에너지제로하우스 인식분석 및 정책 추진방향 제안에 관한 연구 (Study on the Recognition Analysis of Zero Energy House and Associated Policy Suggestion)

  • The consultation with building energy experts working at domestic government-funded research institutes and enterprises on performance set, element technology, and policy for the realization of low-energy and the survey with construction workers on the relevance of climate change in building construction, government support policy, and methodologies for the construction of low-energy house were carried in the study. In addition the public element preference survey on the low-energy house and awareness research on the low-carbonization of building were carried and presented for the development of affordable low-energy house. There was a big difference in the recognition of building energy performance setting and setting for the construction cost to realize it between experts and ordinary citizens in the study. To fill this gap education and promotion of zero energy house and securing economic feasibility through the commercialization of element technology will be needed. The satisfaction in government's zero energy house policy was normally low. To improve this low satisfaction administrative and technical support are considered to be expanded. Common high cost of construction was the top priority to resolve the problem, and enhancing renewable energy grants, tax relief, and substantial cost support could be as detailed solutions.

  • 도로공사 토공사 작업현장에서 수행되는 운반계획의 주요 목적은 절토량과 성토량 간의 균형을 맞추는 것과 운반비용, 운반거리를 최소화 하는 것이다. 토공사의 합리적인 운반계획은 공사비 및 공사기간에 직접적인 영향을 미치나, 기존의 토공사 운반계획은 현장관리자의 경험적 지식을 기반으로 토공 운반계획을 수립하는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로공사 토공사 작업현장의 토공물량 운반계획의 효율성 향상을 위해 활용할 수 있는 최적화 모델 개발 하였으며, 사례구간을 통해 본 연구를 적용시킨 결과 공사기간은 약 19%, 공사비는 약 11% 감소시킨 것으로 확인되었다.

최적화 기법을 이용한 광역상수도 관로시스템 설계 (Design of Multi-Regional Water Supply System Based on the Optimization Technique)

  • In this research, it is proposed that optimization method is introduced and applied to the design of pipeline system in multi-regional water supply project, which has been constructed to settle the regional unbalance problems of available water resources. For the purpose, interface programs are developed to integrate linear programming model and KYPIPE model which is used for optimization and hydraulic analysis, respectively. The developed program is applied to the pipeline system design of multi-regional water supply project. The optimal diameters from the application of linear programming technique are compared with those from conventional method that is time-consuming and tedious trail and error process. Since the conventional design largely depends upon the experience of designers and the results of general hydraulic analysis, it can not be reasonable and consistent. The application of linear programming technique can make it possible to design pipeline system optimally by using same design factors of general hydraulic models. The model can select commercial discrete pipe diameter as optimal size by using pipe length as decision variables. The developed model is applied to Pohang multi-regional water supply system design with two different objective functions, which are initial construction cost and annual cost including electric cost. As results, it is calculated that the initial construction cost of 1,449,740 thousand won is saved and annual cost of 128,951 thousand won is saved for a year within study year. Also, the optimal site of pump station is selected on 5th pipe, which is located between the diverging junction to Kangdong(2) province and the diverging junction to Cheonbuk province. It is explained that pump cost is less than pipe cost in this application case study due to little pump station scale. In the case of water supply with large pump capacity, it is reasonal that the increase of pipe size is more efficient instead the increase of pump station capacity to save annual cost.

  • 도심의 노후화 등으로 재건축 및 재개발의 활성화, 대규모 택지개발에 의한 신도시 개발, 사회기반시설 확충 등의 증가로 건설폐기물의 발생이 매년 급증하고 있다. 이를 재활용하기 위한 방안중의 하나로써 건설폐기물을 직접 재활용하는 방법이 있다. 현장에서 직접 건설폐기물을 재활용하는 경우, 재활용 자재의 대부분을 차지하는 순환골재의 사용처를 안정적으로 확보할 수 있으며, 건설용 자재의 현장 반출입량이 감소됨에 따라서 운송비용, 이산화탄소 발생량, 교통량 등을 감소할 수 있어 경제적, 사회적, 환경적으로 많은 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설폐기물의 "현장재활용" 활성화를 위하여 건설폐기물의 발생에서부터 "현장재활용" 적용까지 일괄적으로 처리할 수 있는 "현장재활용 시뮬레이션 프로그램"의 알고리즘을 개발하고자 한다.

