R을 이용한 공분산 기반 구조방정식 모델링 튜토리얼: Lavaan 패키지를 중심으로 (A Tutorial on Covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling using R: focused on "lavaan" Package)

  • 본 튜토리얼은 R을 이용하여 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링을 수행하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 튜토리얼에서는 기존 연구들에 대한 리뷰를 통해 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링을 위한 기준들을 정의하고, 하나의 예시 연구모형을 제시하여 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링을 지원하는 R 패키지인 "lavaan"을 이용하여 이 예시 모형을 분석하는 것을 보여준다. 결과물로 본 튜토리얼에서는 예시모형을 대상으로 한 R을 이용한 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링 기법과 실습 스크립트가 제시되었다. 본 튜토리얼은 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링을 처음 접하는 연구자들에게는 연구모형을 구조방정식 모델링으로 분석하는데 유용한 가이드가 될 것이며, 이미 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링에 익숙한 연구자들에게는 R을 이용한 새로운 공분산 기반의 구조방정식모델링 분석기법 제시를 통하여 R이라는 통합된 통계 소프트웨어 운영환경에서 심도 있는 연구를 위한 기반 지식을 제공할 것이다.

AMOS 소프트웨어에서 구현되는 구조방정식 모형과 의미 (A Mean of Structural equation modeling on AMOS Software)

  • 연구에서는 공분산구조분석을 실시하기 위해 주로 사용하고 있는 AMOS 소프트웨어에 대하여 알아보려고 한다. 응용소프트웨어에서 활용된 수학적인 모형을 알지 못하면, 구조방정식에 대한 충분한 이해를 할 수 없으며, 구조방정식에 대한 8가지 가정이 어떻게 구현되는지 알 수 가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형 연구에서 주로 활용되었던 LISREL 프로그램으로 RAM과 MOSAN을 구현하였고 AMOS 결과와 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 AMOS프로그램은 8가지의 모든 가정을 따르지 않는 것으로 나타났다. AMOS 프로그램이 MOSAN보다는 RAM으로 구현되고 있음을 본 연구를 통해 알 수 있다. AMOS 소프트웨어 프로그램은 잠재변수(F)와 측정오차(e)간의 상관값을 산출할 때 충분히 추정을 하지 못하고 부분적으로만 추정하여 값을 산출하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

기혼여성의 피임행위에 관한 설명모형 (A Structural Equation Model Explaining Contraception Behaviors of Married Korean Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and test the structural model of a contraceptive behavior in Married Korean women. A hypothesis model was constructed on the basis of the health belief model, the theory of planned behavior and extensive literature review of contraception. The model was built by seven constructs. Four exogeneous variables included in the model were consisted of the contraceptive knowledges, the perceived threats, the sexual autonomy and the communication within a couple. Four endogenous variables were consisted of the attitudes toward contraception, the perceived control, the ability to plan a intercourse and the contraceptive behaviors. Empirical data for testing the hypothetical model were collected by the self report questionnaires from 243 Korean married women. The questionnaires used in this study were developed by this researcher and their Cronbach's alpha scores were ranged from .60 to .88. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program(ver. 8.0) for descriptive statistical analysis and LISREL program(ver. 8.12a) for covariance structural analysis. On the basis of this results, it could be suggested that contraceptive behaviors be greatly affected by the perceived threats, the communications within couple, the attitudes toward contraception and the perceived control. Finally this model would be useful for the practice, theory and research of nursing.

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the impacts of interactivity, site stickiness, and switching barrier on intention to use. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variable(interactivity), meditated variables(site stickiness and switching barrier), and dependent variable(intention to use). The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, interactivity had a positive influence on site stickiness, switching barrier, and intention to use. And it was found to have a indirect effect on intention to use through site stickiness and switching barrier. Third, site stickiness had a positive influence on switching barrier. Forth, site stickiness and switching barrier had a positive impact on intention to use.

The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, shopping value had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and switching barrier. Third, shopping value, shopping satisfaction of customer, and switching barrier had a positive impact on website loyalty. Forth, shopping value had a positive impact on website loyalty directly, it was found to have a indirect effect on website loyalty through customer satisfaction and switching barrier.

  • This study identifies how website attributes impact consumer loyalty to websites. For this purpose, the study tested covariance of a structural model which set relationships among independent variables (trust and site stickiness), meditated variables (relationship commitment), and dependent variables (website loyalty). The data were collected from a sample of 239 female college internet student shoppers. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis are analyzed using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is significantly accepted. Second, trust and stickiness have a positive influence on the relationship commitment. Third, trust, stickiness, and relationship commitment have a positive impact on website loyalty. Forth, even if stickiness has no positive influence on website loyalty, it has a significant effect on website loyalty through the relationship commitment.

공분산구조분석을 이용한 자체충족률 모형 검증 (Formulating Regional Relevance Index through Covariance Structure Modeling)

  • Hypotheses In health services research are becoming increasingly more complex and specific. As a result, health services research studies often include multiple independent, intervening, and dependent variables in a single hypothesis. Nevertheless, the statistical models adopted by health services researchers have failed to keep pace with the increasing complexity and specificity of hypotheses and research designs. This article introduces a statistical model well suited for complex and specific hypotheses tests in health services research studies. The covariance structure modeling(CSM) methodology is especially applied to regional relevance indices(RIs) to assess the impact of health resources and healthcare utilization. Data on secondary statistics and health insurance claims were collected by each catchment area. The model for RI was justified by direct and indirect effects of three latent variables measured by seven observed variables, using ten structural equations. The resulting structural model revealed significant direct effects of the structure of health resources but indirect effects of the quantity on RIs, and explained 82% of correlation matrix of measurement variables. Two variables, the number of beds and the portion of specialists among medical doctors, became to have significant effects on RIs by being analyzed using the CSM methodology, while they were insignificant in the regression model. Recommendations for the CSM methodology on health service research data are provided.

의류 쇼핑 웹사이트 태도 형성 모델 연구 (제2보) -연구모형 및 연구가설의 검증- (Attitude toward the Website for Apparel Shopping (Part II): Structural Model Testing)

  • The purpose of this study identifies how attributes of the website influences on consumer attitude toward the website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variables(interactivity, search and visual information of website), mediated variables(utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value) and dependent variables(attitude toward website). The data were collected from a sample of 271 internet shopper of university students(male: 82, female: 189). They visited the website for apparel shopping and, after searching a casual clothing which they wanted to buy, requested to answer the questionnaire. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using AMOS 4.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, interactivity of the website has a positive impact on perceived utilitarian and hedonic shopping values of the website and visual information of the website also influence hedonic shopping value of the website positively. Third, utilitarian and hedonic shopping values have a positive influence on attitude toward the website for apparel shopping.

Wind-tunnel tests on high-rise buildings: wind modes and structural response

  • The evaluation of pressure fields acting on slender structures under wind loads is currently performed in experimental aerodynamic tests. For wind-sensitive structures, in fact, the knowledge of global and local wind actions is crucial for design purpose. This paper considers a particular slender structure under wind excitation, representative of most common high-rise buildings, whose experimental wind field on in-scale model was measured in the CRIACIV boundary-layer wind tunnel (University of Florence) for several angles of attack of the wind. It is shown that an efficient reduced model to represent structural response can be obtained by coupling the classical structural modal projection with the so called blowing modes projection, obtained by decomposing the covariance or power spectral density (PSD) wind tensors. In particular, the elaboration of experimental data shows that the first few blowing modes can effectively represent the wind-field when eigenvectors of the PSD tensor are used, while a significantly larger number of blowing modes is required when the covariance wind tensor is used to decompose the wind field.
