Although the process about korea image restoration contents program development and liberalization have cultural and artistic worth, it is not possible to restore technically or cost enormous expense. In the study, it suggest the needs of korea image restoration contents program development through image restoration case. It is revitalize that the study in digital image restoration technical prepare the ground for passing high-qualities cultural legacy by restoring classical film. We think the development of korea image restoration software will strengthen the basis to the new creation industry of high value-added in the global cultural prosperity industry.

E-business including e-commerce boosts the competitiveness of corporations remarkably through the creation of new value added, positioning itself as the key to national competitive edge. Thus, advanced nations and international organizations such as WTO and OECD are structuring a positive support system for e-transformation. Korea also has been pushing for activating e-business at the government level since 2000. ECRC(Electronic Commerce Resource Centers) project is an efficient government initiative and inter-agency coordination in implementing e-Business policy for industry. This project has been sponsored by the MOCIE and operated through prime contracts with KIEC. ECRCs provide such services as educational training, technology transfer, consulting and information service related to e-Business for industry. They had given the digital opportunity demanded by industry from 1997 but in these days there are many other new e-business activating projects in Korea. This paper sought to study a strategic reform plan of ECRC.

This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

This paper is concerned with the study of 'Knowledge Management', a paradigm of thought based on the idea that the future will be a knowledge-centered society. This paper also provides an overview of both 'what to manage' and 'how to manage' if an organization wants to develop in this environment. The process of 'Knowledge Management' begins with a decision. Presented with a myriad of information, of which we can't afford to obtain it all, what information is of value to the organization? Further, by systematically organizing not only the primary information but also that which was accumulated in the process, Knowledge Management is capable of suggesting a value-added plan of action. This research presents the necessary principles needed in order to successfully use Knowledge Management, specifically a harmony between the human and technological aspects. There cannot be a static solution to the problem, as the environment of the enterprise's problem is dynamic in nature. Throughout the process, the enterprise will constantly change its strategy and structure in order to adapt to variable knowledge, technology, strategy, regulations, consumer interest, etc... The essential constant of these problems is the importance of spending on education. Investments in educations help develope a infrastructure for Information Technology, the development of knowledge distribution strategies, and the creation of efficient Knowledge Management policy.

The object of this study is to provide a framework of increasing the effectiveness of the R&D planning of experts in fisheries and the education of students with the theoretical background and analytical skills through the adoption of technology roadmapping process in the marine production industry. The study was conducted by fact-finding surveys and the response content for surveys obtained from each expert advisor in the field of fisheries and maritime affairs such as fishery industries, some government organizations and research institutes including the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MOMAF), National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) and fisheries-related universities was analyzed. The major implementation tasks to effectively achieve the basic goals of technology roadmap for short and middle-term research and development in the fisheries production field are as follows: 1. Research in order to achieve the realization of community-based resource management fisheries or fishermen-oriented co-management fisheries with paradigm shift in fisheries management. 2. Research in order to derive the construction of cost reducing and manpower saving systems in fishery-related science, technology and engineering. 3. Research in order to create the high value-added fisheries products with a focus on the upgrading of processing, freezing and refrigerating facilities, the reduction of logistics costs and the minimization of distribution steps. 4. Research in order to achieve the realization and development of environmental-friendly fisheries and internationally competitive fisheries through restructuring the entire fishing industries, in particular, small-scale fisheries. 5. Research in order to achieve the effective utilization of fisheries resources with a new creation of clean and living marine environment by fisherman under the balanced management and protection of marine living resources and fishing grounds.

Establishing the strategic plans to foster the oceans and fisheries (O&F) industry as an engine for national sustainable economic growth has become an important task for developing countries as well as developed countries. The first step to do so is to identify O&F industry and analyze its economic effects. Therefore, the prime purposes of the paper are two-fold. The first is to identify O&F industry and estimate its market size using 2012 Input-Output (I-O) table published by the Bank of Korea. The second purpose is to obtain some quantitative information on production-inducing effect, value-added creation effect, and employment-inducing effect of the O&F industry. To this end, we apply an IO analysis using exogenous specification of the O&F industry. The results show that the O&F industry covers 4.1% and 3.0% of national output and gross domestic product, respectively. Moreover, we found that 1.0 won of production or investment in the O&F industry induces 1.7363 won of production and 0.4759 won of value-added in the national economy. One billion won of production or investment in the O&F industry touches off 7.5569 persons of employment. This information can be utilized in the O&F industry-related policy-making.

Remodeling is deemedto be very important from the perspective of the recycling of resources, instead of scrapping the existing structure, and the creation of 'value added' which is equivalent to the 'value added' from the new construction. In addition, the selection of the appropriate construction method assures the saving of construction cost, the shortening of construction period, and the improvement of quality. Moreover, the selection of the construction method for the remodeling construction is far more important than the current new construction work, considering that the characteristicsof construction site and the structure have a great effect on the construction in case of the remodelingconstruction. Current selection of the construction method, however, does not reflect the construction information, but just adheres to the construction method which was commonly applied previously. Therefore, this study proposes the measure to embody the tool that assists the decision making in selecting the construction method.

From early 90's, production system is diversified to markets where with the consumer as the central as multifarious items and creation new demands through consumer's participation into manufacturing process. This phenomenon show that logistics structures adapt to demand of technical variation, and the development of e-business with VAN(:value added network) and EDI(:Electronic data interchange) prove it. This study tried to analyze utilitarian assay about systems those land, sea, air logistics through documents research, and this study also present the direction of logistics system of airline company and goal of development on the based to the model of domestic airline company accordingly.
