  • Purpose - this research is to examine the relationship between Franchise's experiential value, lovemarks, respectful recognition, and brand loyalty focusing on the control variables. Control variables such as age, occupation, education, monthly income, and kinds of restaurant are included to measure influence on these as well. Research, design, data, and methodology - 500 questionnaires were distributed from June 10th to July 10th, 2017. 225 respondents were totally included in this analysis using SPSS and AMOS program. In order to test hypothesis, factor analysis and reliability verification firstly were employed, and then covariance structure analysis was used. Results - Empirical results are as followed. First, it can be mentioned that the esthetics of dessert cafe is analyzed to have a positive effect on the perception of love and respectful perception. Second, playfulness has a positive effect on perception of love. Third, respect perception has a positive effect on brand loyalty. When variables such as age, occupation, education, monthly income, and restaurant type were used as control variables, only monthly income had a significant effect on respect recognition. This shows that the control variable has a significant effect on the causal relationship of the variables. Conclusions - In summary, it can be stated that it is necessary for marketers to establish marketing strategies in order to boost customers' experiential value such as esthetics of franchise and also to strengthen lovemarks for respectful recognition and brand loyalty.

  • Recently, university advertising was increasing with the educational circumstance changes. This study purposed to find out the effect of university ads satisfaction on enrolled students's university loyalty as an internal customer's loyalty not on existing external customer's perspectives. And we want to see more about the mediation effect of perceived image of the student and expected image of the student's relatives. Through the research model design and survey on students, we analysed proposed path hypotheses using the covariance structural equation analysis method with AMOS7.0 tool. As research results, all the hypotheses are accepted. University ads satisfaction was influenced to the perceived image and expected image, and finally to the university loyalty of the student. So, it is need to expand the university advertising coverage to the internal customer of enrolled students and his relatives.

  • This study explored the quality of nursing services in relation to a nurse's psychosocial factors (type A behavior pattern, self-esteem, locus of control, and anxiety), job stress, and fatigue. This study targeted 503 nurses who currently work at six different general hospitals in Daejeon city, The data was collected by self-administered questionnaire which was surveyed from April 1 to June 30, 2014. As the result of analysis of covariance, psychosocial factors affect the quality of nursing services more than job stress or fatigue. In addition to that, as parts of psychosocial factors, high self-esteem and low fatigue, job stress, and anxiety increase the quality of nursing services. The research above implies that the quality of nursing services of nurses who work at the general hospital has a correlation with not only the psychosocial factors but also job stress, and fatigue.

  • This study carried out a covariance-structural analysis to verify formed causations between general variables and the influences of Medical Social Work Service of officers and NCOs in Korean Community Military Hospitals. The subjects were 7 hospitals, 337 military hospital executives in rear area, and the results of the survey are as below. First, about empowerment level, culture in the organization turned out to be the primary direct influential factor, and personal, organizational, and functional character were influential factor. There was no indirect influential factor present. Second, in Medical Social Work Service, empowerment level was significant on direct effect. In case of personal character indirect effect was important. • In the past decade, Pine & Gilmore set out the vision for a new economic era, the experience economy, in which consumers are in search for extraordinary and memorable experiences. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among walking tourist's experiences, walking tourist satisfaction and revisit intention as the social interest on walking tour has risen. A total of 250 respondents completed a survey. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique, the results reveal the effects of Esthetics(indulged in environments) and Escapism(diverging to a new self) that impact on walking tourist satisfaction and on revisit intention indirectly. Overall, finding of this study enhance the theoretical progress on the experiential concept in walking tour and offer important implication for walking tour marketers.

  • This study attempted to identify convergent influence on depression and its association with job seeking stress, academic burnout and anxiety among college students. Data collection was carried out using a self-administered questionnaire from Nov. 12, 2018 to Dec. 14, 2018 and the target was randomly selected 304 students from colleges located in J area. Depression was positively correlated with job seeking stress, academic burnout and anxiety. The covariance structure analysis showed that the job seeking stress, the higher academic burnout and the higher anxiety tend to increase depression. These results show that to lower college students' depression, it is necessary to try to lower job seeking stress, academic burnout, and anxiety. These results are expected to be utilized for employment counseling, academic counseling, and expansion of resources for psychological stability and various interventions that lower the depression of college students. In future studies, the survey about additional factors of influence on the depression of college students will be needed.
