As the minimum feature size of a semiconductor chip gets smaller, the inevitable distortion of patterned image by optical lithography becomes the limiting factor in the mass production of VLSI. The optical proximity correction (OPC), which corrects pattern distortion that originates from the resolution limit of optical lithography, is becoming indispensable technology. In this paper, we describe a program that corrects optical proximity effect and thus finds the optimum mask pattern with a Monte-Carlo method. The program was applied to real memory cell patterns to produce mask patterns that generate image patterns closer to object images than original mask patterns, and increase of process margin is expected, as well.

This paper presents an algorithm that conducts automatic memory scrubbing operated by dedicated hardwares. The proposed algorithm is designed so that it can scrub entire memory in a given scrub period, while minimally affecting the execution of flight softwares. The scrub controller is constructed in a form of state machines, which have two execution modes - normal mode and burst mode. The deadline event generator and period tick generator are designed in a separate way to support the behavior of the scrub controller. The proposed controller is implemented in VHDL code to validate its applicability. A simple version of the controller is also applied to mass memory modules used in STSAT-3.

In the present work a finite element formulation using dynamic-explicit time integration scheme is used for numerical analysis of auto-body panel stamping processes. The lumping scheme is employed for the diagonal mass matrix and dynamic explicit formulation. Analyzed auto-body panel stomping process correction of forming using software called Dynaform using dynamic extensive method. Further, the simulated results for the auto-body panel stamping processes are shown and discussed. Its application is being increased especially in the automotive industrial area for the cost reduction, weight saving, and improvement of strength.
A numerical study on the use of the momentum interpolation mettled for flows with a large body force is presented. The inherent problems of the momentum interpolation method are discussed first. Numerical experiments are performed for a typical flow involving a large body force. The tact that the momentum interpolation method may result in physically unrealistic solutions is demonstrated. Numerical experiments changing the numerical grid have shown that a simple way of removing the physically unrealistic solution is a proper grid refinement where there is a large pressure gradient. An effective way of specifying the pressure and pressure correction at the boundary by a local mass conservation near the boundary is proposed, and it is shown that this method can effectively remove the inherent problem of the specification of pressure and pressure correction at the boundary when one uses the momentum interpolation method.
In this paper, a three-phase AC-DC high step-up converter is developed for application to microscale wind-power generation systems. Such an AC-DC boost converter prossessess the property of the single-switch high step-up DC-DC structure. For power factor correction, the advanced half-stage converter is operated under the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). Simulatanously, to achieve a high step-up voltage gain, the back half-stage functions in the continuous conduction mode (CCM). A high voltage gain can be obtained by use of an output-capacitor mass and a coupled inductor. Compared to the output voltage, the voltage stress is decreased on the switch. To lessen the conducting losses, a low rated voltage and small conductive resistance MOSFETs are adopted. In addition, the coupled inductor retrieves the leakage-inductor energy. The operation principle and steady-state behavior are analyzed, and a prototype hardware circuit is realized to verify the performance of the proposed converter.
The prevalence of obesity at all ages in increasing epidemically worldwide. There were many study of an indirect method on fat mass measurement in obesity, but were few study to determine the possible relationships between local fat deposition and health-related fitness parameters in overweight and obesity. We has reviewed on the somatotype characteristics, ideal posture and biomechanics, and adipose tissue of connective tissue, myofacia continuity. We consider that these unique 'whole systems' view is of vital importance to understanding the role of adipose tissue in musculoskeletal system and to application of body shape correction program.
Because the contact time between satellite and ground station is very limited in LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite, all telemetry data generated on spacecraft bus are stored in a mass memory and downlinked to the ground together with real time data during the contact time. The mass memory is initialized in the first system initialization phase and the page status of each memory block is generated step by step. After the completion of the system initialization, the telemetry data are continuously stored and the stored data are played back to the ground by command. And the memory scrubbing is periodically performed for correction of single bit error which can be generated on harsh space environment. This paper introduces the mass memory operation method for telemetry processing of LEO satellite. It includes a general mass memory data structure, the methods of mass memory initialization, scrubbing, data storage and downlink, and mass memory management of primary and redundant mass memory.
The following composition establishes a nonlocal strain gradient plate model that is essentially related to mass sensors laying on Winkler-Pasternak medium for the vibrational analysis from graphene sheets. To achieve a seemingly accurate study of graphene sheets, the posited theorem actually accommodates two parameters of scale in relation to the gradient of the strain as well as non-local results. Model graphene sheets are known to have double variant shear deformation plate theory without factors from shear correction. By using the principle of Hamilton, to acquire the governing equations of a non-local strain gradient graphene layer on an elastic substrate, Galerkin's method is therefore used to explicate the equations that govern various partition conditions. The influence of diverse factors like the magnetic field as well as the elastic foundation on graphene sheet's vibration characteristics, the number of nanoparticles, nonlocal parameter, nanoparticle mass as well as the length scale parameter had been evaluated.

Beta tricalcium phosphate (${\beta}-TCP$) is one of allogenic bone substitute which is known to have interconnected pores that draws cell and nutrients for bone generation. It has been resulted in good outcomes for bone defect coverage or augmentation. However, several studies have also reported negative outcomes and associated complications including unexpected formation of cystic mass, continuous pain and secretion. We present the case of a 36-year-old man with a right cheek cystic mass who had a history of right zygomaticomaxillary (ZM) complex fracture and surgical correction with ${\beta}-TCP$ powder insertion to ZM bone defect. Excisional biopsy under local anesthesia revealed calcified mass in a sinus tract which was found to be connected to the ZM bone defect site in postoperative computed tomography image. Further excision under general anesthesia was performed to remove the sinus tract and fine granules which filled the original defect site. Pathologic report revealed bony spicules and calcification materials with chronic foreign body reaction. Postoperative complications and recurrence were not reported.
Purpose: This study has been conducted to develop a potato yield monitoring system, consisting of a segmentation algorithm to detect potatoes scattered on a soil surface and a counting system to count the number of potatoes and convert the data from two-dimensional images to masses. Methods: First, a segmentation algorithm was developed using top-hat filtering and processing a series of images, and its performance was evaluated in a stationary condition. Second, a counting system was developed to count the number of potatoes in a moving condition and calculate the mass of each using a mass estimation equation, where the volume of a potato was obtained from its two-dimensional image, and the potato density and a correction factor were obtained experimentally. Experiments were conducted to segment potatoes on a soil surface for different potato sizes. The counting system was tested 10 times for 20 randomly selected potatoes in a simulated field condition. Furthermore, the estimated total mass of the potatoes was compared with their actual mass. Results: For a $640{\times}480$ image size, it took 0.04 s for the segmentation algorithm to process one frame. The root mean squared deviation (RMSD) and average percentage error for the measured mass of potatoes using this counting system were 12.65 g and 7.13%, respectively, when the camera was stationary. The system performance while moving was the best in L1 (0.313 m/s), where the RMSD and percentage error were 6.92 g and 7.79%, respectively. For 20 newly prepared potatoes and 10 replication measurements, the counting system exhibited a percentage error in the mass estimation ranging from 10.17-13.24%. Conclusions: At a travel speed of 0.313 m/s, the average percentage error and standard deviation of the mass measurement using the counting system were 12.03% and 1.04%, respectively.
