소비자상담사의 업무수행, 만족도 및 업무지속의사에 대한 연구 (Study on Consumer Counselors' Work Performance, Satisfaction and Willingness to Sustain the Work)

  • This research examined the work performance by consumer counselors, evaluations of their counseling work, the level of their satisfaction, and willingness to sustain consumer counseling work among Consumer Agencies and also identified the variables influencing the evaluation scores on those. The results were summarized as follows. First, the evaluation scores on the work performance of consumer counseling were generally high and they turned out to be generally satisfied with their work. On the other hand, most counselors responded that they would continue their counseling work. Second, there were differences in evaluation scores about speed and specialized area of counseling among Consumer Agencies. Counselors who worked for the Korea Consumer Protection Board recorded high scores in those both criteria. There were differences in the willingness of counselors to continue their counseling work among Consumer Agencies, too. Third, the evaluation scores in six areas of counseling tasks were high when the degree of satisfaction of counselors were high or when agencies treated the counseling important. Fourth, when counselors earned more salaries and owned the experience of in-firm training and when the Consumer Agencies highly valued counseling as consumer tasks, the degree of satisfaction among counselors increased. Finally, when counselors were old, major in consumer science, and held regular work-schedule, they exhibited high degree of satisfaction in their counseling work and they showed greater willingness to sustain their counseling work.

소비자상담사의 업무수행평가: 일본과의 비교를 중심으로 (The evaluation of consumer counseling tasks: comparison with Japan)

  • This research evaluated counseling tasks performed by consumer counselors between Korea and Japan. Results of this research could be summarized as follows. First, not only female but also male counselors occupied counseling tasks in Korea, in Japan, all counselors were female, most of whom were married and older than in Korea. The average number of counselors in Korea was large than those in Japan, but income of counselors was higher in Japan. Average numbers of counseling were large, the level of perception on the significance of counseling tasks was lower in Korea, but degree of job satisfaction was higher in Korea than their Japanese counterparts. Second, evaluation scores of Korean counselors were higher than those in their Japanese counterparts in the light of objectiveness and fairness of counseling. On the other hand, the degree of job satisfaction among counselors and their perceptions on the significance of counseling tasks affected the evaluation scores. In contrast, both degree of job satisfaction and hours of job-training education generated those impacts. finally, Korean counselors highly evaluated their agencies' counseling tasks than their Japanese counterparts. In sum, this study showed that the overall performance of consumer counseling tasks was more positive in Korea than in Japan.

상담실무자가 지각한 건강가정지원센터의 상담업무와 근무환경 (Counseling Services and Work Conditions Perceived by Counselors in Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • The present study investigated counseling services and work conditions perceived by counselors in Healthy Family Support Centers. Questionnaire survey by mail was used to collect data from 32 counselors in Healthy Family Support Centers. Major findings of this study were as follows. First, many counselors in Healthy Family Support Centers perceived work load of counseling services heavily though they thought counseling work attractive and they would keep on working. Second, many counselors had a positive view of work conditions as a workplace but not a few of them complained about physical work conditions including poor facilities like lack of counseling room space in Centers. In addition to this, many suggestions were proposed to improve the counseling services and work conditions perceived by counselors in Healthy Family Support Centers.

아동상담자의 윤리적 실천행동 관련변인으로서 교육훈련배경 (The Education/training Background as a Variable Related Ethical Behaviors of Child Counselors)

  • This study examined education and training as variables related to ethical behaviors of child counselors. The four sub-variables of this study included main educational/training background (academic career, major in last degree, and treatment modality), source of education in ethics, experience of educational psychoanalysis, and experience of supervision. The 136 child counselors participating in this study were administered the Inventory for Ethical Behaviors of Child Counselors (Yoo & Kim, 2(06). Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Cronbach's a, t-test, one way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that main educational/training background (academic career, major in last degree, and treatment modality), experience of educational psychoanalysis, and experience of supervision were significant variables related to ethical behaviors of child counselors.

가족상담사의 전문직 정체성 및 발달 연구: 근거이론접근을 중심으로 (A study on professional identity and development in family counselors - Focusing on grounded theory approach -)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.

상담자의 스트레스, 소진, 삶의 만족의 관계에서 자기돌봄의 조절된 매개효과 (The Moderated Mediation Effects of Self-care in the Relationship between Counselors' Stress, Burnout, and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 상담자 스트레스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 과정에서 상담자 자기돌봄을 통한 소진의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 상담현장에서 근무하고 있는 상담자 416명의 응답 자료를 활용하여 모형을 분석하였다. 첫째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 매개로 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자 스트레스와 자기돌봄의 상호작용 효과는 유의하며, 자기돌봄 수준에 따라 스트레스와 소진 간의 관계가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 거쳐 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 자기돌봄에 의해 조절되는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 상담자의 스트레스와 소진을 예방하고 완화하여 삶의 만족을 증진시키는 자기돌봄의 효과 검증을 통해, 상담자의 개인적·전문적 성장, 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 자기돌봄 요인의 실증적인 근거를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.

