This study investigates responses to privacy concerns by analyzing the psychological and behavioral characteristics related to the disposition toward invoices of courier service users. To this end, we develop a theoretical framework by combining stimulus response theory, communication privacy management theory, the theory of reasoned action, and the theory of planned behavior. Based on the theoretical framework, we analyze the relationships between social influence, privacy propensity, privacy control, privacy risk, privacy concern, invoice disposition intention, and invoice disposition behavior in the context of courier services. To test our hypotheses, we survey courier service users in the U.S. and Korea. Using a structural equation model, we test the relationships among these various factors for the courier service users of the two countries. Results have distinct implications for the psychological and behavioral characteristics concerning the disposal of courier invoices and enable understanding of the characteristics of courier service customers of the two countries.

Objectives To identify whether Sovereign-Minister-Assistant-Courier (君臣佐使) Theory and Meridian Tropism (歸經) Theory of oral herbal medicine can be applied to trans-dermal medicine and whether pharmaceutical efficacy can be delivered to skin by Courier herb (使藥). Methods We reviewed previous studies related to Sovereign-Minister-Assistant-Courier Theory. And we examined whether prescription compositions based on Sovereign-Minister-Assistant-Courier Theory correspond with efficacy results of trans-dermal medicine experimentally identified. Results When Sovereign-Minister-Assistant-Courier Theory is applied to trans-dermal medicine, Courier herb act as delivering the effective components to the lesion penetrating skin barrier. And we identified that medicine absorbed through the digestive processes may not correspond with Courier herb applied topically. Conclusions We identified that Courier herb act as delivering the effective components to the lesion. But to strength evidences, additional studies on this action will be needed.

Objectives : This study was undertaken in order to establish the composite principles of fomulas through the of Sa-am acupuncture therapy and the theory of sovereign, minister, assistant and courier. Methods : We analyzed the formula construction of Sa-am acupuncture therapy, and applied the theory of sovereign, minister, assistant and courier that was referred to in the preface of "Essential Rhymes on Acupuncture and Moxibustion by Master Sa-am" to the analysis of formula construction. Results & Conclusions : 1. Sa-am acupuncture therapy was acupuncture and moxibustion method that inherited and developed progress contents of Chinese traditional acupuncture and moxibustion. 2. The theory of sovereign, minister, assistant and courier was based on the idea that acupuncture and herbal medicine had the same origins. 3. Formula constructions of Sa-am acupuncture therapy were formed complicatedly, but reflected the theory of sovereign, minister, assistant and courier. 4. The supplementing acupuncture point that is Chunbu-point in other merdian became Sovereign, the draining acupuncture point that is Chunbu-point in other merdian became Minister, and the supplementing and draining acupuncture points in same merdian became Assistant and Courier that mean leading merdian points.

The growth of online market is accelerating due to the development of technology and the era of pandemic. In order to deliver the ordered product to customers courier service should be used. In addition, the courier logistics market is growing with the growth of the online market. With the growth of the logistics market, traffic and environmental problems are emerging as social issues. Logistics technology of urban community logistics courier terminal system utilizing vacant space in the city has been developed as a new alternative to environment and traffic problems by increasing logistics efficiency in the city area. In this study, we propose a concept of a system that performs operational concept definition and scenario analysis by applying model-based perspective analysis to urban community logistics courier terminal system under development. Through this study, we defined the operating concept of the urban community logistics courier terminal, which is the target of development, and defined the scenario for system operation by grasping the structure and function of the system and applied it to system development.

The logistics market is continuously growing due to the development of technology and the growth of the online market. In addition, the social atmosphere that emphasizes non-face-to-face due to the pandemic situation is accelerating the growth of logistics. Delivery of goods ordered online requires delivery process through courier worker. In order for the courier worker to ship the product, the work of loading the product on the truck must be preceded. The accident caused by such delivery and loading work is increasing and it is emerging as a social problem. This study proposes a robot-based automated loading system to efficiently handle the increasing volume of courier service and to construct a more efficient and safe working environment by replacing the physical labor that was overloaded to courier workers. The proposed system replaces the loading of the courier worker and proposes the optimal loading function through the automation system.

In modern society, digital lifestyles are spreading to minimize contact with people and to receive contactless information. The spread trend has established an unmanned distribution system in which transactions through contactless technologies such as kiosks and chatbots are activated in face-to-face transactions with sellers and consumers. In order to streamline logistics supply worldwide, digital new deal based joint logistics hubs, unmanned courier storage platforms, and fresh logistics based last mile services have been developed into unmanned logistics systems, focusing on the intelligent logistics system automation process. Unmanned courier storage system installed in urban areas and home to daily logistics where volume is concentrated are provided with fresh logistics services through cold chain and receiving freights in contactless environments. Development is also underway to minimize safety accidents caused by courier services, such as managing various information based on the integrated control system. This paper defines the concept of integrated operation for the development of a platform for contactless unmanned courier storage device developed into next-generation logistics system. In addition, we intend to develop systems engineering-based output for deriving safety requirements and specifications by identifying risk sources that may occur in the operational scenario. Therefore, the goal is to establish a foundation for safety and reliability between interfaces of logistics systems to be installed in apartment and subway station environments that want to provide unmanned logistics services to various consumers.

