지역사회 대상의 개인별 건강상담서비스 프로그램 중재 효과: 건강원스톱서비스 사업 (Effects of an Individual Health Counseling Program for Community: Health One-stop Service Program)

  • Objectives: The aim of the study was to identify the effects of a community-level individual health counseling program for community. Methods: Data included baseline demographics, blood pressure, blood sugar, waist circumference, total cholesterol and health behavior index(body mass index, dietary practice guidelines score, physical activity, high-risk drinking) collected at public health centers in Chungnam province from January to September, 2011. Data obtained from the individual health counseling program in Chungnam province were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and McNemar Test. Results: After the individual health counseling intervention, the results of health measurement index; systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, waist circumference decreased in the health risk group, while total cholesterol and waist circumference decreased in the disease management group. Health behavior change in both groups. Body mass index, moderate physical activity, dietary practice guidelines scores were improved. Conclusions: These results indicate that the individual health counseling program for community was effective in improving health behaviors and status. The results demonstrate that step-by-step counseling program development and intervention studies are needed.

원가족 애착을 중심으로 한 대학생 커플관계증진 프로그램 개발 (Development of the Couple Relationship Improvement Programs for College Students Based on Family of Origin and Attachment)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the couple relationship improvement program for college students and to examine the effects of the program based on the family of origin and attachment. Does based on Bowen's theory of differentiation of self, adult attachment, group counseling for this and establishes program goals according to systematic group counseling program development model and composed program. In order to attain like this research objective, six male and female couples attending colleges were divided into the participating group and comparison group; the students were from H University in Daejeon, Korea, and they had the experience of participating in the comprehensive group program. The changes shown by the couples were studied, and the cases were analyzed by examining the minutes and reports, which supplemented the quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of the group counseling program. The analysis of the effectiveness of the program showed the following. The case showed that goals of the individuals and couples, enhancing the understanding of self and partners by understanding the self-differentiation and adult attachment while having a positive impact on understanding, acceptance, disclosure of self partner and couple relationship based on the social support of the cognitive emotion regulation strategies.

청소년의 우울·자살생각·스트레스 감소를 위한 통합적 집단상담 프로그램의 개발과 효과 (The Development and the Effectiveness of a Integrative Group Counseling Program for Depression, Suicide Ideation, and Stress in High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an Integrative Group Counseling Program to reduce depression, suicide ideation, and stress of high school students, and to examine the effectiveness of such a program. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program developed, an experimental group which was exposed to the program and a control group without exposure to the program were compared. The program was administered over eight weekly sessions, each session lasting ninety minutes. The subjects in this study consisted of twenty students. An experimental group and a control group were organized with ten students in each. For data processing, SPSS 16.0 was used to analyse statistical results. The Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale, the Suicidal Ideation Scale, and the Stress Scale were used in a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test. The findings of this study were as follows : The treatment group exhibited a significant statistically decreasing degree of depression, suicide ideation, and stress levels in comparison to the control group. The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of this newly developed Integrative Group Counseling Program on reducing depression, suicide ideation, and stress levels.

빅뱅 집단상담 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 - 과정지향심리학 이론을 중심으로 (The Development and Effect Verification of BigBang Group Counseling Program- Focusing on the Process Oriented Psychology)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 과정지향심리학적 접근을 통하여 대학 신입생의 심리적 안녕감과 정신건강 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 개발된 프로그램에 대한 효과성을 검증하는 것이었다. 연구절차는 프로그램 개발절차와 프로그램 효과검증 절차로 이루어졌고, 세부적으로 6단계의 프로그램 개발과정을 구안하여 개발하였다. 연구대상은 대학생 신입생 116명이었고, 총 15개의 집단상담을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 집단원 자체 사전사후 평가를 통해 심리적 안녕감과 정신건강 점수의 유의미한 변화를 확인하였고, 경험보고서 분석을 통해 구성된 프로그램의 목표를 달성하였다고 평가하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 의의는 대학 신입생이 경험하는 다양한 역경과 스트레스를 프로그램의 하위목표인 자기이해, 역경과 도전의 상대성에 대한 알아차림, 그리고 자기반영의 우주로의 확장을 통하여 심리적 안녕감 증진과 정신건강을 향상을 돕는데 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학 신입생을 위한 다양한 교육방법이나 교육정책을 제안하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

자기조절 집단상담이 초등학교 고학년 학생의 자기조절능력과 학교생활 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-Regulatory Group Counseling on Self- regulation and Satisfaction with School Life of the Higher grade Students in Elementary School)