겨울철 신축 공동주택의 플러쉬아웃 시행 시 난방비용에 관한 연구 (Study of Energy Cost for Performing Flush-out in Newly Constructed Multi-residential Buildings during Winter Season)

  • Newly constructed multi-residential buildings with more than 500 households should be flushed out indoor contaminants using a mechanical ventilation system or large fans after the completion of construction and prior to occupancy by the Heath-friendly Housing Construction Standards since 2014. In addition, the standard recommends to maintain indoor temperature over $16^{\circ}C$ and relative humidity below 60% while performing the flush-out. However, it is difficult to maintain these recommended indoor conditions, especially during winter season because additional energy cost is needed for space heating. Therefore, in this study, additional energy cost including heating and ventilation energy cost in multi-residential household for flush-out during winter season was estimated using building energy simulation program called EnergyPlus. Additional energy cost according to various conditions for performing flush-out (such as performance period, ventilation rate, and heating set-point temperature) was analyzed. Based on the results of the energy simulation, the energy cost was estimated to be ranged from 14,625 to 29,452\/household in Incheon city and from 3,521 to 26,268\/household in Gwangju City. There was no significant change in energy cost according to the performing terms of flush-out between Incheon and Gwangju City.

Barriers of Last Planner System: A Survey in Vietnam Construction Industry

  • Construction industry is overwhelmed by delay and often has suffered cost and time overrun. In this context, Last Planner System (LPS) has been considered as a very useful tool for the management of the construction process. Many previous studies have reported its effectiveness in construction performance. This study aims to evaluate the level of importance of the Last Planner processes in the Vietnam construction industry (VCI), and analyze the existing barriers when implementing these processes in construction management. These barriers were collected based on previous studies from International Group for Lean Construction (IGLC). A survey was carried out through questionnaire. The respondents are been experienced people in construction project management. There are four processes of LPS that were investigated including master schedule, phase schedule, lookahead plan, and weekly work plan. The results showed that master schedule is the most important item when performing a construction project in the VCI. The highest degree of agreement belongs to 'owner - contractor' pair with 77.1% importance indices; whereas the lowest belongs to 'consultants - contractors' pair with 63.8% importance indices. Eventually, three barrier factors were extracted from factor analysis technique with 62.2% of variance explained.

다(多)공구 도로 건설 현장의 장비 공유시스템 구축을 통한 생산성 향상에 관한 연구 (Improving Road Construction Productivity by Developing a Programmatic Resource Distribution System for Equipment Sharing in Multi-sectioned Road Construction Projects)

  • 국내에서 시행되는 대형 도로건설사업은 공구별로 분리 발주되고 개별 시공사는 단절된 형태로 시공을 하게 된다. 공구별 공종 및 활용 장비는 유사하나, 공구 간 장비의 공유는 비공식적이고 부분적으로만 일어난다. 이로 인해 도로 현장에서 사용되는 고가의 장비들은 낮은 가동률을 보이며 임대비용이 공사비의 높은 비중을 차지한다. 본 연구에서는 린 건설과 프로그램 매니지먼트의 이론에 근거하여 개별 공구에서 발생하는 유휴 및 부족 장비를 전체 사업 차원에서 공유함으로서 장비 생산성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 개발된 장비공유시스템은 정의된 기준(최단거리, 연속성, 빈도 및 일대일) 및 일련의 절차에 따라 공구들의 장비 수급현황을 바탕으로 비용을 최소화하면서 가동률을 높여주는 조건하에 두 공구 간 장비의 매칭(matching)을 자동화해준다. 본 시스템을 실제 도로공사 현장 4개 공구에 3개월 간, 3개 장비를 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 실시한 결과, 다공구에서의 생산성을 측정하는 지표인 nDPR이 향상되었으며, 장비 비용 또한 4.45% 개선되었다. 더불어, 공유횟수가 많은 장비일수록 nDPR 및 비용이 비례적으로 개선되는 것을 관찰할 수 있어 장비의 공유를 통한 긍정적 효과를 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 개별 사업이 아닌 전체사업 차원의 관리를 통해 증대되는 사업 가치를 정량적으로 제시함으로서 프로그램 차원의 사업관리모델을 조기 도입하는데 일조할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

