Immunoelectron microscopy using an antigen-antibody reaction in an electron microscope is a very useful tool to identify the components of a tissue in an electron microscope. Many researchers also use immunoelectron microscopy. Nonetheless, immunoelectron microscopy is rarely introduced systematically, and immunoelectron microscopy can be carried out without fully understanding the principles, and cases of poor understanding can often be seen in the vicinity. Therefore, in order to make it easier to understand, we will first introduce the principles of immunoelectron microscopy and describe practical methods.

In this study, the change of skin condition was analyzed by skin analysis equipment using scrub cosmetics, and the morphological characteristics of microbead were observed by dermascope and scanning electron microscope. In the dermascope observation, during the process of cleansing, the microbeads attached to the skin existed in close contact with each other or dispersed. The skin after scrubbing was clean and smooth and the fine wrinkles between epidermal keratinocytes were reduced. In the scanning electron microscopic observation, the microbead surface did not have severe bending or rough surface. The skin moisture and oil content were higher than the scrub skin before the scrub, and there was no significant difference in the pH.

This study aims to examine the structural relationships of the consumers' understanding on the event, product satisfaction, promotional strategies, and behavioral intention in a promotional event for agricultural senary industry. The study conducted a survey among the participants in promotional events. The result showed that the understanding of promotional event had a positive effect on consumer behavioral intention, which means that the greater the understanding of The senary industry and the purpose of the event, the greater the consumer behavioral intention. The consumer satisfaction on products also had a positive effect on consumer behavioral intention, implying that the consumer behavioral intention increased when their satisfaction in terms of the taste and price of the products is higher. Further, the higher the satisfaction of the promotional strategy, the higher the consumer behavioral intention. Lastly, the promotional strategy played a mediating role between the consumer's understanding of the event and the satisfaction of the product, and the consumer behavioral intention. The result suggests that the different promotional strategies including discounts, freebies, or free-samples are able to maximize the effect of promotional events through its mediating effect.

Mycelium composites and leathers have versatile material properties based on their composition and manufacturing process. To prepare mycelium mat for the production of mushroom leather, several strains were mutated by gamma rays. Some mutant strains, including Lentinula edodes, Ganoderma lucidium, and Schizophyllum commune showed good hyphae growth rate and density on saw-dust media. Irradiation power (Gy), time, and height from the radiation source to the sample were examined. Based on the preliminary data obtained in this study, comprehensive research should be conducted to explore the optimal strains and culture conditions for mycelium-based leather production.

This study attempted to investigate the research trend of MLD studies which were issued from 2001 to March 2022 by research period/area/method/purpose through the analysis of academic theses and journals and use the results for the growth and of MLD. The study results found the followings: First, in terms of the results by research period, a total of 84 academic papers and journals were published: Phase 1 (15), Phase 2 (47), Phase 3 (22). Second, when analyzed by research area, 'cosmetology' was the highest with 19 papers in terms of the number of studies. In fact, the field of study accounted for the largest portion in all three phases. Third, when analyzed by research method, quantitative research showed the largest percentage in all three phases. Fourth, when analyzed by research purpose, a practical approach was dominant with 81 papers out of the total number of 84 (3 papers in theoretical approach). Concerning a domestic MLD-related research trend, it is an essential step for MLD study establishment and qualitative improvements. Such research analysis of MLD studies is meaningful in that it has not been attempted before. In addition, it is anticipated that the study results would be helpful in searching a direction for the academic growth and development of MLD.

While technologies such as the 4th revolution and artificial intelligence (AI), which create new value through the convergence of intelligent information technology, are becoming hot topics, the beauty industry is rapidly developing and combining information and communication technology to produce beauty items based on smartphones among mobile technologies. As the area of expands, YouTube is forming a network through various means of information. In particular, beauty-related YouTube videos are a field of great interest and popularity among the public. By classifying the makeup characteristics according to the emotional images shown in domestic YouTube videos by emotional image and identifying the characteristics of makeup, the needs for watching YouTube makeup videos are identified. We aim to build trust in the delivery of information about makeup. The emotional images were divided into four types: 'modern', 'natural', 'gorgeous', and cute. Among the domestic makeup YouTubers, Pony, Isabe and Shinnim, Lamuque were selected. By organizing more diverse makeup-related content systematically and creatively, we expect to have a positive influence on k-makeup not only domestically but also overseas. We aim to provide basic data for follow-up research on makeup YouTuber videos in the field of cosmetology and contribute to marketing plans for the development of the beauty content industry and establishment of promotional strategies.