  • This thesis aims to examine the influences of self-regulatory group counseling on self-regulation and school life satisfaction of the higher grade students in Elementary school. To achieve this aim, the following research questions were posed: First, What kind of influence does the self-regulatory group counseling have on the self- regulation of the higher grade students in Elementary school. Second, What kind of influence does the self-regulatory group counseling have on school life satisfaction scale of the higher grade students in Elementary school. In order to verify these research questions, the self-regulation test and school life satisfaction scale were conducted to both the experimental group and control group in pre-test, next, self-regulatory group counseling was practiced to the experimental group. And finally, a post-test was given to both the experimental group and control group. For this study, 200 students from 6th-grader of S Elementary school located in Incheon were given the self-regulation test and chosen 50 students who received low marks. Then, 50 students were researched into the school life satisfaction scale and chosen 16 students who got average-below score again. It was two matching groups through consideration of their score of the school life satisfaction scale, 8 students were arranged to the experimental group and the rest to the control group. The Self-Regulatory Group Counseling program developed by Eun Hyuck-gi(1999). The program was based on the following three programs: "The development. of the Cognitive-Behavioral Counseling therapy and their reports" by Kim HyeSuk(1996), Group counseling" by Brigman and Early(1991) and the study on the improving program in human relation" by Park KyeongAe(1998). The Self-Regulatory Group Counseling program activity was conducted during 6 weeks. Each session was 60 minutes and it continued for 8 sessions. The data collected to find out a difference in self-regulation and the degree of school life satisfaction between the experimental and control groups were processed by means of SPSSWIN program, and the post-test between both the groups were comparatively analyzed through t-test, a mean difference test. The following conclusions were drawn from the results of this study. First, the self-regulatory group counseling program has obvious effect of improving the self-regulation of the higher grade students in Elementary school. Second, the self-regulatory group counseling program has obvious effect of improving the school life satisfaction of the higher grade students in Elementary school. Particularly, this study shows statistical significance in cognitive facts of the self-regulation and the degrees of satisfaction with general school life, teacher, friend and facilities. Since the self-regulatory group counseling program has positive effects on self-regulation and satisfaction with their school life, It is required to utilize the structured self-regulatory group counseling program in school more widely to help students.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 어린이집교사 온라인 상담의 내용분석 (Text Mining Analysis of the Online Counseling Contents of Nursery School Teachers)

  • Objective: This study aimed to analyze the counseling contents of daycare center teachers by using text mining and semantic network analysis methods to find the necessary support directions for daycare teachers and to improve the quality of child-care. Methods: Five hundred thirteen cases of counseling recorded on the open bulletin board of online counseling (Naver Bands for Nursery Teacher Counseling) were collected, and frequency analysis, centrality solidarity analysis, and machine learning-based topic analysis were conducted using the NetMiner4.3 program. Results: First, 'teacher-to-child ratio' was highest in the frequency. Second, 'colleagues' were all high in all centrality analysis. Third, machine learning-based topical analysis shows that the topics were categorized as subjects about 'childcare and education', 'working environment that supports professional development' and 'working condition', and among them, 'first-time teacher concerns' accounted for 44% of the total counseling content. Conclusion/Implications: This study implied that it is necessary to provide high-quality child-care and education to infants by lowering the 'teacher-to-child ratio', and a systematic program is needed to help improve effective communication skills in interpersonal relationships such as between parents, fellow teachers, and principals. In addition, self-development and efforts to improve teachers expertise should be prioritized in order to improve infant care quality and quality of teachers.

A Study on the Consultation for Technology Leakage Victim Using NLP

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

HIV/AIDS 상담간호사를 위한 교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용 (Development and Operation of an Education Program for HIV/AIDS Counseling Nurses)

  • Purpose: This aim of the present study was to assess a newly developed education program for HIV/AIDS counseling nurses. Methods: An education program was developed based on literature reviews, previous project analysis, focus group interview and expert meetings. The program comprised of 3 levels: basic, advanced, and intensive, which included 80, 70, and 60 hours of education, respectively. From May to December in 2012, 17 counseling nurses completed the program and we evaluated their learning achievements, attitudes towards AIDS, confidence in consultation, empathic ability, and training sessions. We also measured the nurses' satisfaction with the program before and after completion. Results: After completing a monthly education program lasting 12-15 hours, the nurses' mean learning achievement was 88.5%, 88.3% and 91.4% out of the basic, advanced, and intensive levels, respectively. Although the nurses' attitudes towards AIDS did not change, their confidence and empathic abilities increased following the basic and intensive components of the programs. Satisfaction with the educational sessions and program operation was 4.23 out of 5.0. Conclusion: This newly developed education program for HIV/AIDS counseling nurses promoted learning achievements as well as, confidence and empathic ability in consultation. HIV/AIDS counseling nurses should receive continuous education opportunities to enhance their potential.

가계의 부채관리 교육 및 상담프로그램의 개발 (A Development of Household Debt Management Education and Counseling Programs)

  • The purposes of this study was to develop household debt management education and counseling programs. The issues related with the consumer use of credit were identified and the selected programs of the United States were analyzed to develop the education and counseling programs for Korean households. Curriculums for the debt management education in three subjects and the process for debt counseling were suggested. Debt management education program included the issues related to general credit management strategy, credit card usage, and debt burden. For debt counseling, worksheets of problem identification, budget analysis, and action planning were developed.

진로장벽탐색 집단상담이 여대생의 진로장벽 인식과 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of 「The Career Barriers Exploration Counseling Program」 on the Perceived Career Barriers and the Career Preparation Behavior of Women's College Students)

  • 본 연구는 여대생들을 대상으로 진로장벽탐색 집단 상담을 실시하여 여대생들의 진로장벽인식을 완화하고 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해 진로장벽 집단상담의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 프로그램은 국내에서 연구된 진로상담 프로그램들을 참고하고, 한국 여성개발원 및 직업능력 개발원의 진로자료를 참고하여 개발되었다. 또한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관련 변인들을 연구한 선행연구 및 진로상담 관련 문헌들을 참고하였는데, 무엇보다 Gottfredson(1981)의 진로발달이론을 참고하여 프로그램의 내용을 재구성하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 여대생 10명을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시하였으며 프로그램 종료 직후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후 검사 점수에 대한 차이를 확인하는 공분산 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험 집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로장벽 인식 전체에서 사후 검사 점수가 현저히 낮은 것을 볼 수 있었고, 진로준비행동은 통제집단에 비해 실험 집단이 사후 검사 점수가 현저히 높은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 실시된 진로장벽탐색 집단상담은 여대생의 진로장벽수준을 완화하고, 진로준비행동 수준은 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