AN AUTOMATED FORMWORK MODELING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FOR QUANTITY TAKE-OFF BASED ON BIM

  • The attempt to use a 3D model each field such as design, structure, construction, facilities, and estimation in the construction project has recently increased more and more while BIM (Building Information Modeling) that manages the process of generating and managing building data has risen during life cycle of a construction project. While the 2D Drawing based work of each field is achieved in the already existing construction project, the BIM based construction project aims at accomplishing 3D model based work of each field efficiently. Accordingly, the solution that fits 3D model based work of each field and supports plans in order to efficiently accomplish the relevant work is demanded. The estimation, one of the fields of the construction project, has applied BIM to calculate quantity and cost of the building materials used to construction works after taking off building quantity information from the 3D model by a item for a Quantity Take-off grouping the materials relevant to a 3D object. A 3D based estimation program has been commonly used in abroad advanced countries using BIM. The program can only calculate quantity related to one 3D object. In other words, it doesn't support the take-off process considering quantity of a contiguous object. In case of temporary materials used in the frame construction, there are instances where quantity is different by the contiguous object. For example, the formwork of the temporary materials quantity is changed by dimensions of the contiguous object because formwork of temporary materials goes through the quantity take-off process that deduces quantity of the connected object when different objects are connected. A worker can compulsorily adjust quantity so as to recognize the different object connected to the contiguous object and deduces quantity, but it mainly causes the confusion of work because it must complexly consider quantity of other materials related to the object besides. Therefore, this study is to propose the solution that automates the formwork 3D modeling to efficiently accomplish the quantity take-off of formwork by preventing the confusion of the work which is caused by the quantity deduction process between the contiguous object and the connected object.

건설장비 안전사고 저감을 위한 위험성평가 (Risk Assessment for Reducing Safety Accidents caused by Construction Machinery)

  • Construction machinery has been utilized to carry out construction works effectively. Using construction machinery enables a builder to reduce the time and the cost needed for the construction, but the fatal accident caused by it has been increased. This study is intended to identify risk magnitude of accident by kind of construction machinery through interviews with experts. Construction machineries surveyed in this research are excavator, tower crane, lift, mobile crane and forklift, those are the machinery which accident occurs more often than the other machinery. To evaluate the risk of the accidents identified, risk category was determined according to the US DOD system safety program (MIL-STD-882B) considering the risk degree and intensity. As a result, accident occurred in the process of material transport & handling was found to be the most dangerous. On the other hand, the accidents caused by the defective machinery and the poor safety gear were considered to be less dangerous relatively. The risk category by type of construction machinery suggested in this study is expected to provide the basic data in developing the safety guidance for construction project.

프리팹 교량 거더 (노듈러 거더)의 적시 시공을 위한 공기-비용 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Time-Cost Trade-Off Algorithm for JIT System of Prefabricated Girder Bridges (Nodular GIrder))

  • 건설업의 경우 공사기간 내에 최소한의 수수료로 완제품을 인도할 수 있도록 공정과 원가의 관계를 적절히 분배해야 한다. 이때 교량의 크기, 공법, 공장의 환경과 생산능력, 운송거리 등을 고려해야 한다. 그러나 공사기간 중 발생하는 다양한 원인으로 인해 공사지연, 공사비 상승, 품질 및 신뢰성 저하 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 기존의 방식에서 탈피하기 위해서는 체계적이고 과학적인 시공기술과 공정관리 기술이 필요하다. 프리팹(Pre - Fabrication)은 공장에서 제작하여 현장에서 시공하는 대표적 OSC(Off-Site Construcation) 공법이다. 본 연구에서는 프리팹 교량 거더인 Nodular 거더의 공정관리를 위한 자원 및 공정계획 최적화 시스템 개발이다. 인력, 장비 동원 계획의 다양한 변수를 자동으로 테스트하여 최적의 값을 도출하는 시뮬레이션 알고리즘을 개발한다. 그리고, 건설 중인 파주-포천 고속도로 건설공사(3공구) 도하 4교에 알고리즘을 적용하여 그 결과를 비교한다. 건설공사 표준품셈을 근거로 액티비티 카드에 실제 투입된 인력, 장비 종류, 수량 등을 적용하고, 작업량, 자원계획, 자원소요량을 반영했다. 향후 다양한 현장 데이터를 포함한 예측기법을 적용하여 프로그램의 정확도를 높일 계획이다.