The purpose of this study was to arrange the korean women's hair styles of the beginning of 21st century and make hair style image making chart to use personal image making consulting data through analyze actress hair styles of broadcasting TV drama. To accomplish this purposes, picked up the two most popular dramas per each broadcasting stations, KBS1, KBS2, MBC, SBS, in february 2004. and analyzed and arranged hair styles of actress and at the last made the hair style image making chart. The results of the research are as belows. 1. Hair trends of february 2004. were Modern Sophisticated, Active and Romantic. 2. The results of three classifications of hair style trends, form, color, accessory, were as belows. 1) Form : Layer, left part, straight, low wave, long hair, no volme, bang were in vogue. Generally, Modern Sophisticated, Active, Romantic feeling were in vogue. 2) Color : Black, brown, two tone color were in vogue. Generally Modern Sophisticated, Romantic, Active feeling were in vogue. 3) Accessory : Hair bands & pins were in vogue. Generally these gave the Modern, Active feeling. 3. This study examined the efficacy of restraining the increase of the bacteria colony of scalp according to the application of the Ayurvedic base oils and essential oils to scalp and hair. The result is as follows. The experiment illustrated that as the result of doing the paired sample t-test of a treated group and a control group according to constitutional oiling, the efficacy of the statistically significant decrease of the colony manifested in six tested groups except the group of Pitta constitution to which sesame and lavender were applied. Also, in a group that sesame was applied to Vata constitution and a group that coconut and lavender were applied to Pitta constitution, according to the passage of time, the result of being reduced the number of the colony was obtained and it showed that the oiling suitable for each constitution has the efficacy to decrease the colony of scalp. At the same time, regardless of the constitutions, the application of oils also showed the efficacy of restraining the increase of the bacteria colony of scalp. As the result of performing Paired Sample t-test for the subjective evaluation of the subjects in pre and post clinical testing, In the analysis of questionnaire that were obtained before and after the clinical testing, the results of all of the items except the item questioning a degree of inflammation appeared to be significant. That is to say, the subjects answered that a degree of keratin or a pain in scalp, an amount of sebum and a degree of hair damage were decreased after the application of oil more than before it. And in the question of a degree of hair damage, the application of oils were proved as having the efficacy to improve the hair damage.

The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of new service methods of "artificial intelligence (AI) + medical cosmetology", a new service means, on customers' purchase intentions. To AI medical beauty APP sales as an empirical study. This paper designed Likert seven scale to investigate, using SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software and AMOS24.0 structural equation software to analyze the survey data. The analysis method uses reliability analysis, validity analysis, and construct equation model analysis. Through empirical research, the following results can be found, 1. The system quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 2. The information quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. 3. The service quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness 4. Consumers' perceived ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and purchase intention. 5. The usefulness of consumers' notification has a positive effect on purchase intention.

The effects of Flavonol contents from Ginkgo biloba leaf on anti-atopy activity have not rarely been verified. This study is to investigate the effects of flavonol on Th2 cytokine production in MC/9 mast cells. For this, flavonol was analyzed by ELISA and Real-time PCR. Analysis results showed that flavonol significantly suppressed production of Th2 cytokines(IL-13, MIP-1a) in a dose dependent manner. The mRNA expression of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, TNF-a were effectively restrained by Flavonol at the concentration 25,50,$100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. And decrease of expression of NFAT-1, c-jun protein was confirmed by western blot analysis. These results indicate that flavonol has effects of decreasing the Th2 cytokine production in the MC/9 mast cell causing inhibition of transcription factors such as NFAT-1, c-jun. Thus, we would like to brief that flavonol may have the applicability as therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis.
