The Significant Roles of Corporate Counselors to Reduce Employee Stress for Enhancing their Performance

  • Purpose: The present study concentrates on the issues that affected the employees directly and acted as stress factors. These stress factors affect how the employees perform while undertaking their duties. Furthermore, this study evaluated how the involvement of the corporate counsel affected the company by enhancing the productivity of the employees. Research design, data and methodology: The research design of this research is a literature content analysis and method for data handling should be described, and the resultant combination of the studies should include the consistency measures for every meta-analysis. Specify any risk assessment of bias that may impact the cumulative evidence, such as the publication bias and the selective reporting within studies. Results: The finding shows that change in the location of employees' organizational restructuring and the introduction of new technologies also contributed to significant organizational stress factors. These results show a substantial correlation between the magnitude of the adjustments' effects on employees' performance. Conclusions: The current study strongly concludes that counselors, through their prowess, can analyze and evaluate the stress factors that are evident among the employees and in the organization. Some of these factors may be office layout, organizational codes of ethics, organization rules, and employees' personal challenges.

고용서비스 관련 전문자격 개편에 대한 인식 조사 (Survey on Perceptions Regarding the Reform of Professional Qualifications in Employment Services)

  • 지난 20여년간 고용서비스 분야의 직무는 지속적으로 확대되어 왔으나 직업상담사 자격은 2000년대 초반 직업상담 심리 위주로 개발되었기 때문에 직업상담사 자격의 신호기능과 선별기능이 저하되고 있다는 노동시장의 지적이 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고용서비스 전문자격 신설 및 개선방향에 대하여 현업 고용서비스 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과 고용서비스 종사자들은 모든 자신의 직무에서 중요도에 비해 현재 능력수준이 부족한 것으로 나타나 기존의 직업상담사 하나의 자격으로 기업지원, 행정관리, 노동시장 프로그램 기획 집행 등 확대된 고용서비스 직무를 모두 담당하는데 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 고용서비스 관련 자격의 개편 방향에 대해서는 새로운 자격을 신설하는 것에 동의하는 비율이 62.6%로 나타났고, 대신 기존의 직업상담사 자격은 전문성을 강화하자는 비율이 67.4%로 나타났다.

학부과정 교육학 전공학생의 진로분야 발전방안 탐색 -교육학 관련학과와의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Career Development Plan for the Education Major Students in Korean Universities)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze current state of education departments in Korean universities and to find out ways to help education major students shape their future career. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the comparative analysis of the current state of education and education-related departments showed that average employment rate of education departments in 2011 was 35.0%, whereas that of related departments was 56.6%, which showed a significant difference. Second, education courses were specialized in areas such as lifelong educator qualifications, teaching certificates in morality/ethics, corporate HRD(human resource development), etc. in case of education departments. In case of education-related departments, education courses were specialized in areas such as teaching certificates in pedagogy, lifelong educator qualifications, license of school counselor, corporate HRD, etc. Though there were many overlapping areas, specialization was relatively more common and diverse in education-related departments. Next, to help students shape their future career, developments in specialized career courses, new career fields, and career education models were suggested. To give shape to the progress plans, the development of standard education courses for student careers, the introduction of certification system about course specialization, and search for the career path of teaching profession which allows utilization of the knowledge of education were suggested.

A Study on the Consultation for Technology Leakage Victim Using NLP

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

이야기치료에서 비계설정과 실제적 적용 (Scaffolding and Practical Application on Narrative Therapy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비계설정을 활용한 이야기치료를 통해 내담자의 변화를 이끌어내는데 주목한 실증사례연구이다. 이를 통해 내담자가 살아온 이야기들 가운데 미래의 선호하는 가치와 희망을 찾고자 하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법으로는 심층적 연구방법론(qualitative research)의 구조화되지 않은 질문(unstructured interview)과 느슨한 구조를 통해 진행하였다. 이러한 전제하에 상담자는 '탈중심적이지만 영향력 있는' 자세와 문제에 대해 진단이나 설명을 하지 않았다. 그리고 대화에 순서가 있지 않았으며, 내담자가 어떤 표현을 하기 전에 미리 그에 대한 반응을 결정하지 않았다. 본 연구는 실천적, 학문적 차원에서 다음과 같은 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 우선 비계를 통한 상담은 내담자의 호기심과 기질, 소망 등을 더욱 풍요롭게 하는 작용을 한다. 둘째, 비계설정은 이야기치료에서 상담자와 내담자간의 관계맺음을 위한 구체적인 모습을 제공해준다. 셋째, 치료적 대화에서 이루어진 비계설정은 '학습과업'을 제시해준다. 넷째, 비계설정을 통한 상담은 내담자의 고등정신기능을 발달시켜줄 수 있다는 적극적인 의미를 담고 있다. 마지막으로, 실증사례에 대한 분석을 통한 비고츠키 이론의 이야기치료에의 적용점을 제시하였다. 이러한 내용을 토대로 본 연구는 이야기치료에서 내담자를 단순히 연구대상으로 위치시키고자 하지 않았다. 이들 스스로 이야기치료의 주체가 되는데 필요한 요인과 그 과정에서 상담자의 역할을 규명했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 갖는다. 아울러 그간 국내 연구에서 크게 주목하지 않은 개념을 활용했다는 점에서 이야기치료의 연구범위의 확장과 내실화에 기여했다는 점에서도 함의를 갖는다.