대학취업센터 상담자의 소명, 내담자의 상담자 지각, 작업동맹 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Calling of the University Career Center Counselor, Client Perception of Counselor, and Working Alliance)

  • 본 연구는 대학취업센터에 근무하는 상담자와 대학취업센터를 내방하는 내담자(학생)를 대상으로 상담자의 소명, 내담자의 상담자 지각, 상담자와 내담자가 지각한 작업동맹 간의 관계를 분석하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 34개 대학의 대학취업센터에서 진로상담을 담당하는 상담사 110명과 내담자 208명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자의 소명은 상담자가 지각한 작업동맹에 정적인 영향(${\beta}=.48$, p < .01)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 25%를 설명하였다. 상담자의 소명은 내담자가 지각한 작업동맹에 정적인 영향(${\beta}=.21$, p < .01)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 7%를 설명하였다. 둘째, 상담자의 소명은 내담자의 상담자 지각에 정적인 영향(${\beta}=.21$, p < .01)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 8%를 설명하였다. 이를 통해 소명의식이 높은 상담자들이 작업동맹(상담협력관계)을 잘 맺고, 내담자는 소명의식이 높은 상담자를 전문적이고, 신뢰롭고, 호감있다고 지각할 가능성 역시 높음을 알 수 있었다.

담임교사가 인식한 학교상담자와의 자문 관계에서의 장애요인 탐색 (Teacher Perception about Barriers to Consultation with School Counselors)

  • 본 연구는 담임교사가 인식한 학교상담자와의 자문 관계에서의 장애요인을 탐색적으로 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천, 충청, 대구 등에 근무하는 담임교사 16명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 개념도 연구방법을 통해 분석하였다. 1차로 수집된 일대일 면담 자료에 대한 질적분석을 통해 담임교사의 관점에서 학교상담자에게 자문을 받을 때의 장애요인을 설명하는 진술문을 도출하였다. 2차 자료 수집 과정에서는 일대일 면담 또는 우편의 방식으로 진술문에 대한 유사성 분류 및 중요도 평정이 이루어졌다. 2차로 수집된 자료에 대해 다차원분석과 군집분석을 실시하여 개념도를 작성하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 담임교사가 인식한 학교상담자와의 자문 관계에서의 장애요인은 최종 51개의 진술문으로 정리되었다. 진술문에 대한 차원분석은 2개의 차원으로 '학교상담 특성 - 학교상담자 특성' 차원과 '심리적 장애 - 물리적 장애' 차원으로 명명되었다. 51개의 진술문에 대해 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 5개의 군집으로 분석되었다. 담임교사가 인식할 때 학교상담자와의 자문 관계에서의 장애요인 군집은 '담임교사로서의 책임감이 상담자와의 소통을 방해함', '학교상담자에게 받는 자문의 필요성에 대한 인식 부족', '학교상담자에 대한 신뢰 부족', '학교상담자 역할에 대한 인식 및 관련 경험 부족', 그리고 '학교상담 환경으로 인한 학교상담자의 업무 과다'로 정리되었다. 5개의 군집에서 중요도 평정 결과가 가장 높게 나타난 군집은 '학교상담자에 대한 신뢰 부족'으로 나타났다.

아동상담자의 의욕상실에 영향을 미치는 상담 및 업무환경 변인 (Effects of the Counseling and the Working Environment on Burnout in Child Counselor)

  • Using an instrument validated in an antecedent study, this study explored the effect of counseling and working environment variables on burnout in child counselors. The 191 counselors of this study worked with children under 18 years of age. Data were analyzed by Cronbach's a, quantification methods I. Counseling and working environment variables have 33% of ad-$R^2$ over the total score of burnout in child counselors. Variables contributing to burnout were workload, position in an institution, income from counseling, theoretical approach, and job stress. Counselors with 1-5 cases per week, working independent of an institution and using a single theory of counseling experienced more burnout, and counselors without challenge on the job, excessive role conflict, role ambiguousness, and excessive workload experienced more burnout.

문화적응 유형화를 중심으로한 국제결혼이주여성의 부부갈등과 가족상담자의 문화적 역량에 대한 기대 (Marital Conflicts and Expectations to Family Counselors' Cultural Competence Among Immigrated Women Focusing on Typology of Cultural Adaptation)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate on characteristics of sociological and demographic population, marital conflicts and expectations to family counselors' cultural competence surrounding factors of cultural adaptation among immigrated women. This study conducted a survey of 236 immigrated women in Kyonggi province, Seoul metropolitan cities, Cholla and Chunchung provinces and Incheon. The results of this study are as follows: First, a relatively few marital conflicts were found, as a whole, while they had the high levels of expectation to family counselors' cultural competence. Second, immigrated women can be clustered as three different types: 'multiplicity type', 'undifferentiated type' and 'adaptation type'. Third, sociological and demographic population characteristics which were subdivided and clustered according to cultural adaptation made the significant difference between each population. Population with multiplicity type out of the above-stated three types accounted for the highest conflict rates, while population with 'adaptation' type accounted for the lowest conflict rates. Lastly, expectations to family counselors' cultural competence made the significant difference among each population. Population with multiplicity type showed the highest expectation levels on expectations to family counselors' cultural competence, while population with undifferentiated type showed the lowest levels.