본 연구는 택배 이용자의 프라이버시 침해 경험이 프라이버시 심리와 행동에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 택배 이용자가 프라이버시 침해 경험을 가지고 있는가에 따라, 프라이버시 침해 사건에 대해 학습이 이루어지고, 인지가 형성되고, 감정이 형성되고, 행동이 나타난다. 이러한 택배 이용자의 프라이버시 심리의 변화 과정은 프라이버시 보호 행동 반응을 예측하는데 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 태도이론을 응용해 택배 이용자의 프라이버시 심리를 설명하기 위한 연구의 이론적 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 이 프레임워크에 기반해, 택배서비스 이용자의 프라이버시 침해 경험, 인지된 프라이버시 위험, 프라이버시 염려 (즉, 개인정보 오류에 따른 염려, 비인가된 이차 이용에 따른 염려, 개인정보 수집에 따른 염려, 부적절한 개인정보에 대한 접근 염려), 프라이버시 보호 행동의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 연구모델에 대해 택배서비스 이용 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, SMART-PLS 구조방정식 소프트웨어를 이용해 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 택배 이용과정에서의 프라이버시 침해 경험, 프라이버시 위험, 프라이버시 염려, 그리고 프라이버시 보호 행동 사이에는 인과관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 안전한 택배 서비스를 위한 프리이버시 보호 행동 연구에 유용한 이론적 시사점을 제공해 주었고, 더불어 보다 안전한 택배 비즈니스 모델 개발에 유용한 실무적 시사점을 제공해 주었다.

Objectives: This study used the basic principle of Oriental medicine, the sovereign, minister, assistant and courier principle (君臣佐使論) to investigate the effects of the component of ONGABO, which is composed of Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng), Angelica Gigantis Radix, Schisandrae Fructus, Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae tuber on the viability of HepG2 cells. Methods: Single and mixed extracts of the component of ONGABO were prepared by lypohilizing powder of Red Ginseng (6-year root from Kanghwa), Angelica Gigantis Radix, Schisandrae Fructus, Cuscuta Semen, Curcumae Tuber (from Omniherb Co., Ltd., Korea) at the laboratory of herbal medicine in Woosuk University and were eluted after being macerated with 100% ethanol for three days. The cell viability of HepG2 was determined by using an absorptiometric analysis with PrestoBlue (Invitrogen) reagent after the plate had been incubated for 48 hours. All of the experiments were repeated three times to obtain the average value and standard deviation. The statistical analysis was done and the correlation factor was obtained by using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and Origin 6.0 software. Results: Although Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng) and Schisandrae Fructus did not enhance the viability of HepG2 cells, they were shown to provide protection of those cells. On the other hand, Angelica Gigantis Radix decreased the viability of HepG2 cells significantly, Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae Tuber had a small or no effect on the viability of HepG2 cells. Conclusions: In the sovereign, minister, assistant and courier principle (君臣佐使論), Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng) corresponds to the sovereign component because it provides cell protection effects, Angelica Gigantis Radix corresponds to minister medicinal because it kills cells, Schisandrae Fructus corresponds to the assistant medicinal to help red ginseng having cell protect effects. Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae Tuber correspond to the courier medicinal having no effect in cell viability in HepG2. We hope this study provides motivation for advanced research on the sovereign, minister, assistant and courier principle.

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the service process of corporate courier services in order to offer service providers possible directions for adaptation of new technologies and assurance of better quality services. Methods: Through the analysis on the parcel service process of company Y by applying service blueprinting method, the overall process and failure service points of corporate courier services can be recognized and investigated. Next, the several newer technologies, augmented reality glasses, exoskeleton, and drone are applied to the service process of company Y as they are suggested by the literature review and referenced to DHL's report on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Then, service options to overcome the service failure points to improve the service process can be produced. Results: The parcel service process of the company Y is utilized as a hub-and-spoke structure by having distribution and delivery centers which separates customers into two types, ones using the total services and the others only using the delivery service. In addition, the main cause of the service failures is determined that it is due to the limited working hours of delivery centers compared to the workload. Conclusion: This research contributes in better understanding of corporate courier services and providing information for benchmarking. An empirical research on the costs and the efficiencies of applying the new technologies is suggested for the further improvement in the processes of corporate courier services.

Objectives and Methods: This study was conducted to investigate the formula of ONGABO to composed of Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng), Angelica Gigantis Radix, Schisandrae Fructus, Cuscuta Semen, Curcumae Tuber with the method to observe the cell viability of HepG2 in the basic principle of oriental medicine formula study, Sovereign, Minister, Assistant and Courier principle (君臣佐使論). Results: Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng) and Schisandrae Fructus were having a cell protection effect in HepG2 significantly. Angelica gigantis radix was decreased the cell viability of HepG2 significantly, and there were no effects for Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae Tuber to the cell viability of HepG2. Conclusions: As the above results, in the Sovereign, Minister, Assistant and Courier principle (君臣佐使論), Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng) corresponds to sovereign medicinal having cell protect effects, angelica gigantis radix corresponds to minister medicinal having cell killing effects, Schisandrae Fructus corresponds to assistant medicinal to help red ginseng having cell protect effects. Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae Tuber correspond to courier medicinal having no effect in cell viability in HepG2. We hope the advanced research on sovereign, minister, assistant and courier principle will be proceed in the tomorrow.
