기업의 홍보 마케팅용 트위터의 리트윗 현황 분석: 이용자 특성과 콘텐츠 속성을 중심으로 (Twitter and Retweet Context: User Characteristics and Message Attributes of Twitter for PR and Marketing)

  • 최근 트위터와 페이스북 등의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 (SNS)가 전세계적으로 급성장하고 있다. 특히 트위터는 팔로잉이나 리트윗 기능 등을 이용한 정보의 확산이 용이하므로, 새로운 홍보 마케팅 수단으로 각광받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업 트위터 이용자를 상호작용 형태별로 분류해서 그룹별 영향력 정도와 프로파일을 분석하고, 트위터의 콘텐츠를 속성별로 분류해서 확산 정도와 내용을 심층적으로 분석함으로써, 효과적인 기업 홍보 마케팅용 트위터 활용 방안을 제안하였다. 국내 대표 IT 기업인 K사의 홍보 마케팅용 트위터 계정을 구독하고 있는 약 2,800여명의 팔로어들을 대상으로 연구를 진행한 결과, 기업 트위터 이용자들은 구독 콘텐츠의 확산에 다소 소극적인 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 리트윗에 참여하는 확산 그룹과 비구독 확산 그룹의 특성을 분석한 결과, 10,000명 이상의 많은 팔로어를 보유한 이 용자보다는 1,000명 이하의 작은 네트워크를 가진 이용자들의 확산 기여도가 높았다. 트위터 콘텐츠의 속성별로 발행 건수 대비 리트윗 되는 비율을 분석한 결과에서는 채용, 이벤트, IT 정보, 일반홍보의 순서로 높게 나타났다. 결론에서는 연구 결과에 기반한 실무적인 제언이 심층적으로 논의 되었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 경영이념이나 특성 등을 시각적 이미지로 표현하는 CI(Corporate Identity) 심벌마크의 설계 및 평가를 위해 혼합형(Hybrid) 감성공학기법을 적용하였다. 먼저, CI 심벌마크에 내재된 기업의 시각적 이미지를 분석하기 위하여 SD평가를 실시하였으며 CI 심벌마크의 디자인 요소와 기업이미지와의 상관관계를 분석하기 위하여 정통적인 감성공학적 접근방식에 해당하는 순향성 감성공학기법을 적용하였다. 최종적으로는 CI 심벌마크의 디자인 요소로부터 기업이미지에 대한 고객의 감성을 자동으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 역향적 감성공학기법을 적용하였다. 구축된 시스템은 CI 심벌마크의 설계를 지원함으로써 설계에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 유용한 도구로 장차 이용되리라 기대된다.

SNS 이용동기가 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 관계 고찰: 자기결정이론 적용을 중심으로 (The impact of motivation of using the corporate Facebook on consumer-brand relationship : Focused on a Self-Determination Motivation Theory)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to verify motivations of corporate Facebook usage and to examine the impacts of usage motivations on brand attachment, trust and loyalty. Design/methodology/approach A conceptual model is developed based on Self-determination theory(SDT) and the previous studies. We conducted a web survey with a convenient sample of 121 Facebook users who clicked "Like" button on the corporate Facebook pages. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, intrinsic motivation(Entertainment) turned out to have positive effects on brand attachment. Second, extrinsic motivation(information exchange) turned out to have positive effects on brand trust. Third, brand attachment turned out to have positive effects on brand loyalty. These findings provide a valuable basis for constructing an explanatory model for "Like"-clicking behaviors of corporate's Facebook community platform users, as well as making significant practical contributions to enhance social and commercial benefits for businesses and individuals.

A Study on Association between Reasons of Reducing Corporate Logistics Costs and Company Classification

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to establish the government's logistics policy by calculating the logistics cost of the company and grasping the management status, to reduce the logistics cost of the related companies and to provide basic statistical data necessary for the management strategy. This work examines some associations between reasons for reducing corporate logistics costs (RCLC) and corporate classification such as industry and sales size. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted in 2018 for 2,000 companies based on the business of mining, manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries since 2010. The survey population is 94,976, of which 92,708 are small and medium enterprises and 2,268 are large corporations. The association among factors may be statistically and visually explored by using chi-squared test and correspondence analysis. Result - This study reveals the association between reasons for RCLC and corporate classification and properties and closeness that exist between the categories of each factor can be mined. Conclusion - As a task to reduce logistics costs of industrial products, expansion and operation of joint logistics business, establishment of cooperative logistics network, and establishment of ordinance on support for smart distribution logistics can be proposed.

