This study explored the creative thinking styles of children according to cluster analysis and examined group differences in the gender of children. The participants consisted of 250 elementary school students living in Seoul, Korea. Data were analyzed by means of cluster analysis and ${\chi}^2$ test. The results from the cluster analysis based on the scores on the sub-factors of TTCT(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking) suggested the existence of four clusters('Non-creative', 'Divergent creative', 'Elaborate creative, 'Multiple creative'). Additionally, four clusters were found to be differentiated according to gender.

Based on the differentiation of cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness and 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, the relevant strategies were proposed.
There is no absolute leadership through East and West. Just as past and present conditions are not the same, it is not easy for past leadership to apply to the present. The best leadership will be the leadership that can represent and lead the changing situation. In that sense, the creative leadership is the most appropriate leadership required by the present age. In the society, research on creative leadership is actively conducted in schools and companies, but there is no research on creative leadership in the military. This is the first study in the military about creative leadership. It is meaningful to understand the understanding of creative leadership and the applicability of the military and to provide a basis for future research. First, we measured the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership and organizational goals and achievement were measured, and it was found that there was significant influence on the relationship between creative leadership and organizational effectiveness. I could confirm some. This would be meaningful in that it suggested the possibility of applying the leadership of the creative leadership to lead the change of society and to implement the military command.
Many methods have been suggested for a creative problem solving approach. TRIZ approach is ranked top in its practical application because it is originated from the real patent analysis. This approach is assumed to be generic which can be applied to any types of problems regardless of problem type and its domain. The objective of this study is to propose a creative problem solving approach using TRIZ's contradiction analysis, then introduce a case study of applying this approach to a creative design coursework. Main topic covers a creative problem solving approach, a problem definition using TRIZ contradiction analysis, finding invention principles, and problem solving from the generic approach. For the course project, Roborobo tool is adopted to implement the design concept. This coursework helps students finding a general problem solving approach, and applying a generic solution for their specific problem domain.
In this paper, we focus on the analysis of the results of CAS-K (Creative Attitude Scale-Korea) including 33 items of 7 factors. Using the analysis gives us the information about students' creative attitude for each factor. We introduce three methods of the analysis about the results of CAS-K; total scores analysis, mean value of each factor analysis, and CAS-K map analysis. We develop the CAS-K map based on the mean value of each factor and three categories of factors. These categories are divergent attitude (fluency, appropriateness), problem solving attitude (positiveness, independency, concentration), and convergent attitude (convergency, accuracy). This analysis of the results of CAS-K can be a source of creative attitude to foster mathematical creativity.
In order to create more jobs and cope with big change of economic paradigm, a self employed creative company is suggested as an alternative mean. Through exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis, creativity and network is essential in increasing the financial performance of self-employed creative company.
The present study explored relationships between self-esteem, general self-efficacy and creative personality. The responses of 113 university students on self-esteem, general self-efficacy, and creative personality scales were collected and analyzed by Cronbach a tests, Pearson correlations and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that, first, there were significant positive relationships between self-esteem, general self-efficacy and creative personality. Second, the effects of self-esteem on creative personality were mediated by general self-efficacy. Finally, multiple regression analysis demonstrated that self-regulation and self-confidence among the sub-factors of general self-efficacy were good predictors of the creative personality. From these results we conclude that it is important to improve general self-efficacy in order to develop creative personality.
This study has to do with creative product in mathematics. We analyze Taylor's creative product according to a different developmental level of creativity, Taylor's creative product inventory, Besemer & Treffinger's creative products analysis matrix, O'Quin & Besemer's creative products semantic scale(CPSS) etc. The purpose of this study is to make creative products semantic scale in mathematics. O'Quin & Besemer's CPSS consists of 55 items, bipolar adjective checklist. We confirm that O'Quin & Besemer's CPSS is not fit to use for mathematics creative products. So we develop Creative Product Semantic Scale in Mathematics(MCPSS) which consists of 33 items, bipolar adjective checklist. Our result will provide convenience to mathematics teacher who guides a student make a creative product.
In order to solve problems in an uncertain and complicated management environment of the modern world, a creative solution that combines diverse perspectives, knowledge, and effort based on diversity within an organization is required. Smart work environment provides an opportunity to express the potential diversity of an individual, extending the source of ideas to the organization, enhancing communication, and linking and sharing information and knowledge. So, this results in increased creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the process of connecting and sharing information and knowledge of organizational members on creative behavior and the effect of smart work environment in the process. The purpose of this study is to identify roles of job autonomy, self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and smart work environment in creative process. For the study, 353 surveys with work use group(156 people) and unused group(197 people). Statistical analysis included validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and job autonomy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on creative behavior, and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy and creative behavior. Particularly, knowledge sharing has a more positive effect on smart work use group. In case of smart work use group, self-efficacy and job autonomy have a relatively high influence on knowledge sharing rather than direct influence on creative behavior appear. This result implies that the achievements of smart work are revealed in terms of knowledge sharing and creative behavior.
