수퍼페이브 간접 인장 강도 시험으로부터 구한 잔여 소멸 에너지는 비교적 손쉬운 실험을 통해 아스팔트 혼합물의 균열 저항성의 상대적인 차이를 보여줄 수 있는 유용한 물성치임을 알 수 있었으며, 장기 크리프 시험에서 얻어지는 파괴 변형률은 아스팔트 혼합물의 크리프 거동과 파괴 한계점을 동시에 고려함으로써 균열 저항성을 평가할 수 있는 유용한 물성치 임을 알 수 있었다.