소셜미디어 뉴스를 이용한 관심 이슈 연구 (A Study on Interest Issues Using Social Media New)

  • Purpose Recently, as a new business marketing tool, short form content focused on fun and interest has been shared as hashtags. By extracting positive and negative keywords from media audiences through comment analysis of social media news, various stakeholders aim to quickly and easily grasp users' opinions on major news. Design/methodology/approach YouTube videos were searched using the YouTube Data API and the results were collected. Video comments were crawled and implemented as HTML elements, and the collection results were checked on the web page. The collected data consisted of video thumbnails, titles, contents, and comments. Comments were word tokenized with the R program, comparing positive and negative dictionaries, and then quantifying polarity. In addition, social network analysis was conducted using divided positive and negative comments, and the results of centrality analysis and visualization were confirmed. Findings Social media users' opinions on issue news were confirmed by analyzing and visualizing the centrality of keywords through social network analysis by dividing comments into positive and negative. As a result of the analysis, it was found that negative objective reviews had the highest effect on information usefulness. In this way, previous studies have been reaffirmed that online negative information has a strong effect on personal decision-making. Corporate marketers will analyze user comments on social network services (SNS) to detect negative opinions about products or corporate images, which will serve as an opportunity to satisfy customers' needs.

퍼지 - 뉴럴네트워크를 이용한 CI 심벌마크의 감성평가시스템 (Evaluation System of Psychological Feelings for Corporate Identity Symbol Marks Using Fuzzy Neural Networks)

  • In this paper, we construct an automatic evaluation system of psychological feeling for corporate identity (CI) symbol mark based on a fuzzy neural network technique. The system is modelled by trainable fuzzy inference rules with several input variables (qualitative and quantitative design components of CI symbol mark) and a single output variable (consumer's feeling). The back propagation learning algorithm, which is a conventional learning method of multilayer feedforward neural networks, is used for parameter identification of the fuzzy inference system. The learning ability to train data and the generalization ability to test data are evaluated for the proposed evaluation system by computer simulations.

The prediction of interest rate using artificial neural network models

  • Artifical Neural Network(ANN) models were used for forecasting interest rate as a new methodology, which has proven itself successful in financial domain. This research intended to construct ANN models which can maximize the performance of prediction, regarding Corporate Bond Yield (CBY) as interest rate. Synergistic Market Analysis (SMA) was applied to the construction of models [Freedman et al.]. In this aspect, while the models which consist of only time series data for corporate bond yield were devloped, the other models generated through conjunction and reorganization of fundamental variables and market variables were developed. Every model was constructed to predict 1,6, and 12 months after and we obtained 9 ANN models for interest rate forecasting. Multi-layer perceptron networks using backpropagation algorithm showed good performance in the prediction for 1 and 6 months after.

조직적 특성에 따른 정보시스템 주요관리이슈의 선택에 관한 연구 (An Investigation on Organizational Characteristics Influences on Information Systems Issues in the Korean Firms)

  • This paper suggests a contingent perspective for analyzing information systems issues of the Korean firms. The contingent perspective includes such corporate characteristics as industry, organizational size, strategy, and value-added application function. This research surveyed 119 corporations in manufacturing, banking, distribution, and construction industries. Among those samples 104 data of corporate IS managers turned out to be statistically valid. As a result, those issues are ranked as the most urgent and important IS issues: strategic IS planning, system integration, application of database, process standardization, and network planning and implementation. Furthermore, factor analysis says that thirty issues to be surveyed are to be grouped into seven factors such as IS planning, user/education, database, applications of IT, system management, distributed computing technology, and network applications. It also found through Pearson correlation and ANOVA that organizational characteristics highly influences the IS issues the corporations face.

Analysis of the Closed-Loop Supply Chain Focusing on Power Batteries in China

  • The research on waste power batteries in China in the past ten years reveals that the power battery recycling industry is enormous but marred with several challenges. A study of China's current power battery closed-loop supply chain revealed some issues in the power battery recycling industry, such as imperfect supply chain, small recycling scale, asymmetric information, and imperfect profit distribution mechanism. This paper uses the theory of corporate social responsibility and consumer choice to propose a closed-loop network of power batteries based on block chain technology and analyzes the existing closed-loop supply chain of power batteries. Consequently, this study provides a new idea for developing the power battery closed-loop supply chain by proposing the closed-loop network of power batteries based on blockchain technology.

일반기업의 IT조직 내 직원간 의사소통 네트워크 분석: K사(社)를 중심으로 (Communication Network Analysis of General Corporate IT Staff : A Case Study of Company "K")

  • 이 연구의 목적은 일반기업의 IT조직에서 형성되는 의사소통 네트워크 특성을 분석함으로써 IT직원들 간의 상호 협력 네트워크 구축 및 일반기업에서 전문화된 IT조직의 운영 개선에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. K(사)社의 IT조직에 근무하는 39명의 직원을 대상으로 설문 조사와 면담 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집한 자료는 네트워크 분석법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 의사소통 영역별로 직원들 간에 강한 연결, 약한 연결 혹은 집중형 구조, 분산형 구조의 모습을 보이며 다양하게 네트워크가 형성되어 있었다. 대표적으로 IT역량관련 네트워크는 약한 연결인 성긴 네트워크를 보였다. 직장생활 관련 네트워크는 중앙 집중적이고 위계적인 특성을 보였으며, 각 네트워크의 중심에는 각 팀의 부장 및 관리자들이 차지하고 있었다. 이러한 결과의 개선 방안으로 IT역량 관련 네트워크의 활성화, 업무집중 현상 개선, IT조직의 의사소통 네트워크에 대한 연구자료의 축적을 제언으로 제시하였다.
